The objective of this review will be to compliment the terrific packaging and moving task by a group of hard working personnel delivered to my flat by Entourage Moving System Inc.. Following a dreadful experience with a different moving business Entourage Moving method Inc., led by Terry came into my flat and wrapped up my furniture and packed it in their truck to be hauled into North Carolina. The group was professional, courteous and hard working, Kudos into a fantastic team. I would highly urge Entourage Moving System Inc. to anybody looking for an honest, trust worthy, professional moving company.

We needed to return in Washington dc back to NY and we all utilized their bargain ( that they still have, I visit ) they gave me a pretty fantastic cheap quote… yes folks ESTIMATE I feel some folks do not understand the meaning of the word!! They came an hour late but it turned out fine since I made certain I needed that day off & to this cost that they could be 3-4 hours late if they want.the foreman worked together and did exactly what I especially wanted them to perform with specific possessions like my wife’s china collection and delicate products. I had been told material packaging was additional, I just had packing the huge items such as my TVs & eyeglasses professionally. I’d altered my delivery date two together due to private reasons but they worked with me. Transferring overall is fairly stressful and thankful I did not need to worry as if I DID last moment.

These men are fair. I’ve moved twice in the past due to work. Other movers Perform the non all match. They cost you reduced then it jumps upward. Entourage didn’t cost me reduced, they were much in the cehapest quotation I got, but as soon as the overs got there that my cost was appropriate. They managed my belonlongs with caution and were punctually. You get exactly what you pay for and I heard that the hard way with movers previously. If you’d like movers who maintenance adn do a fair job go together. If You’d like the lowest cost to get a low cost mover who’ll jack up your cost then proceed with these low ballers

I went from NY to Florida. I interviewed plenty of moving businesses. Luckily for me I chose Entourage Moving. They did not attempt to sell me on some super cheap cost and fool me, instead they helped me know the way the moving company operates. When they came on my moving date I knew I had made the best option. I totally suggest this firm!!! 100 percent!!

Entourage Transferring arrived in my flat to pick up furniture and individual items for a transfer. The business was over an hour late, parked in a region where they obtained a ticket (which they made me cover ) and requested to be paid twice the estimated quantity detailed in the signed contract. As soon as they left my flat in Manhattan to send my things into Chicago, they failed to clean up the litter that they crated and their employees had been abrasive to this stage I needed to call security. They later confessed that they acted unprofessionally and gave me a $500 reduction that I accepted, yet this reduction was minimal relative to the gain in cost from the initial contracted quote. Upon arrival at Chicago, several private items and furniture has been lost. I contacted the firm, and nobody who may deal with these operational problems would talk with me personally. I feel the organization stole my product and listened beyond the details of the first contract. Afterward, after threatening lawsuit, the business happened to come across each of the missing things which they”missing”, and I am still waiting for all these things to be sent (following the contracted delivery date). I’m rather disappointed in their support and that I think the business is deceitful. I expect that no additional consumers need to go regardless of what I really experienced.

Do not use these individuals, their a joke!   They awakened our speech, strove to send at Dallas, once we lived in Houston. Consistently whined about shipping period, missed multiple shipping date. Determine they were planning to provide on a Sunday night, even once we didn’t desire till next moment. Showed up without a helpers to shake, also took 2 hrs to find assist. Lied to people why they were overdue, overlooking 12 boxes, even were argumentative and abusive, completely unprofessional.

Worst moving experience ever. Damaged belongs, smashed boxes, oil spilled on boxes, broken objects, screws and components missing for scraps. Things no longer in working order since it had been when picked up, reassemble not finished. Lied about virtually every item they said they’d do. Estimate was doubled at last moment. Lied about storage place and terms of storage requirements. Don’t care about customer support. Damage done on walls and flooring of the home furniture has been moved from. Don’t use this organization. Not able to have a very clear method to submit a claim for each of the harm done to our possessions.

