    Long-distance move from Texas
DO NOT USE FINE LINE RELOCATION

Here is the ABSOLUTE WORST moving business that is present now. They create prmises and DONT DELIVER. We had been reserved to get a move either now or tomorrow, which was nice. A 24 hour window is okay. Nonetheless, these CLOWNS call in the last minute to inform the that THEIR TRUCK BROKE DOWN. Likely a donkey cart in how they’ve acted within this”movement”. Seriously? Is that professional? Is it okay? What could I do if I’d responsibilities to clients? Can I call them later hours and state, so sorry, our truck broke down? No, I’d find a different truck. I’d fulfill my responsibilities, and send on my expectations. This really is a JAKE-LEG OPERATION, in the best. DO NOT, I REPEAT, DO NOT, USE THESE PEOPLE.

    Do not use Fineline

We used them because of our transfer in Wisconsin to Arizona. They dropped a few of our broken and furniture a TV display. It took them nearly 4 months to locate our stuff once we moved to our home in Arizona. We could just file a claim for about $72.00 since we did not have receipts to get our furniture which we had for a long time. Plus we never received the $72.00 can not even get them today

    Long-distance move from Texas
    These people are frauds.

Only the truth. I did it chronologically to ensure I did not leave out anything. Please excuse the”play by play” character.

March 6, obtained a binding quote from FLR for $1264.00. This was followed closely by conditions and terms that contained the term in big, bold, red letters:”WE ARE NOT BROKERS.” In addition, it said that the quote consists of complete service transfer, which comprised complete wrapping of all furniture such as pads and blankets. It said that the shipping program could be 3-14 business days out of the first available shipping date I supplied, although the salesman verbally had promised us that FLR”has just one man that all he does is go back and forth to FL, so there is no way it’d be over 5 times or so.” He clarified that a truck could come into us, package and load and wrap, then take everything to Dallas in which they’re established, to be loaded on a semi headed for Florida. I paid 10 percent to reserve. We program select up for March 18.

March 16, there’s flooding across the Texas/Louisiana boundary that will lengthen our driveway. We call to find out if we could move this up daily, to the 17th. I’m told someone will call back us.

March 17 about 5 PM, I get a call in the driver stating that he’ll be at my house to pick up at 20 min. Pleasant surprise, because we never got a call back confirming that the change of date. He arrives and explains that the packing list is lacking a lot of products. We do a fresh stock list, which places my total currently at $2729.40. That is an increase of 116%. By this time, it is late and we will not have the ability to discover another firm in 24 hours, therefore we’re stuck. I take the cost and they start loading. I sign files that suggest that a first accessible date of delivery since the 18th of March and package a week’s worth of basics in my car as I’ve been lead to think that the maximum I will be without my items is 5 times.

March 18-April 7, I predict every few days to test the status initially, increasing in frequency to several times every day. Each time I call, I’m told”The motorist has not yet returned to pick up your belongings, but he must be back tomorrow or today. We are going to call you and allow you to know.” My phone didn’t ring, ever. Not ONCE did they phone me back regardless of the continuous guarantees. I move up the criticism series to Cindy, who promises to personally handle things and find the information we want. I don’t hear from her again. On April 4, I got an email that my possessions were in transit. It didn’t incorporate an expected delivery date. I gave it until the 6th and known as relentlessly until somebody finally answered the phone and they clarify that the motorist had an unexpected pickup change and needed to leave a day late, that could have been Tuesday. However he’d phone me if he was getting near me. If this were the case, why did they email me on Monday stating that he had been on his way? The binding quotation stated that the maximum was 14 business times – that the 14th day was April 7. Ultimately, on the 7th, I got somebody to inform me that the motorist would be coming on the 8th. 1 day beyond the maximum that they initially told me could never, ever happen.

April 8th, The driver tells me he’s about an hour away, so that I leave work to meet him. He shows up in a truck marked Summit Van Lines. He’s ONE guy with him, plus his spouse, to deliver an whole 3 bedroom flats’ worth of things into the next floor with no elevator. Though I’d told the workplace the states of drop off many times, it hadn’t been communicated to the group, that were all wearing SUMMIT t-shirts. I THOUGHT FLR WAS NOT A BROKER??!! I ask him if he left Dallas. He states,”WEDNESDAY.” Not Monday once I got the email, not Tuesday as Mary stated on the telephone, however, WEDNESDAY. I have a two page list of items which are missing or broken. I have a photograph of boxes I’d tagged”FRAGILE” that seem like they had been crushed in a garbage compactor. And, roughly half the boxes which weren’t crushed or missing had a bizarre white funk around them, it seemed just like spilled bleach.

Literally, each and every thing that they advised me together each and every step of this procedure proved to be a bold faced lie.

    Long-distance move from Oklahoma
Warning! If I could choose again, i would NOT choose Fine Line... ever

Are you contemplating having Fine Line Relocation Movers of Dallas, TX to deal with your move?

    Wait.

I invite you to browse the whole story before you hire this corporation. Read my frank review based on my family’s experience with this particular”moving company”.

We had been moving our daughter out of Oklahoma City area into a city in California not too far from San Jose.

