This is the worst service I’ve ever obtained from a moving firm and seriously overpriced. My husband needed to manage and guide the movers for the whole move. They attempted to disassemble furniture incorrectly and had to be diverted by myself and my husband. This firm charged $30 and $15 for”moving crates” that was be no longer than horizontal pieces of cardboard. The movers we’d came and began charging us until they even got out of the truck or known as, despite their own transit period already being paid for. I’ve worked along with other moving businesses in the region and had much greater expertise and sadly they had been reserved in the day of the relocation. Don’t use this business unless you’re okay with bad customer support and cost comparison. I am rather disappointed at the amount of support we have been allowed for the sum of $ paid for this business.

I lately used Elite to transferred from IL to AZ.. The entire process was easy with the advice of the own professionals. I strongly recommend their services. Thanks Elite for carrying such a great care of my movement along with creating my transition so simple.

We transferred out of the northwest suburbs into the city. Communicating with the office prior to the move was so great and all the fees have been clarified immediately so that I knew exactly what to expect. Arranging a move could be so stressful however this firm made it simple from the very start!

The movers did a wonderful job. They have been cautious, quickly and wrapped all of my furniture very carefully. Everything went better than anticipated. The cost was fair and much less compared to my last moving firm with exactly the exact same sum of furniture!

I recently moved from Chicago to the suburbs and had a terrific experience with Elite Moving. They’re prompt, professional, sensible, responsible in any phases of this procedure. Three men showed up on time as promised and they had been more than ready to get the job done. The movers were fine, professional and incredibly efficient. They took really great care of our materials. All of our possessions were packed correctly and delicate bits such as glass and mirrors tops have been wrapped with much more care.

Do yourself a favor and spare your valuable own time, energy and money by selecting a different moving business. The motorist Elite hired to fall off my possessions exhibited the absolute worst customer support I’ve ever experienced in my entire life. I had been thrown and dimed for each charge this motorist could consider. The motorist subsequently threatened to place my possessions”In f****** storage” when I did not rush into the ATM and get him his own”f****** money” right then and there. Then he proceeded to inform the neighborhood moving company he hired to perform labour to”go to hell” and began yelling and swearing in them right in front of my and my apartment complex for all to see. The driver sat on his truck the whole time, showed up in dirty sweatpants, flip flops and a top with holes around it. As soon as I phoned Elite to give opinions regarding the service I had been getting, they stated there was nothing that they can take action. Rather than communication and following up together after my telephone call, Elite chose to call the motorist who was acting like a crazy person all morning.

I won’t be advocating this moving company for some friends, family or business acquaintances at the Chicago (or some other ) area.

If you’d like your precious stuff punctually, do not proceed with this business. I had been going out of Chicago to LA and it took them nearly 1 month to get me my things back. It had been some medium and big boxes, a couch, a chair plus a 4 person dining table. I gave my possessions to them on Feb 9, 2019 plus they transferred it to CA about March 6, 2019. I was beginning a new job the week after I moved and that I wanted my passport to get a meeting. Regrettably, my passport has been at the things those guys were assumed to have moved from the time that I started. I had to postpone my meeting and live with no clothing, my furniture, and cooking provides for a complete month. I was quite angry and called that business multiple occasions and following lots of unprofessional workers, I managed to link to the supervisor and she assured me $200 to your delay (although I explicitly told her that I have receipts to get $500 value of food/clothes/furniture etc.. I needed to get due to this delay). The men who eventually came to fall off my things proved rather unprofessional too and were likely to bill me an extra $300 for labour since they purchased my things in a huge truck which based on them could not match in my drive. They were already late and it had been my fault that they chose to deliver a giant cargo moving truck which was reduced to the floor? The driver did not even bother attempting to deliver the truck near my flat. He left the street away from the apartment due to fear of scratching the lower portion of this truck. The fee in accordance with him was due to those 100 or so feet they’d need to walk into my apartment to transfer my belongings. They even used a trolley and also an elevator to transfer my 1 bedroom value of things. Therefore that the cost didn’t justify the labour effort. This was essentially a means to bill me to the refund they had been offering. I needed to pay $1600 not adding extra fees for your delay. This is a really unprofessional business and does not take care of customer satisfaction so please keep away from your own sanity.

