They unloaded all of my items within 2 hours and reassembled my beds and dining room table. Everything was as planned. The only thing damaged was my two year olds flimsy baby chair, which I maintained with them, and also the insurance covered it since they promised.

I need to state this shifting experience for this firm was GREAT from start to finish.

Very great firm!!  I obtained several quotes on the telephone but they were really able to supply me using an abysmal quotation and was really enlightening. They supplied free boxes that helped out BIG time! I was rather impressed with the team and the way they wrapped my furniture out. I have transferred a about 8 days in my life for example abroad. Salesman was right forward – coated everything and gave me all of the”gotch you are”.  The movers were professional.  Foreman was at the top of everything.   At shipping – my spouse discounted all of the boxes and things, and advised the movers where to set the furniture and boxes.  The movers also helped move furniture and boxes from 1 area to another when we’d determined upon a few changes at shipping.  Meeting of a furniture was somewhat slow but performed properly. -A few very minor damage at shipping –  I registered a claim for all those things on the internet in their website and was contacted from the claim section.  I sent in the photos and data and the claim was settled  complete an excellent experience.

After the movers came, the driver seemed to be knowledgeable and friendly.   Unbeknowing for me, that he had been swindling an extra $700.00, and online delivery, an extra $200 out of me.   I also had to rent a storage device for my merchandise, that cost me an extra $142.00.   The complete price of my transfer was $2,342.00 to get a 1500 mile shipping. The shipping man was so rude, competitive, and required additional funds from me.  I’d lost, damaged, and stolen merchandise and nobody is returning my phone. Be ware of this answer from the business concerning testimonials. They react will lies, saying it wasn’t just about business.   They’re not the firm that shipping your products long distance, they utilize other businesses, making them accountable when they take your purchase.

EVERY SINGLE MONTH I relived this Identical exercise using all the ever-incompetent Maria Reyes.   This has been my sampling of this frustration which has been to accompany my own final shipping. All this time I am thinking my items are secure in their specialist climate-controlled storage facility. When I called to schedule final delivery, I had been blown-off, also experienced my first real twinge of stress – I seriously started to wonder when my items were sold on ebay or craigslist months before, as I continued to reliably pay my yearly storage fee. After daily persistence crossing nearly two weeks, I eventually obtained a shipping time-frame from this ever-incompetent Maria Reyes. Actual delivery has been a day later than that which she advised me, however, that I was overjoyed when I saw the truck pull up! Fully half of my pleasure was in believing that I would never again have to Manage the ever-incompetent Maria Reyes.    I likely would not be writing this inspection except for that which I afterwards found… as I mentioned at the beginning, the movers themselves were great! And I am thankful to be the Type Someone I’m. I left my own stock checklist before loading the truck in Dec.. Due to my listing, I managed to rapidly determine I had been missing two very important things: the LEGS and BASE into my bar table (the seats and dining table top strangely made it), along with a custom-cut glass shelf which goes to my classic vanity. So I’ve a table that I can not use, and a classic with diminished worth, as a result of this ever-incompetent Maria Reyes and her cronies. What is with hoarding the dining table legs – I read that also happened to another reviewer – critically!!!   I blasted an email to each person I had ever spoken together or emailed there and Customer Support, and was fortunate enough to listen from”Elena” who seemed sincerely empathetic. Though I think she tried her very best to find my lost things, I am sure now that I will never see these again. However, THAT is not even the most upsetting part. Are you prepared? This comes…   I KNOW for true that a few of my items were USED!!! The clear – my vacuum cleaner. The brush was LOADED with hair – and it was not mine! Being Sort A, I would not ever send my vacuum cleaner at this type of circumstance. What’s more, the inadequate motor seems like it has been beat to hell. Whoever used it has to have been vacuuming an whole motel daily for the whole time that it was in”storage”   Next is that the feces which goes with my dressing table… the chair cushion was down to a small twist keeping it attached to the bottom. When the movers gathered it in Dec, it had been firmly intact. It’s a fabric cover and I shudder to consider the bare buns graced its surface to get about 270 days. Obviously I’ve a recovering job in advance…   Last thing: rather than cardboard boxes, I packed most of my items in big”rubbermaid” bins, and taped the lids down. The tape has been broken on nearly each of those bins. Normally I’d chalk that up to movers catching them where they are recorded and it obviously breaking there. But given this experience, I’m convinced that somebody (s) [I understand that is not actually a job but you get the idea] anyhow, somebody (s) went searching through AT LEAST SOME of my bins to see what home additions They May find.   I don’t have any idea what else has been shot, and it sickens me to know that there are people around who believe this is OK. The ONLY reason we got our belongings at adequate quantity of time and none of it had been stolen was since we got the national dept. of transport involved.
They held out things for 3 weeks prior to transferring it and they had been dishonest occasionally and NEVER called us back when we had questions.

The contract drivers working for them despise ERIC and all of his cronies functioning there.
The way they awake in the morning and live with themselves is beyond me. Somebody get that Phoeniz workplace a Bible and have them read it cover to cover and then develop a few strong Christian business fundamentals.