The cost from Fine Line Relocation looked sensible to maneuver her little flat, which would have a bed, a nightstand, a chest of drawers, a tv along with around 20 boxes. The estimated quantity was 200 cubic feet, to be billed at a rate of $4.90 per cent

The fundamental estimated cost I had been supplied with for the transfer was 980, also I was completely aware that in all probability that the firm would be hiring contractors to take care of the move. I was also told there could be an upcharge of $75 for every flight of stairs to the shipping end. Recognizing my daughter was at an apartment, I allocated to this too. I am not going to say the titles of the numerous folks I dealt with in the business since they’re only following coverage. I really don’t hold them accountable for what occurred next.

The arrangement was signed on July 28th, 2016 and that I put a 10 percent deposit on my credit card. I had been told that the movers would arrive in her place at Oklahoma about the 11th or 12th of August. (The dates ARE important.)

I requested the consumer rep how long that the movement would take and was advised that 5-10 business days was ordinary.

My daughter’s mother flew from Colorado to Oklahoma to assist with this movement, intending to push together with our kid to the 12th or 13th after everything was procured from the movers.

I got a call a couple of days ahead of the movement alerting me that the transfer wouldn’t occur as scheduled. A truck seemingly broke down and it’d be the 20th of August before the next could be delegated.

We had been given the option of cancelling, but at this stage it was not really an alternative. A relative was already on place to assist with the motions and there were already expenses. We knew that this would likewise delay our allies’ transition to a different place and would probably cost her a week of revenue.

How did Fine Line Relocation respond? By providing us $75 for your annoyance.

I was livid. And I needed to talk to a supervisor. I had been told I was talking to the manager and this was the best that they could do. It was then I understood that I had chosen unwisely.

When I asked for the title of anybody, including the owner, whom I could appeal to, I was stonewalled. There was no getting to anybody. And there was not time to locate another moving business. I simply needed my daughters’ items picked up and caused the new place in accordance with the contract.

In addition, it is worth it to be aware that the majority of the telephone calls into the workplace were met without the response. Voicemails were abandoned and calls were not returned. In other words, after a contract has been signed.

Fast-forward into August 20th. The movers eventually showed up.

They ascertained that my daughers’ things really took up 526 cubic feet, not the 200 cubic feet which was projected at the contract. While I can’t affirm, testimonials of the others that have used this corporation could suggest that they might underestimate the amount of the contents. It might look a perfectly straightforward strategy for then charging more when on position.

No matter with no true choice, we agreed to cover the gap. The Agency on hand advised us that he had been giving us a rest due to the scenario. Perhaps he did. Perhaps he did not. All I understand is the total cost of the movement will be twice as far as we had been planning for.

They wouldn’t take a charge card for virtually any payment. Afterwards, it became apparent to me that they may be used to chargebacks. Surely, if I had the capacity to do so today I’d.

They needed $392.00 in the shape of a cashier’s check about the move-out date of 8/20/16.

Afterward, they needed an extra $483.00 in the Kind of a cashier’s check about the move-out date of 8/20/16

And then the direct mover demanded an extra $260.00, to be compensated in money, before They’d move

The van was packed and it ought to have arrived in California from the very final day of this month, when the announcements of this firm representative had been to be considered. I had been skeptical.

Now I know that a budget moving firm in this way is going to used shared space around the van, handling numerous routing and moves them in a means that’s quite expedient. What I did not anticipate was that the complete disregard for the way these flaws were impacting our loved ones.

My daughter slept in an air-mattress and shifted between the exact same 3 tops for the times that followed.

It was September 11th (one complete month AFTER the pickup was presumed to have occurred!) That her things eventually arrived at her flat.

She had been educated to supply the movers using a money order in the sum of $798.40 upon birth.

And they then decided that she also needed to cough up an extra $225.00 at CASH so as to pay the price of transferring her things up the staircase.

What began as a complete moving quote of 1055 turned at a total of $2,158.40 paid.

What ought to have taken 5-10 business days to handle flipped to some 30-day debacle.

And what if have elicited empathy from the moving business accountable for assisting a young woman begin a fresh life in a peculiar location turned into a remarkably insensitive, irresponsible, unprofessional encounter. In my view, I can’t fathom the way Fine Line Relocation remains in business in any way.

I must have stopped to examine the reviews online somewhat nearer.

I hold myself accountable for not looking closer at those movers prior to picking them. However, I hold them accountable for their low grade of support, hidden prices and ambivalent staff. It seems that they simply don’t care, as is evidenced by how they handle their clients.

I wouldn’t ever use this support to move a box throughout the road, let alone expect them to handle a true transfer for me or anybody I know.

Want to move your things? Do your research ahead. Hopefully this review will help somebody else make a smart choice when searching for a moving business.

    Long-distance move from Texas
    Liars Liars Liars

My very first contact with Fine Line Relocation was on the telephone, plus they gave me a quote of $820 to transfer my property. They required a deposit of $84.

