    Long-distance move from Arizona
    Totally unprofessional and unethical.

Worst experience. Never select this movers that you are going to wind up in full mess. They gave a much lesser quotation and afternoon of the transfer they awakened the quotation and you won’t have any choice end up paying that sum plus it didnt stop in that. First of were really late first of all then two men came into my location never intereseted to package the items, whining so many things to package, ofcourse the cost for packaging was covered as a member of my  invoice.  They then advised it’ll take 12 hours to package and they understand that our flight is at following 12 hours. They had been threating that we may wind up dividing the TV through the transfer so better consider insurance. AND finallay I have pissed off  and told me cancelled the movement and they have been saying We’ll bill upto 80$ for awaiting charage, very unprofessional.   I’d suggest go to get a skilled movers even though it cost lettle greater. Do wind up similar to mine.

Lost a lot of my cherished, one-of-a-kind items, put me in danger

First I apologize that this is really lengthy, this has become the absolute worst experience I have ever had. I’m absolutely sick on the loss of so many of my things – my recently deceased mother’s hand painted artwork, her mementos, my dead dad’s things, an whole cedar chest filled with them, all lost. They dropped large furniture and lots of boxed items filled with irreplaceable products. I’m devastated. They don’t return my calls, but don’t respond to my mails. While I do speak together they say they’re too preoccupied to attempt and learn where all of my stuff is. They say that they will speak with the motorist, and’can’ contact clients before and following my fall to find out whether they have some of my things. Among these truck driver’s falls called me by Louisiana, since they obtained a box of some of my confidential and important papers – that they found my telephone number and phoned me. They since found a few other boxes of the belongings, but I am missing so many items. How can this happen, you ask? Well I didn’t. I wasn’t advised by the agent Moving Experts US that my stuff will be picked up at a sizable 26′ truck subsequently taken into a warehouse, then unloaded and wear a semi automatic for transport. My material was transferred at least 4 occasions. The man I spoke with who had obtained a few of my things said that he was moved more occasions than that. Well, this also explains why a lot of my material has been broken and damaged. Among those additional inexcusable things that the truck driver did was to employ two men off Craigslist to present as movers to unload the vehicle. These Craigslist movers were equally injured (one recovering from a broken arm, so you had a hernia, and one had been only released in a 15-year prison sentence in Texas! Plus they barely did anything. The truck driver made without me getting the chance to confirm I had all and he left me with a complete U-Haul along with both ex-felon druggies. I’m an elder girl living here alone and they came to my home and unloaded matters before I recognized it. I needed to cover them an extra $200 each trucker, but let’s go as soon as I discovered. One of these is still depriving me with telephone calls. I needed to seek the services of additional, more specialist movers to transfer me from this U-Haul and to the home, and then inhale my furniture. This was a complete nightmare, and still is. I paid over 3x exactly what I had been quoted from the boker, and now I really don’t have my things, overlooking 1 from four dining chairs, nightstand, chest of drawers – all of stuff inside! I’m sick, totally sick! I don’t suggest both of those dreadful, awful businesses. They just take your money, ask for much more, then will not respond whenever you’ve got a issue. I really don’t know whether I could possibly get my things back and’m just shattered. I repent with all my being for ever hiring both of those companies for my own transfer and when I could save at least another individual or family by allowing them know to steer far away from them then that will allow me to sleep through the night.

    Scam artists

DO NOT USE THESE CLOWNS. They’re FRAUDS, CLOWNS, CROOKS, SCAM ARTISTS. WAITING 9 MONTHS FOR A HEFTY $120 INSURANCE REFUND WHEN THEY DESTROYED NEARLY EVERYTHING THEY PICKED UP FROM MY FURNITURE, TO VALUABLE ITEMS, TO A HARLEY DAVIDSON MOTORCYCLE. THE END TOTAL ENDED UP BEING $3000 MORE THAN WHAT WAS QUOTED, AND You’re AT THEIR MERCY TO USE THEM AT THAT POINT. DO NOT USE THESE PEOPLE UNLESS YOU ENJOY HAVING YOUR STUFF DELAYED, BROKEN, AND NEVER RECEIVING INSURANCE MONEY. THEIR MOVERS ARE ALSO WINNERS – RIDING MY SKATEBOARD AROUND THE NEIGHBORHOOD Rather than MOVING MY STUFF.

    Worst moving company ever.

Unbelievable experience. 40 inch flat display, 12 foot roll of carpeting, space heaters, all overlooking.   They said they found my TV, but not delivered it. No answer in their’insurance’ business. Things were being thrown off the truck on the ground.   Boxes were sent upside down, bent, ripped and filthy dirty.   Mattresses have been in mattress covers that were torn leaving mattresses with grime, stains and black hand prints all over them. Furniture, which they dis-assembled, Wasn’t reassembled upon delivery.   They refused to perform the excess pickup in delivery, that was at the contract. Each box had ruined items inside, each piece of furniture has been broken, missing or damaged components. Needed to call them repeatedly to receive my furniture delivered, even though they had months notice, they still showed up late. This firm breached every region of the contract and I’ve had no luck achieving this supposed insurer. I’ve not ever dealt with any firm such as this, they’re completely lacking in ethics, they lacked each region of the contract and they just plain don’t care.

    Fraud, Criminals, Thieves

These people are flat out offenders. Nothing but fraud, and should you employ them, you’ll be pulled from tens of thousands of dollars- either in damaged/STOLEN/destroyed items along with the extra fees they surprise you with AFTER they have loaded your things and have them held hostage. I hired a movement with BAM Express. They informed us they have their own trucks, personal movers, very own storage, and that they would appear on the day and time that I define and send on the time and day that I define. ALL LIES!! Come back to pick-up afternoon, and these men appear, 8 hrs overdue, at an Enterprise rental truck. They supply no paperwork or anything, and only begin loading. Then after the vehicle is loaded, they eventually hand on paperwork, which to our surprise is a contract with Executive Moving and Storage. NOT the people we hired. They also charged us an extra $300 in our bonded price that has been given to us with a BAM Express Representative. Now, they had been holding all of my possessions hostage and it was nearly 11pm at nighttime. Angelo And Johnny would be the titles of the lead men that moved us- both complete crooks. Then cut into delivery, we had been ensured by BAM Express that we just needed to provide a couple of days heads up (I gave a few weeks heads upward ) to possess our possessions delivered in the time and date of our choosing. That is when the real fun started. I had been lied to almost daily for 6 months that my belongings were on another truck outside and will be there in a day or two. This went on for 6 months. 6 months I waited for my possessions, and 6 months I had been lied to repeatedly. Jessica, Erica, Tiffany, Brittany, Kayla, and Karen- just to mention a couple – are horrible men and women who do nothing but lie to you and say all of the ideal things to make you believe they care. Kayla outright refused all of my calls, Karen called me a b!tch, and the others are all just as worthless and deceptive. Ultimately, these winners come to provide my own belonging. They phoned me at 8pm Saturday night and stated they’d be there the next Sunday and could just accept cash or money order. Ummmm, no. Not okay, fools. I named the bad women in client service once again, told them I’d only pay with a credit card, they eventually agreed. I was obligated to cover before these men would even open the truck to allow me to determine if my items were there. They unloaded carelessly, throwing my possessions, dropping them off the truck, hammering them into walls and doors. All boxes looked as if they’d been drop kicked down a mountain, boxes labeled”fluids: that side up” or”brittle” were crushed up and upside down. At least 30 percent of my possessions were lost, such as more or twelve boxes and lots of parts of furniture. Of the furniture which did arrive, it all had been damaged or totally destroyed to the point that I’m needing to replace everything. I had tens of thousands of private belongings stolen or ruined with these offenders. The following day, I noticed that my credit card has been billed by Konami Storage and Moving – the business apparently possessed by Angelo and Johnny- yet another firm which I did NOT hire! After everything these crooks failed, I contested the charge with my credit card firm and after two tries to challenge and describing each of the fraud those offenders were practicing, I was eventually credited back for half of the price of this transfer. I’m awaiting my claim for those tens of thousands of dollars of destroyed and stolen items, but hope to find next to nothing based on what others have gotten and predicated in their absurd and deceptive contracts. If you would like to get hauled over and be left with months upon months of negativity and coping with slimy offenders, then go right ahead and employ these crooks.

    Terrible move to Texas

07/28/16 Moved from Michigan to Texas. Terrible experience. Damaged products, furniture held hostage for twice as long as
promised. Run do not walk away from the provider.
Salesman are sleek talkers and will inform you anything to get the purchase using a inexpensive quote.Pay slightly more cash and receive a good fair firm.
This provider is faking to be a significant firm, probably working from a home or apartment. I think they try to
Get as many orders as you can then attempt to scrap drivers up to go where you’re going. Lies, explanations and more lies, remain
    away.

    Horrible!!!

My child approached a company to transfer his classic pool table. That firm brokered these individuals to do the proceeding. The pool table came with two of these legs. This is the very first of May. He tried calling them a few times through telephone and email. Nobody would ever return his phone. He finally filed a promise, which we had been told may take around six months. I contacted the firm now to determine if I could get somebody. The very first telephone call I talked with a girl who did try to assist us because she believed she had the legs. She also sent a photo for my son, however, it was not them. Then I asked for a supervisor. I had been placed on hold for many moments, then flashed. I phoned again and was promptly placed on hold. I had been on hold for half an hour and they never assessed. I phoned again and was placed on hold and disconnected. Fourth time may be an allure. . .finally get to speak to somebody who promised to be the supervisor. After she answered the telephone I thought she’d said her name was Tonya (did not write it down), but she certainly did not seem as a supervisor. I jumped into elevated perhaps not so pleasant tones to relay all that had triumphed, and wished to understand exactly what they’re planning to do to cure the issue. She said that we ought to submit a claim. I informed her that people needed the legs into the desk. She refused to get anyone search for them since their centre will be 50,000 square foot, which could be too large an effort. I pointed out that they had not even listened for my son for shedding this. She said I must apologize to her support women for speaking to them how I’d, and said that she had records of me with the”B” sentence five times using one of those women. I told her that the one thing I’d achieved was to reestablish my voice. I had not sworn, title called, or achieved anything but say details. Then I asked her to please put the woman on the telephone and play the records so that I could listen to where I’d stated that (I had not said that so I knew she would not take action ). At this time she said she’d listen them afterwards. Then I told her I’d be delighted to burst them on social websites for the dreadful firm they had been. I have never needed a firm treat their clients so poor. After I got on the internet, I discovered that they have many, many unwanted remarks. No Surprise! Guess our classic pool table will only be devalued due to their neglect and unprofessionalism. Oh yeah, once I asked her title again at the conclusion she stopped and explained Sarah.

