Think again before you hire them.

1-) The project has been subcontracted to another moving business without my approval and negotiation. The men who arrived to pick up things didn’t introduced properly. I had a contract using E-Z exemptions, they were presumed to pick up my things involving 08/22 to 08/24. Yet on Friday 08/23 in my phone, they advised me that cannot make it on Saturday and will have the ability to pick up the things following week. However I had been flying into GA on 08/26 2am. The contact man said that he will phone back after talking with his or her management. On my telephone in the day they said that they’ll pick up the things on Sunday 08/25. They didn’t inform me that the project was subcontracted. After the movers arrived to my home for its pickup, they released since E-Z Movers. Once they picked up all of the things, gave me fresh invoice and requested for complete payment. The bill has been from Southern Van traces. Then upon my inquiring, I had been advised that they have the job and I want to cover them in full. In addition they added Fuel prices and Substance fees for approx of 400 /- (a bit less). Upon some debate, I gave them 400 /- so that I buy sometime and speak to E-Z Movers concerning it.

Two -) Incorrect contact (sub contractor) has been supplied. The bill I obtained following the pickup had wrong contact information from Southern VanLines. Afterwards I discovered the the moving was completed by Sunshine (a thing, dont possess the entire business details as I wasn’t advised ).

3-) Payment Conditions were broken. Per my contract using E-Z movers. I had to cover 25% originally which I did, then 75 percent through credit card on pickup and staying in cash on shipping. Following the pickup, I had been requested to pay in full of money. Upon debate I paid $400 in money as that has been my very last day and wished to speak to E-Z Mover concerning the circumstance.

4-) Unauthorized / shared fees. I had been billed approx $400 for gasoline surcharge and substances (187.12 + 100.50 to be accurate ). They hold up things and requested me to cover first the entire number including the ones that are contested. I phoned E-Z Movers on 08/30 and emailed them regarding the circumstance. I had been requested to cover the quantity and receive my things. E-Z Movers consented to pay back the request fees. I paid the residual amount and obtained my things on 09/07

5-) Things and land (shipping ) has been ruined. The products were managed quite unprofessionally and a lot of these were damaged considerably. The home was ruined also. The shipping driver explained that he doesn’t get the job done for the business and dont care for any harm.

6-) Delay and No-response on assert from E-Z Movers or their own partner. The claim for compensation and compensation of unauthorized fees were filed on 09/10 (or so) but didn’t obtain any upgrade and suitable reaction.

Don’t Use EZ Movers. We paid $1300 for them to move us and ended up losing tens of thousands of dollars more in weeds which won’t ever be substituted. The supervisor, Steven, hung me up once I attempted to talk with him. They didn’t return among those 6 calls I had been told I would get over a week and has since accused me of lying around 6 boxes being lost. Terrible enterprise.

Thanks to moving on one of the busiest times in Chicago and phoning nearly 10 businesses before this one, we travelled with EZ exemptions despite the numerous negative reviews. We had help moving our belongings and did not know what else to do.

Even when you’re in a similar situation, don’t use this organization. Listen to the testimonials.

SIX BOXES filled with those valuables were stolen during the transfer as a result of neglect of these movers. The truck has been parked in a street in Chicago, along with the movers didn’t find it necessary to see the truck stuffed with all our valuables and left it unlocked with all doors wide open. When completed, the movers spent approximately 15 minutes searching for a lost dolly. Hmmm. . .that’s intriguing. . .where did the dolly go? And what else might possibly be missing? On account of the movers not counting the amount of boxes we had, how can we understand.

We didn’t realize items were lost until we started unpacking after they’d left, and seemingly at the point, based on EZ Movers, they are no more accountable if you understand anything is missing once they’ve left.

The very best aspect of all is that Steven, their supervisor, is stating that he does not think me and thinks I am lying around boxes filled with our valuables being lost. Why would I decide to call differently and receive discounted and cried at unless I really wanted to get a settlement to this unfortunate fact?

Do not place yourself in a place to wind up like us. Extremely mad about your possessions being stolen. Now having to manage a company who isn’t interested in remedying the problem in any way.

Transferring in itself is stressful enough. Stay away from EZ Movers.