I am quite happy with the support and skilled support offered by Elite Transferring, really a 5-star encounter. I phoned them about three months prior to the transfer, and they could schedule it in accordance with my program. They also verified the transfer over the telephone and through email.

They have been timely and demonstrated care of all our furniture. They did a little packaging for us and also their additional materials were in quite fair price and very helpful. Boxes were packaged economically and furniture has been nicely wrapped.  The movers and everybody else I talked to in Elite Transferring were quite nice and useful.

Their entire rates are nice and aggressive. I’ll certainly recommend this company to all of my family and friends. Great job Elite! You guys make proceeding such a much better experience.

Moved in my two floor 3 bed home to another location. I’d around 50 boxes along with a lot of furniture (like exercise machines which were very quite heavy). I could not be more happy. 4 lovely men came punctually, at 7 am and from 1pm we were all done. Mr. Torres, that the prior has been quite careful and he understands quite well how to perform his job. Danielle, the sales woman, delivered an wonderful customer support along with the quote that she gave me was really accurate.
I would recommend this company for all of my friends and loved ones! Thanks Elite!!!!!

Had a terrific experience with this organization. Amazing communication from start to finish. First time working with a moving company in history and I’m not disappointed in any respect. The men were super fast, practitioner, and answered all of my queries. Certainly recommend.

I was really ready to despise whatever inspector I chose. The testimonials are all so gloomy…. And I read lots prior to selecting a mover. From initial contact before the previous thing was put up in my house, I frankly loved everybody at Elite movers. I had a thousand bothersome concerns for the individual sales team before I ever committed. I never stumbled on hold and I felt the same as a priority. My move has been long distance along with the team on each end were wonderful. Everything was wrapped nicely and loaded attentively in addition to put and unwrapped with equal attention. Not one single scratch, chip, crack, or even brake. If you are in a position to await delivery that is surely the thing to do. I am told it is family possessed together with the owner on site.

Don’t use this business! You WILL live to repent it. Any inspection they have who aren’t 1 celebrity are likely posted with them. Can’t warn you enough to not use this organization. Please do your self a favor and DO NOT USE EITHER OF THESE COMPANIES!! . Additionally when they arrived to package the list of things they desired me to sign has been incredibly inaccurate. It was just like they randomly composed down things. I advised the mover I couldn’t sign it so that he rewrote it but could catch things buried deep from the truck. Then after they had it on the vehicle I had been told it’d be a week off. I’d been told my items would arrive the following day. Then my things arrived four days after at 2:30 pm at the morning. They predicted at 9:30 pm and requested that they can deliver tomorrow. I said yes he then said okay we’ll be there in 3 hours at midnight. I was shocked but distressed so I said alright. They did not arrive until 2:30 a.m.. Subsequently one of my boxes is currently missing. It’s been so frustrating dealing with all the flaws and lies pertaining to the box. Now I’m assuming I won’t ever find this box again. At this time they need to understand my number because I wished to submit a claim and they simply never answer the telephone in any way!

My adventure with Elite Transferring was amazing. The 3 men that handled my move came punctually, they had been speedy and very professional. They took the care of most of my things and also they wrapped all of my furniture with blankets. The integrity behind this business is deplorable. I had been in communicating with Nick in STI Moving & Storage during the Whole Procedure. I was convinced that my 2nd experience utilizing this business (STI) could be OK, because I moved from Chicago to Knoxville. Without doubt, I contracted them to transfer me back into Chicago. The experience I obtained with Elite was truly a horror story.