On the day of pickup, they came 2 hours beyond their specified time. The worker of Fine Line Relocation stated he would need to bill me $1294.10 so as to transfer my property. When I told him I no more want their support at this high cost, he said they’ll bill my credit card $300 for wasting their time. To be able to convince me to pay for their services, he also stated the $84 deposit will be returned into my card. It’s never been returned into my own card to the day, and Fine Line Relocation has stopped responding to my mails and telephone calls. Fine Line Relocation acquired my company through lying and bullying.

The shipping date I asked was 6/5/16, since the guy told me that my property will hit Jacksonville on this day or very close that day. My property didn’t attain Jacksonville till 6/21/16. My loved ones and I had to live with no property in this time period. From the week prior to my house left Dallas, I predicted Fine Line Relocation regular and talked to Lacee Short and Mary to inquire regarding the whereabouts of my house. 1 day they’d say it’s left Dallas, and another day they’d say it’s still in storage in Dallas. Regular, they’d say that they will double check for me and call me back. They never called me back even once, and that I had verified with Lacee that they needed my mobile number. Finally, I advised Lacee to go physically put her eyes on my house in the warehouse and then inform me whether it’s there. She consented and put me on hold. She never came back into the telephone after placing me on hold for half an hour. When I called back, she hung up on me.

For the album, Fine Line Relocation says that its speech is 7317 La Manga Drive, Dallas, TX 75248. This is really a home in a residential area. Their warehouse and in which they maintain your property is really in 4852 Top Line Dr, Dallas, TX 75247. I discovered out this, because eventually my dad had to move to their warehouse to test on my own property.

Lacee told me that I will find an email or a telephone call when my house leaves Dallas. I never got this email or telephone call. For this day, they’ve ceased responding to all of my telephone calls and mails.

Fine Line Relocation gave my house to a truck driver who’s not a worker of Fine Line Relocation. They state they have their own truck drivers, however, they do not inform you that they also hire occupations outside to truck drivers that are not employees of the business.

When my property came, the truck driver explained that one of those boxes had my name on it but Fine Line Relocation had neglected to tag it. He brought it with him just if it had been mine. It was actually mine but Fine Line Relocation had overlooked one of my own boxes. The truck driver was friendly and honest, but he isn’t an employee of Fine Line Relocation! The folks at Fine Line Relocation are liars without a care for the client. This business ought to be shut down. They left the moving process quite stressful for me and my loved ones and cost us a lot of our time.

    Long-distance move from Texas
    Failed to Show Up

Booked a 1200 mile cross-country move per month or more beforehand. Paid the deposit. Scheduled pickup for the afternoon prior to the conclusion of the apartment rental, together with all the walk through scheduled over the final day of this rental. Fine Line called at 5PM the day prior to the scheduled pickup:”Oh by the way, we are not likely to appear”. We were upset. Fine Line blamed it on us. “That’s how in which the trucking sector is. Stuff happens.” At that stage we have more annoyed. The Fine Line manager turned out rude, told me that he had been refunding our residue and that he didn’t need to manage idiots like us. And left us hanging.

Luckily, some other greater movers came into our rescue. The major problem here is that Fine Line is misrepresenting themselves as”Not a Broker”. After discussing the issue with several more severe competitors, it’s very apparent that Fine Line is totally, obviously a broker since the price they had quoted us was quite near the market rule of thumb to get opportunistic”dead head” lots of Ie: A few trucker is pushing back with an empty truck… Aka: unrealistically low cost. Unrealistic guarantee of dependable support. . .when what they really do is becoming on the market in the last minute to find out whether they chance to have the ability to discover a truck somewhere driving at the ideal general direction.

BEWARE!!!!! DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY.............

Where can I begin, this provider is a whole rip off. I had been quoted $850.00 from David. Three-Four months ahead of time. He promised me I had been getting a fantastic thing. I would rather shop around and it turned out to be a wonderful deal with insurance and absolutely free storage. The motorist or I must say the sales man who comes and destroy your day. He did a stroll and essentially said I did not everything I’d was believed a huge thing and David gave me the very minimal cost. After he complete calculating he offered me 1595.00. I transferred out of a 1 bedroom flat with flat furniture. Nothing that needed two people to take. I had been planning a marriage, finishing a college for a teacher and coping with a movement that I must have paid daily labors to accomplish. I eventually got my things not the afternoon I had been told but a few days later after I predicted over and over again. This wasn’t the worst of this. I got my things and opened my own poles: roaches came crawling out of many of my own boxes. I’ve never seen anything really disgusting previously. It was a bunch of roaches. I took every one of the boxes out and told me my husband to burn them. I moved back into the home and roaches were conducting. We went to Walmart and bummed the whole home and space. The boxes were still outside and my spouse was attempting to conserve a few products. I told him that I had been planning to phone and create a psychologist that he calmed me down and said that those things could be substituted and only learn from that dreadful experience. I shall move the things myself next time before I ever use them. I am ready to pay additional cash free of roaches. I had been too mad to have images and my husband had been attempting to kill the roaches while I cried.

    Fraudulent business you cannot trust.

