Experienced Transport

Robert and Sofia were friendly and helpful on the phone, however there wound up being a range of issues with my movement using Experienced Transport. I guess these are all about”par for the course” from the long-distance moving company. 1. Not capable to move an upright piano. 2. The pickup guys really left 6 banker’s boxes full of books upstairs in my home without telling me. Does not make much sense for a scam, so I feel that was just because of stupidity. Because this was on a Sunday, I was not able to reach on the shipment to make them return 20 mins after the actuality. An extremely bad outcome. Had to throw a lot more things to match the novels in my vehicle.

3. This provider sadly has in little print at the contract (given on day of) that payment needs to be made BEFORE they unload the vehicle in the destination. So you don’t have any leverage on the shipping end. Obviously the men tried to conquer it without reassembling the furniture. Luckily I got through to the shipment this moment.

4. I told them over and above that I would not be there to get delivery to the weekend following pickup, but nonetheless they called to say that it had been coming on Sunday. Again, had to type it out on the fly with all the shipment.

5. Glass high of Ikea Malm dresser was not wrapped correctly and shattered. Now I did not care…

Surely would have paid an additional $500 (30 percent ) to not have every one of these issues. But even then who knows…

I know that dealing with transportation companies is not fine but’Experienced car transportation’ is the worst that I have ever addressed. Below is my experience with them :-

1. They falsified concerning the DOT license. On various sites, they claimed that they possess the transportation license but once I checked on DOT site it was died. When I asked about it, they blamed it on DOT itself.

2. On the the shifting afternoon: I reserved the movement with my construction supervisor for the time that they gave me. They had been 6 hours late. On phoning the driver and supervisor, they’d say 15 minute and I wouldn’t hear from them for just 1 hour. Afterwards, I’d call again and they’ll say the identical thing. The one thing that they do professionally is’LIES’.

3. 3 people showed up after 6 hours of wait. As one of these was packaging the dresser, I inquired if I could set a cushion (less than.5 pounds ) in among their drawer and he refused and told me to find another box only to get a cushion. I advised him to leave the dresser for today and that I will speak with his boss. He literally threw the tape on floor in anger and walked outside.

4. They were 3 people but they required the time to load the furniture and couldn’t finish the moving at allotted time due to that I had to pay additional money to get more time.

5. After loading the merchandise, the man inflated the cost mentioning additional square footage once I requested I wish to assess the square footage in. Truck, he refused it. I attempted to get to the manger on telephone but the office has been shut.

6. Then he offered me if I pay them 300 dollars bribe they’ll lie to their supervisor about square footage and will give me reduction. As soon as I refused the deal they threatened to leave my products on the street and just walk off. It was kind of blackmailing.

7. Its been complete of 1.5 months and two week because I’ve informed them about my speech to send the merchandise and my products are no where available and I don’t have any idea when it’s going to be delivered.

Please keep away from these crooks. Sofia and Mohammed (MO) make tall promises when seeking to acquire the reservation but in real they don’t have any ethics or morals to conduct the enterprise.

Three moving men picked up our 1850 square ft home articles in New Jersey on June 7 2018 and struck a fatal injury on NJ Turnpike the following moment. I attempted to employ Experienced Transportation because of the cross country move from Connecticut to California. I reserved the job a couple of months before my scheduled movement. My sales advisor, Amy, was quite pleasant and answered all of my questions and allow me to edit my stock as needed. But as it came time to the actual moving day, nobody showed up. Initially, I had been supplied a 12-3pm truck coming time slot which was later changed to 3-6pm from the business that the day before the transfer. They were likely to phone 1 hour ahead of coming. I personally was unable to get in touch with anybody from the business in my going day (throughout their recorded company hours), and nobody reached out for me to notify me of any delays or cancellations in any respect. When I named the business the next morning, they still didn’t actually have a great explanation. The justification was that the project prior to mine took more than anticipated. However, no telephone? It feels like quite a unprofessional and dishonest business to me. I asked a refund of my $200 deposit since I don’t feel comfortable sending my possessions with this business later on. I haven’t got any refund nonetheless. Each time that I call, they offer me a round of response and tell me somebody will call me back. Save yourself a hassle, save your cash, and do not utilize Experienced Transportation. Very unreliable.

Do yourself a favor and pick another business. They do not care for you or your possessions. They simply care about your cash. Trust me. You will thank me.

Their name says it all Experienced Transportation, they have been very great to use. Everybody was really useful from Amy our Partners to John at Q/A. Their movers were fantastic with managing and packaging all our things they did not damage or break any of those substance. They’re quite comprehensive in their stock and really through with their own paperwork. We’re really impressed with their job. I would use them again and I will make certain to urge them to my loved ones, friends and co-workers!
