Energy Moving LLC did an excellent job hauling my family things from Utah to Idaho. When the carriers came, they gave me a reduction on the cost (because my stock was be less than my initial quote ). They wrapped the furniture and loaded in on the van immediately and took the opportunity to seal a few boxes with loose strands. They began about 9:00 in the morning and had the things delivered by 5:30 pm exactly the exact same moment.
This provider is extremely terrible. They cheated clients, come to pick up 6 hrs overdue than anticipated, and then spent 12 hrs picking up, most time they don’t get the job done, and asked for food and money. They threatened to hurt your things if you don’t spend cash and food for those employees immediately in the center of pick. And then even you paid hint instantly, they still damaged one of most costly things in my home. I mentioned to this business, they tricked me which they will cover replacement, but it is going to never occur after you phoning many, many occasions. They ruined other 3 priciest things during transport and also careless. The excellent service that they could offer is to control money, and will definitely move the useless and damaged items into the destination. Very terrible support and cheating firm. Should you tried their site, you’ll realize that it isn’t a genuine one. They just have two individuals, one would be to control money, and yet another one is motorist who harm your things. Stay away from these. In the event you get to them with a broker, ask the agent business to alter you for you. If a broker select or recommend this type of business for you, the agent isn’t a fantastic one too. I’d experience will this type of broker known as buget van lineup, who operate with electricity moving, this kind of dreadful business, to deceive clients.
We were initially notified of shipping to the 14, 15, or 16 of December We made special arrangements for somebody to be there. Then we were advised that delivery could be December 17 or 18. We again made arrangements for somebody to be there. On December 19 (the final day of the bonded delivery window) we found out they were at Bend, Oregon completing a delivery and could then drive into Kirkland, Washington (at least 9 hours off ) and send our products on the final scheduled day that was a Saturday, December19. They predicted by Portland, Oregon at 7pm and stated they’d be leaving in 20 minutes. Having already been given poor info regarding shipping times, we’re loath to do anything but let’s move. They came at 10:35 into a senior citizen apartment building which was beyond curfew time. They all confessed was that they had been there until the deadline. They jumped to float till after midnight. Noise complaints were obtained from other taxpayers. We did a list that initially revealed two missing boxes. A recount revealed three lost boxes. The motorist then went around item by item and stated there was just one missing box. Because it was after midnight and people were whining, we signed the record. The following day we unloaded along with the first count was right; there were two missing boxes.
Energy moving took just two weeks to deliver our family products, they then hired some employees’off the road’ to float. Thousands of dollars of things were broken and ruined, and many boxes were lost. Much harm was done to the inside of the house if they moved things in. We registered a were given a damage claim, however they’ve ignored the promise. Altogether a dreadful company to utilize.
I’ve moved several times employing a variety of movers. I’ve always had a nice experience until coping with Energy. They refused to use our pickup and delivery dates after which attempted to over charge us depending upon the weight of this vehicle. We’d them re-weigh the truck and the weight has been wrong. It was a gut feeling once we met the motorist that something did not feel appropriate. Now we only wanted to receive our things and be done together. I’d have even given a zero star if I could.
Horrible Experience; really worst of my entire life! Unbelievable these folks are permitted in our houses, around our children and private property. They operate with RELO VAN LINES and have been contracted by ALL STATE VAN LINES RELOCATION from Florida. Avoid all of these crooks.
A year later I’m still so mad at this company/Slava proprietor of Energy Moving. We moved from CA to WA. Late in everything, did not load and move everything on contract listing, lied, stole, threatened me, intimidated my spouse. We’re missing quite expensive items which would be quite easy to market in a pawn shop. We’ll never find these again and also have sentimental value and probably will not be substituted. STAY AWAY. If They’re CONTRACTED THROUGH A BROKER, DO NOT LET THEM HANDLE THE MOVE. IT IS Far Better TO BE LATE THAN HAVE WHAT HAPPENDED TO US HAPPEN TO YOU.