Please don’t USE this business, this can be a deceptive enterprise.
They’ll tell you they aren’t brokers, nevertheless you will observe trucks and people from some other businesses at source and destination. The porters verified they were all from different businesses. The decals on the boxes will be out of the other corporation. The answer of a”designed” supervisor over the telephone:”We’re buying all of these firms”.
They frighten and threaten to maintain your possessions hostage at a really competitive, disrespectful approach to induce you to cover each charge they would like to add later.
Complaining via email and telephone call can get you nowhere, so the”supervisors” you’re connected with before are constantly not accessible or don’t work for your business anymore. At length, you get somebody unexpectedly calling himself”boss” while he had been forwarding your messages into a supervisor before. Anyhow, you’ll find no accountable manager to speak to and manage your complaints, only more lies and unethical answers like”it’s the very first time we hear these issues as well as the motorists becoming disrespectful”. Certainly, they don’t understand how to read testimonials online…
We don’t know how this type of corporation can nevertheless function today.

    Scam Company DO NOT USE

Contracted for transfer for TX – FL.

Said they weren’t agents, in reality ALL over newspaper work”we’re not Agents” they’re actually Agents. And”distinct” from different businesses.

As soon as they arrived in the transfer, things I recorded since Bulky on initial itinerary they stated they must charge extra for. I clarified it was already in first quote as Bulky. Virtually complete truck has been packed, then made a decision to include extra cost. Packing and wrapping that’s INCLUDED they bill you for daily of motion.

Nasty and imply client support and consultants as soon as they protect your company.

Beware - I was fooled they are Thieves

Theives and fast talked stating”we’re not like other movers exactly what your quote says is exactly what it’s certain to be.” Absolutely complete reverse, AFTER taking land off the moving Truck my quote remained exactly the same, after stating they’d correct, then when came at destination They kept my property and when I did not cover my possessions would be billed for storage. Horrible Horrible experience. THEN they ruined property and called me to Movingclaims.net and there contract has been terminated by them.

I truly hope no one confronts same (and watch others too )_who have been victim of those con artists.

    Fine Line Relocation, Inc review

We contracted to get a transfer of my son furniture to NC — signed a quote that signaled 3 to 14 business days for shipping. We’ve been unable to receive our relocation done and have been advised that it might be as long as 30 business days (per signed contract). Customer support isn’t a part of their organization’s business model — has been told”it’s was it’s” without a recourse. We’d suggest strongly not to utilize Fine Line Relocation, Inc for any motions in Texas or external Texas. !

    Horrible, dishonest, absolute filth.

Don’t trust those men. They gave me a quotation that was highly aggressive. Subsequently, on moving day, if we’d packed most up everything and then we had no other option, they handed us our total and it had been 3 1/2 times what they’d quoted. We went together just because we did not have an option at the point. They jumped to split three desks and scrape heaps of furniture pieces. They showed me the way to submit a claim via their third party asserts company that they utilize. I registered a claim, that had been even a bigger hassle than going, and obtained a reply 6 weeks after a supply of 64. We literally had thousands of dollars of harm. I contested the claim, that meant traveling through the whole filing procedure again, and after hearing back nothing for half an hour, they stated they did not obtain the dispute. So I registered a third moment, and now we’re a year and a half later and they agreed to include 30 to the first $64 claim. Unreal. $94 provide for tens of thousands of dollars of harm. Don’t use this organization!

    Beware Rogue Movers

I will try to not delve into as wonderful detail since the other reviews on this, because they’ve done a terrific job representing similar issues I’d had.

I technically moved a one-bedroom cross-country, however I sold all of my furniture prior to the movement with the exclusion of 2 little TV racks that are collapsible. In effect it had been just personal products. I travel constantly for work and didn’t have enough time or availability to deal with this in my. Ironic that the firm assured me they’d treat me through that”stressful period” if they proven to be the most stressful part of the transfer.

I picked them because they had the cheapest quote ($1000). Once I started communication with them they subsequently said”oh we entered the incorrect zip code! Your quote is really $400 higher.” I discovered this strange but time was breaking down, so it was still cheap, and that I had been living out of luggage throughout the nation so I wanted this done. I consented.

Come moving day they’re incredibly late, just like 4 hours, which has been unhappy because I had a pre-dawn flight to manage. The guy in control of the team was incredibly brief with me and intimindating, fillling out a slew of items on the contract and also reassuring me that he was only putting them there in case something happened over the sending end. They’d all of my things in their own truck, how can I reasonably determine I needed a brand new carrier once I had a trip out of town in less than 8 hours? I felt that their dimensions and weight quote was far overboard but now I had no option and decided I’d fight it once I have the opportunity to measure my things upon delivery. I’d already taken out as much money as the individual on the telephone said too and now they were requiring an additional $300. It had been 3 men versus me, and again they already had all of my things. I needed to return to the ATM.

Fast forward a couple of weeks after and I receive a telephone while at California on your work. It is the shipping man – they will be in my home the following day. This is even though a telephone call I made to the firm requesting a couple of weeks delay since I would be out of the town. I tell the man I am not there, along with his reply was well I will just put everything into a storage device and inform them you will come by and cover it.

Seeing my issue, I got somebody else to take the things and this individual obviously didn’t have any clue about all of the issues regarding the quotes. They billed for an incredible quantity of items which were never utilized (staircase, smaller shipping truck), and that I had been made to pay since the individual who made payment wanted recoupment from me personally.