1. They were 1 hour late within the time they’d given me to pick up my things. I worked in the home, and they’re still moving my things 1-1.5 hours following the designated window. I needed to be about a customer call in this time, so naturally, that has been really inconvenient.
2. The people who showed up to transfer my things seemed fine, but acted as though they had been replying a Craigslist ad. They didn’t look or behave specialist, as they didn’t manage things which were marked”fragile” with upmost care, and only grabbed items with no proper label/sticker.
3. I had a gut feeling that my larger furniture items were not wrapped correctly, particularly because the inspector just took my position lamp as is, and said he had,”wrapping up this later once I have a box for this”. My instinct was right – they ruined my TV Stand. It is not usable in almost any way because 1 backleg is broken, and the other one is cracked.
4. Beware of the organization’s”accountability”: they don’t pay pressed wood (essentially all wooden furniture), therefore my ruined TV stand is simply a waste of space. To top it all off, they dropped any screws for my pub stand, so that I can not place too much on there with no losing equilibrium.
5. We are all human, and people make errors – nevertheless, the unprofessionalism which I obtained with this provider makes me wonder why they’re still in business. You’d feel that Client Support would have appropriate instruction, but Ellie out of Elite was unprofessional and as useful as a doorknob. She said I had to submit a claim with no additional directions, but stated she”sent an email”. The supervisor called me and left me wonder my experience and why I was worried – that the client is always right, right? Not in this circumstance.

I spent over $2K with this movement, and will currently be on the market for a TV stand & pub. I don’t recommend this organization.

This was likely the best move I have ever had, regardless of the weather. I picked Elite Moving based in their favorable testimonials, and will say that they lived up to their evaluation.

The movers took good care of all of my personal things, showed up on time and so are quite simple to use and useful. There was not any harm done to either house or into some furniture. Will certainly recommend to anybody going, it requires a lot of stress off understanding all your possessions are being hauled safely and efficiently!

Read the decent reviews on Google and chose to use Elite moving for my own move. They booked our relocation with less than a 2 months’ notice, made the reservation procedure and moving procedure so unbelievably simple. Two movers showed up on time and worked tirelessly to do it. Nothing was ruined and overall it was a fantastic experience. They did a superb job with my furniture – they were friendly and worked fast. They did not cease for another, and the cost was fair and well worth the cost! Fantastic business and I’d definitely hire them again.

We could not have been more happy with our experience with Elite Moving & storage. I asked a quote on the internet and they phoned me almost instantly. The man who phoned me was really useful and effective with providing me the quote and describing the procedure. The movers came as expected, even a little sooner, and they have been respectful and kind. They took great care of their belongings and took some time to be certain everything was packaged well to avoid any harm. Nothing scraped , nothing broken. We got into our new location and we asked us where we’d enjoy all of the furniture. It was a fun moving together and above all, it was not stressful in any respect. Amazing! The movers were fantastic! The quote they gave me on the telephone was precise and the customer support superb professional and friendly.
The movers came on time to maneuver out my 1 bedroom flat and wrapped and wrapped everything so carefully. They had nearly all of my possessions loaded over 1 hour. Moving is normally very stressful but with Elite Transferring everything was a whole lot simpler. They were super quick and they ended everything in 4 hours. I’d certainly use them for our second movement and would recommend them to everybody.

Horrible experience. They didn’t go my furniture after 14 business days in Chicago, essentially 3weeks once they took it, and several back and forth mails now they stated hopefully next week significance after 1 Month my furniture would arrive at Tucson. Plus they provided us 30$ refund daily for delay! Would you think this?
Each of the million dollars We invested as a household using a 2year old toddler at hotels, on crap food and onto temporary furniture and obviously on the floor of our brand new empty apartment signifies nothing for them. I never thought of filing a lawsuit earlier, but today I’m surely enough likely to find a lawyer and mend their client services.