They showed up on time, came 4 days later through the state to my new home but minus the more compact truck that I paid $350 so as to enter my driveway. The very long haul motorist had no explanation for why they did not bring a more compact truck that led to me moving my things the previous 1/4 mile in my pickup truck at a lightning and thunderstorm. I am able to forgive all of this but here is the rub… the gentleman (Slava) who initially picked up our things to carry into the very long haul driver chose to continue to keep my 20 ft extension ladder. Following acknowledgement that he maintained the ladder and following several promises to reunite the ladder, he’s never sent my ladder. Although he had been always accessible via telephone, he’s never lived up to his sentence. I’d avoid using Energy Transferring, LLC should you would like to maintain your possessions. If he ever delivers my toolbox I will get rid of this article.
I hired Colonial Van Lines to get a transfer from CA to NV. They (not known for me personally ) hired Energy Transferring from Manteca CA. Many things did not appear in my new address, I’m imagining stolen–ladder, box of images, air conditioner, vintage coin and charge collection, and much more. I’ve been crying every day as I don’t own a great deal, have labored hard for what that I have, and more significant, a few of the bills and coins have been family heirlooms.
Driver may continue to keep my other things but I truly need my coin/bill set back. If returned, I will get rid of this article.
I’d suggest not with this specific corporation.
On Friday October 5, 2018 my spouse and I first started to meeting moving Businesses. We talked with Juan and talked about that the dimensions of this move, places, dates and prices.
I advised him that we wanted to stand outside by 11/6/18 and from the 11/13/18. I had been advised that there are a 3-day window for both pick-up and delivery on every end. We agreed that the pick-up window will be out of the 4th to the 6th, and also the shipping window could be in the 11th through the 13th. We talked about this and that I had been told that that it wouldn’t be a issue.
We signed documents and returned them to Juan around 10/9/18. We didn’t see the firm had long the shipping dates outside to 11/18/18.
We weren’t advised that American Van Lines would agent out our job to a different organization and didn’t find this out before the day that they were assumed to pack and pickup our products.
We were known around 11:00 AM on 11/6/18, the afternoon that they were supposed to package and pickup, which they weren’t able to come that afternoon since the truck had broken down and could call us as it had been mended. We didn’t know at the time that they were at Fresno, Ca that is 119 miles apart, roughly a 2.5-hour driveway with ordinary traffic. It was also in this time that we found out our occupation was brokered outside into Energy Moving. At that moment, we looked at this company to detect that their online testimonials were dreadful. We had been called later that afternoon to inform us that they truck wasn’t likely to be repaired in the time to pick up us that that and could”attempt” to the following moment.
We’d arranged to get a hotel that day in the Best Western at Gilroy, we predicted clarified our situation and they graciously canceled our reservation with no charge.
The morning after , we waited to get word in the movers plus they eventually came mid-afternoon. The loading and packaging started and fast turned into a fiasco. I moved through the home describing what have to get packed, what remained and revealed them a place where I’d put everything which wasn’t to be packaged and was moving with us.
Several occasions we discovered that breakable things were being placed to a box with no security or wrap and not always with such things. Example one box included: a lamp, the color, yoga mat, silver mantle clock along with clothing from master cupboard. Nothing has been wrapped, along with the garments were simply lying on top of everything, rather than being suspended from the wardrobe boxes.
About two hours to the packaging (by now it was dark out ) boxes were all over the seat and road, I discovered that my purse was lost. It was put in the region with all the other things which were never to be packaged. As soon as I informed the driver about it, he said that it could not be, that I must be confused. It was packaged. I went outside with a few of those packers and opened around 20 boxes and eventually found it in the base of a mailbox. The box was also packed with hanging clothing and clothing which were only wadded up and pushed through to the underside. Additionally, it contained other family things which did not come from the clothing cupboard. Throughout the hunt, I discovered numerous of those 20 boxes which weren’t correctly packed Sand things from all around the house just chucked into boxes with no company in any respect.