Horrible Move from Illinois to Nevada

The movers arrived to pick up my items, billed me $800 more then the quotation as my bed was bigger then they anticipated. The next thing I know my bill doubled!

I didn’t get 1 telephone call during the transfer once I was told I would find a call once the movers abandoned Chicago and again when they came in Nevada. That obviously didn’t occur. I then missed work 2 mornings because the movers stated”they had been coming.” Finally, the day came when they had been in my flat and when I stated I was planning to leave job, they advised me to”hurry it up.”

After hurrying to my flat so that they wouldn’t leave with my possessions, they began bringing things in and that I had a seat broken and they lost my other seat and foliage to earn a complete dining collection. Still cannot locate my furniture and coping with them was a dreadful experience. DO NOT USE.

Felt like that they did a bait and switch, I had been under a lot of stress. Just had just two days ahead of the new owners could be taking ownership. I Believe I made the mistake of telling them that

The term”specialist” isn’t what I’d utilize. The group of Lamar and his son were really fine, still forced me yet.

This firm ought to be made out of business, due to their fraudulent practices. Wish I’d have been in a place to request them to leave and do anything different.

If you’re moving close or far, cover your buddies well to assist you. They’ll do much better job using far less anxiety. If you don’t would like to drop weight and sleep within your movement.

    Low Quality Crooks

Please please please don’t utilize JJ Moore Transferring moving solutions or Executive Moving and Storage. They’re unprofessional, horribly impolite and more to the point, they’re scammers. I was especially delighted with the quote I had been given and I informed them I’d return to those with a choice. The salesman, John C, kept phoning me attempting to persuade me any way that he would to pick them. 2 days after I informed them I’d use their service although I still had not paid yet.
I received a phone from a different service who desired me to cover a bit more, however I felt fairly leery about j&j therefore that I was planning to change. I predict John to tell him but he kept pushing and pushing, so that I eventually consented – I simply could not manage the worry anymore and that I told him this and that I was very displeased with the support. I pretty much knew my matters were in danger but I did not care so much due to the strain (I had a brief time to head from my cab and I did not have a great deal of things ). My transfer was for Saturday/Sunday plus they gave me some info about that had been choosing up my things or if. I needed to relentlessly call and email to find the info. (that I did not get by Friday) They’d Executive Moving & Storage to transfer my items because ends up J&J is a broker. The men who arrived to pick up my items were very nice and arrived on time but that was the initial and final acceptable support I received. Until two weeks later, Exec did not provide me any advice about if my items could arrive.
I called them two Wednesdays afterwards and they stated my items are in transit by Friday (4 more days) and also the driver could give me a telephone; it’d take 2-5 days from then. By following Monday, I gave them a phone since I still didn’t hear in the motorist, and Ashley of all Exec Movers explained he must hit me Friday to provide. Great, I removed my Friday and needed my own father time work off to help out. Afterward, I get a call out of the driver on Wednesday that he would be coming tomorrow 12-2; ” I advised him that moment definitely wouldn’t function because I needed a critical appointment but I really could perform exactly the morning or afternoon of that identical afternoon but 11:30-3 simply could not do the job. He responded,”I did my work to call you I am coming””I do not need to make no programs”, etc.. The whole experience was quite impolite. I called the office and explained the problem and they were also incredibly impolite, I advised them that they could start looking into telephone records and they’d hear that the customer support representative Ashley inform me Friday delivery; a supervisor even attempted to inform me that they emailed me to validate (which they did not ) so I asked her if and she said that I had been correct and they didn’t. They simply kept trying to earn more cash from me. No more apologies or empathy, they had been so impolite as if I’d done anything wrong and that I had been a belligerent client; I had been nothing but type and was convinced not to be threatening. I needed to cancel my meeting and after that, the driver ended up arriving more than 3 hours following the shipping window. Basically, everybody at Executive Transferring is unbelievably impolite, mysterious, and so so dumb. I had been fortunate enough to receive all my items but matters recorded fragile weren’t managed with caution and several things were ruined. I never heard in J&J once I paid them their deposit. It’s so well worth it to use yet another organization and I am going to be filing discriminated from both of these firms.
Additionally, Executive Transferring has admitted they’ve experienced a issue with inside tasks stealing trucks and these – that they”lose” your items and you simply get 60 cents/lb without insurance so think about that. Please do not place yourself through the strain

    This company is a joke!!!!

My household products weren’t picked up. After the truck arrived it was almost full and they desired for me to allow them choose some of my things rather than the entire list of things given to them depending on the square footage that they understood about. I gave them a rest this time and they stated that they would return. They rescheduled this date. Now, today they’re suppose to come but I receive a call from them that they might need to reschedule since there’s not sufficient space in their truck. I had to fork out cash up front and that is absurd. I won’t ever use this provider. Local moves could be fine, but not from condition. It is a joke!!!!

DONT DO IT - FRAUD and DECEPTIVE Business Practices

On July 3rd we entered into a first quote with Merit to get C$4400 predicated on how big the location (two-bed along with 51 boxes). This was the first quotation we consented to and signed. First. When we gave them our bank information to subtract the first deposit of $2360, they’d taken down our incorrect account information. They conducted the payment through double under the wrong account so obviously, it revealed’insufficiant funds.’ Following three teleconferences with our lender and theirs, our lender had advised them several times they had an issue with their lender – not ours. Pressured to proceed, we paid $125 ro send a money order to them instantly. Whenever they obtained their first deposit, the proprietor who we’d been coping, Ol Sal Vascon was to not be heard of again. The following call received was just two weeks after a firm that our Las Vegas, Nv -Executive Movers who stated that they had been picking up our possessions to proceed. We informed them we had been using a firm named Merit Moving. The rude girl on the telephone said,”Not anymore.” Executive Moving cancelled our pickup few times on precisely the exact same day since they said they’d pick us up. Each cancellation, we needed to call our resorts we’d planned our trip to proceed and every time we had been billed the resort price due to their cancellations. We known as Executive Movers and texted ol Slick Sal out of Merit to ask when we’d be transferred. They told us 3-5 days out – then 7-10 days, and eventually 30 days to proceed and they were dreadful each time we predicted. Obviously each day we’d text Slick Sal, he’d never rrespond. Finally about the 3rd week, Executive showed up. After what was packed on to the truck our price for the transfer now went out of the first $4400 to currently $6800. They stated unlike Merit with all the magnitude of their 2-bed residence and 51 boxes, they :do things different.” What choice did we have to cover – our stuff has been already loaded. We then went on to our new residence unknowingly what was going to occur. Executive took our furniture from loading to putting our belongings within their warehouse in which it sat for 3 weeks. We slept on the ground of the new spot for 22 times waiing – phoning Executive and texting ol sal every day – still nothing. Then eventually after 22 days, the movers who’d delivered our furniture showed up in our new city. They said”We’ve got a 51 foot truck and we cant move down that your road so we might need to unload your furniture and set it onto a u-haul. This was an extra $1300 and the movers had their hands out for a tip! . You do the math. We began going through all of our possessions. Cracked flat screen TV;so the loaders insisted to not utilize our heavy duty moving boxes to these – a ton of additional broken objects and above all – a wide variety of missing abd really stolen things. We’d enough. We also registered with the Florida and Nevada Attorney overall;s workplace and also contacted CBS,ABC and NBC. That is running articles shortly. Ol Slick Sal have come to figure out has transformed his firm name last December to now Merit Moving – they’ve 16 Florida AG Office complaints in addition to functions along with Executive Moving along with other businesses. DONT DO IT !

    Not Recommended

    Low quality, not suggested.

    The primary issues:
-Their contract to operate together is sketchy. I had the person who I worked with to create my contract amend my contract to include,
“deposit amount is refundable in case required to cancel except for 10 percent of their deposit amount for processing. The pick up date of 10/21/2018 is ensured”.
I suggest strengthening exactly the same should you sign a contract to operate together.

-I had been advised that on the day the truck could arrive to fall off and send my goods, I’d be given a telephone call about 24 hours beforehand using a estimated time of birth. I never got this telephone call. I just got 1 telephone call in the movers once the movers were 30 minutes away in my drop off place.

-The motorists that delivered my merchandise seemed potentially drunk? Talking together on the telephone and in person was odd.

-The guy who delivered my merchandise explained I needed to pay him additional cash under the table in cash for him to empty his truck or that I’d pay a couple of hundred bucks more. That as a result of place and truck constraints in my region, he could not unload the truck. So he’d half to unload it everywhere and I would pay to get a shuttle service to deliver my merchandise from the truck into my drop off place. So I paid the guy the additional few hundred bucks to unload the truck in my residence.

-Many of my boxes came crunched broken and in.

-A metal sculpture came completely broken and in a number of pieces.

-I tried phoning the company to submit an insurance claim several occasions. I would leave voice messages and nobody would return my phone. The last time I phoned a girl answered the phone and gave me the internet address of the place to proceed and submit a claim.

    Positives,
    -Affordable price
-They utilized their own packaging and shipping materials
-2 men picked up my products. A guy named Allan Jr Sanchez was just 1 of those two who picked up my merchandise. He was actually kind and did a fantastic job and carefully moving and packaging my things around.