The same as any person on here which does not do the job for this corporation. . I had the maximum MISERABLE, STRESSFUL, and Pricey experience. I totally REGRET using these scam artists perform my own MOVE. I’d have been better off leasing a U-Haul and forcing that round the nation for the things they tricked from me. The day of the movement,they showed up and needed that an additional $1,000!! Because I no longer had the choice of searching for anybody else, then I was made to utilize them. . . .just similar to the other posters. . I had been LIED TO. . They were callous and made direct feedback to me personally on the telephone in addition to shouted over the very top of me. Because I was already in a different country I had no option except to utilize them. They’re liars and thieves in the best.   PLEASE hear that which EVERYONE is saying and then move someplace else. I missed days of work since the  sales man kept quoting me different days when they’d be here… nobody called to inform me if they were planning to be here ether… ABSOLUTE WORST COMPANY!!  I HATE this business… and clearly so do at least 152 additional men and women who filed claims with the BETTER BUISNESS beaureu. These folks are scams and will ruin your premises and earn moving..which is currently a trying experience..absolutely MISERABLE.

E-Z Movers may look to be a fantastic bargain when they estimate their cost. I thought so, too. Don’t be duped! They have loads of additional add-ons and hidden fees. By way of instance, I had been billed $300 bucks EXTRA since they couldn’t get their massive semi over 75 feet of the front door. I needed to run into the ATM to receive the cash before they’d provide any of my things.

As though this was not enough, my brand-new tv was totally missing from my shipment. The driver asks you to place tick marks on the things as they’re brought to the home. One of my things wasn’t checked off, but that I did not notice until a few hours later they’d they left. I called the company the next day to report the thing lost. I also contacted the motorist who is number that they give you if your delivery is becoming close. I didn’t get ahold of him, but sent a message to that he never reacted. After proceeding at a snail’s pace, I got a letter in the email 5 WEEKS LATER stating that they were denying my claim and because I did not observe that the product was lost while the driver was still there, they aren’t accountable for it! DO NOT EVEN CONSIDER ALLOWING THESE CROOKS TO TAKE PERSONAL ITEMS FROM YOUR HOME UNLESS YOU DON’T VALUE YOUR POSSESSIONS. That is absolutely 100 percent the worst experience that I’ve ever had with any company EVER.

I do not even know where to begin with this corporation. Let us simply say that the workplace will provide you the quote that you wish to listen to over the telephone using Zillow to find out what is in your home, but then the foreman will appear, state the office folks are idiots and move to inform you that your relocation will take twice as long as they anticipated. I believe that it’s a match between the foreman and the workplace about them talking crap about each other, but in the close of the day that the one thing that gets done is that the customer is overcharged.

A Couple of toppers for my transfer:

– the foreman literally”shushed” my spouse, lifting his hands and closing his hands just like a mouth, in my own house yet. I’d have punched the guy when I did not need to Receive out my stuff

– that the foreman actually threatened to leave my home without my things, knowing that we only had 24 hours to proceed, all because he did not need to talk about why we’re being overcharged

– if the moving team realized through my move-in They were operating out of time, they simply began throwing my boxes in my garage Rather than asking me if I needed them to finish putting my possessions where they really belonged

– right before they abandon the shifting team left all of the excess boxes and tape in my garage. When I asked them to accept it, they stated”we do not have a jump in the workplace”

– I got a telephone call at 9:30am saying that the movers were on their way to my property. When they came at 10:45am the foreman asked me to sign. I discovered on the invoice that he was charging me beginning at 9am (apparently that is something , I compensated that the workplace $247 in traveling charges but I also had to be responsible for the movers to go to my house ). As soon as I told the foreman that he left at 9:30am, ” he explained he had been charging me beginning at 9am because his car would not start. How is that my problem?!?!?!?!?

Horrible experience. They did not transfer the crops, the images, the bycicle, etc.. Asking for more money all of the time. Wasting time. They did.t take good care of the bundles, many things were ruined. Quite unrespectful.

Stay away from E-Z Movers out of Skokie, IL. The quote didn’t fit the whole price they needed. I paid nearly 60 percent over the quotation was to get work that has been way under any caliber.

Pick-up was advised to be on Tuesday. On Saturday they phoned me that they’ll come to pickup my belongings the following day (Sunday). Well, I had been out of state, so that they left me with a message. And yes, they arrived on Sunday, two weeks before scheduled. Seemingly the truck was only departing, along with the upcoming available will be in 10 times (why subsequently took them 13 times to push in MI to VA, I don’t have any idea, perhaps they moved via Mexico).