We were supposed to be remaining in Fernley, NV that night in the Super 8 Motel but needed to cancel our booking and pay more than $120.00 to the space since it was just taking long to package. At 12:30 AM on 11/8/18 the movers delicately finished what was likely for a 5 hour project. My husband and I drove to Sacramento, roughly 150 kilometers and came about 3:00 AM and remained in the La Quinta Inn.
The dawn of 11/8/18 we left Sacramento and drove to Winnemucca, NV spent a evening. The following evening we flew into Caldwell, ID. We stayed at the La Quinta Inn.
We kept in constant communication with all American Van Lines many employees seeking to obtain a date for shipping. It had been about one of those calls which we were advised that they had till 11/18/18 to send per outside contract. This was clearly quite upsetting and clarified that nobody had ever said this to us, but after reviewing the arrangement we found that the date was deducted out of what was agreed to. It still didn’t think that it might take a long time. In actuality, the driver had informed me that it might be there as soon as the 11th.
Our initial booking was out of 11/10/18 into 11/14/18. We needed to extend outside reservation in the resort 3 times, every time with no promise of a shipping day, except to state that the contract stated it needed to be there from the 11/18/18. The movers eventually arrived at 7:00 AM on 11/22/18 that was Thanksgiving Day.
While interrupting our possessions, we found that extremely important things were lost: a record cabinet with taxation documents, passports, military documents, clinical records; statue which was the previous gift received by a dead parent, and even furniture. A few days after, fortunately it had been discovered in a cage which was left behind in Fresno. They finally delivered it to us the subsequent week. It was with this particular delivery which we discovered that the team was overbooked by their own office and ought to have been here days before. Rather, our shipping was diverted. The team was delivered to a customer that needed a enormous house with museum quality products to package and transfer, which required an extra 3 times.
Further, obtaining up the afternoon after the first delivery we found that our quite expensive mattress, that was wrapped and filled to the exterior of their vehicle had gone through a snow stormthat was moist. If we called to talk about this urgent issue, we had been advised to simply submit a claim. This wasn’t any help whatsoever.
We needed to give up our vacation with friends, we needed to extend our stay in the resort, we had been emotionally stressed because of each one of these factors. All of this is poor, but using all the additional times in motels and needing to purchase 3 meals daily we spent well over $1,400.00 that we hadn’t budgeted for.
What should happen to be a joyous movement, moving and climbing to a different house was be a nightmare that we’re still fiscally and emotionally afflicted by.
Please never hire these individuals, they’re a catastrophe.
**DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY**** GO FAR AWAY. I ws subcontracted for this organization and they showed up for my proceed using a leasing budget truck and one mover. It’s been 4 MONTHS along with my missing possessions haven’t been seen. The majority of my items are damaged and they require no duty (see images ). PLEASE do yourself a favor and discover a better firm.