Save yourself a while, let a u-haul and transfer it yourself.
To begin with, we had been given a quote of $1,771.00 from the sales man but then the last invoice at loading period was $1970.00. This is a gap of $300.00 even after we bought some furniture which was contained in the initial quote. We needed to depart this furniture behind. We ended up packaging these things ourselves but were billed to the boxes. The motorist was curt, impatient and rude like those disagreements were due to our being dumb.

I made multiple telephone calls into the company to find an estimated arrival date. I believe that they have to screen their calls because not once did anybody pick up the telephone. When my items eventually did arrive, the movers had dropped the post and chair to my bicycle, broke a lamp along with a decorative lantern. The guys that actually moved the things into my new location produced the notes on the types as though they were supposed to. When I phoned and emailed about the insurance coverage I again received no reply. I’ve attempted multiple times to find a person to speak to mepersonally, but it’s been 9 months now and still nothing. Whatever you do DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY TO MOVE! You may regret the choice in the long run.

Got a quote on the telephone out of First Choice. Sold my home and needed to take out the following day following the transfer. First Choice Movers made there, appeared at my doorway and explained that the cost will be double that lent for me. They knew I needed to be outside the following moment. I’ve moved a lot of times and have experienced some spectacular moves with good individuals and businesses.

The men came a day early to get our stuff, and so I thought great I’ll get my things so we hurried into Oregon.Our price went up twice he explained summer speeds that I have to of been locked into summer speeds since I booked this company a few months beforehand. . To find out they take it into the warehouse and then unload it and then reload it so of course your things are getting thrown around more than once. Subsequently it took 18 days to receive our things I called regular and got another story. We had to sleep on the ground and purchase items to make it before this truck arrived. The oddest part my mother would be paralyzed and a number of her things was on this truck. When the driver finally arrived and unloaded lots of things in which broken my mother dresser mirror in 1956, a cupboard since they can not package the truck directly putting heavy things in shelves, and lots of family heirlooms were also broken. So today I really do a promise and I am certain that we’re out that cash. With all of this I’d of been better getting 2 UHauls, along with a few friends. The driver was fine and felt awful that the things were busted he said they need to of packaged the truck better. Since I predicted USA moving as opposed to it’s First selection as opposed to it had been NW Relocation. This is the worst experience I’ve had I constantly transferred myself and myself broke at the two unique times we proceeded. Family member move. Certainly the worst support for transfer in NC to PA.. Think they make the most of one woman. Came to find furniture late in the day. Called and said that they had been late daily for delivery but might bring at 8 or 9 am. Failed to reveal until day didn’t predict. Dispatcher rude and haughty. Desired a money payment for obese. Desired money up front and threatened that the furniture wouldn’t be removed out of truck. Lamp broken tables scraped. Inferior support. Steer away. Get a nationally recognized firm. My relative is unlikely to rock the ship but I genuinely believe she had been taken complete advantage of by”george” at Arizona. He was even calling and making dangers because we were driving from NC to PA – anticipating money and threatening that the furniture wouldn’t be delivered. Way to deal with one girl. Inadequate support is an understatement. I feel some kind of bait and switch could have been tried if other household members didn’t make their existence known.

The dispatch had been delayed for weeks and stored in storage (from the Texas heat) until they found somebody to push it into my new Site.   The facts are complex but I had been scammed, overcharged, and NOBODY in government whined.   My lawyer said that I was able to file a lawsuit but that a decision from an Arizona firm in Indiana would not net me some reimbursement. Just do not let your driver depart – if it requires times – until everything damaged or missing was admit on paper with him!!!

Truck came late on scheduled pickup date free of communication made to inform me. When the truck came, then had to await helpers to arrive as initial team bailed out last minute. Substantial damages for my house have been brought on by the careless approaches employed by lumpers. The foreman subsequently took no responsibility for the compensation and approved no responsibility for the total cost of these repairs.  The price of my first estimate over dropped once the truck came and I had been told when I didn’t consent and sign the paperwork nothing would be transferred on the vehicle. The shipping of my things far surpassed what the contract time period stated. No communication has been created during this time to help keep me updated. Messages abandoned went awry.  A $600.00 fee was made for my credit card after different fees. The office staff wasn’t useful in solving this to get it eliminated. I needed to call my credit card company to dispute the cost to get it eliminated.  I got less than 24 hrs note that my possessions were likely to be sent while I was out of city and then told when I couldn’t return in time my items could be set in storage and I’d be charged a storage charge plus a re-delivery charge. Upon delivery of the possessions many precious items were lost, stolen and totally ruined. The moving company takes no blame for those items which are unaccounted for and didn’t leave it off the vehicle.