So in amount my $1,000 quote turned in to $2,400 with zero reason why. Remember – I’d ZERO furniture.

Nearly forgot to say – that they stole about $1,000 worth of electronic equipment from me. This is the true kicker along with the last kick in the intestine. I began the mediation procedure and owing to its onerous procedural demands it dropped by the wayside as I slid over time zones for job whilst overseeing the beginning of two new endeavors.

For people who haven’t utilized this business, I hope that this along with the other testimonials convince you to not.

For people who have, please see https://www.fmcsa.dot.gov/protect-your-move/file-a-complaint and also file a compliant with all the USDT. The DOJ has resisted these instances from the recent years and will hopefully continue to do so. That is our clearest approach to attain justice and receive the perpetrators of the criminal business in prison or at least forced into personal bankruptcy against the penalties.

SO WE AGREED TO CALL BACK BUT DIDN’T SIGN THE CONTRACT UNTIL WE WERE SURE Regarding the DISCOUNT.WHEN WE CALL ED THE Following Day AND GAVE HIM THE NEW LIST..IT DIDN’T GO LOWER..IT WENT 6.00’00. .HUNDRED DOLLARS HIGHER..WITH A NEW QUOTE OF 2,600’00. . .FROM 1,921’00. .SO AT THAT POINT WE WERE ABLE TO DISCERN THAT THIS WAS A SNAKE IN SHEEPS CLOTHING. . .WE TOLD HIM THAT WE WANT ED TO REFRAIN FROM HIS SERVICE AND TOO OUR SURPRISE..HE SAID HE WOULD HAVE TO CHARGE OUR CREDIT CARD AND TAKE THE DEPOSIT. .WE TOLD HIM THAT, THAT WOULD BE UNLAWFUL AND JUST HUNG UP..AFTER THAT WE CHECKED OUR ACCOUNT AND WASN’T JUST ASTONISHED BUT VEXED TO FIND OUT THAT DAVID HAD ALREADY WENT IN SIDE OF OUR ACCOUNT NOT JUST ONCE BUT TWICE..AND TAKEN NOT JUST THE 200.28. .DOLLAR DEPOSIT BUT A ADDITIONAL 72 Dollar THE DAY BEFORE AFTER WE GAVE HIM THE CREDIT CARD NUMBER. UNBLIEVABLE. .WE NEVER SIGNED THE CONTRACT TO CONSENT FOR HIM TO GO IN TO THE ACCOUNT OR RETAIN HIS SERVICES. . Then I PHONED HIM RIGHT AWAY AND AFTER SEVERAL ATTEMPTS WAS ABLE TO Speak TO HIM. . I ASK ED HIM WHY WAS ALMOST 300 DOLLARS TAKEN OUT THE ACCOUNT.AND HIS REPLY WAS I DON’T KNOW. . While I EXPLAIN TO HIM ABOUT FRAUD. .HE HUNG UP ON ME..WE THEN CALL ED THE BANK AND EXPLAIN TO THE WHAT HAPPEN END AND THEY ASSURED US THAT THEY WOULD REVERSE OUR MONEY THE NEXT BUSINESS DAY AND GO AFTER HIM FOR FRAUD. .WOW A LESSON IN LIFE..DO YOUR HOMEWORK AND BE VERY MINDFUL THAT EVERYTHING THAT LOOK AND SOUNDS GOOD IS NOT GOOD..GOD BLESS AND HOPE THIS REVIEW HAS HELP YOU ALL.

    STAY AWAY!!

    Avoid this business!!!

Our products were postponed into the destination plus they charged far more than the initial quote. They had worst customer support I’ve ever seen in my entire life!!! Never picked up their telephone!!! Never returned any my email and voice mails!! Also it ended up spending far more than the usual large and professional moving business will do however worst support and delayed things. On the day that they send our belongings, they billed $200 money since they needed to use elevator even though the lift is right before the truck as well as our flat is only near the lift!

Once we received our things, the brand-new packaging boxes we purchased for the transfer needed holes, a lot of our items had been broken!!! My husband’s pc does not operate any longer!!! He started it and discovered several components were loosing or detached!!! Some sections of my daugther’s infant were lost, my husband needed to spend two full nights go to home depot and lowes to obtain the fitting components!!! We chose to not get them to get the losses since the frustration dealing together!!!

    My Horrible Move

Rodrick itself proclaimed” cubic foot pro” arrived and my quote of 1200.00 moved to 2400.00 by searching round the area. I had been told because I did not use only two dimensions of boxes I’d have a great deal of dead space I would need to cover. If people understood that a lot of time that it sure would be useful. Rodrick also advised me before his crew came in that they worked for hints, sadly for his team later reluctantly being advised that price his team a 50.00 suggestion for every one of these. When asked when I wished to pay my equilibrium at 60 percent or 100 percent I inquired what was the benefit or disadvantage was. 60 percent they just had to wait for an hour on the opposite end versus 100 percent they needed to wait regardless of the period (found out none of this was accurate. Even if I needed to cover using a credit card there was a penalty of 3.5 percent. Never communicated in advance. 13 days after they call at 9:55am and state we will be there about 11:00am. Launched texting me at 11:15am saying they’d been facing my home for two weeks and they were planning to depart….hmmmmm IMPOSSIBLE. Texts into my emergency telephone, myself ( I’m now on the job ), and also my son threating to depart, my son seems outside to find that the truck walks outside to find out what is happening. Launched again with all the waiting two hours again impossible because I pulled from my drive at 10:30am. Held my things hostage to get 75.00. Since 6/21 I have made 12 calls for customer support, never a supervisor to speak to rather than a call back. The easy stress free movement they assert could not be further from the reality. Of all things stole a 10.00 razor nevertheless abandoned the bundle.