Transferring turned into a nightmare from finish to end. Energy initial picked up my stuff in Philadelphia. It required three movers more than four hours to transfer my item from a 10×10 storage device to the vehicle, boxes which were already packaged. Then the foreman said it is customary to tip 20 percent of the entire move for their group. Therefore that the recommendation was I want to provide them an additional 800 suggestion on select up realizing another team could be choosing up my stuff. The following day after pickup I received a call in the workplace. The man or woman who phoned me was amazingly rude and has been yelling at me for failing to sign a thing in their form in pickup. Mind you that the foreman had pointed out to me personally every place that desired touch. They said they had this to process payment, so they’d already processed payment. Before my items have been picked up I allow the dispatch staff understand I couldn’t access my new flat until Following 3pm the Thursday. I received a phone at 1 pm on Thursday stating that they had been a half an hour off. Because I was still two hours off in my driveway down and did not even have keys to the flat however I informed them that would not get the job done. They said it’d be a $150 fee to store my things onto the truck before I have there. At the start of this entire movement I let the agent know that I wished to bill the whole transfer into a credit card because I was being compensated from my brand new business. On the afternoon of shipping that the foreman called to inform me I had $2k in cash on delivery or else they would not drop off my things. He also advised me to be certain that I take out enough money to make them a great tip. Called back another time to be sure I had lots of money for a great tip. After the movers came they did not have some tools together to return together some of the furniture which they had taken aside. They left me all in components, I have since had to employ a handy guy to complete the task so pile that on top of the already expensive movement. Among those 3 movers string smoked in my door for both hours that they unpacked the vehicle, they also delivered a couple of items which weren’t mine. The foreman got upset with me at a few points and maintained aggressively telling me that he did not have resources and can not do anything about that. I was not even asking at any given stage for me personally to accomplish that, I stumbled softly because I only wanted it to finish. Weeks after I’ve noticed several items lost. An dining room seat, which looks like it could be tough to shed. And at least 6 pieces of clothes, not certain when they missed an entire box or just what. I would not be shocked if another family in Florida gets my own things sitting in their home given I almost had some other people’s things in mine. This is a dreadful experience and it took me a few to even write a review as it’s gotten so long to digest just how really awful this firm was at all touch points. I can not know how they’re in business and it is no real surprise for me that they are not enrolled with the BBB since I am convinced they would shed that certification in a heartbeat. Not holding my breath to watch my own things again anytime soon since they truly don’t care.
We employed a broker, International Van Lines (IVL) to our transfer in CT into TX. IVL Contracted Energy Moving Systems (EMS), to our transfer in CT into TX. Energy Moving Systems showed up and packed our belongings, and then stored it for 3 weeks, allegedly in a climate controlled facility (according to IVL), although we found a home in TX. We advised EMS of the initial available date over 1 month outside. They flat out refused to provide us a window of when to anticipate our things, making it impossible to organize a cross-country play, particularly once you have two little kids. They constantly referred back to this touch that basically limits them in any and all responsibility for shipping, harm, or loss. When they eventually did give us an expected delivery they pushed it back 4 days. They informed us that our stuff was a part of a bigger load and was likely to Tennessee initial. The afternoon prior to the anticipated delivery they advised me that my stuff had been coming from an 18 Wheeler and they may not have the ability to send to my Neighborhood, and that I may need to cover a”shuttle truck”. When my belongings did come it arrived from a container truck and the driver stated that he picked up the truck from NY two days earlier and stepped down, so that he said was a lie! When my things did come my (two ) 47″ televisions were all lost, a number of my things had been busted, and that there was water damage. When attempting to get EMS I had been dumped off into the insurance carrier that’s supplying a portion of what the complete damage costs are. After reaching back outside to EMS they had been small aid and I could not even make them consent to phone me backagain. Awful firm, unprofessional in the best! I know that things like this occurs with a movement, but it’s the way where my claim was managed up to the stage that’s appalling!
For our transfer out of FLA to PA, we didn’t pick this provider. . .our first moving broker which we had contracted with on 8/3/2019 was INTERNATIONAL VAN LINES and they handed us off to Energy Moving Systems on 9/9/2019 that was the day before they were scheduled to be at our home on 9/10/19. I instantly read testimonials concerning Energy online & was mortified that this could be the firm coming to transfer our belongings, but it had been too late to have the ability to discover another inspector at under 12 hours!!! And the cost was now $1500 more than initially quoted. Talk about being between a rock and a hard place!!!
I have to say that this was the toughest moving experience we’ve ever had with THE CREW THAT UNLOADED OUR INVENTORY IN PA.. Large furniture items which were carefully wrapped (blankets & cassette ) & packaged in Vero Beach, FL with another crew down there came at our house here in PA TOTALLY UNWRAPPED, DIRTY, SCRATCHED, GOUGED & EVEN DESTROYED!!
