Where do I start except to say I’ve proceeded with different businesses – more distances – and with Experienced it had been the worst ever”adventure” EVER. Alfred, the salesperson, calls daily and after you register, forget it you never hear from him. He sends you into a government site to acquire insurance??? Load in was dreadful with overseas men who do not understand how to package whatsoever and also the leader of the gang  blackmails you in the conclusion for money tips (later adding $5000 to the cost ). Shipping was so late and filled with lies. The delivery driver appeared ok – after he FINALLY arrived. A followup letter was not even acknowledged. Fundamentally it is the eastern/NY manner – take your cash and to h#@$ along with you.
Please DON’T utilize this business – actually they need to be shut down by the government. . .look in the other reviews.

They were fantastic before you register the contract.  The evening prior to delivery we had been advised that they would not be in till 2:00 pm then they showed up at 8:50 am.  We allow the movers know we’d art deco 3-piece classic furniture out of my husband’s dead parents, that was the most crucial pieces we needed to proceed, which would want to experience the next floor windows; we had been informed that this was okay.  The day of the transfer the mover refused to transfer them without a”forklift” – he had two additional very massive men and a truck right outside front!  My husband could’ve had friends there and done it ourselves and we needed to leave it behind and attempt to market it (still in process)!  They came in like a 3 individual”swat team” and billed an extra $86 for boxes (we had a lot ) that we’re still attempting to work out how that happened while we’re put madly finishing our packaging because we had been caught off gaurd when they revealed 5 hours early. We’re currently five times beyond our shipping date and settled on our new house a week and they will not provide us a shipping date, inform us that they do not have GPS on each of their trucks, the inspector requested us to”suggestion his men”, and still we paid $1200 after leaving antiques supporting, and NEVER REC’D THE RECEIPT FOR THE $86 WORTH OF SO CALLED BOXES WE USED! PEOPLE USE SOMEONE ELSE AND SAVE YOURSELF FROM BEING SCAMMED AND BEING TAKEN ADVANTAGE OF BY FAST TALKING NEW YORKERS! Every time I call to complain that the sales division yells at my remarks about”do not your trucks have GPS which you could inform me where they are and as soon as you’re able to expect delvery”?  “You did inform us delivery could be 8/12, and we did not place the shipping date – you did”!  I actually told them I’d call the authorities now since I was starting to think someone stole it because I had been guaranteed a return call from the manager yesterday once I threatened to call the Better Business Bureau for never fulfilling their end of this BINDING CONTRACT WE BOTH SIGNED!
IT’S A MIRACLE – THE MOVER JUST CALLED AND SAID THE DELIVERY SHOULD BE THIS WEEKEND – THAT’S MAYBE 9-10 DAYS PAST THE DELIVERY DATE IF IT’S TRUE! WE’LL SEE!  THAT’S AFTER I THREATED TO CALL THE LOCAL SHERIFF!

They quoted us $1,088.68 they had been late to pick up they informed us $1,600.00 once they loaded it everything,we had no option to cover them they encourage to send by May 17 2012 we didn’t receive our stuffs on July 5th we must dwell in a vacant studio for two months that they never returned calls and constantly gave us explanations the shipping driver-mike-onmi need an additional $350.00 upon delivery if not he isn’t likely to shipping our stuffs and he needed two sterile post office money orders. The very first thing that he did to me was force me to sign the contract without even loading my stuffs and required both blank money orders once I requested him I want to complete the money order and he took my pencil and wrote his own name to the blank money order, my new batter was ruined and three meals was busted and then he refuse to put my bed together unless I paid him $75.00 I’ve gone through hell out of this firm for the previous two weeks. I’ve contacted BBB along with www.protctedyourmove.com and Basic lawyer in NYC and authorities in NYC.

We’ve moved our family itemse out of CT to OH. The pickup was great. However, the shipping was quite delay of approximately 15 days. The customer support is quite bad. We really had difficulty to handle with no things. They’re so sweet if they reserve orders but after it’s done they are entirely irresponsible. They did not even say when they send our things. I am especially posting this review so that others shouldn’t suffer just like us. It is like you invest less but you get a terrible support.
