After having a significant problem with the other moving business, Mark along with also the EuroUSA team stepped right up and finished my movement. We tried calling another firm they utilized along with us (SEA CORP) and they stated they haven’t paid them as well. This appears to be an ongoing problem for this corporation. I used this company to get a transfer from Wyoming, USA to Germany. Initially, they’re extremely nice and look knowledgeable. When they’ve all of your earthly possessions, things go downhill extremely fast.

Despite a contract suggesting we had our items to take as long as you can, they screwed up and delivered our stuff blindingly quickly, coming in under a month. Then they informed us that we’d be paying storage charges for their error, regardless of the contract. It did not matter that I spoke to, if it be the proprietor or that Stephanie Cardone personality. It did not matter that I’d mails, contracts, and written evidence that they screwed up. Over and above they whined, devised facts, dismissed the contract, and pretended like their mails did not exist.

The charges kept shifting and rising from the German side, and then both the German representative, Lively Transferring +Transport GmbH and UPakWeShip began stop answering calls. Finally, I purchased a plane ticket to fly to Germany first to enroll my own domicile (Anmeldebestatigung) so that I could clear it from habits, unpack it, and then return to the USA to complete the move, all of which wasn’t revealed to me before I had been in the center of the catastrophe.

All told, I ended up wiring 2300 to the German broker, also spending $1300 on traveling costs to Germany in addition to a week of my entire life. This is all to protect against the storage prices from exceeding 5000. This firm, nor the German representative gave a hoot about my circumstance.

It was extortion to the max. I intend on submitting legal actions to recoup my costs. These folks shouldn’t be permitted to maintain company.

These men are also referred to as UPakWeShip. Their speed was aggressive and I attempted to have business together. When it came into the company that they sent me a pdf document that they called Contract. This”contract” has my title, my contacts, shipping destination, cost and terms and requirements notification largely about how they will charge me. Additionally the”contract” is supposed to be signed by just me – there’s not any location for touch of the agent. The one thing I discovered about their obligations is that they pay you 60 cents a pound of damaged/lost products if it’s by their own fault. It felt as though my hi-fi or television might be quite well”dropped” during transport and I’d get excellent $25 as refund with this… and just if I’ll have the ability to convince court that newspaper signed only by me personally is a true arrangement between me and Euro USA! I wasn’t surprised to see the following review about stolen merchandise. I’m glad that I didn’t use their support.

I’d my private property delivered in the UK into the USA through these men.   When it came there were a few things stolen and there was harm to many different boxes as well as the contents inside.   Their research into the issue has been pathetic.   I needed to press on the rep that had been managing the dispatch to get stuff done, had I not, nothing could have happened.   Since it proves nothing occurred anyhow.   EuroUSA utilizes Troy Container Lines as a provider to Manage shipments in the Usa, at least they did at my situation.   I am pretty sure that it had been the Troy people who stole my things, but I can not say for sure.   Troy Isn’t a licensed firm from the Better Business Bureau, go figure.   Troy never reported some harm or things missing once they sent my belongings to a different carrier within my area to pickup.   It wasn’t until after submitting a complaint They stated my items were passed over in good order.   They pointed the finger at everybody but themselves.   I was not supplied documentation of the”analysis”  The author out of EuroUSA defended them also.   In the Long Run I dropped big time.   This is insult to injury. Had I understood upfront who EuroUSA does business with that I Wouldn’t have employed their services.   I Wouldn’t recommend their services to anybody given what they have put me through.