    Fraud, horrible company!

I had been moving out of Texas to Washington state. Got a quotation from Fine Line Relocation (following a complete and comprehensive delivery checklist ) for $4310, which coated the transfer, 1 month storage, and packaging stuff (blankets).
I’d packed all of the things and had all of the furniture broke down and booted up.
On moving day the inspector stated it was not that sum it was over $12,000, but should I give him $500 money he’ll only cost me $8000! Then he proceeds to inform me that this is normal business practice to intentionally underbid the movement to force individuals to cover the overcharges. Then he started to bill me for mats and blankets 1000 more, that was contained in the initial quotation. I wound up telling the fraud to depart and want my 431 back (10 percent down payment) from this corporation. As soon as I went through the Better Business Bereau, that had been the only means to get a response, they refused everything and were demeaning using their speech. Three weeks after I have still have not gotten a refund. I’m still in shock that there are still businesses out there which function in this way.

    STAY AWAY!

    DO NOT HIRE THIS COMPANY!!!

Dishonest, unreliable, weak to non-exsistent customer assistance, nor take responsibility for their worker’s gross neglect. Throughout my movement, the driver (Roderick), hit a parked semi to the improved shoulder of the interstate causing substantial harm to the moving truck and ripping open the rear of the vehicle, scattering nearly all its contents onto the interstate. Half of my possessions weren’t delivered, and also the boxes and furniture which were delivered were seriously damaged.

Can Fine Line Relocation inform me about the Crash? NO. Can Fine Line Relocation apologize to your own neglect and make an effort to boost my moving experience? NO. Can Fine Line Relocation give me a refund for services never obtained? NO. They operate a dishonest company and ought to have their clinics researched thoroughly.

LOOK ELSEWHERE FOR A SAFE AND RELIABLE MOVE.

    Horrible Service

Please don’t use this shifting service. They were 5 hours late for pickup. They need to have approximately between 6-9am at the morning but came past 1 am rather. We needed to drive across state the identical day with three children and a puppy so time was of nature to us. After the movers came, the boss allegedly calculates all of your boxes, furniture, etc.. We’d more boxes than anticipated so we understood our relocation will cost a bit bit more than the quotation. On the other hand, the inspector calculated that our move to price double the initial quotation. I could not figure out how it had been possible until I understood, all too late, that they overcharged us to the cubic feet. The mover billed 4.5 cubic feet for every one of our boxes instead of charging for their real cubic feet! Some boxes were x-small, medium and small. Therefore, the cubic feet ought to have corresponded.
At pickup, the sheriff gave me an ultimatum: either pay double the initial quote or pay him $300 money under the table and he’ll give me a foundation (tag ) speed for your transfer.

Obviously, we had been stressed out with all the children and the movers were so late. We really needed to have on the street along with the mover took good advantage of this. We withdrew $300 money and gave it to him so that he would bill us a base speed. The inspector behaved like he had been giving us a particular deal and his aim was to make the most of us.

Our shipping took more than 21 days to get there.

Upon shipping, our TV stand was broken up and Versace china place had a couple of plates broken. Our other furniture was scratched up a little. You need to complete a claim form that’s extremely protracted and time consuming, difficult process if some of your things are damaged or broken.

I emailed and called the moving business several times regarding the ultimatum which has been granted to us. 1 representative, called Carmen, advised me in e-mail that when I send back her any type of evidence that her firm might cut us a check to the reduction. The only evidence I had was that the withdrawal receipt corresponding to time and day of transfer. This evidence was not sufficient for Fine Line Relocation.

This morning, I left a voicemail since its difficult to find someone on the telephone first attempt. I did get a call back. The rep. verbatim stated,” Who in their right mind would pay money under the table, not telephone our office rather to report the incident?” She subsequently proceeded to insult my intellect at an identical subject in a loud voice and tone. I wrapped up.

Please, save yourself the trouble and deal with a different corporation. The initial estimate may seem good but when the drivers arrive to pick up your relocation, you need to be very experienced in motions and understand what you’re doing so as not to be cared for.

    Beware of low moving estimate

First I estimate to my stuffs, they’ve given me contemplating 200 Cu ft.
After the man arrived to pickup stuffs he then advised visual estimation will be over 200 Cu noodle Really I packaged much smaller box than once I said in the time of quotation.
Here is the approach to provide the decrease estimate and in the right time of pick up they billed more.
Second intriguing thing that they doesn’t let to package your mattress your own way. When you’ve got expensive mattress then remember that they fold up your mattress in this way it’s much better to purchase new one.
Throughout the pick up time man was in hurry, not listen correctly. . Hurry into signal up for moving papers. . As soon as you register their newspaper, you bounded with their stipulations. .