The leasing truck which EMS utilized in Vero Beach to pack up us wasn’t the truck which was utilized to deliver our stock in PA.. In reality, if EMS contacted us to prepare the delivery in PA, they advised us that our stock was NOW on two individual trucks plus they desired to send 1/2 of it the next day & could not tell us if another 1/2 will be delivered. We told them NO. . .that it all has to be delivered in precisely the exact same moment. The customer support manager got really rude to my husband about the telephone & ACTUALLY HUNG UP ON MY HUSBAND. So two days later, our entire house shipment arrived in 1 bath that means it was managed & altered around from truck to truck at least 4 occasions!!!
A number of the boxes I had so carefully & painstakingly packed with bubble wrap, Styrofoam dish sheets & packaging paper were so ruined that by the looks of these, I do not understand how anything could’ve lived! I did have many bits in the boxes which were destroyed.
Boxes had holes gouged into them, a few that were so destroyed they were re-taped round & around the outside of the boxes to hold them collectively, mushed boxes and then to top all of this off, the mind of the moving team here in PA chose to ROLL a few of the BOXES UPSTAIRS & DOWNSTAIRS RATHER THAN CARRYING THEM!!! I’ve never in my entire life seen such discount & disrespect for other people’s house, ESPECIALLY if your principal job is shifting people’s land!
They also had things on the truck which weren’t ours, so that I expect they discovered that the suitable home for them. I feel blessed that the one thing missing in our dispatch was a hand truck dolly.
We did pull out additional insurance once we reserved this and that I AM SO THANKFUL THAT WE DID!!! I have never done that before & have now been throughout the 3-month procedure of submitting a claim & awaiting reimbursement. Our harm & replacement prices were over $3000!! But even when the furniture has been mended, I can not imagine it’ll seem as the condition it was in when it left our home in FLA! We take such pride of possession in our”stuff” and that I had been HEARTBROKEN & IN TEARS if they brought it to us at PA!
PLEASE FOLKS, STAY AWAY FROM EMS! I’d be really disheartened to get somebody else go through this nightmare!
DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!! They beneath bidding, billed twice as far, made me perform while they have been GONE FOR 3 HOURS (who will this?!?!) With guarantee of discount-then did not warrant their closing invoice of $16,500! (Their bid was $8,007! ) ) No last burden, no last box count for example box dimensions for precise charges. Gouged my hardwood flooring after eliminating the 3/4 in. foam I set down to safeguard it, dented and scraped our new refrigerator to high heaven, bits of my violin that is mythical really are overlooking, shattered our garage door, leaving it open along with our home vulnerable, and would not hesitate 10 minutes I want to arrive to view it and perform a last walk thru – once I informed them that I had been on my way straight then, they had phoned while they were already on their way from town! They’re still denying responsibility tho we have never before or since had a issue with the doorway and it functioned flawlessly the evening before – they transferred things off the high shelves in the garage (directly alongside the open doorway onto the ceiling) last. They also made us pay in total every time a truck came, and did not inform us that it had been just partial delivery before it was vacant and above 1/2 our items were still missing!!! Apparently our items happen to be around a truck to WEEKS at CALIFORNIA much tho we transferred from IDAHO into TEXAS. I’m horrified considering what state our remaining possessions are at at this stage. They have until Tuesday for final shipping prior to violation of contract and also STILL WONT GUARANTEE Shipping. It required them WEEKS to eventually tell us where our items are. Oh! And last week I got a call in the storage device that they utilized in Idaho – requesting us to get payment on the device?!?!?! Apparently it still has a number of the moving supplies inside?!?!?! Do yourself a massive FAVOR… when they appear in the door since they were contracted outside (it had been US Standard Transferring that let’s down there) JUST TURN THEM AWAY. ugh.
Moving is stressful for those involved. A few logistical matters I’d have liked to be more informed of beforehand but that could have become the duty of the very first moving company that subcontracted Energy Moving LLC. They did a excellent job.
They didn’t deliver my bicycle at transfer in. Emailed and they explained that they have it”just overlooked it at the warehouse. . .will deliver if we could. This was May 5. Have emailed two times today and they’ve just stopped reacting.
