Family Values Moving & Storage

Even though the movers were friendly and hard workers and very accommodating they had been helpless in stacking and placing my furniture at the vehicle damaging my chest with fractures and chipping to the legs in addition to both bottom drawers that now don’t close flush. I’ve moved 3 times along with other moving companies with no damages to this particular necklace. We just moved about 5 miles away.There were additionally scrapes in my glass top dining table that I didn’t report. Compensation for repairs was hardly any for the damages which were performed even with photographs sent to the corporation.

This moving company is so dreadful!   We’re brand new to the South Florida region and we needed to let when we first got here.   We since then Purchased a home and needed to place our stuff in storage while we waited for our new home to be remodeled.   When our brand new house was ready, we predicted Family Values Moving to transfer our things in the storage device to your Home.   It took two hours to load up our things on the truck that looked a little strange but I thought, alright they are being really attentive, no Large deal.When we got into the house the transferring men had to phone the office for the final cost that I Would Need to pay them.   The man in the workplace gave them the Last quote, Then abandoned for over an hour.   I had told them I needed to pay through credit card but because the workplace man had left, they informed me that they could not Begin unloading the truck before he chose the payment and requested me to go get money so that they could begin.   I proceeded to receive the Money and to get food to eat to get my daughter, and moved I got back they had been completed (fairly ironic as it took two hours to load the truck, and just took them about 45 minutes to complete it).   In my horror I found they’d scraped Each and Every piece of bedroom furniture we’d.   My Brand-new cherry hardwood dresser and chest of drawers needed scrapes and nicks across the whole top surfaces, along with both of my son’s new new white dressers had dents across the front and upper surfaces.   I was absolutely certain when I found they’d dropped among those boxes marked brittle – four bone china bowls my grandma left to me were broken.My husband called the office to whine about the scraped furniture along with also the broken dishes, along with the workplace man was so dreadful to him that it was unreal! He had the guts to say that they do not insure Items Which have already been packaged since most clients do not Understand How to package their own items (what???!!)   I really don’t know about other clients, however, my husband was able to work for a moving company and I will guarantee you among my grandma’s china was broken until these movers touched on it.   Moreover, All the furniture was brand new (less that 6 weeks in our ownership ) and there were NO scratches on some of it prior to these men destroyed it.   Due to Their neglect and Total incompetence, we finally have to pay to own BRAND NEW furniture restored.If you’ve valuables or expensive furniture that you just want to be handled with respect and care, DO NOT HIRE THIS MOVING COMPANY!!!!   Additionally, they make the most of this fact that my spouse Wasn’t there.   I really don’t understand the Intricacies of moving businesses and that I trusted them to provide the service they promised.   I am certain when my husband did not need to function and was there, the  result could have been entirely different.PLEASE BEWARE – THESE PEOPLE ARE CROOKS!!!
