This is the worst service and expertise I’ve ever experienced doing business. My items were a month late. I needed to hunt down these people just to have them blatantly lie to me concerning the positioning of our items. My boxes were crushed and lots of things were broken. . These aren’t business people but covetous inept opportunists to not be reliable. If theyir cost is a bit lower compared to the competition – you’ll pay double for it in sweat, nerves and tears.

Do not trust these guys.The salesman offered me $250. Movers arrived on time but I phoned them twice to support. The movers are unprofessional and rude.Once what was loaded on the vehicle that they presented us with a bill for $811.  They’d billed us for their time to arrive at the pickup website plus tolls. I refused to cover that so I phoned the sales guy Michael but owner picked up the telephone and he was likewise rude.I again denied and the driver stated that the business is quite strict and they couldn’t go any lower than 600 that is overcharged a lot!!! . My loved ones fearful because they had been demanding cash otherwise they will choose the things to their office when I do not pay complete. I won’t ever use them again and I won’t recommend anybody.

They insisted on accepting an advance partial payment (per month ahead of this transfer ) effectively ensuring that I do not reach out to some other moving service.  They were very prompt with responding prior to the payment was shot. They even called up two weeks ahead of the movement to test when I had been moving forward with the movement that I gladly affirmed I had been. However on the afternoon of the movement they (Excel Carriers LLC) did not appear in any way! Here I was all packed up and prepared to proceed together with my loved ones (with a little kid its even more trying to plan for your transfer because it is). When I called up the contact info on quotation they’d sent up and about the progress payment receipt, nobody picked up the telephone for initial 15-20 min. When someone from the name David Greene did pickup the telephone that he had been agressive in the word go. Started abusing me on phone when called to honor the dedication (even created racial statements throughout the dialogue ). They refused to provide any promise to compensate for reduction or perhaps offer you a criticism mechanism even on multiple queries. I wound up getting some men to help me go to get an exorbitant cost on the condition that I will need to move along together. Throughout the movement I ended up spraining my spine. Worst part was rather than trying to find the debacle in their conclusion even post facto when I phoned them they requested me to eliminate the telephone and quit calling! I predict this Monday morning and they never even loaded my things about the vehicle’ MIKE GOES. .OH YOUR IN YOUR HOUSE”.  Now I am told Tuesday morning around 9:00am. Never got into my home till about 10:30 am.  I’m still missing my brand-new carpet shampoo along with my ourside hose reel and hose.   A couple of items were broken. Wet and seems like any sort of creature went through a few boxes too. . .It was 13 days because they arrived to my home. So far nothing has been returned to me personally…I’d never tell anybody else to use them….they only strategy squeezed

Avoid this business! I proceeded on august 31, 2013 in the aggressively in a lavish building to a house that I bought. There was just about 20 miles between both places. I’ve not ever been so traumatized by anything in my entire life. Additionally many bits of my furniture have been ruined. At the beginning of the following business day I phoned to talk to somebody to solve the situation I had been advised to expect a call back later on this day and needless to say no telephone call was obtained. And that I called again the following morning and has been told there’s nothing they can do.

JUST. DON’T.   And if you’d already, report them to BBB and FMSCA. Add my name to this growing list of disgruntled clients.   I was   first given a quotation based on my estimate of exactly what was being transferred,  $1450.   I asked a meeting in my moms home to business up quotation.   Quotation moved 1450 to $2960, which I consented after reviewing materials.   Transferring day, I had been given a charge of 4500, without any explanation as to the reason the broad discrepancy.   Contacted the proprietor Anthony Delguidice, that stated He’d look in the gap between estimate and closing cost.   Never heard of him again.   As a Vietnam vet, then I purchased in to his use of the army link to make earnings.   Do not buy in to it, He’s a scam artist.   My only regret Isn’t reading the submitted reviews Before picking him as our Agency.   Contemplating legal actions.   Avoid this man.

