    Long-distance move from Arizona
What an amazing service! would greatly recomend!!

Everything began out of my first contact with Hayley.
She was AWSOME! She had been very thorough and at the top of this, constantly calling back on time with the specific answers I was searching for. She made certain to back up her words with facts rather than conceal any small detail type me. I really like that these men understand the principles of relocation and also do whatever they can to alleviate the strain from the shipper, as you probably know , we have a lot on our heads as is.
The move day eventually arrived, with a significant family that comes with a wife, 4 children and two dogs I’m usually in dread of the date along with also my blood pressure rises the closer I get to it. Hayley and the staff were so convinced that I felt like what is going to be a smooth sail. AND I WAS RIGHT! William and the staff arrived on time, and proceeded directly to work, they made certain to load in an order that suits our loved ones. They left the dining table and couches continue, knowing we want somewhere to sit down and eat. Everything was professionally packed and economically loaded leaving no room in between the products. When we first watched the truck we didn’t think all our crap will fit in 1 trip and were astonished of the tetris abilities!
After the crew came on shipping they unloaded everything quickly unwrapped and reassembled each and every product. They placed all boxes and items in our area of choice and have been extremely nice and considerate.
We ended up paying 200$ over the quote ONLY because we needed to devote a wonderful tip. This really is actually the first time that the true transfer cost exactly the same as quote for me.
I would greatly recommend falcon relocation! They truly do soar over the rest!!! J

    Excellent Service

Falcon Relocation was the sole firm that would come outside to Apache Junction to perform an in home estimate. Their estimator came out and gave a more comprehensive report of my possessions with a price match guarantee. I went together with their bidding, and that which was as their estimator mentioned on move day without any surprises. They did such an incredible job with everything I can’t start to explain. Thank you Lynda for all of your help, you’re amazing.

    Falcon Relocators Moving

Same con distinct Household. Driver comes with trailer, can not locate our street. Husband goes to meet him shows him where we reside. He then won’t make delivery into our property. My husband showed him two distinct streets to come in and outside of to provide. He still refused. Says he can not get his truck in. Guess they will need to employ and train their drivers. My brother-in-law is a retired within the street driver. He couldn’t think the motorist. Should of hired him. Driver says that he can unload furniture at which he abandoned his truck across this street and we receive a u-haul. He can go buy the u-haul and send and we owe him additional $$$$$. My husband takes him 50 miles to the closest u-haul firm. In addition, he gets 2 College pupils he hires to unpack our possessions, they do not possess exactly the very same folks to provide as when they first pack you. They made two trips together with the u-haul together with our belonging crammed from the truck. A couple of things were broken that we unpacked after. There was a bit of furniture which was not ours that they had and that which was piled in our front room. The ceremony they had said was far from okay. After we hired Falcon to transfer us we were told that the service are exactly the same as if they did our packaging. The one thing which was put up was that our dinning room table and that I needed to ask them to build it. The driver wasn’t happy about that either complaining that he had been just the driver. We unpacked everything and constructed everything. They did not place together beds, nothing but the dining table. We’d expected to have a call from Falcon to affirm our possessions were sent and we had been fulfilled but nobody ever responded to our shipping. This was the very first time we’ve ever hired a business and is going to be the last.Knowing that is the way the business runs I wouldn’t suggest them.

    THE WORST MOVING COMPANY EVER

Stay AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY…. Hayley is phenomenal in her marketing abilities and she’s the sweetest thing ever, but the entire procedure of transfer is really a nightmare. They do not care for you or your furniture that the one thing they care about is making money and frees you for every small detail. They ruined our brand-new items that price over 1600 bucks and after 4 weeks of filing a claim, they are just prepared to pay 39 bucks because of it… They will provide you the lowest priced quote to start with, but expect me after they arrive to a home they’ll add extra things for it… STAY AWAY not worth rescuing few dollars to them to screw you over in the end.

Robbed of valuables - so sad

I write this review with good despair. While packing my belongings, among those moving individuals stole my household heirloom jewellery, my sole link to household lost. The business denies responsibility but the theft was clear for anybody who cared to discover about it. I’ve now filed a police record.

Additionally, when our possessions arrived in our new house, they were packaged so shoddily that there was an immense quantity of harm, damage that can not be mended.

    Really sad, really frustrated.