After the driver came he told me it’ll be added for extended distance form flat door into the truck, and they explained I had more substance compared to quotation. It totaled in additional 30 percent from what was about the quotation. As soon as I tipped the driver that he said it wasn’t enough and desired more (for 2 hours of loading that they needed greater than my everyday wage!)

Finally they showed up at 9am, and first thing that they said was that it is impossible for them to park the semi open so they will need to use a shuttle truck, for that, obviously, they will bill me another 30 percent of the first estimate (after the landlord stated that it would be fine to park the semi automatic to mow , others do it regularly ). Right now I didn’t oppose, I simply needed my things!

After all three parts of furniture have been broken, along with a little step ladder never made it into my new house. I was eventually compensated for broken furniture, but later between the BBB.

In summary: it’d be cheaper, simpler, quicker and not as trying to lease a truck myself and push from MI to VA (even though it had been in the midst of winter)!

I had been quoted & charged $3,800 to transfer my household things to Florida from Minnesota. On the afternoon we ordered for EZ-Movers to pickup. That was the exact same day that our apartment lease was up. The driver walked around and looked in our furnishings. He explained he wanted $20,000 or he was pushing away. I could not believe it! I said wait a moment. I’m likely to receive my woman friend and deliver her to you. (The driver) The motorist. (Abraham) said he chose in his calculation. He said give him $15,000. I was livid. Then he said, we will give me $12,700 or he is driving away. My woman friend promptly called Abraham’s boss Steve. They went forth and back and Steve explained cover $11,700 or he was planning to tell Abraham to push away. We had no option. Abraham stated our family things will be in Florida another week. We drove down by automobile to fulfill our possessions. EZ Movers didn’t send to us for 18 days. Apart from this. Over 60 household items have been ruined and a brand-new radio control truck which cost me $400 was the sole item stolen or lost. I feel that the driver uttered it. EZ Movers wouldn’t cover us ANYTHING for harm and wouldn’t even admit the missing 400 truck. I registered with the Illinois Attorney General and the Illinois BBS. Neither did ANYTHING to help. Both of them are useless organizations which go through the motions. Both admit they’re helpless. What are they available for. I feel that EZ Movers con each client in their deceptive practices. DO NOT employ this provider. Most probably you’ll be there next victim.

This is the worst company I’ve ever utilized to make a move. Par tof that is my fault that I should’ve listened the testimonials. However, I had been doing a local movement. They offered a price on the telephone of 210 – 280. After the quotation came through email it said that travel time wasn’t included. I’SPECIFICALLY” asked Alex (the man on the opposite end of the telephone ) about this and he said that my conclusion bill could be between 210 and 280. The movers got there on time and beginning wrap every bit of furniture in blankets. When informed they didnt have to do everything that they said that was the only way they’d take them. At this poing I believed they had been doing a fantastic job. When they got into my home the motorist (Eugene) hands me a bill for $896. I practically had a heart attack. They billed me for each inch of tape that they used and they had been enerous about it and also to let the blankets they utilized. They also billed for tolls and travel time each way. I had no option to cover because I had been told that the stuff wouldn’t come off the truck till they received payment in full. I was irate. I contracted these individuals via an internet quotation from www.e-zmovers.com. When I contacted them to submit a compalint (they billed me $125 a bit for 2 big crates they never used), I had been told from the E-Z movers folks that they do not understand who they are. How can you allow someone market on your website, not know them? If you’re performing a move out of a NJ source this corporation should not be an alternative. Take it out of I must have listened. Please dont make the exact same mistake and seek the services of this organization!

Absolutely DO NOT expect that organization. Proceed to the Better Business Bureau, their registration has been reversed. I talked to somebody in EZ while that was happening and was informed”it sort of sounds as you’re above a cone and will only need to roll with the punches” – ARE YOU KIDDING ME?
Luckily, I’d nearly two weeks prior to my final date and that I managed to scramble and find a back up program! Don’t expect EZ Movers and especially Kevin Kambool!