    Move from CA to MS

I believed I’d vetted this organization but I was incorrect. The agent I worked with (Donna) was wonderful. The packaging team was very professional but then it had been awful. I received numerous explanations as to why my dispatch has been postponed. They dropped a cherished back with household quilts inside and also my handlebar into my stationary bicycle that’s currently worthless. I’ve been not able to get them regarding the lost items. A number of items were divided, ripped and mangled. The motorist they shipped (Vlad) had been not able to pull into my long drive and the team he hired to mow the truck didn’t have some expertise unloading a truck. They needed to float at the road. The motorist requested an additional $300 to float at the road. I concur with all the other reviews whenever you’re coping the large sums of cash due at the finish and they need a US Postal Service money order. This ought to really have been a red flag for me personally but your desire your possessions. Worst moving business. Don’t use.

    Disappointment with Executive Moving company

Our household was utterly disappointed in this firm. Even though the seller sounded nice, also gave us a quotation which we believed we could manage (at approximately $8,000 to $9,000), we had been completely unprepared for the last cost (of $18,275 to its transfer in Arizona into Massachsetts. My husband lost his whole retirement cash becuase of the! Today he must begin all over again in his new project, which attracted us into Massachusetts in the first location. We did like the movers that loaded our possessions in Arizona, but they arrived a day later than intended, and then needed to find a different truck after figuring out that our 3 beroom home had greater than that which they believed. Though we consented to the vendor that a huge truck could likely manage our possessions better, we’re very surprised to find that the bigger truck.  As a result of this oversight, we had been just two days afterwards in getting off from our prior residence. This meant that we were unable to see with our loved ones in Ohio as far as we’d expected in our journeys between Arizona and  Massachusetts. In addition they packaged my husband’s notebook right into a box and then we had been very desperate, since he had been expecting to utilize it because of his new company. (We luckily got back it in our new home, unlike a number of other household things. .)   Our main disappointment was te period of time which it required for the enterprise to provide our possessions, along with the losses which we took in the harm and loss of land. Not one of our fuirniture came without some sort of harm. My spouse and I’m still in the procedure for substituting that the headboard to our mattress because it turned out to be an entire loss (one facet entirely busted off!) Three of those dressers have been an absolute loss, and lots of bookshelves were total losses. The majority of our furniture has been made of top quality, because it had been bought by the Sauder Furniture firm, and that I never expected it to be ruined as far as it had been. A massive cupboard was faulty from the tape that they place on it… Today there’s a massive run around it! I even had it secured, and it still came open on its own after obtaining off the tape!   I was also totally disgusted in how my piano has been treated. I vow the movers fully flipped it over when they introduced it in to my home. I’m surprised that it still plays, but I must be careful if I sit down to perform, since the seat had a massive strip completely ripped off the trunk. I only wish this business understood how much despair that they have caused to our loved ones. My son, who’s an adult with special needs, dropped an whole set of novels which he had held onto for many decades. This is a timeless collection of Disney films (at least 36) plus they had been his treasure! ) My spouse and I also dropped 3/4 of those novels that we had packed, and many were  passed down by relatives.  What’s the justice in this? This firm doesn’t appear to care for a individual’s lifestyle!I do not know how often I noticed the shipping manager complain about just how far we had, and that did not even find it all! And he was not even conducive to some bodily handicap. They arrived 8-9 days after than we anticipated as it had been, and so my husband might nt be offered to help me, as he’d begun his new job the day before. To top it off, the boss was rude for me and my child, and he will see that we’re handicapped, too! When I requested that they never smoke close to the home because of my sinus difficulties and allergies, they nevertheless managed to taxation me, plus they didn’t back off before I place my oxygen forth. I was totally exhausted from the time they made, as my child and that I never had a rest.  My child and I needed to move something about (while they shot ate and breaks ) only so that the fellas may acquire different things to the home. We never got a rest and we never got a bite to eat till they left that was nicely after the dinner hour.  Again, where’s the justice of this? My spouse and I’ve attempted to speak to the business at least 4 occasions by email and telephone to attempt to discover the remainder of our home, and we’re still sitting in the dark, because there’s not been any return messages at all. I surely hope that they see this and observe how they’ve turned our lives over forever. We had been expecting that they might help us even move other land which still stays in storage in Arizona, however I do not believe that will take place, since they took each source we’d jsut to get that which we have today. I had been actually excited about a new beginning in our new home, and sadly, it hasn’t been quite favorable, since Executive Movers has profoundly dampend our confidence into a business that allegedly has a top rating and so is BBB accredited.

Do NOT use Executive Moving and Storage!!!!

Don’t use this provider! Reports will be filed with the Department of Transportation, BBB, Las Vegas Department of Commerce, and State of Nevada Department of Commerce and Consumer Affairs for illegal and unethical business practices of the moving company.

The business was 3 days late for pickup, desired different payment provisions (per contract payment was in thirds, booking, pickup, and delivery) didn’t offer a certification of weight, required $1,700 longer for the delivery with no certification of burden, but the motorist was at least nice enough to permit us to contemplate before and after unloading to acquire the true burden of our products, but we still had to pay the greater amount and wait on a refund to get our products to be redeemed. Per the certification of burden, we ought to be reimbursed $1701.

3 months later, 15 telephone calls and 8 mails – nothing but a runaround narrative from their Customer Support and”Management” team. The agent business was advised that the motorist arrived with all the paperwork and certification of burden over 3 months ago, and that an update could be given within 24-48 hours… never occurred! Calls were made daily with various stories, i.e. the motorist arrived and the Revenue Department is calculating the refund, and the Accounting Department is awaiting paperwork, we are awaiting the driver to get there.

    This location is a SCAM!

    Cheats and crooks

Never use this company they use my spouse who’s a veteran who suffers from TBI and PTSD, They blatantly set the incorrect dates back on the contract to maintain our products in order that they wouldn’t need to pay any cash following the 60-day shipping window. I’ll give the complete account of what occurred.

They picked up on September the 9th and composed October when they had been confronted with that they said to poor to my spouse who suffers from memory difficulties that it was our problem and offered to fall 100$ off the payment cost when they’d need to fall excess of 750$. Even though the payment made by check cleared 9/12/18.

They attempted to use the explanation that we asked them to hold it for 30 days when informed they had been wrong is if they stated to poor. Not only does this firm make the most of our disabled veterans the booking company from Florida is based on its patrons also when 100% guaranteed that it will be traveling VIA ship they don’t do so they send it thru Canada so don’t allow either company lie to you they also told me it’d cost ruffly 3800$ it more than doubled in price when legally it says it cant go up more than 10%.

My husband was on the telephone a few times with this organization and they never said the date issue before he obtained very outspoken about it. So in short don’t use this company for whatever they’re crooks and must be out of business for deceiving their clients from money and effort.

    CRIMINALS AND RIP OFF ARTISTS

I’ll be filing a police report for theft, and a gripe with the DOT and BBB. They were late picking up my things so my brand new tenants couldn’t proceed in as Needed. Afterward my things sat at a warehouse for per month. They don’t own their own trucks in order that they wait to get a rig to come through. They state 7 to 10 weeks for shipping however, its really 30. When it finally came, I had been missing a lot of material. I got just a part of my mattress, so its worthless today. They dropped my king bed, a bed railing, a nightstand, 2 boxes, my kid’s bicycle. How can you eliminate a king mattress? They said it was left behind in town of source and they’d find the things to me to another shipment. I’ve been really patient. Its been over two weeks because I moved. The next dispatch never arrived and they ceased communicating with me. My very first bid was $1200 however once it was all done and said I paid $1950. They collect payment until they’ll float so that you can’t do anything about lost or broken things. They’ll just take cash or money order at shipping so that you can’t dispute the fee irrespective of what is broken or missing. And today I must go purchase a new mattress, etc. anyhow. What a waste. The owners are Angelo Perez and John Espina. In addition they make use of the title Konami Storage and Moving within their unethical business transactions. Don’t rely on them! All I will say is karma for you both for each of the hardship and harm you trigger individuals.

Worst moving company I ever used

Like most, this is the worst moving experience I’ve ever encountered. The organization, in my estimation, practices a bait and switch strategy to the moving procedure. Additionally, they outright lie when they tell you they have all of their vehicles. If you have all of your vehicles, then why is it that you appear in my home with an enterprise leasing. What happened to the 53′ firm owned trailer you stated was coming to pick up my own load. Why would you not inform me that my load was moving back to Vegas simply to be placed in storage for seven days before it had been loaded onto a 53′ trailer that by the way wasn’t possessed by you. But despite all of that, they explained that they had a complex software application sponsored by DOT that may correctly ascertain block and did not have to send out an inspector to ascertain the block. After hundreds of hours on the telephone with tape measure in my hand, I gave dimensions of all big parts of furniture to add TV Entertainment centre, a sizable 7 part desk, dining room table, kitchen table, night stands, dressers etc combined with all pictures too.

The salesman seemed very informative but ultimately knew nothing or again this might have been a part of their bait and switch tactics employed by this business. Nonetheless, in the Long Run, he didn’t understand the following:

    1) there was a price to stretch wrap the bedding

    2) that the TV entertainment centre required to be crated at $425.00

    3) He underestimated the Number of images that had to be crated although I told him I’d 21 images that had to be boxed and that he simply included packaging for 7

    4) He didn’t understand a 53′ trailer was coming into the Home

    5) He believed packaging prices were $10/box not $20

    6) He supported a pickup date of Wednesday via e mail and they showed up on Tuesday and said it might cost additional to hold off until Wednesday

    7) the salesperson said it’d be 1676 block and from the time they have done they maintained it was 2200 block.

    8) that they Couldn’t match the Whole load at the rental truck that they shipped and had to return Thursday to pick-up remaining load

    9) the rest of load was not placed on the initial truck for shipping. It came 10 days after.

    Here is the killer

I offered the next before the move

    1) Kitchen table and 4 chairs

    2) living room table

    3) 7 Part office desk and 2 chairs

These were contained in the initial quote.

If they showed up a day early, I was again told

1)it’d price 425.00 to crate the amusement centre – I needed to go on FB Market location and give it away at N/C.