Possessing a dreadful time together! I seriously got carried away by the testimonials. Scheduled go from Miamisburg, OH into Tampa, FL. Goods picked up on May 17th, and it is June 17th today and I still don’t have an upgrade when the truck is going to be loaded for shipping.
Worst part is till last week that they kept saying did not locate a Trucker. Wow, a firm who boasts yourself fast n reliable could not find a truck to Tampa for per month. The 14 BUSINESS days window finished long back n still no upgrades. And to top it all of the representative in Dispatch is quite impolite as though I am getting her merchandise. I have already paid 50 percent n wondering if my merchandise will be sent.
I do not reciceve any upgrades until I predict; they keep saying will phone back but never do.
I have never written such a significant inspection but currently assessing all probable websites to write abt these programs.
I even posted an overview on Elitemovers website but it does not appear.
Regret that I shuldn have picked these men

We had contract for both packaging and moving around the country. Very unsatisfactory. The business ruined multiple costly artwork peaces, which they packaged themselves. It took several back and forth to find any answer from their insurance provider. In the end they provided $33 (that can be really a joke) for its peaces that values tens of thousands of dollars… Would not ever urge to manage this particular movers.

We utilized Elite to assist us pack our condominium in Connecticut to our shifting POD. They came on time, worked hard and they could pack every last thing from the condominium to the POD.

We settled briefly in Charlotte and wanted Elite movers assist us with our move into Myrtle Beach. Once more they came punctually to our POD place in Charlotte and unpacked the POD to our Uhaul truck, then they followed us into our flat in Charlotte to package remaining items to the truck.

After in Myrtle Beach we hired Elite going to help us unpack the Uhaul truck to our new residence. They have been on time and unpacked the truck in record time.

Would highly recommend Elite, each State that we utilized them in resulted in precisely the exact same high standards.

Though THEY BROKE THE CONTRACT BY BEING A WEEK AN AND A HALF LATE. THEY HAD ME BY THE OO’s. So unless I were to consent to pay them that they wouldn’t provide my furniture. I had been so desperate to sleep in an actual mattress I needed to bite the extra hundreds of dollars that I needed to invest. When they brought the furniture up to set up everything all of my glass furniture has been broken, my brand-new dresser (never used over a week) dinged up so poor Salvation Army could not sell It for over $45. Couple legs of the seats were broken, so thank god that my television’s were not harmed. I would not event suggest this business to my worst enemy since they don’t even deserve the treatment of there own possessions being trashed. I cried for hours when they left. The harm to my furniture has been at least 60%. Next time I move I would rather sell and begin or do it myself cause at least then I would not have been required to take out loans to cover disrespectful offenders to damage my possessions. We’ve utilized the services of Elite Movers and Packers while changing our household products from Wisconsin to California. The quotation was rather low initially and it had been raised to nearly $600 at that time that they did the shipping in our new home in California. But, their shipping was quite bad since they mishandled our SMART TV and we obtained it in broken state even though the TV was packaged into its original package. The TV was rather costly and it took 6 weeks to allow them to refund only 68 percent of the price after several emails and telephone calls from both sides.
They even mishandled our child’s favorite bike and we obtained it in poor condition also. They didn’t paid some compensation for the bike though because we discovered the problem after accommodation the compalints regarding our TV.
Moreover, their client division was pitiful. They were quite instant until the time that the payment wasn’t finished from each side. But once we whine in their delivery and managing problems, the executive only forward the problem for their insurance policy division along with the insurance section paid just $45 originally after 3 weeks of emails and calls. We were very shocked and decrease that reimbursement. Again after several rounds of calls and email, they eventually paid 68 percent of the purchase price of this TV and it took almost 6 weeks to allow them to achieve that.

I find that the shipment and the insurance policy group of Elite Movers and Packers very unprofessional and will not ever likely to use their services.
If you’re likely to use their support, do it in your own risk.

Do not eve attempt!! It looked like a great business in the time but it turned out to be a major mistake, a great deal of the testimonials are untrue, I transferred from Chicago to Miami and they looked genuinely professional when I first talk to them, it had been a costly move, about $4000. They arrived and took all of my things, they shot forever and they billed me $700 greater than the initial quote.
Till then, it all was fine, but after I request them to send my things at Miami, they were rather dishonest and benign, they would not offer a true time of shipping and eventually if they gave me a very evening, I booked the elevator in my building, they did not arrive in time and that I dropped one day on the job, when they eventually made a decision to return, it had been just two men and they abandoned the truck out since the driver was not fine enough to push it at the construction service street, therefore, all of my stuff was left unsupervised every time they’d attract a load to the apt. The result: 2 lost boxes (one having a few of my paintings) plenty of broken things, it looks like most of the boxes were exposed to significant misuse, also Marie Ramos( the individual who I had been dealing with) was seldom responsive or useful. They had the guts to give me $24 for a 2000 damaged and lost items, therefore, please be cautious when working with this firm. I don’t recommend them.