    Terrible Company

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! Our first quote was 1700. We ended up having to cover 7K. They gave us a false quote when they obtained their the day of the movement they had been extremely unprofessional. They had been there from 1:30pm until 10:30pm. The men that did the moving into smoke breaks and beverage breaks all of the time. Haley the girl who put up the transfer did not inform them they needed to stop in our storage device. Very ineffective and unprofessional. She seemed very pleasant on the telephone and honestly sounded like she understood what she was doing but trust me she doesn’t understand what she’s doing. 21 times go by and our belongings is finally showing up in our new residence. The dispatch staff and the driver said we must cover rest in money although contract says money or money order and we’re getting charged an additional 650.00 since their truck does not fit in our complicated. Thus 7k and 21 days after along with quite unprofessional interactions with direction our stuff is now being delivered. I’m disgusted about the way this business runs their organization. If I could provide them a ZERO score I would. They’re a lot of scam artists. Proceed with this organization and you’ll be sorry. Once more first quote 1700 needed to cover 7k to purchase or things back.

    Stay Away!!!!!

    Don’t Use!!!!
Went to Many businesses and decided to utilize Falcon Relocation out of AZ into FL. Everything went really nicely before delivery! We had our possessions put in storage for 1 month before delivering. OK, no problem. Falcon repeatedly highlights the caliber of the stock tests.
The bad part. Shipping DID NOT contain 8 to 10 boxes! We contacted Falcon and, even in case anybody really answered the telephone captured the significant runaround. No one appeared to care! How do you shed boxes if your stock is really great? Have registered a claim, however, do not expect anything. Legislation appears to be in their side with this one!

    SO BAD, SO VERY BAD...TERRIBLE

THESE GUYS COME IN AND RUSH RUSH RUSH. IT’S GOOD They Are FAST, HOWEVER FAST ENDS UP BREAKING THINGS. THINGS YOU DON’T FIND RIGHT AWAY. LIKE A FLAT SCREEN TABLE WHERE THEY BROKE ONE CORNER OFF OF THE WOODEN BASE AND THEN THEY HAD THE GAUL TO TAPE IT BACK ON LIKE I WOULD NEVER KNOW. REALLY? HONESTLY THEY ARE NOT WORTH SAVING THE FEW BUCKS AND I KNOW I WILL NEVER EVER USE THEM AGAIN… EVER!! As Soon as I ATTEMPTED TIME AFTER TIME TO FILE A CLAIM THEY TELL YOU TO GO THROUGH A THIRD PARTY COMPANY AND MAKE IT NEXT TO IMPOSSIBLE TO CONTACT SOMEONE TO FILE. THEY ABSOLUTELY RUN IT LIKE THAT FOR THAT PURPOSE. AVOID THIS COMPANY UNLESS YOU WANT MANY THINGS BROKEN. . .MANY THINGS…

Move from Phoenix to North Carolina

Do not use this business! They don’t have any respect for your own personal goods or possessions! As soon as they are out of your eyesight, all bets are off that you will get anything undamaged. IF you’re going to utilize them, then pick FULL COVERAGE REPLACEMENT, as your possessions will be broken, broken, scratched, marred, bent, mishandled, or missing and they don’t care.

My spouse and I picked this firm for a cross country work-related movement. They showed up in my home in Phoenix, AZ at a box truck which was to little. I told William, the firms representative, that the truck was likely to be to little when he awakened (according to my previous experience with work relocations of my possessions ). He cried and then started to explain to me why they had been using this more compact truck. He clarified that the tractor trailer rig was at the store. First warning flag!

When the truck was packed and complete, the rest of the items were abandoned in my garage to another team to come and load the rest of the items. It had been explained to me, by William, that my possessions would be saved in a warehouse and reloaded for the trip across country. Second caution flag!

My possessions were transported into North Carolina. I was instantly worried when the shipping team opened the rear doors into the trailer. Third warning flag!

Our possessions seemed to have been thrown, piled, wedged, and essentially piled to the trailer with no respect or maintenance with other’s possessions. Instantly, the two-man team, unloading the vehicle, began searching for the state of each product which was unloaded.

In a nutshell, you may address a third party asserts firm, Claims Service International (CSI), which will supply you their overview of your claim that you will spend hundreds of hours/days about preparing. Their job would be to dispute and cut back the claim as far as you can. They promise to be impartial in the claims procedure, but it is clear who they are representing. You have 30 days from getting their email, which I never received, to decide on if you accept or dispute the claim. Fourth warning flag!

Therefore, in the event that you don’t check Full Replacement Coverage, you receive $.60 per pound (that I chosen ) on a multi-thousand buck move. In our situation, it is $252.40, that is not any big deal to Falcon Relocation or CSI.

I must have checked the box for Full Replacement Coverage, and perhaps they’d have taken more attention.

We’re extremely disappointed in Falcon Relocation and we don’t recommend these for any sort of relocation.