When they first called me that they were quite fine with their reductions. All seemed really valid. School reductions, AAA discounts, etc., nonetheless if they got into my home nearly 5 hours late on a Sunday in which there’s not any means to get in contact with anybody at all to observe where they had been they decide to upward the quote by double. I WAS YOU. Please consider me. I really don’t need you to be screwed at the end as though I had been. It is unfair.

They aren’t really a valid firm. They aren’t licensed to send residential substances across state lines. I understand this because I needed to telephone Arizona Weights and steps on them. 3 of 4 of my movers were detained on website. Don’t go with any firm who doesn’t come to your home and base their estimate on what’s really in your property. No matter how cheap they are. If you’d like cheap rent a Penske truck.They kept telling me they’d send shortly and ended up being more than a week late. I informed them I did not believe the quantity of cubic feet was right. Kelly, from Entourage, told me she’d go inspect it. She stated that her movers were so right that we went over our cubic ft. This has been the worst encounter DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY.  They came to my house 8 hours late, put holes in my walls and could not even take my amusement centre down the staircase.  Several hours after they add in an extra $1000 to get much more cubic sq feet that was very menacing sounding to me since the additional inspector advised me a whole different amount. After we calculated that the amounts that the driveway more than calculated by 200. I needed to take out my calculator to demonstrated that he had made an error. That is not even half narrative I phoned Kelly to notify her I did not think the sq feet is right, in the event the drive could not use a calculator directly than just how the hell can he compute true sq ft. Very unreliable and incompetent. I’d reserved a movement with Entourage that the onset of the month. They had planned my movement to get the 25th of the month (Monday). The logistics supervisor had predicted on Friday the 22nd to validate my appointment to the 25th so that which looked plausible. We had a snowstorm which had caused delays in the northeast, but I received no communication in them that they could be postponed on Monday the 25th before I called at 3:30 PM to figure out they weren’t coming daily. What was more frustrating was that the director I had been talking to kept speaking over me and not giving me a opportunity to speak. I’d asked them then when was the things that they could proceed because the 25th was my first supported date (what’s in my bill order written in an email) and that I had been trying to get into my new place, signal my rental, and then get all together until my new project on Monday the 1st.
The man calls me back and tells me they’d be arriving Tuesday the 26th between the hours of 10 and 12. I got up early to the 26th and waited for them. No telephone which they would be postponed, no display between these hours. I tried to telephone Entourage but nobody has been picking up. I emailed the customer support representative I was coping with and he explained that the trucks had been on the street and that I had been on the program. I didn’t hear anything from anybody until about 2:00 PM once I phoned them and was informed that the movers were arriving in 4:00 PM and that had been the only occupation for all these movers daily. Now, my boyfriend and I had been losing faith in them since they were always pushing back these dates and times. We’d expected them not to appear at all at that stage and pull exactly what they did the day before.
The movers show up a bit before 5 however at the point we’d become familiar with not using them. It was only unfortunate that we chose this only as the movers revealed. We’d turned them off. Just like how they needed to reschedule moves which afternoon cause I”believed to be transferred that day” although I had been the only occupation daily. Quite VERY dishonest and total liars. Avoid these people like the jolt. They’ll simply lie to you along with also the rude text messages does not bode well for these. We still have these messages when anything has to be done since that has been unbelievably unheard of. No wonder that they get such poor reviews and also have been reported on the best business bureau.

Don’t use Entourge Moving Systems to your move. They’re unethical, unprofessional and impolite.
We paid extra for a clock to be supplied extra attention. They didn’t do this regardless of my complaints into the team. They didn’t honor the contract cost. They were planning to walk off the job and leave my furniture around the driveway unless I paid an additional $1000.00.
I had no option but to agree. I needed to rent an extra truck and needed to push itself since the trucks that they sent couldn’t grip the furniture. Many pieces of furniture have been placed on the truck without any wrap because they ran out of wrap blankets.
The clock has been dropped and destroyed beyond fixes.