Whether this business provides you reduced quote then inquire first trip to determine your own stuffs. . And obviously not give even one buck greater than quote. I do not think they’re 100% true for visual CU Feet quote as you’re billed every CU Ft in $.

    Never again! The worst company

They aren’t professional! I’d spoken with the business before going and seem cheap. But when they arrived to pickup , they overcharge me to get all of it! I’d 1bed apartment plus they began overcharge for my mattress and bed that they shoot it like xl queen! And it is not! Then all of my nightstand they bill it as dresser and I’ve got plenty of struggles for every thing even for your distance from the vehicle. But in the conclusion, I said okay cause I have not a decision I was departing the following morning to Seattle. So I paid with cash and money purchase nearly the complete number but I made a equilibrium 585 to cover when they send my items. Incidentally, the entire matter from $1200 that they informed my in the very first place in the conclusion the amount was 2450! They did not send me an email or phone me in regards to the shipping day. I had been calling daily and no 1 answer the telephone. In the end, after 20 times that they contact me and send my items. After the truck came they need money up front to begin I’d a money order again as the previews payment however they said that they did not take money orders! So I had 500 money but no 585 plus they did not take it and explained that they’ll bill me 350 additional cause they’re shedding their time! I named the company and also a girl told me to donate money order and money to be able to begin the movers complete $1000?! And when my cash order is apparent they’ll send me a test (I do not know when) using 415 back. They proceed my thing very quickly they did not put together my furniture and they induce me to sign the newspapers quickly cause they needed to go someplace else. They choose their own blankets and unwrap a few things. I have not time to test all of the boxes etc and that I sign the documents. The upcoming days I discovered lots of broken plates etc and then I discovered among my bass guitars they cut the situation likely as soon as the unwrap it with a knife! I have pictures that case price $90 however, the firm can not do anything that I sign the documents. It is ridiculous they really are a joke! The single thing that they are performing is to simply take your money as quickly as they could and overcharge you for no reason! They did not care your things! And that I’m still waiting the test!

    Long-distance move from Florida
    Substitution of another carrier

I contracted with Fine Line Relocation Inc. for a little movement from TX to FL after which a return transfer from FL to TX. I request the Fine Line representative a few time throughout the purchase process if they had been a broker. She told me no, all of their trucks were business owned and all the drivers were business drivers.

The transfer from TX to FL went nicely. However, if the truck came in FL to earn the delivery and then pickup the return cargo it wasn’t a Fine Line truck, it was a truck out of 24 Hour Movers, Inc.. I ask the motorist that he represented and that he advised me Fine Line. I inquire why the indications on his truck didn’t state Fine Line and why their DOT number didn’t fit Fine Line. He explained they had been just one in the exact same and that he worked for both.

I tried phoning Fine Line but needed to leave a message. So I chose to proceed with the transfer. From that point it was a tragedy.

The driver didn’t have some help. He explained he would involve some help but it could likely take a few hours for them to arrive. It was already 1:30 in the day. He explained that he could go down the road where some building workers were working and determine if he could find any help. He camera and inquire when I’d $50.00 to cover the guys. I gave him $50.00.

I paid him for the remainder of this movement down that needed to be in money, $496.70 after which we unloaded the furniture. We then moved all of the furniture out on the driveway which was supposed to return to TX but until he’d begin loading I was supposed to cover him for the 50 percent of this transfer back to TX. It was assumed to be $797.50 and that I were told that I could pay with a credit card for a charge. As soon as I told the driver I had been going to cover the 50 percent to the return he said he couldn’t take a charge card. I advised him I would have to phone Fine Line to make them select the card and he explained that he’d already ask and they stated they might take a card within the telephone. Between my wife and me we could think of the $797.50 in money. As soon as I got back together with all the cash he stated it was likely to be more money since my furniture was consuming more space than lent. I informed him I wasn’t keen to pay more income until I spoke to Fine Line. He loaded my furniture and then attempted to show me that my furniture had obtained more space than had been quoted. Fine Line had lent me for 290 cu.ft. And he had been attempting to inform me I had taken up 400 cu.ft. But considering the marking on the ceiling of the van my furniture was in the 300 mark.

When we got ready to signal that the delivery papers the motorist needed me to sign a comment on the newspapers that my furniture was more that I had reflected to Fine Line. I advised him that the bits were right and showed him that the list of things I’d discussed with Fine Line. He called his manager, Michael, and Michael told him that I needed to signal the comment. I told them I could sign it if I can make a note that the bits were right. They wouldn’t let me produce the note and Michael informed the driver if I didn’t sign the comment to unload the furniture. After quite a bit of claiming and many telephone calls to Fine Line, without a reply in Fine Line, we advised the driver to go ahead and unload the furniture. The situation got really stressful and also my wife was likely to call the Sheriff.