Bill was twice the quote. Unjustified charges. Charged two hours to get a 26-mile trip which should require 35-50 minutes in the slightest. Charged an hour to get 20-mile trip which should take half an hour at most. Over 1 hour late, producing delay in picking up the six parts of furniture, even more unjustified expenses. Charged $40 fuel prices for 46-mile excursion, that is 4.6 mph on road driving. But much worse would be the crying tirades of obscenities from the managment and motorists. They stood at the hallway of my condominium and continued yelling obscenities till they extorted the money away from me personally. I must have simply called the authorities. I paid the deposit by credit card, the business ad said charge cards were approved and the direction stated I’d not need to cover money. I also was told direction could create unspecified alterations since they also believed the fees were exorbitant. I had been told that the driver had a mess on the way into the occupation.   The inspector, yet another Michael, nevertheless required money, yelling for nearly an hour, disturbing my neighbors. But he lied and did not charge my card. The day of  the transfer – the movers explained that they only accept money and that if I desired my furniture, I would need to pay them at CASH first. They kept my furniture hostage. As soon as I attempted to telephone Isaac he had been suddenly inaccessible and I ended up talking with David Green who then told me that they only accept money. I finally was made to go to the bank and recover money.

Wish I’d read these testimonials. I had been tricked too. Within an hour late. After my furniture has been packaged in their truck that they phoned me and needed money, threatening not to deliver my cherished furniture. They also needed more cash than the initial quote. The guys on the telephone proved rather demeaning, humorous. The cash doesn’t disturb me; it’s the way they manage their company. These men behave like they have really small penises. Please create a much better decision. Avoid this provider.

These will be the funniest samsters you’ll discover. The originally quoted me $350 and then charged me $800. Not only that, they then did not return my deposit and sent me threatening hurtful remarks.

What a HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE!  VERY UNPROFESSIONAL AND RACIST! Michael lent $335 for 3 1/2 hours. As soon as they got there it moved down to 3 hours and also the cost tripled. They had to charge $140 to allow them to stroll up ten stairs! Anyhow once they included all these extra fees. I said no thank you I’d find somebody else.  In addition to that their truck wasn’t even large enough to transfer a 2 bedroom appt! . As soon as they left a man from the office called and refused to provide his name stating how what was at the contract. Plus it wasn’t I had it directly before me that I read him off. Then he went to call me an ungrateful [EDIT]…. I moved away! Wish I’d have read the reviews prior to doing business with this organization.

This firm are an SCAMER, they provide me a false quote of 1278.00, nothing match on such space, they need me to invest more cash, I denied to paid all that cash, I needed to cancel this endeavor, I moved into the werehouse to pick up my furniture. I contacted the firm, talked with Anthony the director who lent me a deal. He also gauranteed the cost and even said that he left it a fantastic price for me since I already had everything packaged, wrapped and prepared.

The truck came at the new place but then I had been bullied (unmarried female). The inspector stated that he won’t unload my things before I paid nearly twice of what had been quoted, they even added 2.5 hours of more time around the other hand written paper (never even referenced the quotation ). I explained to this Agency which Anthony gauranteed a cost for me. I phoned Anthony in the front of the Agency and Anthony talked to me as if I had been an idiot and a liar and he then said, well what would you expect, I am a sells guy”. I had been so frustrated and angry.
I requested the inspector to depart my house while I go earn more cash and he said no, give him exactly what I’d today and he’ll begin moving my things and I will give him the remainder once I return. I told him no leave my house while I go purchase cash.
I saw that the movers transfer my things like turtles that they even hung around speaking.
So sickening how this business took good care of me. I wish I’d read the testimonials.

After reading the other testimonials for this particular business today, I’m kicking myself for not even studying them sooner before I booked an appointment together. I had been billed a shocking 6 times greater than what they offered me in their own estimate. It looks like their approach would be to lure clients using an ultra low speed and then present a last invoice with an amount that’s through the roof. My whole house closing process involving the loan process has been incredibly easy. And also this moving business, towards the conclusion, destroyed my whole home purchasing experience. They had the audacity to tell me that they did not have my reservation and that it had been scheduled to the last sunday! Umm, well clearly nobody had shown up on Sunday either so what exactly does this imply?! And that I had the upgraded contract saying that I had a booking for this day. After about half an hour of claiming to get a person come out at some stage to proceed (it was the 1st of this month, I HAD to be from my flat!) , they said they’d send somebody out. 20 minutes after I get a call saying that the motorist was in an accident on the way to my flat and they did not have any excess person power to send somebody else out! I just have a bedroom value of things! It might require 3 hours TOPS with driving in rush hour traffic. Happily I managed to locate someone on TaskRabbit who felt bad enough for me to assist me last minute for cheap. I called to cancel Excel movers requesting them to affirm with me that they recieved my messages to cancel. Got a call back at 11am the following day, and the man said”So I do not have to send my men out now then?” . Well considering you’re supposed to appear at 9am, no more!! I’ve called 4 or 5 times and have yet to receive my deposit back… 10 days after. These men are [EDIT] and scam artists. DO NOT USE THEM!!