I wouldn’t recommend this business to anybody… I had been having then transfer my belongings out of Az to NJ… First, once I received my quotation it was-$1100.00, once they showed up when they began packaging I had been told that the cost went up to $1950.00. The men were incredibly rude… Then I was told I’d receive 24 hour notice for delivery. As soon as I got known as the shipping man said he’d be delivering my things in 4 hours. They gave me no warning. .
When my inflexible got delivered, they struck my furniture, and all of my tools are overlooking. They insisted on placing all of my gear and my children baseball bags in apparel box… I believed fine. . The box was not delivered. They opened the box, removed the baseball bags and sent them but stole all of my gear… Nearly $2000.00 value… I also noticed a few different boxes had been opened and retaped. Like I go thru what I an finding more things missing. .

I called and that I keep getting told somebody will call me back. Nobody had called me so I called 3-4 times every day. Eventually I got a girl who emailed me a claim form to fill out but she said it is gonna take some time to locate my things… I really don’t observe these thieves discovering my things or reimbursing me for lost things… All together I’m overlooking over $4000.00 worth of things…

I had several rubbermaid boxes that I shrink wrapped, and was cut, so that they can go through my things and slip what they want. I had been missing so many products. Though I bubble wrapped my very pricey, cherry wood bedframe and mattress posts, they still managed to place massive cracks and scrapes through two of the articles, along with the foot board. Certainly one of my kitchen boxes was so crushed, it shattered my alloy popcorn popper.

If they showed up to pick out my things they didnt have the perfect tools to start with, I needed to go and purchase instruments for them and rather than being thank complete, the”foreman” pocketed the instruments and walked away.They took bed and box springs and said that they didnt have the covers together and could place covers on it once they return to their workplace, when my belongings showed up there wasn’t any covers on both on them.After picking up my things they needed me to sign files that were never spoke before the transfer, finish holding your client hostage tactics.When my belongings showed up a few times ahead, it had been a catalyst from a different firm that required that I pay him $150 bucks for extended haul else he’d leave my belongings around the side of this street. As soon as I showed him that the notes and contract, he pretty much had 1 point to say” I dont have enough time for this, cover me or I shall drop your things over the side of the street”.Most of my pricey stuff(sofas,dresser,armoireand grill, and dinning table) which they packaged was ruined, I tried phoning them and leaving them messages although no response.Watch out to those men. . They’re only trouble so in the event you enjoy your belonging select a different inspector. . They’re worst of this lot…

The motorist played matches with me, spoke practically no English and came to my location not on the shipping date while I was on the job and then drove my things to storage and attempted for me to cover storage and much more charges. He also portended to be the person who owns the business and could text me rather than calling. The supervisors in the Phoenix office didn’t maintenance and stopped answering my calls. They understood my desk had been busted before they even delivered it and chose not to inform me. Worst company ever. Spend the extra cash and go with a much better one. I desired 29 for all of my furniture and things and then I had been hassled with.

The absolute worst moving experience ever.   We’ve Got mover Throughout the nation a few times and have me peer reviewed had a criticism.   Previously we used the Large national moving companies.   This time attempting to keep prices down we utilized this particular one.   They were not possible to Manage.   We waited patiently for our possessions long long, long following the expected date. Our items were picked up mid-July and have been eventually delivered  late September. The supervisors were more difficult to deal with compared to the Men and Women who answered the telephones.   The driver showed up in our home when we were outside of town, said because he could not get in he was planning to put our things in storage and Wouldn’t tell us where he pitched them since we said we didn’t rely on them some more money because they had been so long following the guaranteed delivery date.   BTW, we told them we’d be out of town in the time they eventually decided they needed to provide our items. We flew across the nation twice to fulfill them and they cancelled the shipping date both times. I am unable to say strongly enough DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY.   I haven’t reviewed a business before but this business is so egregious I believed it was worthwhile taking the opportunity to write about them.

I am quite angry. .   Transferred from LA.. Miami on Dec.,2012    ! St Choice Moving & Storage gave me quite inadequate support. . They came into my house for a quote. . After I obtained and scheduled a date for your transfer. I asked them to include the price of these packaging which they did and that I agreed to the cost.   On the afternoon of the transfer they introduced their team to bundle my really beautiful furniture, they maintained after they were completed and took away my staff that a mistake occurred at the costing of their work even if I had an official estimate along with a signed agreement. I had been blackmailed into cost increase that I consented upon only from fear that they have complete control over my pricey furniture. .   I got my furniture in Miami and exactly what I discovered when they started the truck was completely devastating. . You don’t have any idea how ruined they furniture really are, chandlers were broken, leather seats legs were broken, tables which were just tapped collectively, Paintings had arm seats through them, overlooking artwork painting, dining leather seats torn. .   A lot more    I’ve called them emailed them and, strove to talk to the proprietor no answers I’m attaching photographs from the transfer in order that they could talk for themselves. .   They’re extremely bad and unprofessional firm. . I hired a lawyer to  deal with the topic with US Department of Transportation and other transport authorities. .      I Don’t want money I Need to Be Certain those men stop from working as carriers and, be sure They Don’t treat clients like they handled me                john h.
