My furniture has been sent to me last week and I am only done unpacking. I’m pleasantly surprised with the state of everything. I’d promise my contact man which I will write a review to allow everyone in my experience with them but did not wish to get it done until all is completed and unpacked. Well, what’s unpacked and like I said previously, I’m pleasantly surprised that there was nothing which broke within this movement. I did anticipate small things here or there as I know that the furniture has been moved a few times but after scrutinizing all of the things when they were attracted in my flat and unwrapped in the moving pads didn’t find any damages or scratches. The boxes arrived in the fantastic form and after unpacking them – all my china, lamps and dishes are in excellent condition. The movers themselves were both nice and considerate. The shipping was within seven days when I had been told that it might take around 14 – therefore it appears to me as a great timing. I’m happy with my experience with Elite moving company and will recommend them to anyone who will inquire.

My transfer to Denver was simple. I hired Elite through a different organization and was delighted with the results of the movement. Don’t Use This Business They Scam Trusting Customers   Elite Moving and Storage Of Sun Valley California is in my own view conducting a scam moving performance contrary to its clients. My spouse and I’ve moved from Los Angeles to Milwaukee and until our transfer we could get ahold of anybody at Elite Transferring within a number of rings of a telephone call. Now to be able to obtain all of my furniture etc. they are IMPOSSIBLE to achieve. Phone numbers are disconnected, other figures go directly to voicemail, emails aren’t responded to. We’re trying desperately to discover if we’ll get our furniture and they refuse to collaborate. Donna and Crystal in shipment have guaranteed 4 times to react with the ETA and they haven’t. Our contract says that”A business officer needs to contact to confirm delivery time period with the client prior to the shipment leaves for destination.” This didn’t occur Driver will notify customer of time period a minumum of one day prior to shipment has been delivered. This also isn’t happening. And of course that our initial estimate was grossly underestimated. $1659 became $3005 very fast with charges I wasn’t advised of before booking with the business.

I was really hesitate to do this however, being one woman and having to cope with 4 men while going was quite intimidating. Movers actually came early. The whole team was professional,considerate and accomadating. They worked fast and economically. No time wasted. They came ready with their owm water, even significant to get a movement during the summertime.  I really don’t move frequently but could definately use this company again without bothering to acquire different quotes.

I had a booking with Elite Moving on 7/3/2014 and’d put a $50 deposit to the booking. I got a call from Maria of all Elite Transferring at 10:00am on 7/2/2014 to validate the transfer. She also gave me the title of someone at a different moving company who had been more helpful that predicted many moving companies but they were all reserved. I never understood a moving firm could do so without appropriate notice of at least 24 hours. Maria of all Elite moving advised me she’d examine the contract and also phone me back, after 15 seconds I phoned her and she said she was still reviewing the contract. I never got a call from her. This is the worse customer support I’ve ever had with a business supplying a service. I’ll be chasing my choices if any and if there are not any I will begin a campaign to alter the laws.

I recently used this business to transfer my things out of California to Texas. The communication was dreadful. The movers that they sent didn’t have newspapers to have the ability to get on base, therefore more folks needed to be sent the following day.