OH BOY failed the proprietor, not enjoy this reaction; I phoned to ask to their lawyer advice, and he replied. In that thick subway (I’m israeli and my sister’s at the IDF) accent began crying and calling me names. This was three months ago and today they have opted to inform my lawyer we should sue them rather than making nice and repairing the issue.

E-Z Movers had the cheapest estimate we received on our transfer in MN to NC. Please do your homework before you select a business, I discovered the hard way. This provider is indeed….extremely dreadful. The movers that they delivered to me were far from being professional. They weren’t trained, they didn’t understand how to package a truck, not as pack a storage device that I had my things saved. I’m not even an expert mover and that I did a far better job keeping my things after these so called movers threw my things in storage. My family had to spend a few nights sleeping on the ground because of their inability to supply us basic client support and good shipping time period. This is definitely the most fraudulent company I have ever worked with in my entire life. 1. My quotation jumped from $354 to $680 2. They maintained that they moved greater than they really did inducing me to pay more for cubic distance (on paper) 3. Cubic space was not discussed during the quotation 4. I had been told that my possessions would be set in a storage device, NOT AN OPEN FLOOR WAREHOUSE 5. I had been advised that my yearly payments could just be $109, but they jumped to $240 per month for a 1 bedroom apt. 6. They’re holding my furniture hostage because I type because I refuse to pay them $240 per month that I wasn’t quoted. AND THE LIST GOES ON!!! They were suppose to send on Friday afterward called that afternoon to state their truck broke down and possibly they’d send Sat. I really was fine with this, I know things could occur. The drivers arrived back morning, and again very professional. The foot board into the mattress in my Master bedroom has been severely gouged. I revealed the driver and both him and I took photos. He asked him if there was anything else I had to do at the moment , he said no he’d send them the photos and that you have 30 days to file complaints and also to wait and assess everything else. Yea, that is not correct. It just took me three days to sew and that I had been missing three boxes along with a corner CD stand alone. Theyfore they’re not responsible for the promise.  3 lost boxes: Not notated/Scanned outside (whatever the hell that means) and therefor aren’t responsible for the promise.  So basiclaly that they LOST three of my boxes and 3 months later still Can’t account to them, and essentially have washed their hands of my situation.   I will be honest, the footboard along with cd rack I might have over looked BUT just two of these 3 boxes held significant things and also this business simple doesn’t care. I’m rather dissapointed in the entire circumstance. The company that hired me, asked if I could suggest this inspector because they recently hired two additional workers that have to be moved. I think this is an immediate deception that enticed me into employ EZ Movers, simply to have fees skyrocket as it had been too late to modify the plans. The very low cost and estimated quantity of time has been that which induced me to select EZ Movers along with other businesses that I got estimates from. I created my strategies based on your data and budgeted so, and couldn’t manage to have fees balloon into these epic proportions. As a result of this, I needed to borrow cash to have the ability to pay for the initial weeks lease in my apartent. Additionally as a result of direct actions of these movers, I am not yet positive when I’ll have additional fines from my construction for possible fire dangers or continuing to use the elevator to get times out of if I had it reserved for usage.

I used this business despite the prior poor reviews but wow, their customer support couldn’t have been worse.

(1) The broker knows nothing, especially the one I worked with. The man has absolutely no clue what’s happening and won’t ever give you a direct answer. By way of instance, once I asked to understand an estimated date of shipping he stated he couldn’t supply me with you and called me to the driver rather. Obviously, the price evened out at the end due to the additional I needed to cover.

The only real factor of the entire encounter is that the movers themselves were good – really considerate, quick/efficient and none of my things has been ruined.

