***WORST. Service. EVER* ** I booked with this business in February and paid down payment for June transfer. They changed my broker. Second they wouldn’t reply to telephone calls with new broker. Third did not appear on the program day made a telephone call on the next day of movement to let me understand that they had been broken down and could be three more days. On the next day there wasn’t any communication until overdue and I had been advised that they wouldn’t be picking up my Adams and we are going to refund my deposit. Here it’s middle of June and I am still waiting on them to refund my deposit. That to me is thieving. Don’t use this company if you can find somebody else.

I phoned national relocation solutions to move my furniture into florida,aggent said things are at my place in 4 or 3 weeeks.we they contracted outside my load into 8 distance storage and moving out of detroit,dont know where some of my furniture would be. . .no one replies telephone,please call authorities. All I did was transfer my crappy small 2-bedroom flat out of Northern California into WA and they charged me over $6,000. The quote? $3,000. Sooooo. . .they charged me over twice the quote. We utilized Federal Relocation to transfer us along with the Agent was friendly and nice and that’s about the only good thing I could say. They contracted out us to MADE MOVING AND STORAGE. My dad in-law was in the storage device when they chose up my things up and stated that they were doing a fantastic job. All of our lamps were broken and the furniture has been hurt and also our pictures got moist. My tool box along with my resources would be nowhere to be seen. They pulled up at a semi truck to send my things and it didn’t have a lift or lift. This makes we wonder just how they’d they get things like a refrigerator or stove away from the truck. They left our mattress unassembled although we contracted for disassembly and re-assembly of all major furniture. WHAT A NIGHTMARE!

Initially, I mailed them a zillion images of the two bedroom flat and told them just what the project involved (our location has been more of an art studio compared to a standard living area ).