That can be white collar crime.   You’re kept up and robbed and there isn’t anything you can really do. They got your merchandise and the first extimate is currently 6 times what has been quoted. They save money from you together with fake extra fees. They refuse to transfer your merchandise to a new place unless you visit an ATM and earn extra Money.   Then you aren’t provided a reception and also after several calls to the organization, you’re NEVER given a last invoice. You’re shouted at, cursed at and hung up on if you call the organization and ask whether the situation could be rectified at a mutually agreed upon reimbursement. Someone must prevent the company from working in this way but the condition of NJ permits them and there’s not any oversight. STAY AWAY AT ALL COSTS !!

They additionally charged for additional time over the quoted cost The best part was that they wouldn’t unload our furniture and could depart with it if we did not pay. My movement was on 11/28 and they had been there in 45 minutes late.  They took my child’s crib apart and they made it appear as they set it back together but they did not. Screws were lost on the changer component of this crib. Now I can not change my infant. It is so sad they cheated a young mother with her 10mos old infant on her arms.   I’ll check with a lawyer.

Warning! This is definitely the most tainted moving firm I ever satisfied. They’re cheating on clients by providing you cheap quote. I receive a 330 4 hours going quote but wind on paying 800. The way they can do this, they load your own belongings on the vehicle and they will be clubbed till you cover the quote and extra cost. They cost you extra for utilizing lift, packaging your couch and all sort of things and they bill you for their  journey time into the destination Along with their support is terrible 2. I was also duped by this corporation. They lent me $560 and explained that I did not need to begin paying until they showed up in my flat. After they showed up two men started moving the things asap however, the lead man who was really quite pushy sat down and began going through the paperwork with me which required 30 minutes so I was down 1 man down. Then he told me I needed to cover for two hours worth of travel time for those men to show around my flat since they had been in”Traffic” that wasn’t exactly what I was initially advised. I had been quoted for traveling time for my new location and also for them to return not for them to get into my flat until they even lifted a finger. These additional two hours cost me $160 and gas, miles, etc.. I wished to cancel the ceremony but the men already started loading my stuff to the truck. The lead man explained that the quote came from a middle guy in a cubicle that did not understand what he was referring to. So then why would they use a centre guy?! Why couldn’t they’ve lent me on the entire job initially I don’t have any idea. They understood how far I had been going and all of my belongings so a quotation that comprised the miles, gas, tolls, and hours should’ve been supplied. Both movers were speedy and great. They also charged me an extra hour for them to get home since they said there are a good deal of”Traffic.” But there was not any traffic on the road down and google maps didn’t show any visitors and they were not even going back to NJ but to act for a different job. Here really is the worst company I’ve observed. The movers were rather rude. They informed me it prices 240 and following everything packed into the truck that they billed me 500. Really It is horrible. Avoid this type of firm. They charge the maximum cost. That which we believe is that this is cheaper and also we cal them with out seeing the testimonials. I did so and thus recommend to see the inspection prior to calling.

These men are unprofessional and cannot be depended upon.  They appear late and they then require Cash upfront even before the transfer is finished.  Beware! They’ll strike you with hidden fees that isn’t described to you in the time of earnings.  They kept the goods before the payment has been made accessible.  I won’t suggest them for any additional tasks.