    Worst experience

I picked Falcon move as my inspector to move from AZ to MI. I was quite impressed with there speed in addition to rate of shipping. Unfortunately this is the place where the great new stops along with also the bad news begins. The folks arrived at my home and we moved via the costs. They found I had a television and asked if I wished to pay extra to have it boxed so that it wouldnt break about the trip as it had been a glass display. I happily paid extra because of this and abandoned for MI. Upon delivery I had been saddened to realize that my TV was crushed along with the rack had snapped off. The man delivering it stated they’d left the television stand on so it’d have snapped no matter what. He explained if they’d eliminated it then what would have been nice (literally you click on a button and it comes out). He arrived to provide the remainder of the material which was approximately a little flats worth of things the man brings out a big arm warfare. Then he immediately lets it fall in the sand and if he looked at me he states”it occurs” and continued his own job. He asked him why he’d need more folks to assist with these bigger items and that he said that he couldnt get his workers to appear for work. Ok…. Now I’m somewhat upset but hey its only a tiny mud and they’ll pay me back to the television they all broke. So I predict falcon relocation plus they lead me to some third party asserts department. I fill in the data and called to create sure I had all of paperwork that was required. It’s now been 4 weeks since I filed the claim and following many calls to both the claims section and Falcon move it seems like nothing will occur. Ll although my standing in my claim maintains impending nobody could tell me whats happening. Though this company has great rates would you really need to have to address this stuff. A business that wont even help you with a promise of harm they failed and your stuck footing a 850 dollar bill to get a new television trusting that one day that you will receive your cash? I will allow you to decide! That is my very last hotel to let folks understand that when its occurred to me then its probably occurred to many! Consider all those elderly folks who dont understand about the ability of social networking! Either way think twice in this area

    Falcon worst moving co ever

Worst moving business ever, Haley market the business for a family own company, that they utilize their own trailer, even the much more price!! . . everything is a lie. They estimate me 2100, in the right time of pickup I recognize Haley didn’t increase the quote each of the thing I said, they raise the expense to 3000. That is what actually frustrated me, I was CLEAR I’m moving to Portland, that my home is uphill no huge trucks could go up into the area. We even map Google my property, Falcon brand new my home isn’t an a simple street for large trucks. Therefore that the evening of the rescue the motorist phone me (builder motorist ) that he has a huge problem, ” he cannot send my furnitures since he’s driving a massive trailer, so that I have to cover 900 to 1000 to get a shuttle. . What!!! . I am quite disappointed. I predicted Falcon and the response was subsequently we put the things in storage till you cover and you’ve got to cover storage also. I compensated and I obtained a lof of things broke even a seat, plus they disassemble a number of my furnitures, plus they didn’t deliver tools to build my furnitures. VERY DISAPPOINTED.

    Bait and switch

Classic bait and switch. Quoted ~$800 to maneuver equal of a studio flat. Sent three men to move the stuff to the truck. Chief Mr. Mover informs me it is $300 more to get a kitchen cart which I added into the transfer. Ok, so that I cover that since I need to get on with my own move. Shipping day: Guy shows up, independently, and informs me it is $500 more to get a”shuttle charge” since a semi would not match around the hills in my brand new flat (I had warned them about that, and of course they did not hear ). Guy states that we now have to wait till somebody arrives to aid him (why did he come alone in the first location?) . So today we are around $1600, also my stuff still isn’t delivered. I so wish that I had only gone with Mayflower. Mayflower lent me 1800, and that I want so badly I’d only sprung to it and paid after, and not needed to Take Care of the bait and change that’s happened here.DO NOT USE THESE MOVERS

    Hello –

AVOID THIS MOVING COMPANY! THEY LIE ON THEIR QUOTES! I lately used Falcon Relocations to transfer me out of AZ to Seattle. I just want all to understand that should they quote you a cost be ready to have a rise at shipping. I had been quoted $1030.00 for the own move. Last minute my 70 year-old grandma chose to take her entire size mattress with her. The movers lent her $300.00 additional (that I thought was a joke thinking she said the truck had lots of space but since it had been predicated on sqft I let it move ). Once I left my 2nd payment I got another quotation that was a fantastic chunk additional. Plus in addition they charged me $75.00 for stairs if the first quote stated 1st flight of stairs is totally free. There’s a reason they just have a 1 star rating. I ought to have known better. They market you really good and then after that they simply follow your own enterprise. They do not care to keep their clients happy in any way. So do your self a favor and go with a different moving company that doesn’t lie to their clients. UNHAPPY CUSTOMER!