Awful. Just dreadful. The quote they gave me on the telephone had been drastically lower than that which I actually ended up paying, the movers took forever to maneuver my hardly 1 bedroom flat, plus they supply zero upgrades before your belongings is 1 afternoon outside. Obviously, the 5-10 business day time window that they provide is not even true, and that I still haven’t got my furniture. I attempted to phone and they refused to give me some more info about my standing. I won’t ever use this company again and would not recommend it to my worst enemy.

They provide you exactly what I guess is a blatantly low balled quote to hook you back, inform you it will be 7-14 days as soon as they pick this up, send you a 25 page arrangement so that they understand you for sure will not read every last detail, even bill you nearly 200 percent of this quote, sassily inform you that you must have read this contract more attentively since it is 7-14 business days in the initial day of accessible shed off (although you called and they stated it would”for sure” be there with a particular date which was inside the initial 7-14 days out of pick-up), lie to you and inform you it will depart Chicago on Tuesday, inform you on Tuesday (once you phone them, maybe not them phone you) that it really is not leaving before the weekend and also they can not tell you a particular day of this weekend, once the weekend ends and you telephone them (againif they are not going to call you) they allow you to know that it’s not really departing until Wednesday, afterward likely to shell out seemingly 3-7 days at Georgia until it eventually reaches you 1 ENTIRE MONTH after pickup. It was, hands-down, the worst experience I have had ANY business, let alone a moving business.  Customer support is a joke — the folks were so incredibly impolite they sent me to tears TWICE (and I am not an emotional person). I seldom write yelp testimonials but I really don’t need anyone else to go through what I have gone through with this provider. They’ll offer you about the very first telephone call, on their excellent score on BBB (which firms can purchase, incidentally ). Lowdown: My substance was at a storage device in CA and that I had to get it into OR. I had been back at OR and could not fly down to fulfill the movers in storage unit therefore Beau stated provided the onsite manager in the storage device is a’buddy’ (wink-wink), it’d be completely fine for me personally to perform some POA (Power of Attorney) together with the man’s name on it. So I did all that, and faxed it on. They were initially supposed to pick my stuff up onto 6/26. Subsequently the DAY BEFORE I receive a telephone call from a boss angry at ME because I did not understand the previous name of this onsite manager, so that he figured out that he was not a buddy, and that he was upset with ME as it needs to be a good buddy who matches your belongings daily. I actually got LECTURED via this man about how can I be so naïve as to be more fine with having some storage man be about the POA. I panicked and needed to print out new POA, and persuade my boyfriend to FLY DOWN into California to fulfill their movers 5 days after, Tuesday 6/30 or Wed 7/1. I stated my boyfriend might require 45 minute heads around buy from LA into Gardena to satisfy their movers. The LA onsite storage men said they had 24 hours notice so my stuff might be moved out of your vault and awaiting the pier for Elite. Greater than 24 hours now, no word by Elite, storage men tell me I am sorry