My spouse and I made a significant mistake not assessing these place on reviews before booking Excel Carriers. Anthony was careful and provided a fantastic cost to transfer my daughter to her new flat. Nevertheless, when it came time to find the work done, nobody in Excel was accessible. If I could provide negative stars I would. This provider completely trashed us. Originally Anthony, their”earnings” man, looked like a wonderful man. Communicated well, answered emails and calls, delivered the COI to our brand new institution, gave me a very reasonable estimate and also called to validate the transfer two weeks before. Was assumed to be compensated in cash the day of. Then proceed day came along with their true colours revealed. We had been going from 2 separate one bedroom flats and into a brand new location. They gave us a coming period of 8-10am. We had been serving with the movement and utilizing them to the heavy furniture, so we transferred everything we can set to the curb, waiting for them. 10am rolls up and no indication of these, therefore I predict Anthony and he tells me they’re on the road, in just a half a hour. Long story short, they never showed up or replied calls for the remaining part of the day. We predicted out of 4 different telephone numbers, no response. We had been moving a piano, so it seemed very good on telephone and a contract has been delivered to me. I had been assured that the entire price could be $360 for the piano such as an excess china cupboard. Michael was quite talkative and explained how they professionally they had the encounter. He travelled through the procedure step-by-step. He was also asserting honesty through his expertise as a marine soldier. 
They arrived late to the pickup location. Approximately 45 minutes. They moved quite slow and so were not too great. Then the individual Al began to say something regarding discussion the price tag, I was amazed purchase this and believed it was already set. I’d add two smaller items due to the size of this truck which could easily hold theses bits, I was prepared to cover that. They’d have fitted in my car. So I stupidly assumed that it had been about the additional bits of furniture. 

I abandoned and Al looked stressed out but agreed that we’d meet at my residence. As soon as I got home they arrived and he was already worked up and appeared stressed. He wished to negotiate and explained that it was now $630. According to him the piano wasn’t included in the purchase price. He was competitive and frightening. I phoned Michael that picked up and stated that it has to a be a mistake, ” he had been going get it directly. This didn’t occur and it only went worse. I’m a girl and fortunately I had a buddy at my home, it was a really threatening situation. Al said he’d call the authorities on me. We negotiated more and Michael didn’t pick up the telephone after this. I did eventually agree to pay $450 plus he’d bring in the furniture. He explained and that I gave him 440 in money. He went outside and told his men to put the things on the drive since that I’m not paying sufficient. At this time he had been super competitive and I had been so scared. My buddy I concurred that at this stage we must calla the authorities. Before he arrived Al was crying and banging on my door which I locked. A police officer came before they left and spoke to us and subsequently them. He explained that the contract was very unclear and that it is hard to perform to much about. He persuaded them to place the stuff from the garage. He remained till they left and told me to get on the internet and writ testimonials on as many areas as you can. I phoned and requested would there be no extra charge for packaging materials, Michael stated no, it had been so minimal, there would not be any extra cost. To say the least my 300 project turned to $593.95. They double billed me for gasoline and spare time. They billed me $116 for tape, $100 for 1 big and two small cardboard boxes ( to wrap china cupboard and glass shelves). Added time for transferring. My complete fee for 2hrs working period and traveling time has been contained in the initial contract. I simply needed you to know about what’s happening with the 1 firm I needed to manage. Oh, let us discuss payment. Michael stated on the telephone, I could spend cash, check or charge card for the remainder. I wished to pay money, but because the cost climbed, I did not have the money. I wrote a personal test. The motorist known as the manager, Anthony and he stated he wouldn’t except a personal check. They’d just take cash, cashiers check or money order. I went into the bank and bought a money purchase. I provide it to the motorist, he phoned the manager and the manager told the driver to not except that the money order. The motorist stated if I did not give him money, he’d leave my things onto the front yard. I advised him to select the money purchase and leave the things onto the front yard. Avoid if at all possible. They simply do hourly occupation rather than fixed priced. Originally the sales man will quote reduced. On the afternoon of this transfer, the amount they’ll cost you is much higher. In my situation, after loading the vehicle, the individual stated he wants complete payment prior to offloading the items in my new location. The sales office has been closed at the point or even if it’s available, they aren’t accessible. I had no choice but to cover him according to their calculation which complete occupation will take 4 months. The true task was completed with in two hours and 45 mins. Obviously, they didn’t return my money.
Beware of several matters.
1. They bill 75 USD per excursion (staircase ) which earnings man won’t ever mention. On the very first telephone using the sales man I said that I’ve stairs in both the flats but he never said anything about additional cost.
2. The prices from the quotation which I received and also the one that their worker (individual who arrived for proceeding ) was carrying was significantly distinct. He said he’ll follow exactly what he’s been supplied by his own office. The numbers were different from my quotation along with his record.