I’ve used this firm for the previous five decades and all preceding moves were good. They have been on time and about quote, which all were local movements. My final move which has been on 9/9/16, a very long distance move to Florida has been HORRIBLE!!!! They picked my furniture up on 9/9/16 and has been given a quote for about $1700, once they had been completed my quote proceeded to $2200. I contacted Maryam my shifting pro and without surprise she did not reply. Left many messages without a call back. I then talked with Steve that the Office supervisor and he informed me that because one thing was different compared to my record that they had the right to recalculate it. About Monday 9/11/16 I came in Florida and contacted Ez Movers back to confirm the status of my purchase as I had been told by Maryam that it would by my very first available shipping date of 9/14/16. To no surprise the other LIE! That really is the date Steve advised me was that the date they’d start to push to Florida. As of Friday 9/16/16 my furniture remains in IL and I am in Florida paying for a resort to be in a position not to sleep at the ground. I’ve asked to speak to the proprietor Eric and has been advised that he does not socialize with customers. I wouldn’t ever recommend this company to anybody. When the movers came, I’d fewer things than were enrolled in my quotation: I’d 16 boxes rather than 20, I’d just 1 bookshelf rather than two, I’d 33 total items in my real transfer. The driver explained that, in spite of the less stuff I’d, the purchase price would only stay the same if I’d just require 1 queen mattress rather than two. As soon as I argued with him stating that the EZ Movers agent gave me another cost, that is exactly what he said:”well, it’s quite simple for them to maintain the workplace giving quotations. I am the person who comes and sees the things. If I choose items which exceed the quantity from the quotation, I am going to need to cover this in our warehouse once we move your belongings from 1 truck to another and that I will not accept that risk”. I felt hopeless, betrayed, and abused by EZ Movers at there. The agent assured me on the phone that I could made alterations on website, however, the driver did not give me this choice. Long story short, the driver consented to maintain the purchase price from the first quote from daniel if I’d leave out some stuff, such as one queen mattress (I left behind one microwave, 1 night stand, one black block, 1 bookshelf, two folding seats, and I’d just 16 boxes rather than the 20 I had in my stock. I asked the driver to compute how much it’d cost me to deliver the next mattress (although it ought to be merely a matter of adjusting the size/price of it at the stock ) and he gave me a cost over $400 to deliver the mattress. I couldn’t manage to pay this additional sum of money, and so , I abandoned the mattress behind, also.  I stuffed a promise following my movement and they explained that I would get a response in 30 days. They didn’t contact me. I called them a week following the deadline that they gave me. The solution? They didn’t correct the cost I paid and stated that the promise was resolved although I didn’t get any communication from them! They did not admit any of my complaints and proposed me to start looking for a lawyer to further talk about my”Problems”. Please believe me, I never wrote a review earlier, but I really feel so abused right now that I believed I could help other people to don’t make the exact same mistake I did. Please, for your own sake, don’t anticipate EZ Movers!

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!  I had  plenty hurt done, and harm done to things which are older and passed down through generations that can’t be replaced.  I understand how to package and also my boxes were so damaged that things inside were at peices.  I had a 100 year-old Hoosier Cabinet ruined since they transferred it at the home.  Furniture has been dented and scraped.  Things weren’t wrapped in blankets once they arrived off the truck since they were assumed to be.  I’ve had adolescents move me without any harm done.  As soon as I registered a complaint and mailed images, I had been told that there was nothing which they could perform.  If you like your possessions, DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!

Except Brian Ross out of earnings, the majority of the office people calling calls are rude and unhelpful. I really don’t know where to begin about their truck drivers. If you register for a long distance move, they’ve semi-trailers picking up your things and falling off. I’ve seen those semi trailers becoming numerous apartment communities without causing a scene. However, EZmovers’ drivers are somewhat distinct. They won’t input the minute they realize its a flat community they will need to input. Their drivers will attempt providing nice bargains to you that in the event that you pay particular amount by money, they could take the additional space off the last quote and will also offer you some reduction!! Its only crappy provider, concealed clauses/costs, and ya they will somehow manage damaging a number of your furniture. If you try telling them while packaging that something requires more packaging or much better managing, they will ask you to obey your company and that they have been in operation for a long time and understand what they’re doing. Well I wonder how they continue doing business. I truly hope nobody needs to experience the experience I’ve had with this organization.

They added enormous stress to each facet of the movement. They gave hardly a warning before coming for pickup. They didn’t lift a pinky down things down the amply-sized drive to the home for dropoff. They didn’t build anything as was guaranteed. Pretty much each of the verbal claims were broken. Not convinced however if they took great care of the furniture since it’s all sitting at a darkened arctic garage, not constructed, rather than being vaccinated.

