EZ Moving and Storage has been contracted to transfer our 1 1/2 chambers of their house (16.6 miles in their HQ) throughout city approx 5 milesper hour
The afternoon of, the motorist was late. Called to say he would be later than expected. When asked what period he replied that he did not understand. Told us to telephone their workplace.
Called their workplace, talked to”Rob”. Inform us that was regular and also to sit tight. 
After two hours, no driver, no movers. We called to cancel and they informed us they had been maintaining our residue, no refunds although they were late rather than transferred us.
Happily Visa contested the cost and can be getting back our money. 
NEVER WORK WITH THIS PLACE!

We moved in NYC to Michigan with a POD-type service in which our possessions were sent in New York into a warehouse close to the airport at Romulus. We hired EZ Moving & Storage to find out our items in the airport and deliver them in to our flat 30 miles off. Overall time: 2.5 hours. Last cost: $415. They sure made it completed in significantly less time than it could have taken me along with my spouse to take action ourselves. They supplied their own truck, that has been included in the price tag. It’s also nice that after 1 or two hours, the hourly rate is prorated by the quarter hour. The 2 movers did a excellent job and let’s advised that they were running late due to traffic onto I-94, that was nice since we had been stuck at precisely the exact same traffic!  Nothing has been damaged in the movement. In general , they did a terrific job in contrast to a awful experiences I have had with different businesses I have hired in the past (that can be quite a couple, as I typical one go every 1-2 years).

They guys were good, worked hard and were both professional and they did not even have a rest so I bought them dinner, I felt so awful because they functioned do difficult to make sure my saticefaction. It was easy to tell them, do their thing, they are the professionals that they did not desire micromanaging meanwhile I had been preparing different things int he flat. I hired EZ 2 decades ago when I moved from a house to an apartment and had been super pleased with support so I hired them again. Again, I’m super happy and happy with support. I even referred them to some realtor and loan officer for some other customers needeing movers.

She cried from the telephone”I AM THE BOSS!” We never had the opportunity to speak with the proprietor because each of the communications with him had to experience the workplace and seemingly the workplace obstructed our opinion. The proprietor simply disappeared following the quote. While we had been naively waiting for the proprietor to get in touch with us, we obtained a letter by a collect specialist. The workplace supervisor acted way quicker reporting her client than reacting to them.

Don’t use this company again!