I wish I’d listened to the other negative reviews before hiring Excel for my own move. This was by far the WORST moving experience I have ever had. In addition, he requires payment in CASH, despite my talks with all the alleged co creator that my credit card on file would be billed. My’moving calculations’ were scribbles on a piece of paper that he did himself
– Since the movers are unloading the truck that they broke a bottle of tequila. Rather than telling me exactly what happened that they took the Majority of the broken bits from the bin, Allow the tequila soak in my possessions (that I needed to throw away) and left it for us to find later
– The stoned mover dented my walls together with all the nook of my coffee table, and then proceeded to place the coffee table in the sack. He do it and that he never ceased, apologized or even commented about the harm

The co owner (Anthony Jr) who I was coping since the afternoon I contacted Excel didn’t respond to one email or message I abandoned. I flipped when I noticed a bill which (not just neared $2000! – but that they had all ready for me if they did not even begin the unloading of my furniture and did not know how long they’d be imagining how much could be charged – but I knew dam well that two hours (rounded upward ) the day ahead of support, an overnight charge of $220 to save my furniture (that was there error I had to wind up doing this so I was planning to dispute this anyhow ) but time that they had been”charging me to get” which they did not even begin when they gave me the invoice after coming that Saturday with my furniture and were being nasty about me attempting to find down the price since it was a sort of insulting joke. . The man”mike” consented to $1000 that was nevertheless ridiculous however, the movers kept saying”you are simply wasting your own time” and”well need to return with your own furniture” etc. They ended up just taking off my furniture the truck and leaving it on the floor right outside my apartment building (since $1000 was not”sufficient” to bring this up into the unit several floors up even though needed an elevator. .) Plus they sneakily left after a hour and a half/under two hours again of support and maintained the 1000! Did not provide me any receipt for the money I gave them, the entire ceremony (primarily Mike that the ringleader who put this up scam BS) was a fraud. The movers even damaged some of my furniture. I attempted to reach out to Mike who did not respond anymore except for when I asked him to get his last name but he gave me a bogus (he really used the owners last name as his own”DelGuidice”. I called”the proprietor” ANTHONY DELGUIDICE of Excel who informed me that this man, Mike, was already fired when he supplied me that the professional services that he”whined about being from excel carriers” but no more was and was pretending to still work for the firm afterwards”being terminated” (which could be suitable to the proprietor if Mike perpetrated this offense while still working for Anthony because Anthony is accountable for that he hires, what they do and the tasks done generally ) and that Mike had a very long history of doing so (would lease his own truck and employ his own men who he’d split the price with for doing the professional services from pocket to the side). I’m starting a Massive analysis on not only Mike (who I am close to locating with researchers ) and the proprietor who I believe at the LEAST’d SOME KNOWLEDGE of the going on because its no denying there Are Several AWFUL testimonials on the Business at GENERAL, which Mike provided a COMPANY CONTRACT/BILL, also which Anthony wouldn’t supply me with ANY POOF THAT MIKE HAD ALREADY BEEN FIRED, THAT ANTHONY CLAIMED TO HAVE”NO RECORD” OF THE JOB THAT HAD BEEN DONE AND BECAME SO DEFENSIVE AND NASTY WHEN I ASKED HIM FOR PROOF TO HELP ME PROVIDE THE COURT PROOF OF THIS WHOLE THING WHICH ANTHONY GOT NERVOUS ABOUT AND DIDNT WANT TO GET INVOLVED WITH (not defining”Mike” or whomever else worked there”. Im hoping to have everybody else’s story in case you don’t mind so I can build on the previously existing pattern I have seen within both your story and mine in addition to many others:-LRB-. Not fair you had to experience this and I am shocked that this organization and or this individual and even the proprietor have been permitted to keep on doing what they have been doing and I will be certain this man MIKE gets locked off and may never”business” jump again and that Anthony loses his permits too for allowing this rather than accepting responsibility like a man or a true owner could. He is just like the rest of these – scammers. The amount of lies that the”workers” (movers and Mike that the person who put it all up and left the bill/so