Worse moving experience ever, I don’t post on Yelp however that I do not need somebody else to go through what I did. THIS IS A WARNING! I had been quoted $600-800 and ended up paying almost $2,000! I inquired if we could only start and stop the clock and find out how much time it could take us but he stated they do not charge hourly? And in addition, he advised me that it might too take more and it might be more expensive if it did, which disturbs them not charging hourly!? So in order for me to not cover more precisely what was quoted, the most obvious thing to do would be to assist the movers move items because I wouldn’t wish to pay extra in addition to the absurd quote particularly not in $115 an hour. I lately utilized EZ Movers to move around 12 pieces of furniture from Memphis to Atlanta. I had been sent a quote which said,”The speed per cubft includes loading, unloading, cushioning, disassembly, reassembly, transport, and total value protection (with choice of limited accountability ). For your convenience there’ll be no extra charge for flights of stairs (three narrative maximum) at destination or origin. Ensure that all your possessions are packed with proper boxes for secure handling.”

There was not any mention of a 75 feet distance for unloading or loading. I had been charged an additional $150 or both ends because of my transfer and an extra $55 for packaging up my furniture. My furniture that was picked-up a day sooner than I had been told, came a day later than it was suppose to. The motorist bullied me to paying the additional fees. He purposely parked away in my condo so that he can charge me extra for the shipping. You will find 5 parking areas open where he would have readily parked the truck to float into my condominium. He had been rude and unaccommodating. My transfer cost me over $300 more than I had been quoted.

As you can see in the images the truck might have been left by my condominium but the motorist made a decision to escape from the entry to charge me more. He frees me into paying the excess fees with risks of unloading the furniture (just about 13 bits ) from the parking lot.

Don’t seek the services of this provider. The motorist contracted to lose our things yelled and yelled at us on the telephone since he took the incorrect path and is on the weight limitation. E-Z Movers positions as probably among the worst moving companies I have ever dealt with, and I have completed a great deal of movements (over 10 at the previous decade). Generally, I have discovered that many movers are already pretty awful, but this one has been about the lesser end of this”poor” spectrum.

E-Z movers ended up charging me an extra $2,000 (TWO THOUSAND DOLLARS) within their first quoted price (that was already $5K!) . That is an extra 40 percent of the initial quoted price. Frankly, I have NEVER addressed a moving company which insists on charging you extra since it’s impossible for them to match THEIR automobile onto your premises. My transfer has been multi-part, which occurred at virtually all places. Never was I cautioned of the ahead either. Rather, I had been made to cover the additional $2K so that they can rent another truck which could really fit on the road or to my apartment’s parking lot. Um, was not it THEIR duty to care for this from their $5,000 I already paid them?? I felt just like my matters were being held hostage from the motorists unless I paid him the ransom!

Second, they had been LATE to provide my items. I’d just started my new project, and also the late delivery interferes with my workout schedule. Here I had been waiting around for my items to ONE WHOLE MONTH. I transferred into my new flat May 1st and has been prepared for my items at any given moment throughout the month of May. Rather, they found on June 5th! And then to add insult to injury, I’d called them 2-3 days before that to request an upgrade, and they had been LESS than useful. No communication with the dispatcher, no particulars given to me personally, and not even any reassurance that they were planning to be punctually. Sure enough, my feelings have been confirmed, and they have been overdue.

Third, the movers in my pickup place proved unbelievably rude. I tried to inform them that things were deceptively heavy and fragile, and also to be cautious. All I had was a grimace and”I understand” or anything to that purpose. The next thing I know, I endure with mouth watering while among these literally rolls my tank rack up the ramp to the truck. What exactly were they thinking?? Too late for me to mention anything. That is a two-person task, men! Only ask your helper to assist carry this up. There are just two of you. Easy as That!

Ultimately, when everything was said and done, all of my furniture has been ruined, completely scraped or otherwise lost entirely. My volcano tank floor dropped out, my nightstands were irreparably crushed, my lampshades busted, my glass lamps scraped, along with my screws and smallish items dropped. I have estimated near $1,000 in losses or damages. And while I have not registered a claim however (due to a technical mistake in THEIR END that does not let me add things to the claim type ), I could pretty much bet I would be lucky to have 20 percent of the complete value because they just supply $0.30 to $0.60 percent of insurance.

Want to waste a Whole Lot of TIME and MONEY, and desire your possessions to become RUINED or LOST? I didn’t believe so. “E-Z can it” along with AVOID E-Z movers no matter what!

I had been known to EZ Movers with a buddy who had a favorable experience with them previously.   I couldn’t have been frustrated with their services.

