Expedient Movers

This provider is TERRIBLE! They provide you with a quotation and look as though they’ll be professional, but then did not appear on the afternoon of transfer despite using a verbal AND an email verification from me! There was no person to answer my telephone after which their rep (Jarrod) didn’t even call to apologize, rather saying”I do not understand what occurred” and”do not be angry at me, it is not my fault”. Don’t use them if you’re seeking a person to appear. What a scam!!!

Bear in Mind!!! Imagine a scam of an Organization. They never answer the telephone and they never phone to affirm, they simply don’t care complete. I had a transfer on June 1st and two men showed up- transfer began at 2:15pm if they were assumed to begin at 2pm (plus they had the guts to begin the clock in 2pm) I requested for the boxes to get clothing I was told they’d supply – NOTHING, I had been advised by one of those men”take it at your automobile since it is not moving in my automobile”, they never wrapped ANYTHING, I even offered the shifting blankets and they didn’t use anything to pay for the upholstered furniture which occurs to be light gray – or even better yet. . It was used to be light gray, today it is dirty dirty – that the truck was so dirty and they pulled and scraped everything- that they did not address exactly the TV’s -perhaps not my dining room table that’s glass.

The motorist had the worse mindset, he didn’t need to shoot anything at the vehicle, he kept whining about what — although we moved the furniture in the attic to the principal floor, we even rolled up the carpeting and pulled apart the sectional. He explained that he wasn’t carrying the drawers by a dresser, he wasn’t carrying the dining area table, but not the clothing, not the bicycles, nor even the crops, although the containers… nothing!!! And he then wanted me to cover him upfront!! I had been told payment was expected after that which was unloaded and furniture was first set back how it was likely to be. This had been the most peculiar experience, they abandoned the whole movement in the center of the living space, they took all of the screws to my own bed, because of the TV’s etc..

No one at the business has answered the telephone for this day. Avoid this particular fraud”moving business”. That driver kept saying that it had been his truck and that he decided regarding what went in the vehicle and also that which he did not need from the vehicle, as though he had been the proprietor, he travelled as far as to sabotage me! Telling me that he had been maintaining my things unless I paid upfront. And to make things worse, they ended at 4:45pm and they billed me as if they functioned until 5pm (after the initial two hours, then it jumps into Ridge of 15min) they billed us $400 as it was assumed to be 199. Half the time that they spent it on the telephone.

EXTREMELY UNPROFESSIONAL, RUDE, CONDESENDING ETC.. ETC.. I am attaching pictures so everybody is able to observe the facts. This firm shouldn’t be in company and BBB will be given a criticism also.

I had been skeptical at first using a lower estimate than another moving companies but I was quite delighted with our relocation. We consented to 3 movers for 3 hours for some cost and there were just two movers that the day of the transfer and it just took 2 hours. The cost had been decreased from $471 to $299 and nothing else had been broken or lost. I would advise Expedient to anybody planning a transfer!

I’d love to disclose that I originally scheduled the movement to 9:00 am, but had to reschedule because of a battle with the new flat. But once I rescheduled, I tell them that if they had been not able to accommodate the transfer to 4:00pm, then I’d call different movers. They ASSURED ME 4:00 pm will be OK. As soon as I realized they had been running late, I predicted various occasions in between to determine where they had been at and that I was continuously told”30 minutes”. . I found great reviews about their communicating but I had been the person who needed to reach out every time and they kept delaying the coming time. This was highly inconvenient considering that I advised spectrum to come at 7:00 pm and needed to reschedule. I also had to call off work on Tuesday since I didn’t return to my new flat and complete the movement until 12:15 ish AM. When they arrived, the movers were so trendy folks and worked tirelessly in making sure that I was done fast, but I genuinely think that it is management that’s bad. Moving ahead, I vividly remember the movers carrying my garbage can into their truck (which comprised toiletries in addition to my pricey google house ) combined with a different garbage can. My empty garbage can is in my new location, but the one using all the things is coincidentally lost. I called to ask about it and that I had been”confident” nothing was shot therefore it should have just disappeared into thin air. Quite simply, they”would not sneak toiletries” which sounds as though they are mocking me for whining about it once I do not care in my toiletries but rather my google house!!! I was also charged $99 for them to arrive but that was not said to me when booking the move. The man on the telephone claims he said it and even said the complete going to be approximately $296, however that I had been billed $412, as well as that they arrived 4 hours late which is completely unacceptable and that I must have been paid somehow (I WAS NOT). When I called to ask about it, I had been advised”at least they arrived.” This service is completely horrible and I feel as though they had no thought to be late, losing my possessions, or anything in any way. The man on the phone was acting like it was a complete joke and made no attempt to help with this situation. I don’t have any clue how this can be ranked so highly.