but today your window has shrunk from 10-4 into 12-3pm since we have not learned from Elite. A few back and on (more panicked telephone calls for Elite requesting WHY THEY HAVENT DEALT WITH THIS YET), and Beau out of Elite eventually agrees to 12-3pm on 7/1. This morning at 10:15 AM I receive a telephone call in the inspector man Sam who’s in the storage device wondering why my boyfriend is not there. I have not heard a word out of Elite. I state that a ) you men were advised to be there btwn 12-3 and b) you men did not call and allow me to know you’re on the road, so today my boyfriend would be 45 minutes outside. The next thing that you know ROY callsfor. Roy is really the reason I’m even writing this review at the first location. He’s awful (ie”Alright I am gonna clarify that to you personally for your FOURTH TIME” etc) and should not be operating anywhere that needs his interaction with a client. He began yelling at me stating that the movers were there rather than likely to wait, and I am just like”Excuse me but Beau affirmed yesterday day that the 12-3 pickup period. It had been Elite’s fault for not return to storage device with 24 hours notice, otherwise that you COULD HAVE needed the 10-4pm longer window.” He begins saying that they NEVER could have verified 12-3pm….and that is my favourite part of the narrative. They record telephone calls. This [EDIT] Roy PLAYS THE PHONE CALL in the day ahead — believing he will show me wrong, and lo and behold — about the recording the girl from Elite is really on the telephone with my storage firm also says”Yes good people could be there involving 12-3.” Yay me! So today he must get what their weak company consented to, and states”Phone your boyfriend at the moment, I’m setting the clock to get 45 minutes at the moment and when he is not there in 45 minutes I can not guarantee the movers will probably remain. That material better be prepared to load on the truck in NOON.) Ipersonally, at this time I’m essentially screaming as a) that is not one of my error and b) I have never been talked to like this within my entire life. My boyfriend leaves it now, what gets on the truck, and then my bf states”that they forced me give them near $900 — you did not mention they were going to require money.” I am running out of space so today let me simply say – my things had been sent 8/3/15. (33 DAYS AFTER PICKUP). And a lot of my stuff had been ruined, the movers scraped my flooring, dinged my ceilings, so did NOT provide us the necessary 24 hours notice that they were coming so we were scrambling to get a job day to have somebody in the home. On the afternoon that they demanded an additional $110 to get a pair of stairs which Elite had already known about. On to the interesting things — that the DAMAGE. The movers struck : a glass panel on a china cupboard, there was lots of broken glass materials since they squished a ship which stated FRAGILE, timber had been dinged, my flooring were scraped from them yanking an extremely heavy thing, a bit of artwork was busted… and also my favorite — a few poor soul would be sans multiple picture albums along with a part of china bc they steered it to one of my suitcases. It isn’t even mine! The movers attempted to leave without placing a fundamental mattress together and I left them and that they knicked the ceiling at several areas. Anyhow, NEVER, NEVER use the business. They’re terrible. Today I must devote hours recording the harm to attempt and get paid off. AWFUL. I hope that they go out of the business.