    2) I had been told day of movement I was accountable for unhooking the Washer and drier. The washing machine has been hooked up into some Water Softener and that I wasn’t familiar with unhooking that at 10:00 at night so that I needed to sell the device into the new buyers of my property. This was a 1 Year-old set, I needed to give out for pennies on the dollar

    3) at the end, I needed to pay an extra $1100 in packing expenses and $1400 in block. I had been advised that the 2nd load that they needed to pickup was likely to be 300 block and they’d confirm that because it was a quote. Never occurred. Please keep away from this provider. Their tactics and lies are suspect. I’ll be submitting a report to the Nevada AG so other individuals to not have to endure what we went through. As soon as they arrive and you’re two days from closure, you don’t have any recourse except to succumb to their needs.

    Terrible Experience

My transfer has been brokered out to Executive Moving & Storage. When I had a choice in the matter, I’d have never picked them, particularly after seeing what dreadful experiences other individuals have had. Here is what my fiance and I coped with.
I supported my pickup for Thursday, May 9th or Friday, May 10th and got to packing up our flat. As proposed, I got a confirmation call the day prior to the pickup window confirming their pickup for Friday, the 10th. Greater than 3 hours after, I got another call saying they’d be picking up our dispatch on Thursday the 9th. As soon as I appeared amazed and asked the customer service representative if this was the authentic pick-up window, then she had been extremely rude and stated”Well, the truck is departing Phoenix tomorrow night to help that you better have your stuff ready should you need it sent.” Hmm…
I wrapped up packing our flat to the pick-up Thursday morning. Our pickup window has been from 9am — 11am. At 10:30 am, our driver knocked on our door. He said he called and left me with a message that he had been on his way however as it happens, he called somebody else. He was not given my proper phone number. Then he asked if I”knew anybody” that he would pay to help load the truck up since he arrived alone. I had been tempted to help only to save a little cash. He ended up finding a helper in a local staffing service that he needed to go pick up that required an additional hour.
My fiancé and I left the following day and drove our cars from Phoenix to Chicago. On Sunday, 5/12, I got a call from one of the representatives stating that our things would be delivered in 3-7 days. That would be ideal — we’d have our stuff almost right after proceed. The confirmation email I received had our address recorded incorrectly so that I had to email them back to ensure they understood where they were supposed to send to.
We arrived in Chicago on 5/15. From now Sunday, 5/17 gathered around (seven days following the telephone call where they said our products would be delivered inside that 3-7 day pub ) we hadn’t got any telephone or note of where our dispatch was or when it could be delivered. I emailed our support rep and she seemed right into it. I then got a follow up email from a different individual stating our dispatch left wherever it had been on”Wednesday the 17th”; Wednesday was the 15th. Absolutely clueless.
When our dispatch was eventually confirmed for shipping, we had been advised they needed to shuttle our dispatch in to a smaller truck since we were within town of Chicago limits. In my view, that is something which should have been contained from the initial quote when our job has been quoted. If you understand a delivery has been made into a metropolitan place, you need to be assessing what the transport restrictions are!
Our stuff has been eventually delivered 15 days later it had been picked up. Furniture has been broken. Each and every plastic tote/tub we utilized was ruined. Boxes had broken and been recorded to hold them together. After the crew came to send our things, the direct audibly complained about the space they needed to take our things from the truck into the flat elevator.
In the long run, we paid almost double what we had been quoted. $4,000 vs. $2,300. We did have any extra stock which was inserted to the listing but we had been billed on top of these items upon pickup, the motorist stating they anticipated cubic feet wrongly on the quotation. They also billed for the shuttle charge in addition to the extended haul. Now, this was all part of these phrases so that we knew it would occur. But, I’d have certainly chosen another firm that would have anticipated our job more correctly.
A couple of other strange things — each email correspondence I had with a customer support representative never had a real company name recorded inside that is super funny. Simply their name, name and contact info. Within our paperwork, there was still another trucking firm recorded that did not seem any little recognizable so that my guess is that there was another firm involved in managing our belongings. I really don’t know how common that is but just be warned.

    Not worth my energy.

Worst experience of almost any *business * of any kind in my whole life as a grownup.
No guilt or sympathy for important flaws, loss of airplane flights, price of needing to lease my flat for 4 additional days following my move out date, deceptive paperwork filled with the motorist, overcharging for real quantity of possessions, important delay, more than fourteen days at right now, for fall from possessions. I am over it, completed, burnt out. They completely know on the telephone how to behave as though they haven’t made ANY error, and that it is not their fault in any respect. No customer service abilities and dreadful method of conducting company ALL the way round.

    Do not use this company

Don’t use this organization! After speaking with the proprietor on a few events I composed this letter below and we talked again, he requested me to give him until Monday to answer. Well this has been nearly a month ago, didn’t phone me and will not return my calls or emails.Micheal,Now that we now have our possessions, I want to go over the move together and watch were we on before I do anything else. I will provide you some quick highlights:We pick your firm for two motives, cost and timing. We had been guaranteed that a 7 to 10 day window, in composing. Please be aware that we understood it was a vacation before committing to the time period and the automobiles made it her inside the time frame. The movement was likely to be about Friday the 19th, the team showed up at 5pm on the 19th. They took one glance at the job order and said that this load must have become the very first load rather than the next of the afternoon and that there was no way they’d be in a position to perform the load daily. They worked for a couple hours and returned another day to finish the project, we completed around 2 or 3 pm. On the 19th we had to remain at a nearby hotel as most of the beds were already taken apart. So we started off per day late, that postponed our trip and as we were driving we were a day late in becoming NC and didn’t arrive before Christmas eve. After the holidays we all called your office and were informed our transfer was on its way and that we would find a call on Sunday to upgrade us as to if we’d get the truck. I didn’t get, so I called and was advised at that the truck had left that afternoon as it had been waiting for a dispatch to New York that was running late. When I phoned on Monday I had been advised that the load still hadn’t left but that it would that day.The reason we needed the movement to be finished from the 7 to 10 windows was a result of the fact we were getting married to the first with a couple of family and friends and as we had been cooking (mad to cook your own wedding but its exactly what we do) my smoker and things that I had were on the truck. We borrowed a few things and bought the others that we needed.Anyway on New Years eve I discovered out the truck had still not abandoned, but had been confident it would. On Saturday the 3rd, once I called I found out the truck had still not left! They stated it’d leave that afternoon and I’d have the things on Wednesday or Thursday, well we eventually got our things on Sunday after being told daily that it’d be there the next day. Please notice upon delivery, no stock was taken from your driver, we’ve got no idea if most of our stuff is here and on account of the fact that some moved to storage it may be a while until we figure out. There appears to be one carpet missing and a few damaged things (how can we move on the damaged things?) . Also nobody put any of these things back together that had to be placed back together, maybe not a major deal but need you to be aware. The flaws and outright lies out of the organization have cost me money, hassle and time, Brittney said that we’d be paid for all of the problems once the project was complete. At no moment did I ever stat I wouldn’t cover the load, like I know you wouldn’t deliver if I had.I’d love to understand now how you intend to compensate me with this tragedy of a transfer,  I’ll hope to hear from you by end of business today. If you choose not to respond now, I shall then take what ever actions I have to fix this issue.Sincerely,Scott A. Appell

    Zero Stars. Thieves, Dishonest, Careless.

The movers have been late to appear, asked if they might have any of my items, ruined some land, and probably stole a box along with my kid’s things inside.

I used this business by means of a broker for a current movement. My transfer date was 2/11/2020. Once they picked up on my merchandise, the group was a few hours late to appear, which should’ve been my first red flag. Throughout the transfer, among the movers inquired if they might have a sizable Powerwheel Jeep which had been in my garage to get his or her son or daughter. I agreed and said they might have it now, as my children honestly did not use it very muchbetter. This ought to have become the 2nd red flag concerning the organization. When my products had been sent, my king mattress frame was ruined beyond repair. I didn’t add a claim because of this harm since the agent at pickup advised that they just pay”pennies in the dollar” for broken items. My spouse and I accepted it as a loss and simply went and bought a brand new one here in Florida.

With all that went wrong over, I just would have only moved on rather than coped with this company again. But whilst unpacking, we discovered that the box labeled”XBox” had been lost. This comprised my 7 year-old son’s XBox along with his matches. Shame on us to labeling it what it was and letting them know what was inside. It seems the box has been stolen. Since no additional things went missing and his worker had previously asked for a number of our toys to their kid, I think it is probably they found this box and required it. There is no other explanation for why this is the only box which didn’t arrive.

This is some extra info regarding my expertise. I moved via United American Movers (a broker) and they did exactly the quotation. Their quote was approximately 40 percent of what they billed the day that the items were picked up. They claimed that it was since the cubic feet offered from the agent was incorrect. I paid the greater amount ($9,000 vs. $4,000 plus some shift ). I had been guaranteed 45 days free storage after which a speed of $240/month then 45 times as I was purchasing a house here. Well two days prior to the 45 day mark, they phoned me and informed me that my things needed to be outside or they had been charging more then $1,000 a month to your storage. I needed to find a storage device, choose shipping there, and then move everything myself once I shut my dwelling. This is a nightmare.

Avoid this organization. Not only due to their lack of punctuality, maintenance for your possessions, and inadequate cost quoting, but since you cannot trust them with your household products.