I utilized Expedient to transfer two homes into one as my fiancee and I bought a new home and marketed our respective homes. The space between the 3 homes was all of one block. Expedient was designed to ship three movers and just shipped two. It was a really hot afternoon (Florida summertime ). Whereas they had been on time, worked hard were professional and friendly, among the movers ran out of steam after about 1.5 hours and matters went very slowly. They didn’t use blankets or plastic leading to a lot of scrapes and dings. When they got to the appliances, it went bad. I’d made a decision to swap the appliances at our new homes with the appliances out of my property. They badly damaged both doors in my 5 month old $1500 buck refrigerator. Alright, damage occurs, but it had been the follow up that actually got me to a single star. I filed a claim with images and heard nothing back for a week, maybe not even confirmation of receiving the promise despite my everyday requests. They came back with a BS about reimbursing harm at 60 cents a pound and provided me $180 for its harm. I do not have a quote but searching it up the fix is almost certainly likely to be well over $180 as both doors will need to be substituted (black stainless steel). When they were done with the transfer they gave me a charge for 3 movers instead of two, it required the mover on a half an hour to get the bill corrected. I would never have written a critique when they were a respectable firm and did the ideal thing; requested to get a repair quote and paid it. I really don’t want anyone else to use this firm.

Quickest & greatest move of my own life. The guys (Yonis & Jamaica) were really courteous and efficient. I’d certainly suggest Expedient.

Just needed to move things from truck into the next floor. They men were professional and did a very fantastic job.

They never showed up or called about the afternoon of my transfer. I needed to put them down during Facebook messenger because it was a Saturday and nobody answers their mobiles on Saturdays. They did not arrive Sunday morning as promised, however at the day. When they came at the wardrobe boxes they supplied me with were plump and moist. They weren’t useable. The movers did not care. Only explained this was all they needed. So all of my clothing needed to be thrown from boxes. I requested to get a mattress pay for the new new King size adjustable mattress. They did not have one on the vehicle so that they transferred it using nothing protecting it. I consented because they stated they could take it all of the way away without touching the floor. They medication it at the cement, the slide as well as the rear of the vehicle. They also left behind the strings that they unplugged to your elastic framework. When I managed to scrutinize the mattress in birth one facet was blackened at which it had been medication and since it had been July Back in Florida there was still a massive sweat blot from the movers entire body onto the mattress. They assured me again the test would be sent out in three business days. Still haven’t got a test. My first shifting day was July 21, 2018 and that I STILL haven’t received payment in my promise. I would not recommend this business to anybody. Not even to move a puppy home.

I’d 2 moderate sized storage units full of a few furniture and private household things. I phoned three movers for estimates. Expedient was the only one that delivered me a written quotation by email. My transfer was little, and that I was looking to spend less, so I almost, went with another firm, who lent $35 less. But I checked their testimonials, and they were not great, while Expedient’s were. Boy am I happy I did not take an opportunity to attempt and save a couple bucks. The movers came within 15 minutes of their specified period, and they finished the job in just two weeks, as mentioned. They were courteous and professional, and all of my stuff arrived without a broken. That is why I am writing this particular recommendation. . .to help you create a fantastic decision too!

I hired Expedient Movers to transfer me a brief space in Pinellas County. In doing this, unknown to me, they place a knee throughout my flat screen TV and shattered it. I called to notify them, they shipped Clearwater TV outside to inspect the TV. Clearwater TV, in my existence, known as Expedient to state the TV was broken and it’d cost approximately $350 to repair it. Clearwater TV advised me that they had a similar, used TV in their own truck for $300. Then, at the existence of this Clearwater TV rep, then advised Expedient that when they purchased the replacement, then I’d be fulfilled. They advised me to cover Clearwater TV plus also they (Expedient) would ship me $300. Dumbly, I really did this. Fraudulently, they didn’t ship my cash. I’ve called 3 times, plus they don’t answer the telephone, nor don’t return my phone. The corporation’s website says they’re bonded and licensed. I want my 300 and think that they also need to pay me compensation for my lost time and my nervousness and pressure. .

I’ll HIGHLY urge Expedient! Rob & Mike B., will be the ideal! They worked so hard and never complained. The very last movers I hired consistently complained about the burden of all my furniture. It’s very heavy, however Rob & Mike B. never mentioned a word. Actually once I told them that I felt awful, they said’NO Problem’. They were very professional and worked quickly, never stopping to get a sip of water. Very organized since they loaded the vehicle. Prior to taking off, they explained how they would want to stop to get more fuel to finish the lengthy distance driveway, also gave me an estimated time of birth. They have been right on time and started moving instantly. Pleasantly constructed and organized furniture for my liking.