I don’t have any recommendations to increase your services. Keep doing what you’re doing. The fellows were prompt, courteous, and efficent.From the moment I called them into the moment they left the new home, they had been respecatable and courtuoes to me personally along with my fmaily. Don’t use this firm. Several things were lost and they obtained no responsibility for them. Please be careful that they don’t have any responsibility for lost items and won’t support any kind of claim. Our moving company,  Elite Moving & Storage exaggerated their charging hours, neglected to inform us of their packaging materials form (no wonder that they utilized shrink-wrap), ruined a number of bits of our furniture, shattered several glass objects (eyeglasses from our marriage, martini glasses that I’ve had for 12 Decades, 3 vases, juice cups, and 1 crystal bowl) ruined our TV rack (as all 4 legs were ripped off, the screws pulled straight from their sockets), didn’t reassemble Several objects They transferred (only found out that you as my big oak computer desk dropped on top of me last night), and not least of all damaged our new home.   They left stains on the carpet, gouges in the hardwood floor, ripped the carpeting from the appears that’d only been elongated by the Supplier of the house (less than 6 weeks ago), ruined the walls (in certain areas past the dry-walling, scratched our walnut kitchen cabinets), and the list persists.

Being a mum to two babies under two is tough enough, today when I’m still unpacking I continue to discover additional damaged and broken products. . .it never finishes.   I’m left hanging on floor choosing broken glass from boxes, walking round the ruined items as It’s still from the shrink-wrap they put it in.   It took me FIVE emails requesting the owner of the company for permission to transfer the damaged things from the Frequent area of our house because of the safety hazard for my kids, they FINALLY responded.   So much for there concern and care and mission statement That They’re all for Client Satisfaction.     That is the amusing part is that they did not even bother to use cushioning on a Great Deal of things (hmmm, wonder how they have ruined?)   I wish we’d have had a group to track them so we might have prevented all of this from occurring.   View, we moved out of a high-rise condominium, so tracking all 3 movers in the time period proved quite Hard.        

There’s no telling exactly what the amount is to all of the items damaged, missing (since the stock sheets Aren’t accurate), ruined.   Not to said that in their Inventory sheet it recorded the number of stickers they used because we put our things in storage initially and then they had been transferred to our new residence AND GUESS WHAT, maybe not all of the things they listed on our stock sheet were accounted for, so who knows exactly what I’m overlooking.

I’ve tried to solve this situation with all the firm, but everyone that I dealt with neglected to hear in the dispatcher (Marie), to Sales Rep (Ben) into the Owner (Ira), that wasn’t even reading the mails I was sending.

Steer Clear of ELITE MOVING AND STORAGE. There are a whole lot of businesses out there which are more honest in their own pricing.

I obtained a quotation from these types of individuals at hat was not the lowest or lowest although as a result of professional of this agent on the telephone decided I’d use them. I had been told that the furniture transfer would require 7 to ten times but that I could pick the very first date I’d be available for shipping. 5 to 7 weeks for the shipping of my vehicle. Don’t use this corporation! Pick-up 3/12/13 and has been delivered 4/27/13.  I really do know a miss quotation but 212.00 bucks miss quotation is absurd. They left behind 10 car loads full of things in the old address and banged up a great deal of those items. However, as I said, they aren’t responsible. I didn’t wish to phone and whine for this reason, but a month after I was making the bed and watched black that the steam cleaner missed, so I called. I never heard back from anybody. Spend more money and get somebody Which Will be more cautious and really move EVERYTHING.

Glad my friend referred me to Elite!! Such as the tittle says my transfer was fine & smooth from begin to finish. They transferred my 3 bedroom house for me personally from Ohio to Florida, the woman I talked with was extremely helpful & pleasant to use and also the movers were good, they were specialist & managed my things together with caution, did not take some breaks & got everything loaded in a couple of hours! I had been told delivery would arrive in 14 business days it arrived much earlier than that which I thought, it arrived a couple of days after so that I was thrilled because I was beginning a new project the next week & most of my furniture was in exactly the identical state as they shot it.

He immediately told me to avoid moving companies in Florida since”they’re brokerage companies, not real employees” He also stated their ( the agents )strategy would be to reduce ball the quotation then bill you hefty on the rear end till they unload my stuff. Then I had to supply my credit card information to get the contract. I had been told the charge card information was just on hold and wouldn’t be billed until I returned to the contract. WRONG! Everything was picked up and sent to florida.When the furniture has been sent the movers refused to have a desk upstairs. Why hire movers that wouldn’t do what they had been paid to do? The business hasn’t returned any of my calls I have placed. The bottom shelf of the desk, the ONLY thing that had to be removed into the next floor of the house, has been broken. Could this be why they would not move it?

The vendor was quite adamant is showing me how good they were and the way no complains were submitted to the BBB. She neglected to mention that they have NUMEROUS complains with the US Department of Transportation.

The pick-up has been uneventful, eventhough I have to have been somewhat suspicious when they showed up in a truck using a newspaper wign recorded to the side!!!

The foreman told me to get them two weeks before my delivery date to be certain everything was so and that that way I was planning to get my loved ones in Indianawhen I wanted it.

I signed documents (you understand, sign here and here, once you’re tired and not paying attention) and also what they’re making you signal is a disclaimer that they aren’t accountable for anything!!!

I’ve not ever written a negative review before, however, I had been so grossly disappointed with Elite Moving and Storage that I believe the necessity to inform others. I understand how stressful a move is-choosing the incorrect moving company may make the relocation a nightmare.