Throughout the time that the driver was unloading the furniture and after a number of telephone calls from my spouse to Fine Line, a manager from Fine Line finally called. She apologized and said she’d look after everything, but by then the majority of the furniture was already unloaded, and we had been so upset that we had doubts exactly what could occur when our furniture eventually got to TX and what additional they would attempt to charge us for.

So by 10pm that night our furniture has been putting in our garage and we had been confronted with the issue of getting it into TX. The following morning I rented a UHaul van and drove the furniture to TX myself.

If I’d known that Fine Line was likely to substitute a different carrier I would never have used them. I’d reviewed many carriers and Fine Line had positive reviews. Following the encounter that I looked at the reviews for 24 Hour Movers and they were dreadful. I’d not have chosen 24 Hour Movers but I had not choice because Fine Line place my furniture on them without my understanding. If Fine Line also is connected with 24 Hour Movers afterward Fine Line accounts for this negative review.

From Texas to Oklahoma and Oklahoma to Texas

My moving experience was really bizaare. The moving business called Fine Line Relocation has been that the one that I hired to perform the dual movement back and forth from Texas into Oklahoma and vice versa. I’ve a botique at Golden Triangle mall which I had to transfer to Oklahoma. Changes in my personal life standing had me move into another location. What so bizaare is that my sister that married a man from Dallas needed to proceed from Oklahoma exactly the exact same moment I was going. Since I’ve Fine Line Relocation my sister contracted them as well for her transfer into Dallas. Two distinct moving kind but same amazing output. I was happy since they arrived on the time to send my merchandise and decors into the new mall place before it shuts. My sister would be happy also since they did her pickup at the handiest time during the night and delivered it at the first possible moment (they sent her stuffs directly out of Oklahoma to Dallas). Nothing much to mention but they have been GREAT MOVERS!

    Great Movers, Professional, Highly Recommended!

I hired this firm to transfer my two-bedroom apartment halfway through the nation. I’ve several expensive things, but I was really on a budget, so I was very apprehensive about this movement. I’ve used a business before that turned out to be a”broker” and had a very dreadful experience. But, I am so happy I discovered Fine Line Relocation!!

My things have been picked up and delivered in time, as promised, together with professionals and no harm in any respect. We had a problem at pickup, along with the supervisor, Sindy, went over and beyond to resolve the issue promptly and make it appropriate. Not only did she do so, she followed up every step along the way, and assured me everything will be nice….which it had been!! So much so, I shall only use Fine Line for your own moving needs from now on. As a supervisor myself, it is not the absence of problems which makes a company great, it is the way they handle and handle them. And Fine Line did a excellent job, and got my trust. They’re reasonably priced, professional, and dependable. I strongly suggest them!!!

    Great job

I had been recommended to attempt good line move by a fantastic friend of my household….We transferred from Plano TX to Chicago, IL it had been quick and efficient.

Everybody at nice line was so useful especially Michael,he came around to perform a quote in our home and he arranged for us to be picked up after two days that really helped us since we had to move out and be in Chicago for my husband fresh occupation (thanks Michael).

At each step along the way. We had 5 lovely men, They came on program and took nearly all day to transfer our 4700 s/f home filled with things to the trucks. They moved fast and economically and wrapped around the whole home in 1 day doing a complete packaging service for us as security. We’re really impressed with their attentive handling and attention to detail.
There cost was on the higher side of quotations which we obtained but my husband insisted that u get what u paying for….was he directly! This business clearly values honesty and ethics, that they even discounted the cost a little at the end (that we did not even inquire ).

At shipping we had another crew providing our furniture and they were very patient with me telling them where everything goes considering I had been by myself as my husband began his new job and could not take off work daily.
I suggest this business to EVERYONE, they need over and beyond our expectations. Among my sons wind tables had been ruined when they sent us and exactly what they did was amazing…two or so hours after the men left I got a call from one of there customer support asking me if it’ll be okay to get a furniture shop to pick up the item and correct it in the upcoming few days, I WAS SPEECHLESS.

Like I mentioned before I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY, THANKS GUYS FOR A fantastic JOB DONE, heather & bruce

    My move to New Jersey

My spouse and I have not moved for the previous 15 years we had been quite nervous about choosing a moving business.
We searched on the internet and came across numerous companies with a lot to provide it had been challenging to make a determination, but one company stood out as it seamed they truly cared.
Sharon that was my client service representative called me on a daily basis spent over an hour every time making certain that we receive what we need.
She was really sweet and affectionate and it did not feel that she had been pushing us whatsoever we were moving within our own pace, so she assisted us have our automobile delivered along with a excellent firm.

Within our moving day a team of 4 men came each one shot over a space and at no time we were all packed and prepared to bid farewell to our residence.
Jesus was quite polite and explained to us all about the paper work and procedure generally, it had been such a relief knowing that we really took their time to describe everything to us we all have not done this in years.

Packing was done really nicley, neat and quick!
Delivery came in a reasonable time, the men at shipping place all back together and what I enjoyed the most the motorist was making certain that the inventroy was true and nothing was lost.

My spouse and I wanted to thank you for everything and thank you for going the excess mile to be sure we’re cared for.

Will definitely recommend to friends and loved ones.

    God bless.