I had been quoted $470 to get a transfer from the suburbs into the city.   I had been advised to Buy my own packaging materials (tape, shrink wrap, bubble wrap) to conserve cash.   I obtained 15 boxes along with the usage of 5 apparel boxes contained in the quotation.   I had been told the movement would require 4 hours, for example, hour drive.

It seemed that among the movers were marginally new and were Not Certain What they were doing.   The foreman kept crying at one specifically, particularly when he had been utilizing their packaging materials Rather than the ones that I invested $70 for!   It became clear that it was likely to take considerably longer than the quoted 4 hours.   When I called the office to talk, I had been advised that unless I signed up a new quotation, They’d unpack the Whole truck and would depart.   They expected that the movement would wind up carrying 6 hours. . .at an additional $99 per hour!

We got into my new flat and they started moving items in, but paid zero attention to anything which has been indicated as to where it ought to go.   It ended up carrying them 5.5 hours to perform the job.   The foreman billed me to the usage of apparel boxes, Though they were assumed to be contained.   I ended up paying 627…$157 greater than that I had been quoted.   If I’d known this, I’d have gone with another business.

So I asked them to update the quotation but they are disagreed to do so this as I had been told that I will want to cover 400 because they’ve booked that much space for me. . .which was very foolish…!!!!! To begin; I had been hurried to sign everything about the movers’ useless pill in the return. I should have taken it as a hint right then and there. It kept shutting down and erroring out, resetting itself. The display was so messed up I could not see something. In reality, it took so long that we went to overtime. However; since I signed, once I discovered the tremendous gashes from the hardwood floor, my claim was refused. With exceptionally arrogant and could not care less attitude. ZERO Client Service implemented.

They caused a massive gash since the group ignored my orders. I asked for them to utilize all four men to lift the furniture that resulted in the gashes from the timber since it’s very heavy and move out the double doors to allow greater space. They intentionally ignored me, utilized 2 men and chose to try to showoff and squeeze through one door and down a very narrow hallway. And since they had been so far behind in time, we had been dashed from the door.

I purchased the group lunch and went from my way to hand them a money tip since they stated they were not convinced they would get it throughout the business itself if I place it in my charge card. That should have been another red flag on the market.

The reply I received was: ” We talked to our movers plus they denied having ever caused any scratched. This provider is horrendous. Not sure where to begin, as nearly all facets of utilizing E-Z Movers was horrendous.

We moved from Minnesota into Flordia! The price they offered us was more economical than what we’d previously looked into. They showed up on time packed our things, that the we come to find out they provide 2 months of pd storage. We finally enter our location after a month and a half phoned them to receive our things delivererd, they then continue to tell us all we must cover yet another 100 for storage. Though our two free weeks were’nt up. They showed up on delivery and after that desire 300 in money or they would not give us our things. We had about 76 boxes which included hard plastic bags. Most of the boxes have been smashed as well as the tough plastic bags were also damaged. All of our glass itemes were also broken. Even things that should of made the excursion were destroyed. Adding my Grandmas china which has been nicely packed as its not replaceable has been ruined. Take care not to go with this business they screw you up with all the cost and they destroy your things.