I utilized Elite Moving and Storage Once I moved from NH to Texas in May of 2009. I had an excellent experience with them so when I chose to return into New England, it just made sense to get hold of them for the transfer.

Sadly, this time round, I had an absolutely horrible experience and I had been frustrated and would not recommend them to anybody. Danielle was rather hard to get ahold of on the phone after they’d my first deposit. She explained that the movement would take 4-7 times…I did not get my possessions for 22 times!!

Since I was anticipating the arrival of my things-they would not return my calls and when I’d get someone on the telephone, they behaved like I had been putting them out once I needed a upgrade about my belongings-that I had been paying them a good deal of cash to move. It was totally unacceptable and frankly the worst customer service I ever received. I know they move folks everyday. . .but I really don’t move regular. It is a huge deal to me personally and for them to behave like it did not thing was awful.
They ended up bringing my items from Texas to Chicago and putting them in storage even though I had been confident that my possessions wouldn’t be taken off truck and put in storage. I especially did not need this since I understood the more the boxes/furniture had been moved-the more inclined it would be broken. Sure enough, nearly all of my boxes came beat up, my brand new front loading washing machine has been dented on 3 broken and sides in addition to all of my dishes came broken. I packaged my dishes, they didn’t, but I packaged them really nicely and marked brittle all within the boxes. This did not matter since it was evident they threw them around and stacked heavy items on-top of these.

To be honest and charge Elite for some thing, I believed their real movers were professional, friendly and respectful. I’d different movers on each end of this transfer. I think english was their second language therefore I really did find it quite tough to communicate or know exactly what they’d say. They charge $4.00 per roll of tape (to wrap all furniture etc) and everything has to maintain a box-everything. When it is not, they’ll let you use a box of theirs and also a box cost ranges from $10.00-$50.00.

In general, pllease hear my suggestions and select another moving business. I’d pay double or triple what I paid elite for much better support and also to avoid what I went through. I literally went through hell awaiting them to send, it was honestly the most stressful movement I’ve ever produced. Never again would I even consider this organization and you should not either.

Here is actually the worst movers I’ve ever heard and seen of. They don’t provide you any immediate response. They gave great deal of difficulty in paper and contracting work. They originally agreed to await paperwork to get per day and the following day they shifted their sentence and asked for newspapers in hurry. I contracted my transfer with The Moving Pros although Elite Moving & Storage showed up to pick up my possessions. Although I had been told by their own sales rep, Marysaid that the Moving Pros employ their own drivers and movers-this isn’t accurate or at least they call themselves from a different business name. After all, it is likely so you once you perform a background check, your not receiving info the business that they are in fact sending to pick up your possessions. When it was finished and that I attempted to document for the missing house, my insurer found poor reports on such men on ripoff.com, however I’d no idea because I believed I had been getting the Moving Pros. I believed I had been getting a large Semi heading directly to Arizona along with my house but instead I got a box truck by another firm. They then took it and unloaded it God understands where before they had enough material to fill out a Semi. Meaning your possessions get pitched around multiple occasions and saved wherever for another week or 2. Then if it was sent the motorist refused to go through and wait for the stock as it had been unloaded-it will require an excessive amount of time that he explained. So after unpacking all of the boxes, then it just so happens that the boxes comprising all of my DVD’s, CD’s and VHS tapes are still lost. Gee I wonder why these boxes just occurred to evaporate? Lesson learned-never write what is in these boxes. Amount your boxes and keep a record so you’re going to understand but the movers do not! Since they wrapped my furniture in the end to end, all of my wooden furniture includes dents and dings. They especially did a few on my classic bedroom furniture. Despite the fact that it was recorded on the stock checklist, they are currently refusing to cover exactly what it’s cost me to get it mended. They bent the front wheels and brake meeting in my 1977 classic Schwinn bike, but claim they can not find any harm on the images that I shot, therefore their not likely to be responsible for the fixes on this either. Does not matter, the bike shop said it’d not ever be the exact same anyway.