on) was astronomical – that they just accept money but the contract states cards accepted or door to door delivery (not if they place my things outside and did not take it in because $1000. . Yes $1000 was not ENOUGH!?) They’re these scum these folks and I will learn who at least the principal men are and ensure they receive the legal malpractice they have contributed to them for not only my situation but yours and everybody else also. Its unethical and ILLEGAL. To believe someone can do this to another individual (or THIS MANY OTHERS FOR THAT MATTER) is INSANE. The quantity of time they’ve been doing so for rather than paying the effects is outstanding. . I am shocked that all these testimonials is present, all with these dreadful and similar encounters (with this and other websites!) Has not sparked a red flag for anyone higher up who would or could explore this further. Add to the now continuing investigation against the individuals involved with the firm Excel Carriers (past, current”workers” and many others who acted as workers but were not and participated in work that demanded licensed, accredited (LLC) professionals that are trained and accountable and dont THREATEN THE CUSTOMER!) Any names seem familiar or some other similar facts from my narrative? or Names like Mike? “the business rep”, or movers David or Joey? Any contact with Anthony DelGuidice the Operator? I spoke to Michael a couple weeks before, who seemed like a fair man.  He went on to how it is a family-owned company which concentrates on its clients, and the way everybody is military-affiliated.  He offered me a wonderful low estimate of $380, also explained that he would not charge me for packaging materials.  I’m utilised to moving businesses lowballing quotations, so I guessed that the transfer would be more like $500.
On the afternoon of this transfer, the movers came and packed all of my belongings to the truck without even mentioning a word.  After they’d all of my things in the van, then they advised me it’d be 800.  They claimed that I had an additional flight of stairs (two sets of 3 measures on the path into the flat ), which journey time had been an hour to me (yeah, right, however I could not disprove this), an hour on my destination (which required me 30 minutes together ), along with an hour back into the workplace (23 minutes to google maps).  Additionally they charged me nearly $100 for packaging stuff, which I had been specifically told I wasn’t likely to be billed for.
This had been a Sunday, however, attempted to telephone the office quickly to determine if Michael was about, because he informed me that they work daily and who knows whether he is about, right?  Or at least speak to somebody.  A guy picked up the 800 number that I called, and I kid you not, this is the conversation:
Man: Hello?
Me: Hello, is that Michael?
Person:  Yeah, Michael is at work on Sundays.  He operates 24 hours each day.
(At this stage I was not positive when he was attempting to be sarcastic or offer decent customer support by calling him. . .hey I am on call on Sundays and it did not seem possible that somebody in customer support may start using this a snide comment)
Me: Okay thanks, can I speak to him?
Person: Sure, allow me to get you that his private mobile phone number along with his home address, also.  It is Sunday.  We are closed.
Me: Excuse me?  Who’s this?
Person: The answering services.
Me: Okay. . .can you have a message afterward?
And I proceeded to provide my advice, in complete disbelief that somebody was actually hired to speak to folks like this.
Once I argued a little with the sheriff, I managed to put him down a little by showing him that the traveling time could not possibly be what he is attempting to bill me for.  I still paid $708 in a 380 quote. 
The Agency also told me that the guy I talked to was NOT an answering services.  It had been the proprietor, Anthony, which he is normally that impolite to clients and doubly rude to his workers.  In addition, he advised me that our rep Michael induces customers to struggle with him within the bill, since he constantly amazes individuals with a very low quotation.  Well shame on me for falling for this.
The most important thing is that almost every review with this provider is terrible, they’ve got an F in the BBB since they do not even react to complaints, and they remain in business due to dumb people like me which fall in their trap.  I must have looked before I consented to this.
Do not use this business, do not fall for Michael’s fine military man behave, and do not utilize any business that will not provide you a contract having a max penalty.  I am convinced”Answering Service” Anthony is at my own jacuzzi, enjoying my hard-won money as we talk.