CROOKS along with SHADY… MY things were stolen!!!! Listen folks I don’t write reviews on matters however awful the experience was BUT that time I must mention something… where would I begin… I’m prior military so I’ve moved a thousand times and this undoubtedly was that the WORSE moving adventure EVER! I picked that company because they had been the very persist.   I had a very little long distance transfer out of a storage device in 1 country to my flat in a different nation.   I advised them I would require packing and might have somebody there to start the storage device (poor thought not being there anymore ) But not the less the movers showed up on time and wealthy with my things.   Fast forward a couple of days after the truck came with my items to my jolt half of my items weren’t filled and fastened and there had been tape wrapped about arbitrary things… I began to shut and didn’t see my kid’ video games console(so ), IPOD bracket and also another electronics..which I’d put into a laundry basket at the storage… each of the matches were missing but one.   They never even packed the things from the basket. They place a green variety decal on the basket and then packed this up. The movers attracted my items in and make sure I discounted that I received each of the”containers.   Each of the containers have been there BUT MY THINGS WERE MISSING OUT OF THEM BECAUSE THEY WERE NOT PACKED AND SECURED.   Any one can stick there hands at a laundry basket and then choose what they needed and leave the basket!!! (yes I’m upset).   Along with the missing things among my flat screen TVs wasn’t on the stock record and that I asked the movers in which the TV had been…. After faking thru my items the TV was discovered wrapped in a few of my blankets using a roster of tape wrapped round it.   I have never noticed a horizontal display packed this manner in All my moving experience nevertheless my additional TV was correctly packed but has to have dropped since I’ve a Enormous purple line going it down today.   As soon as I named the motorist all he kept saying was all the containers were accounted to get away from his truck… getting no where with all the motorist I phoned EZ movers that advised me to submit a claim. I finished the form and sent it all back…. Fast forward a couple of days after I receive a letter in the email stating my promise is invalid and all my”containers were sent and checked me off. ONCE AGAIN YES I Got the most so called containers BUT MY ITEMS WERE MISSING OUT OF THEM!!!! .   These folks are dishonest and company practice have to be researched ASAP! My items were stolen and that I feel broken and disgusted. (I didn’t spell check but you get my point)

I would never even give them 1 star.  They verbally promised to send my furniture out of Chicago into Southwest Michigan (a total of 75 kilometers ) per day or 2 using a nearby truck.  After they showed up 17 days after , they had the biggest 18 wheeler I’d ever seen so that they wanted to bill me four hundred bucks more because they could not receive their truck down the road since it was so enormous.  They said they’d deliver my things on saturday between 4 and 1.   They never showed then the motorist called me and stated he’d be there between 9 and 10 am Sunday morning.  No heads upward from business about shipping.  All of my things were damaged somehow.  Carpets were moist and filthy because they did not wrap them.  A priceless midcentury buffet which my parents purchased in 1956 at Denmark was in excellent condition when they chose it up – if they sent it, 1 leg has been broken off.  All of my upholstered furniture has been only wrapped in plastic wrap (which they did) rather than covered with blankets, therefore all of my furniture needed dirt stains on them from where they were hauled.  Also. Nearly every leg on every chair was busted.  New dressers and armoires were broken in numerous areas.  1 box had broken open.  This is actually the worst long-distance moving business ever.  Every person I talked to lied (the sales man, the supervisor, the dispatcher) and the way that they spoke to me made me think they’d been through that before.  How dare the boss get angry with me for calling him unprofessional.   They are entirely incompetent, I was concerned I may never see my furniture again, so when it finally came I was only pleased to see it again.  I wish I’d read each of these reviews first.

If I could give this evaluation a cero celebrity I would. Don’t use them! Not only were they months late but I needed to phone to follow up on what in the true date of my pickup that they’re supposed to get hold of you 24hrs before. They arrived the final day of my disperse and I just found out the day before since I named the driver several times. I blurted that I wished to talk to a manager and receive a discount. He then advised me that I was clearly upset and he had been worried to the well-being of his team so that he was planning to inform them to turnaround and depart. Seeing that I had a plane to catch, I apologized to Kevin (are you kidding me) and then he left me beg for them to perform the job. He completed by telling me they would do a fantastic job. They did.

Now, I was almost feeling sorry for whining about Kevin after hearing against your team leader how he had been berated by other clients on a standard basis. In reality, he had been attacked by one the day before. I thought, well, I figure you get what you pay for. And maybe they have reason to worry about their teams.

Needless to say, then came the shipping. The email I’ve received certainly said that I could anticipate a shipping from February 6 to the 17th. I cancel our petition for hiring EZ to get another movers (better speeds ) after being told it would take 30 days to receive my refund my own 30 days came and came. Everytime we predict we all got was excuse after excuse about why it had not been shipped 46 days after we eventually got it. Obviously they’re an entirely unprofessional business and liers.

This organization is horrible! Ever since I never got the phone and called again EZmovers for my surpise I had been told that the things still have not begun to go and they place the blame for me saying since speech wasn’t given they haven’t starated the transfer.
4) It’s no usage calling the customerrelations@e-zmovers.com, because they provide a very surpising and non-acceptable answer state they know the frustration but it was our error.

So who all are studying this, pls be cautious and to not utilize these movers especially if you’re moving along with your childrens, because these movers aren’t at all client oriented.
