As soon as I asked for the supervisor, he had been outside of the workplace. Not 10 minutes after when my boyfriend called to talk with the supervisor, he had been moved then hung upon. When he phoned back the supervisor picked up and has been made to talk with him. He said that he would research but that it would require 5 business days. There wasn’t any follow-up information supplied, nor contact information provided. In addition to all of this, they understood my name once they picked up the telephone, asking”is that…?” From there on I had been supplied half replies and no customer support.

They had been great at pickup. The shipping was just another story. We had been granted such a runaround and didn’t get delivery until 2am. That is correct, two in the afternoon. Totally inexcusable! I wouldn’t ever use again, nor imply. In addition they would not take our furniture out till we payed money in full. My sons mirror has been broken. The men mindset was unprofessional.