    SCAM

To begin they showed up a day to get pickup on 31 AUG 2017. 4 Days after I got the email (not a telephone ) out of Kayla Taylor stating my things were stolen. Kayla Taylor would not answer my calls or even return my messages. You’d think every time a business gets every one of your items stolen they’d have more compassion. Thats is if I understood it was all a scam from day one. A week after she phoned me when I asked a refund of $400, I would like to know she won’t refund me since my things magically appeared and I was simply missing two boxes. (Incidentally I had been overlooking far more that two boxes) She also said my things was in its way into Florida where I now reside. Fast forward 3 months later and still nothing. I named the first business I hired and they mailed me the claims advice which Kayla was suppose to send me and that they had been mad in the fact that Kayla Taylor was being extremely suspicious and known as her owner. Additionally From that point they wanted she phoned me with replies. Rather than her calling me, she’d her client service partner Brittany to inform me that my items were again on its own way and that I still owed them $800 on delivery. The audacity! A month later I had been told my things were on its own way, and all of the strain they put me through they are still requesting cash. I told her totally I won’t be paying them an additional dime. Thats when naturally Kayla Taylor acquired involved. Because you can observe if it regards a cash problem, Kayla coincidentally becomes accessible to answer her calls. She informs me to allow me to receive my things that I might need to pay the driver until he begins unloading. I told her go ahead and ship the motorist but no matter I am still not paying. Why can I cover just getting a portion of my family things. Kayla then said she’d inform the driver of what’s all going on with all the payment ordeal. October 2nd came along with the shipping driver eventually shows up not understanding the situation obviously. He told me what and had him ship my items to storage. He renders and not even 5 minutes after Kayla requires me and then attempts to deal with me spending $500 as opposed to the $800. Obviously at this stage she’s sweating the fact that she now has to pay the motorist since I wouldn’t. I attempted to create an arrangement with her to just leave my stuff in storage so that I can only see and see if everything I’d abandoned was worth me even paying any cash to get it delivered, She informs me she won’t give me exactly the storage place before I cover her. She believed by telling me this that I’d cave in and cover. Now I couldn’t take anything she informs me badly because of all of the lies she’s spoken to the last month. Upon hanging up she afterward (I kid you not) phoned back 60 seconds after I want to know that her accountant stated I can get my items without a charge and asserts will look after it. I concurred. The movers arrived back and began to unload that only was if even a quarter of that which had been picked up from my first site. As soon as I opened up what was left with this beat up boxes, then there was garbage in them! Executive Moving Company stuffed up my boxes with literally garbage due to some reason they believed that I wasn’t likely to test within them on delivery. I still need claims info from Kayla also it’s now two weeks after and every time that I call them she still has her helper saying she isn’t offered.

    Do Not Use These Guys!!!!!!!!

Don’t use these individuals under any conditions. They were days late in their guaranteed pickup time. They transferred my furniture from Redondo Beach into some Las Vegas warehouse rather than to Bonita Springs FL. Then they demanded $800.00 added to the $1500.00 I already paid to finish the move. This is a 1 bedroom flat and the transfer cost me $2400.00. They had no fantastic explanation why it was likely to be so much more. . I had no option but to pay the excess cash since there wasn’t any other means to  receive my possessions. I’ve read on Google that others have experienced this experience. When the furniture finally came it had been days later than promised and that I had been in Europe. I had to struggle with the motorist who attempted to extort more money from me by stating he could not get the truck near my own condo. I understood this to be untrue because I’ve moved in and from the condominium before. They essentially drove my possessions to my condo and didn’t put up the furniture as had been sworn, rather, asking $200.00 money out of my neighbor to perform the setup. They ruined a desk and nightstand in the procedure and”missing” my surround audio pub. They provided me through mediation $200.00 complete. I denied since they cost me a job day to set up everything myself and replacement of the broken and lost items was likely to be at Least $1,000.00. Can I accepted this deal I wouldn’t have managed to warn the others of this outrage this firm dedicated on me.

A one Star review is TOOOOOO MIGH!

I’ve meticulously read through each of the testimonials and can say that I have had the specific same problem as all others. I DIDN’T read these BEFORE my transfer as MY mover. . .ARROW-MOVING (TRUCKING) firm is that I really hired. . .swore up, sideways and down that they weren’t brokering out my movement. My transfer could be about two 26′,” DEDICATED to my transfer, trucks. Joseph stated I could write my name on tape across the doorways and the exact same two trucks could appear at shipping. WRONG WRONG WRONG!!! I didn’t understand my things were moved to a Executive semi till I phoned days afterwards and found out my items were sitting at a warehouse in Vegas waiting for a different home to load onto my semi brokered by Arrow into Executive. I ended up with THREE other houses on my automobile. The damages were innumerable. They stole all my husbands crow bars, his fridge dolly, his apartment four wheel dolly and innumerable tools. We were advised by a number of our real movers that the warehouse at Vegas is a free for all to their workers to”store” out of your own items. He explained they’re all on camera but nobody cares to see. So all of you who’ve experienced comparable problems..well you all. . .the action to take would be to whine to DOT with their DOT number..2091682 fmcsa.dot.gov/protect-yo…. I had been told that this is the only area that’ll hit them at the center. Additionally complain to Consumer Affairs. consumeraffairs.nv.gov/A… and of COURSE BBB!!! Most of us must rally to close this unethical, deceitful business down.

Presently a lesson to you beginners: KNOW that the Salesperson is selling you a transfer. They’ll then contract your relocation to (Broker it) a business such as these liars. Executive. BE POSITIVE that the company you hire is your firm who reveals up.how could I understand Executive was this awful because I had NO IDEA I’d hired them..because I did not! So find out who’s really moving you! My salesperson, JOE M——-I likely does not exist. (Alias) He bad mouthed another firm named Revolution Moving Systems once I spoke with their sales rep, a woman who called himself SARAH. WOW, just wow. . .after heading back and forth between Joseph and Sarah attempting to choose which company to choose, Joseph was the”greater talker” and won my own organization. This just occurred because when I blocked Sarah from calling me, she phoned me out of her chicks mobile phone (JADE) and once I appeared up that number on Facebook what would I find? Sarah and Desiree are just one and the exact same!!!! Desiree is a particular person who’d MANY bad testimonials with Revolution Moving Systems therefore I’m now thinking she’s an alias! So, bottom line people, the salespeople in the organization that you believed you hired speak a fantastic game and just SELL, pulling your heart stings and getting in your own personal life. They RELATE for youpersonally, reeling you in. Talk about your loved ones all while laughing at you behind your back. Promises never maintained. When it’s all over and you’re all set to place a bullet in mind, they conveniently vanish off the face of the planet. If some of you have coped with a Joseph M, then understand him or her know where I could find him. . I’d gladly fly to Vegas to bargain with him face to face. He related to me personally about my elderly mother who I had been taking good care, my four puppies I realised, all of the pressures of life that I had been going through. . .took the entire thing private while he LIED about what. Top it off, he’s over 20 telephone numbers but today he can not be attained at any of these. Listed below are a few. . .and you’ll realize that each of the customer support folks. . .Tiffany, Karen, Jessica, Kassie and Kayla (THE MANAGER) all sit at the exact same small office and not ONE of them understands who Joseph is??? HE reserved my move together so how can they not!? They’re all very good at what they do..LIE! . Here are plenty of amounts to prevent!

    WORST EXPERIENCE EVER

Worst moving business on earth. Damage to innumerable antiques, stolen things, billed me more than what has been quoted. Never made a dime to substitute anything. They’ve no clue how to package your product with no getting busted. They place lamps and colors in a box and then pulled things in addition to those. Threw a open bottle of toothpaste in a box which emptied out over everything indoors. I was not reimbursed for some of the harm. They dropped the keys into my classic duplex and I still can’t get the doors shut. DON’T EVER EVER USE THIS COMPANY. AVOID THEM AT ALL COSTS.

DO NOT EVEN CONSIDER - NO MATTER WHAT!

Our furniture has been first scheduled to be picked up on Dec. 24, however, has been picked up on Dec 28 – following several calls. The furniture was likely to be sent no later than January 5. Our furniture has been eventually delivered – many of it’s BROKEN and also DAMAGED – late night on January 15, 2018, but none of it had been reassembled and put up as Coastal Moving and Storage, (the firm that hired Executive) asserted it’d all be from the binding arrangement. The motorist, Lorenzo, stated that he had been”not contracted to install, but simply to provide.” Then he demanded that we sign and cover at least $250 additional. We’d already been billed an additional $900+ following pickup or else they”would maintain our furniture and we all can stand up charge.” Quite a Few THREATS. They eventually adjusted the fee back down nearer to the agreed cost.

Various things are broken and ruined, and we’ve recorded and taken photos of everything.
That is all brand-new furniture, only a couple months old, also we’ve got receipts.
We’ve filed a claim with the BBB, in addition to directly with the firm, both independently, and by US mail.

Late pickups and deliveries – Additional fees – Broken & Damaged things – Various dangers – Really Scammers and Dishonest individuals!

Apparently they had to run beneath West Coast Movers, then have been closed down, but reopened under this title. We aren’t even certain they have a legitimate permit to transfer furniture now!

Only DO NOT USE THESE GUYS.

    Move from Utah to Maryland

Recovering from a hysterectomy was simpler than coping with those amateurs. They did not appear if they were supposed to, they shot my furniture from Eastern Utah 500 miles west to Las Vegas where it flew for 3 months and then when my belongings eventually did come, I have discovered three boxes of broken dishes. I have just unpacked six boxes. These people are liars and cheats. When you attempt to call customer support, they place you on hold for up to 10 minutes and then hang up on the telephone once you reach the 10 minute mark. They do not return telephone calls and tell you exactly what they believe you would like to hear. Not the fact, but whatever gets you off the phone. And then to have my possessions treated like crap is merely the icing on the cake. You understand the very first scene in Ace Ventura when he is”delivering” the bundle? That is the way my stuff got medicated.
If you enjoy being treated like crap and enjoy being lied to, then by all means, go with those men. They excel in really awful customer support.

    13 weeks to deliver

13 months it took to transfer 2 bedrooms value of things in Texas to Pennsylvania. I actually picked American Standard shifting and storage, however they aren’t real movers, however agents. They subcontracted out my move to Executive storage and moving from vegas. I am not likely to detail how terrible this experience was, however, also use your imagination of the things I went through for 13 weeks with no possessions. The one great thing was I did not need to pay the previous payment. But I would not suggest this experience to anybody. If I could offer them 0 stars I would.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! Thieves, scammers, con artists.

Worst customer experience I’ve ever had in my entire life, undoubtedly. They’re hackers, thieves, and con artists. How are they still in business??? Total nightmare encounter.