This is undoubtedly the worst company to work with. Initially it was good. There’s a good man by the name Micheal who’s very hot and pleasant to talk to. However, the Owner/ dispatcher is an entire **s gap, egotistical, covetous, and absolutely don’t care for his clients and employees. If you’re selecting a moving company would you can cut the anxiety level by sourcing out it to a moving firm, Please enjoy yourself and give it to some other corporation. Going ahead with this corporation is going to be your worst nightmare. Furthermore, if they tell you you can cover the place, please be aware, following your move they’ll require payment is money. They’re absolutely the worst business to utilize. Please think about this as a warning.

Avoid this company in any respect costs!  Their business model is lure, change and extortion….Michael that the salesman advised us the standard hourly fee for three person and a truck, that was right.  Virtually whatever else that he told us was incorrect: that we would not be billed for packaging materials (we had been billed $100), that the traveling time of 145 would not use in total since the transfer was 15 minutes every way and we’d be blamed for the half an hour maybe not being used (we weren’t), which we can pay with any way we needed even on Sunday (the motorist refused to accept anything from the truck in the destination before we instantly ponied up in money, double what we expected to cover, although Michael had promised us that a credit card could not be a trouble – only plain duplication ), which the very first flight of stairs at every destination was liberated (the driver insisted the stairs intended just 8 measures, therefore by his calculations both complimentary staircases cost us an additional $450!) .

When we eventually chose to only pay as opposed to have all of our things placed on the sidewalk, then the motorist took our money but refused to provide us some sort of a signed receipt.  When they finally completed the job that they immediately left without even giving us a reception – we needed to devote the following day going back and forth with all the enterprise to acquire a reception. Do your homework if you proceed – this sort of scam appears to be rife within this industry, as we finally have discovered.  And never use this organization.

BEAWARE!!!! I wouldn’t even give them a 1 except I wanted to post! I experienced the worst bait and switch in my life! I was quoted $390, and it was $100 hourly for anything above the quote. The only extra service I agreed to was wrapping my couches for “around $40.” The movers were great and handled my items with care, but in the end they handed me a bill for $1360!!!!! They state, in their contract “Should There be any Other Services Requested,Additional Costs Will be Applied(Packing Services Or An Increase Of The Listed Inventory).” I NEVER REQUESTED additional boxes at $60 per box for my vacuumed sealed “STORAGE” bags” for my clothes, they just used them. I double bubbled wrapped and shrink wrapped my televisions per the manager, although he said just “wrapped.” So definitely didn’t agree to the $75 boxes for those. My quote had 40 pieces listed and when I finally got owner on the phone to complain about the price, I was told I had to pay more because I had more than my list, and that I filled the truck. I don’t care if I filled your truck, because I only had the items I listed. The crazy part was things like my bed was listed as 1 King (with mattresses) on quote. At storage they were telling my that it’s counted as 5! The mover actually said, “We don’t know that you have a head board and foot board when quoting,” (even though on quote it says (w/ mattresses). Of course I went over then, as you are counting pieces of what was broken down!!!!! I can go on and on with the unprofessional service they provided when it came to charges and the unbelievable ability for the owner to be on the other end of the phone threatening to take my items to his storage if I didn’t pay the price. He “waved” the packing fee for things like 18 rolls of tape they charged me for , EVEN THOUGH HE SAID THAT WAS FREE when he was on the phone quoting me. I still have no idea how he got to the price he did as I never saw the price list of itemized things that was flashed at me after they handed me the original bill. When talking with the owner and the workers trying to settle things, their stories kept changing about where the charges actually came from.
I was prepared for some sort of additional prices due to extra hourly rate, but triple the price was unbelievable!
I would NEVER recommend this company under any circumstances!

They did nothing but lie for me that the entire time! Michael’s dad Anthony is so rude I do not understand how they stay in operation, it had been the worst experience of my entire life! They arrived with the incorrect truck the very first day so that we won’t able to proceed so I was first given a cost of 1070.00, however so as to proceed the following day the cost moved around 2000.00!! I used this business make them gave me the very best speed. The saleman lent me $365 because it had been done throughout the week. Movers came an hour and a half late. The movers themselves were quite good and appear to understand what they were performing but after everything was packed onto the truck they introduced us with a charge for about $550. They’d billed us to their own time to get into the pickup site also tolls. I refused to cover that so I called the revenue guy Michael and whined, he said he’d speak with the driver and the driver gave us a $50 discount off that invoice. I again refused and the driver stated that the business is extremely strict and they were not able to go any lower. So again I informed them I wasn’t likely to cover that sum. My son interupted and informed them that we had a sum that included hints for your movers so that he gave them the sum and explained that this is all youre becoming so when it means that the movers do not get a hint they then dont get you. I can inform you that the movers didn’t get a lot of hint. I won’t ever use them again.

After reading the terrible reviews on the internet I had been skeptical to utilize this organization but after talking to Anthony he promised me I would get decent support and that I did.