Transferring team was on time and prepared to go. Had a couple of things that had dis-assembly and reassembled in new site. No issues whatsoever; proceeded all things quickly and without incident. Polite and hard working, finished in under two hours as promised. 3 man team works really well, superb experience. Would suggest this team to anybody.

Movers we are assumed to be at home at 7:30 a.m. came in 9 a.m. movers didn’t understand how to take apart furniture that I needed to take apart furniture please show that the 24-foot truck to get a three bedroom 2 that I ended up running a 20 ft U-Haul in a price of $160 the movers were similar to turtles that they didn’t move extremely fast.
Was quoted $420 to get a room which was 45 miles away in the end after everything I had been given a charge for 1230.00 12 hours afterwards.
After movers abandoned they attempted to get $75 in my charge card since they had my credit card info.
I called the company and told me my displeasure and Eric that the person who put up it said not my issue.
I wouldn’t employ this moving company to move a doghouse.

The movers were good. I moved from Orlando to Tampa – loaded and unloaded – in roughly 3 hours and 20 minutes including drive time. They had been non stop functioning, punctually, and amazing. I’d recommend and I’d use them again.

Was on time, really professional. Were very fast and made sure that they met all of my requirements and requests. They did a walk through with me only to double check to be sure that I had been happy with their services. Also completed well before the allotted time got and made sure to set up all of my things according to my requests. Can not say enough about how well they achieved their support with the highest of standards. Highly recommend their support to anybody needing & I’ll use them again if my desire arises.

Took 2.5 hrs to receive 58 miles from older location into new. Took 5 hrs to load truck two br condo. Have to have ceased someplace as today I have stopped unpacking. I’ve lost things. No statement stated it could be routed electronically. Never was. I needed to leave to return to condominium for walk through with fresh proprietor my sister didnt understand it was paperwork not digital. They’re ripoff and burglars. Now they won’t respond to my mails!

Movers worked hard, but they didn’t ship enough men or trucks (occasion though we told them we had 2 trucks and 4 men and they said no problem) and obtained forever and ended up being far within the quoted amount. Additionally damaged walls, furniture, and a doorway – guaranteed to send out someone to correct, but then refused to cover. Seems like we’re taking them to court.

My family has employed Expedient Movers twice today in Orlando and they have done a wonderful job every time. We moved out of a single-story house into a two story house and vice versa and never needed any harm outstanding company to Manage A
Our movers Jason, Brian and Kendra were all very professional and took extremely good care of their furniture and personal products. We could not have made the transfer without them. We made an appointment using Expedient Movers for another time due to their professionalism.

I recently moved and called around to many moving companies for quotations and decided to proceed for this business.   I talked to Richard about the telephone and he had been helpful with answering All my questions.   Due to where I was going to was multi-level, he advocated a third mover and I am glad that he did.   The Additional individual managed to function on loading the boxes that are smaller, while another two worked on the furniture.   Everything was loaded and unloaded immediately and they asked if they had some queries on where some thing went.   They also helped reassemble my bed in my new place.    
The only thing I needed to knock off a star for, is I had been told that all of my furniture could be wrapped to protect it, and some of it had been, but some was not.   They wrapped my coffee table (it’s drawers), my dresser, and a few of other smaller things with drawers, however my loveseat, couch, or arm seat weren’t.   What bothered me about that, was that because they were the larger bits, they had been put at the truck first, which meant they would be removed last.   And from the time They were removed, they movers were fairly sweaty, and so, got perspiration all over my furniture.   It was rather gross.   They also did not have some rags to wash their sweat with, therefore it had been leaking on additional boxes/furniture items.     Overall though, Regardless of the perspiration problem, I was Pleased with their support.   I would use them again, but only ask that my furniture have been wrapped too.

Fantastic business. They were on time and sent my belongings with no damages. They estimnated 3 hours and it took just that amount of time. The 2 men were friendly and very respectful of my furniture. I’d definately use them again. When asking about the business through email, they have been fast to react and gave me a quote straight away. I looked up other businesses and there quotations were so much greater. Excellent moving encounter.

My expertise with Expedient Movers was so excellent. My wife discovered this business on the internet, and I had been very impressed with the support, so made a decision to come back a favor from speading the word about this moving business.
Proceed was scheduled for January 3d 9am. 8:30am I got a call in the motorist confirming they had been in their way.
In 8:55am they had been at our location, and 9:00 that they began. To be totally honest – I have never noticed movers work that quickly! I was trully impressed.
Nothing got ruined, nothing got scraped. Move went super easy, and that I already recommended them for my co-worker.