I reserved by a different firm (North American Relocation Services), that I didn’t realize was just a broker. They hid that away from me personally. I was originally given a 2 day window to allow movers to appear, told I would soon hear that day it was likely to be. In the last possible moment they notify me that Executive Moving and Storage are showing up on the 2nd moment. On this day I get a call, late in the afternoon, and they stated they aren’t likely to create it. I needed to reschedule all kinds of items (if you go from 1 country into the next, selling your home, there is a lot happening!) . They then showed up late during this afternoon, whine and complain the entire time about how tired they are, plus they attempted to leave prior to the move has been completed! I could not rearrange my schedule again, I was supposed to leave in a few days to maneuver myself. So I told them that they needed to complete. They began copying items into boxes… I predicted it out and advised them to be more mindful. I really watched them”package” my things the entire time. They simply threw half of the items in boxes without so much as wrap them. I understood at the moment things were likely to be awful, but guy. . It was far worse than I ever thought! I must have sent them home, however that I was supposed to leave in a few days and they’d half of my possessions in their own truck.

I receive a call the following day once they allegedly weighed only my contents. I was one man shifting one bedroom, a little dining space, just half of my living space contents, and virtually nothing in my kitchen. My garage needed a lot of things inside, but that wasn’t a huge movement. I had been cheated using a first low ball quotation, subsequently called back two unique days for them to re-quote me greater costs. This is a complete pack movement and once the movers showed up, they had been amazed that they were assumed to package. Really?? Once they weighed against my meager possessions, they billed me an absurd quantity of money. Three times my first quotation. I must have thrown out everything and purchased all new things. I’d have been much better away!

So today the worst component. I gave them the date that I had been planning to be in my new site. I.e. the first day to allow them to provide my things. It ended up being a week away from when they picked up. They did not deliver my things to THREE MONTHS and provided NO EXPLANATION regarding the reason why it took a long time! I phoned them innumerable times, and has been given the runaround each moment. “Oh sorry, we will speak with the dispatcher and return to you.” They’d never, ever call me backagain. The initial broker business was useless too. They’d claim to contact Executive and return to me and never ever did. THREE MONTHS with no possessions. Can you envision!?

So that the day finally comes that they provide my things. Again, no excuse. The driver functions for still another organization and doesn’t have any clue what’s happening. Since he unloads my things I visit a ruined dresser, a lot of lost items, more ruined stuff. They set my bed together incorrect and it stinks once I sit on it. He provides me money for that since he does not wish to get in trouble. Thank goodness I took his cash, since Executive pays 60 CENTS a POUND to the lost/damaged stuff! What a scam!!!

This is trivial, but has to be known out. The movers selectively stole my PS4 controls. I had all of my controls and wires for my various consoles together. They place all of these things in one box. That box had all… except my 2 PS4 controls. All these are $50 eachyear. Stolen. No additional explanation.

So I document a clam, Executive palms off this to yet another business. CSIpros.org. They discover a way to escape from paying for just about everything, and I don’t have any recourse. I wind up getting offered roughly $100 dollars for countless hundreds of dollars of damaged and lost/stolen products. They won’t cover me to get a lost desk which the shipping driver stated was ruined in the warehouse (it is at the notes). They do not cover my PS4 controls because ship contents (that they packaged ) aren’t itemized. Oh and it is now nearly a year after and I am still coping with this. This firm does not respond to emails either. I must keep sending them. They then assert they send me something, but never did. They all to provide me $100 for most likely a million dollars of things. Sounds not worth the attempt, but I am rather upset they’re getting away with it. I have spoken to a few attorneys, and they essentially said it is not worth getting into. How do we let them get away with things like this?

Please, keep out and inform everybody else that Executive Moving and Storage workers are offenders.

Worst rating! All was well..until they had cash. They had been also a day late, leading to extra expenditures. Provided $100 which they never sent. Broken TV. Said to submit a claim. Do this. Do not use these THEIVES

DO NOT USE THESE THEIVES!!! We initially went with Executive moving since they have a fairly good salesman. He takes us through of what could occur from begin to finish, gave us great discounts even army since our son is now serving. We had this movement scheduled 3 mths beforehand, paid a deposit and also clarified that we’d probably need our very own truck since we’ve got allot of things and some very significant products. We had been assured that we’d have our very own truck and that they would have their very best movers. When the time arrived for proceeding, we had been awarded a two day window of when the transfer would start and finish. The very first day arrived , scheduled to be there between 8 – 12, 12:30 wrapped without a phone call. When I phoned and asked what was happening, I had been told”oh the vehicle was currently complete and we were planning to call about 2:30 pm to allow you to know what time tomorrow”. I essentially told the operator, that that made no sense to call me two hours after they were supposed to be there to inform me that they were not coming. Then was advised, tomorrow 3-5 pm. That got me mad because we already planned that they were planning to pick up our things TODAY and we had been departing tomorrow (it was a transfer in CA to NV). “Oh well you guys must be there for your movers to get your things”. So essentially because the strategy was supposed to use movers, then we had been left to await them to appear. So rather than quitting to the new home the following morning we needed to wait patiently till they were completed the following moment. Next moment. . .11 have a phone in Executive.” They stuffed the truck again and will not have the ability to come now” that is pretty much everywhere I went away to them around we’re assumed to be on the street this afternoon but due to their failure to maintain their schedule I am needing to mess with mine. “Oh we are sorry but somebody still must be there to the movers, so we could be there everywhere between 1-4 pm”. I phoned my husband who was already at the new home, since he had been waiting for these to be there now. We chose to only own me, the children and creatures go up and he’d return to fulfill the movers the following moment. The following day, keep in mind that this will be day 3 and additional day following their moving window. It is handed 1 minute and my spouse is becoming furious since he drove four hrs to fulfill those idiots. I telephone Executive and find the run around about the movers driving and can’t pick up the telephone, we will be capable of call you with the ETA. The motorist calls me and that I advised him to phone my husband since he is the one awaiting them, becoming pissed off at the moment. A couple of minutes after, my really pissed off husband informs me that he countered the move since they stuffed the truck again and would not have the ability to make it now. We spent more time and a couple of additional times to perform the remaining portion of the transfer ourselves. We paid to get a truck and also scheduled/hired movers in CA to help load up the vehicle and then in NV to help setup and unload. This ought to have been the strategy from the get go since it costed half of the quantity of the transfer the charlatons in Executive were presumed to perform. We did lose out on our residue, thank goodness we did not give them longer because of the stupid contract since we made a decision to cancel. I would not doubt this the way they mainly get compensated, guarantee a task they do not do before the customer cancelled and they maintain the deposit. I really do need to provide a shout out to people who helped us load and unload. In CA we predicted Starving Students who put us up with men to help load up the truck. In NV we utilized Five Star Moving, that they have been amazing and cared for us with all the unpack and setup in our new residence.

    DO NOT USE THESE SCAMMERS!

I moved from California to North Carolina, My Belongings were picked upward on Apr 5 all ready daily late for pickup. I had a binding contract for $2,083. I created three payments of $400,$381 and since the truck came 800. I’d call and send mails without a response. They’d prevent me and call my own girl! I had been sent an email with just how much time it might take! It stated 21 to 25 business days! Nicely 35 business days after and 47 calendar days following fourteen days of attempting to find somebody at work [ ie] Chris and the rest of the lot from forcing us about. The vehicle shows up from the rain on a Sunday evening! The driver opened the door of the vehicle and my Sofa was not that there surfboards were overlooking my own flat screen TV was just thrown in addition to the heap and a few other bad men things was mixed up with mine! I shot my paddle plank off and it had been smashed on the rear finish the foot mat has been ripped up with large scrapes around it! Subsequently the driver hands me a bill for about $ 2,338 additional fees!! So the entire movement will cost me $4,400 over twice the authorized quote! Plus they had been 10 business days late! Therefore it took them more than 6 months to transfer me. I then spoke with a girl who had complete mindset and said that since I was not planning to pay the cost that was over double the quote cost that she had been sending the truck into storage and that I would need to pay them too! I stated I had been calling a Lawyer and she said go right ahead! In the very long run half my stuff wasn’t sent and what things I did see and receive was ruined 7 months to get my things compared to simply to possess some bozo that her telephone number is -LRB-503-RRB- 432-5045! Inform me to visit a lawyer! So that is what I am likely to do to receive my things back and put a suit against this business in order that they won’t do so to anybody else!!! I’ll continue to keep this site posted on what is happening! An in case you have any queries I will be happy to answer them!!! I’ve got a lot of images and also the contract as evidence if you will need to see!

    Terrible Move Experience. Worst Ever.

Have transferred 3 time before and this 4th transfer positions the worst. I thought the quote and business that has been to transfer me personally was Liberty Movers. Come to discover they’re a broker. After obtaining my deposit that the costs begin to rise well within the first borrowed sum. We had been to get the better insurance policy, no gas surcharges and we all moved over double what we had about. Well come moving day that the vehicle is a day late and the allocated space on the vehicle is inadequate for what should be transferred. We needed to leave things in storage to be transferred from me at a subsequent date. The products were moved to a normal tractor trailer rig in NV. When our possessions arrive at TX I locate 1 JBL speaker cupboard missing the fitting one ruined and 2 black KLM speaker closets overlooking. In addition, we have 3 glass table tops that don’t appeal to me and they attempted to offer me a 60 inch flat display which didn’t belong to me until I pointed out the fact out to them that it was not mine. I challenged into the whereabouts of their speakers, so the motorist and driver reacted that everything packed for NV is exactly what they were providing. In the event you discover you’ve asserts you get Liberty. We all did and that they told us what for asserts is together with CSIpros. This can be a third party along with also a JOKE in the best. They’ve no authority over overcharging and telling me that they just cover $.60 a pound insurance policy worth whatever insurance I had been told I’d. My JBL’s were valued at $1595.00 along with also the KLM’s at $550.00 and also we had a busted bag and they need me to pay for $4.80. And to top off it repent that we were not pleased with our movement. I wouldn’t ever recommend this business to anyone not even my worst enemy.

