(16th) but that he had no comprehension of a weight reduction. After we asked for confirmation of this burden, we had been advised the motorist never needed the rich truck weighted. Another carrier really moved our possessions to Florida.We have asked tariff by distance info about the truck which moved us to Florida along with the organization so far has refused to supply that information even though they are required by legislation to do so. I used the business to proceed from Denver into LA.. They contract the project to a different corporation. Although they had been late by a day that the firm showed up with a group and immediately packed up my things. Everything appeared to be moving easily but then a tow truck kind guy walked around me and stated here’s your new invoice. They bill you for each bit you do not comprise during the stock although I had been under the impression that I had been paying for weight and space on the vehicle. I had been told that our deposit could be credited back to the account that it was paid out of and we would not need to take care of their business no more. On pickup the material had been loaded afterward my daughter had been told when she did not possess the quantity of the deposit in delivery she wouldn’t receive her possessions. 3 days prior to came and they called for he closing decision. We ended up getting more boxes and now they wanted to understand everything we had been going even though it was not boxes or furniture (vacuum, broom, guitar, lawn chair, garbage can etc). The brand new quote was for over twice the initial cost even though we had not changed furniture. I was angry because they anticipated things weighing occasionally 5-10x over they did. I complained and they promised me I would only cover exactly what the truck weighed against (.55$ 1 pound).

It’s 6/15/2017, I still don’t have a standing of shipping, still no return call from contracted or contractor, without a scheduled date of shipping. With that being said, to call either company is useless and will web simply establishes and frustration. I’ll update to some standing if one is ever received.

Nationwide was the Agency. Their driver was rude and would not weigh dispatch. Their dispatcher was so rude also. Could not attain EZ Proceed until following day. I had been told that I must have called them that I said that I’d. They keep putting off me up to any sort of settlement. The thing that actually steams me is that McKenna in EZ Move stated that Nationwide wasn’t a fantastic business to use. Only a overall bad encounter. Delivery day arrived, as precise as it might be, down to the half hour. The men arrived and lifted the gate and from there I understood my movement was a victory.
