EZ-Pack Moving

Beware! Don’t use this organization. My move has been scheduled on 7/3/19 involving 9-10, and that I got a text verification directly from Ray on 7/2 that they would be there. My rent was up and that I needed to stand outside on 7/3. At the dawn of 7/3 in 7:13 am I got a text from Ray that their truck was down and a mechanic was on the road. He said he would keep me updated. At 9:09 I texted back to inquire how it had been coming. He explained aide was there and they had been waiting to get a part. I asked him when he believed he’d continue to have the ability to come that afternoon. He responded that they could be there now even if they needed to lease a truck. (that made me feel somewhat better at the moment.) I checked back in at 11:38… crickets. Checked again at 12:58… crickets. He simply stopped responding and left me hanging. I had difficulty finding the exact same day/short notice moving agency, (the day before the 4th of July! ) ) But finally I did, thank goodness! This is simply bad business and I DO NOT RECOMMEND that you danger trusting your relocation to somebody who does business this way.

They’ve no clue what they are doing. These boys were quick to package that our”Pack Rats” & considerate. We thought that they were fine before we got into our new residence out of country. That is when we discovered that they had done an extremely bad job organizing our items.

All of our furniture with legs on them were all broken (several dressers & armoires). Our drive lawn mower has been placed on top of a heap of mattresses / furniture, which then leaked traces of gas & oil on our possessions. Instead, they reeked so badly that we were sick in the fumes. It had been late November & we’d moved into the Midwest, therefore airing out them supposed that we needed to turn off the heat as it had been at the 20s-30s. We couldn’t sleep on them / maintain the home for over 30 minutes at one time. We spent 3 weeks attempting to out them / handle them using baking soda & vinegar spray. We needed to suddenly remain together with my MIL for all those 3 months thanks to the problem.

All the time, I had been attempting to get Ray (proprietor ) to examine the problems and file an insurance coverage (they allegedly have insurance). I sent photographs & gave him the contact information for those movers that uttered the”Pack Rats” for people, who could make announcements that they discovered / watched the horrible packaging / harm to our items. All of Ray would say was that he wasn’t comfortable w/ supplying us any reimbursement straight & he did not need to report it for his insurance carrier. Now he is ghosted me. This is a ridiculously hard & costly transfer thanks to all of the complications which these non-professional movers triggered.

I’d definitely use these guys again!! They did everything the ideal way wrapped and done in there best. No complaints!!

Showed up on time, and made sure my furniture has been packaged properly for the transfer! Very good service and would highly recommend them since your go-to plumber

Ray and his brother Rafael worked quickly and economically. They managed all of delicate boxes along with all of the furniture with immaculate maintenance. In comparison with another movers I have called they’re also the very reasonably priced. Would suggest to anybody, and I are also using them after my new rental is up!