    Moving

I am sure if they first stated out years back – they’re quite firm like- client oriented. Worked very nicely with the client’s needs. NOT NOW!!!! 1. You talk to a rep and they create everything seem so simple & setup so pleasant – whatever you desire! 2. Establish a date to select up (perhaps it will take place within the time period for you personally dates. (50/50 chance). The cash is all cash. You ask why? Because, they do not trust anybody who has great sources of revenue & won’t accept your golden cards/credit cards/debit cards/Checks/Money Deal / Nothing however COLD HARD CASH! They need that cash into their hands! They have dealt with the majority of their clients & not one of them are reliable & may just have $$$$. Pay 1/2 upward front-maybe will select up & cover 1/2 in the conclusion. No shenanigans! Money up front prior to substance is dropped off in shipping place. All the time you don’t get your relocation when they first promised you. You can get it in a month or so. Though the date claims,”Accessible”First” delivery date”- which do not mean nothing! It Is a JOKE! The very best part- if you call into describe & inquire what is going on they inform you,”Well, if you examine your contract!!!! It is says…7 to 14 weeks following the initial shipping date to your contract. WHY EVEN BOTHER????? As soon as they receive the cash’s — They do not care what you do & how long they can cause you to await your providers. In the event you do not all better. They will maintain everything they need. Broken, crushed, filthy, destroyed. It’s name – they truly don’t care of your possessions. You’re going to be blessed if you find anything inside a three or four weeks interval. Depending in case you choose their unbelievable supply of 3 weeks storage free if you proceed together!!!!! This gives them more time to lose/break/smash/tear/ruin everything on your haul. So if this seems like a fantastic bargain for you, go to this, and set up with all the unprofessionalism of the crooked business and utilize them. If you’d like a fantastic organization to do professional company with, proceed with a different business that answers their telephones & tells them the facts concerning the period allotments & if everything is going to be co-ordinated ahead of time. Not leaving anything to fear or wonder whether it’ll every make it into its destination. Good Luck, Steer Clear of the NASTY BUSINESS!!!!

They have had Moving Truck Stolen more than 5 times!

Caution!!!!! I dropped my entire life possessions working this Executive Movers and Storage. The moving truck with all the possessions of 3 households had been stolen on Thanksgiving. I had been told that the day afterwards and told I needed to document my own authorities record!!! I inquired if it had occurred before and the firm said no. I afterwards discovered that it occurred over 5 occasions!!!!!! I’m still awaiting my little settlement since I checked the box to get weight versus things. If you checked things it might have cost tens of thousands of dollars.

The business was unresponsive having an proprietor. High worker turnover particularly after every episode. I had been the person who advised the Broker, Atlas Movers that my truck had been stolen. After the truck was discovered, largely empty, I had been advised by the detective not by Executive Movers and Storage. Horrible communications. Unprofessional customer services. They couldn’t give me a list of the recovered things so that I flew into Vegas, leased my own truck to push my couple recovered things dwelling. Their location is a dump in a lousy neighborhood. The safety camera” wasn’t functioning and the truck was out of sight” My recovered boxes were crushed. I’m still battling them for my little claim. I’m supporting the detective working the research why over and over again whole moving trucks have been stolen out of their unprotected parking lot.

Concerning the moving process itself. Warning!
The Penske truck that they employed was unmarked, and had no GPS. They stated they had been picking up my merchandise at noon, and came at 8PM and held me hostage threatening to cancel the movement if I wouldn’t cover the charge up. I didn’t take the higher changes, and that I must have cancelled the movement!!!!! The movers were on there mobile phones during the night, doing exactly what? One was stabbed in the vehicle in the long run. There was no energy or time and we argued over the bill along with their tagging of things. eg. Large couch for my little lounge. They repacked a few of my actual valuables at no cost! All of the people connected with the relocation are no more working with the business. I feel broken and treated with no regard. My husband and I needed to venture out to Vegas to push home some of the things recovered. As soon as I opened some of the shattered boxes, I found that they were retapped along with other folks things were in my own box. Not all of the decals were about the boxes. I spent tens of thousands of dollars flying, driving and leasing a truck to recoup my private items which weren’t helpful to the robbers. All of my precious life possessions are all gone. I am attempting to locate the rest of the victims. Please do not become a victim. Consult your agent that the movers are and inquire if they’ve ever had all of the products stollen, truck and all! . Do your assignments. Check on your home owners insurance. Mine kicked in a few, but who ever expects to eliminate everything. Who ever expects to be treated how I have been handled. Watch out in the event that you use this organization.

Awful Moving Company - Arrow Moving Las Veg

The worst moving company I’ve ever encountered. They have been contracted to select up 6/20 or even 6/21. NO SHOW on both days… eventually showing up on 6/22 following my brothers family had flown into Alabama. They then arrived with a too little truck. The moving manager Breen, told me that if all of the products wouldn’t match (and he thought it would) they had the right to correct the fees. EXTORTION! Obviously they wanted more money and they guaranteed to pick up the overage within two days! Never occurred!! Their”Binding Estimate” was quite true (Offered by Charter Van Lines that people presume is their spouse ) so that they had great & accurate info to get ready for our relocation. These folks are CROOKS… never use them!

    THE WORST COMPANY EVER!

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!   This is the worst going company/experience we might have envisioned.  I will provide you the highlights of the expertise.
    ·         The movers showed up nearly 30 hours late
    ·         There was little/no communicating from Executive.  Every time we predicted we’d find the run-around, nobody knew where the truck was or why it was overdue, were told someone would call us back, etc.,.
    ·         It required 3 (quite slow and unprofessional) guys 5 hours to unload our flat.  For contrast, it took 3 guys 2 hours to load it annually before.
    ·         After all was loaded we had been billed nearly $900 within our extra quotation.  We later discovered that they low estimate people on goal so that their cost would be the very best.
    ·         We had been advised it would take 7-10 days for our stuff to attain its destination.  It required 20.
    ·         Again, nobody understood why our stuff had not left yet.  Each time we predicted (nearly daily) we had been told it was going to depart.  Or nobody replied.  The shipment men, Michael and Anthony, were so tough to get ahold of that I finally had to threaten to call the authorities to make them inform us where our stuff was.
    ·         When our substance eventually did arrive the harm was incredible.  Dents in  and chunks of wood lost from our wood furniture that the movers wrapped, plastic bins to mutilated the lids no more match, a bedframe so ruined it could not be put back together, a bookshelf that never came, etc..  Well over $1,000 in damage
    ·         We also had over $1,000 in additional expenses for our journeys because our stuff was gone for so long, but Executive refused to admit that they had been at all in the wrong or that they had been deceptive in their business practices.  CUSTOMER SERVICE WAS A NIGHTMARE.
    ·         After submitting a claim with their insurer, Executive attempted to repay (8months later) by alerting us 116.  But we’d need to signal a non-disclosure arrangement and promise to not tell anybody how awful our expertise together was.  We chose to deny the cash and warn as many people as we possibly can.  THIS COMPANY IS A SCAM!

    Worst Moving Company EVER

This firm is a joke, lets begin with that. How did they receive a full-star score is beyond me! We moved from California to Kansas only a few months ago and also the strain that we went through to only move our stuff throughout the nation, cannot be explained. These”movers” showed up 3 times late and the day prior to our trip to Kansas however they had been scheduled to arrive nearly a 1 1/2 week earlier. When they arrived, they purchased the tiniest truck conceivable to maneuver our three bedroom flat regardless of knowing we’ve got plenty of stuff. Then they said they clearly can’t fit everything in their truck (duh! ) ) So that they’ll take half now and half on Friday (once I’ve left for Kansas currently ) There was not much I could do and needed to receive my things from my flat. . .at least as far as I could. I made for Kansas the following day and my buddy had to come in and find the remainder of the things moved out. Here comes the cash play: they’d initially asked me for $2,888. The man had calculated it for me and showed me that the cost that could be for the whole move. I’d agreed. After I left Kansas, the dudes that came to select the remainder of my stuff on Friday come along and inform me, it’ll be an extra $2,000 since they will need to start out a new contract since it’ll be counted as a”fresh” move. After arguing with them for more than 4 hours, then I was able to convince them to load up the things and bring it to me and then we will talk. They consented. Upon arrival in Kansas, my host, my dining table, two workplace tables, two headboards, 1 night table were all damaged. 1 workplace table was completely ruined, and one table whole facet was chipped off. And also a carton has been missing. After they unloaded the material, I proceeded to check how much space from the truck my belongings actually took and it was not greater than 1000 cu. Feet, but they billed me for 1,400 cu ft.! I payed an extra $2,000-something to movers that ruined and stole over half of my own stuff! Just how are they a company is beyond me!

We contracted with”American Storage and Movers .” The drivers showed up, two days late, at an Enterprise 26′ lease truck, along with the manifest newspapers said”Executive Moving and Storage”

I’m beginning to put on the complete sorry narrative of the $17k mess that they dealt us. Watch

Please stay away from this company

In coping with Executive Transferring from vegas, it was a very annoying and unprofessional encounter.  To start off short and guide, PLEASE DO NOT GO WITH THIS COMPANY.  There were not any follow up calls, rude customer support, broken possessions, missing things, and discounted messages and calls.  If you’d like information, then read on…. .  It appeared like they had been good, before they had my cash.  I had been coping with Kathy and Steven at the installation of this transfer, after that’s when the problems begin.  I had been told I’d find a confirmation call the day prior to the pick-up, once I got no telephone during the afternoon I phoned them at the day, nobody called back so that I emailed Kathy who eventually obtained dispatch to telephone me.  They maintained their truck had been broke down and wouldn’t make it for the pickup date (Tuesday,” ) it might be Thursday or Friday.  Through the week, again no phone, I kept calling and on Friday they eventually called me back and have been picking up on Saturday.   I had been going to my occupation, so all of this delayed my journeys into the new city by three times.  I voiced my insecurities into dispatch who informed me”I must get another business then.”  At the stage I’d already inquired with different businesses and it had been too late.  Things happen from our hands, yes.  I wouldn’t blame them for a broken down truck, however it’s also very important to keep the lines of communication available, is not it??? My possessions came from NV to AZ in 2 business days, fantastic timing.  But possessions were broken that they had wrapped themselves, I didn’t notice until after the vehicle left and I am unpacking.  I had a busted shelf AND an LCD TV!!!  I also needed a lost image.  I also called to file a claim and was told to phone customer support, what appeared to be somebody inconspicuous mobile phone and nothing besides”that is customer support, leave a message.”  In the midst of attempting to have settled in my new home and work, fourteen days later I still have yet to get and phone back out of their”customer service department”.   Additionally, I emailed Kathy without a reply. I had been advised by the driver that arrived to pick up my stuff that there are always complaints of similar problems if he shows up to get a transfer, which people are scammed, and support is dreadful.  Following this adventure, the anxiety of moving and beginning a new task, I wouldn’t advise using this provider.  It was quite worrisome questioning when they were planning to pick my stuff up and if.  I’d believed at one stage that the organization was a scam however Kathy maintained reassuring they weren’t, and from the time that the movement came about it was too late to reserve with a different corporation.  I wished to devote the opportunity to compose my expertise in hopes I will deter different customers in getting the exact same stressful encounter I did.

    Crooks, Thieves, Charlatans!!

Was lied to each step along the way. Salesman were sweet as could be until the contract had been signed after which the salesman inexplicably was unreachable. The person accountable for dispatch has been somewhat rude, condescending [EDIT] (best words I could think of ).
Despite my protests the afternoon of the transfer they showed up with a truck which has been half-full today –requiring leaving a Whole Lot of my things in my old garage until they might dispatch an additional truck to take it to storage.   It was subsequently return to Vegas, proceeded who knows the number of occasions and then packed on a different truck.
The truck also had the title of another moving business (one which has dreadful reviews) leaving me to question if this is simply rebranding to get a crappy company which wanted a new start.
End effect –nearly every bit of furniture that I have was damaged in some manner.  Corners were crushed in, legs of seats snapped, treadmill left in pieces. Countless dollars of harm.
And afterward –they had been kind enough to refer me to the next party impersonal online website that manages the moving asserts and 120 days after I receive a slap at the face in the kind of a low-ball supply that insures basically nothing.
I anticipate several dings and also a couple breaks in a major move. However, the amount of dishonesty, rudeness and lack of professionalism exhibited by”Executive” storage and moving is really remarkable.
Please do your self a favor and avoid at any cost.

    THE ABSOLUTE WORST

Lied about pickup date. Lied about shipping date. Took per month. Items badly managed inside their Las Vegas warehouse. Damage to 55 inch TV. BIKE broken. Cement table top crushed in corners. Leather on mattress ripped and away from weight onto it. Driver was faked needed to receive a more expensive un haul to provide. They’re liars and thugs just in Vegas shouldn’t ever be in
Company. And I just got them via a broker named MOVING PROS US. ASK should you be brokered before you register so that you do not secure unprofessional lying thugs such as executive proceeding from vegas. My price ended up awakened to fix or replace their jumble.

I wish I’d read the reviews before entrusting with Executive Moving and Storage. When my dispatch eventually got to my destination I needed to cover the driver in money or money order before he’d unload. So, I’d no clue what was there, what was missing, what had been busted. Turns out my TV was broken, and my computer had been broken, and my microwave had been lost, boxes of dishes and kitchen things. . .missing. Take my counsel, and the counsel of several different clients. . .don’t cope with this corporation.

    A good Moving company

    Hi,
My title if Walter and I want to reccomand the men who have helped me along with my move to the east shore, to be truthful I had my worries about them after reading some reviews here on this website but they explained to me that the testimonials are’nt real and being submitted with their contest. I took a chance and I must say that I cant complain about my expirience together.
They had been great, on time cost was great ($1,855), they took their time to package but I believe I’d rather wait a second hour than getting my things get ruined along the way so that is fine with me.

I cant link to these criticism under, I feel great about my decision to proceed together and reccomand it to each individual who reads this inspection.

Kathy, my agent has been so nice and type, I assured her I’ll come back a favor and I am pleased to do so.

Eventually found a moving firm that was not attempting to make the most! You would be amazed the number of moving companies on the market do not have your very best interest. Fortunately for me that wasn’t one of those who match the standard description. They were honest, honest and totally inexpensive. Professional and coordinated also. Everything of mine which I paid them to proceed was completed in a timely way. Fantastic work.

    Delivered well

My moving encounter with executive has been satisfactory from all facets. Their support was excellent and their price was the lowest I have managed to locate. Shipment came after about a week, somewhat sooner than anticipated but great non the less. I compensated 3,090 for my move from California to New York and although I believe net reviewing stinks nicely out of proportion and largely being used by business proprietors to smear their contest, I assured my executive proceeding salesman I’d add a fantastic word.

    Well Planned & Executed

This can be a moving company that’s qualified to assist you with your upcoming relocation. The issue with the majority of businesses in the moving business is their goals. Vast majority of movers are just considering how much cash they could squeeze from every customer as rapidly as possible and do not concentrate on quality of support, however Executive Moving & Storage was the reverse. They have been also in tune with our requirements and really were useful based on great decisions which were designed to benefit us and them. Really well planned and implemented move!

My review for executive moving and storage

Hello, I’d love to provide my review to get a beautiful company that have assisted me and my family with all our move from Tempe into Chicago. The gentleman on the phone was fine and had a great deal of knowledge. I used his guidance and they had been a superb additional support so far as I am concerned. Cost was 1900 usd, not too much. I wound up paying 2000 because I had some extras and although I did not clarify beforehand, they were ready to assist and gave everything. I just paid the additional 100 for particular substances for my LCD displays and a few boxes and mirrors.

    A review about Executivemoving

Executive storage and moving required away my parent from me. . Lol… I know for a while it may seem like a terrible thing and to get a few like a excellent thing but for me personally , I already miss them but I’m happy I picked executive because they’re a cool lot and actually helped us a great deal. My father wanted to have e truck but he’s not in this great shape to get a 90 year old, and now I sort of wanted them to get a fantastic experience, and so I asked Steve their urge to organize a vip packaging support (I paid an additional ) but my parents did not move a finger and they really felt great and joyful about it, my mom had been feeling so odd that a group of strangers would be packing all of her things that she strove to assist them and if they showed her that they understand exactly what they were doing (they really do:-RRB- then she began earning lemon juice and sandwiches as well as the air was really excellent, my parents told me for this, they felt like royalty for a while and there’s nothing like this in this brief life. Now they’re in Chicago and its own brand-new beginning, thank Steve for compelling me to go with all the ideal.

A move to upstate new york with Executive moving

Hello my name is Ariana Robin and I’ve used a full-scale movement in my final movement to Albany NY. I didn’t have some difficulties with them. Each of the transferring procedure moved just fine. It is a fantastic business that gave me premium value for my cash. I have hired them to the very first time so that I was not shore what to anticipate. Infect I had been somewhat nervous initially. I’ve assessed their DOT number along with the BBB position they rated was to my own pride A – in the BBB and most licenses were up so far. It was not a very simple move the lengthy run from San Jose California into Albany NY and they had two pickup places; my home also storage of mine. The movers actually worked hard and in a professional way. They did their very best to complete when they could without any damage to my house or places. For that I thank executive movers and urge them to anybody who is searching for movers to do the work correctly.

    Work relocation to FL

I’ve only moved from Nevada to Florida because of work movement and spent quite a very long time researching moving companies.  In the long run I went with Executive storage and moving and was delighted with the support I got.  The sales man was very helpful and gave me a great deal of aid because my move was fairly short note, and everything went as planned.  They were a little late with the choice up due to visitors (30 minutes) but I got a call to let me know.  The employees were very friendly and nothing got damaged.  They guaranteed me delivery around 21 days, but it just took 13 that was good.  I was somewhat worried at first since they were among the cheapest quotes that I got, but I am happy that I moved together.

    Went Well!

Pleasant stateside moving encounter for this provider. They accounted for all of my possessions rather than mishandled anything. From the time my items had been dropped off, nothing was out of place. Everything was handled professionally in the start of the movement until the last stages.

The project supervisor was even nice enough to provide me a call later to be certain there was nothing else that I wanted. I truly appreciate the real sentiment and capacity to communicate efficiently and get the planned results I was searching for as a client.

They ended up meeting their end of their bargain to the greatest standards possible! Very professional moving business! They deserve an award for having the ability to help out us last moment! The last cost was also not much more than that which another firm billed. And this did not contain a last minute going fe either. Amazing!

We recently contracted to get a huge household things transferred from Florida to Arizona with Transferring Mania. Our expertise with Transferring Mania was always a 1 star and that’s being generous. Transferring Mania subcontracted with Executive Moving. Eli out of Executive Transferring called to organize delivery each day ahead of schedule. He did a wonderful job of finding the thing to us timely, unloaded securely and place where we wanted it. He was considerate, friendly, professional, proficient and went over and beyond to make sure that it was completed safely and properly. We’d urge him personally.

My expertise with Executive Moving and Storage proved to be a favorable one. The movers were totally organized throughout the entirety of this transfer, which I understand from hearing tales and from my own personal experiences that it is uncommon for a moving company to fully get it all together. I AM HAPPY I WENT WITH THEM

I Got My ITEMS LAST WEEK. The Entire PROCESS MOVING WITH THEM WAS AWESOME. I talked to leah. She was really pleasant and allow me to feel as though I had been picking the proper companion for my transfer. She clarified to me flawlessly. I’d have more poles than I thought and forgot to phone her but whenever the men loaded all my things that they did not even charge me for them because leah gave me a excess distance that was excellent. Do not get me wrong she billed me beforehand for the additional space in the event but I am happy she did. The men wrapped my furniture and took the things apart and did whatever she said they’d do. It required them just 10 afternoon to send she advised me it’d be about two months but I can not complain about that either since I had been sleeping in an air mattress and super glad my things got there. Overall I would say this business is well worth using and I’d suggest them to my pals.

Professional movers are tough to find. Normally movers are extremely scatterbrained and overworked. However, these movers demonstrated to behave and function otherwise. Their activities demonstrated that. They orchestrated my transfer in a systematic way by carefully packaging and hauling all of my furniture and boxes the ideal way. Additionally, the classic furniture and miscellaneous objects were treated with accuracy, like they had decades of experience with managing that kind of classic. Happy to be proven wrong by a moving business.
