Eko Movers

Fourteen days following the supposed movement, I’m left with half of those things left behind or that I might have paid double the quote. The organization itself attempts to bully by asking an specific collection of things. This is nice when the quote is based on volume or items, but it isn’t. If you can listen when drained to the little print, you’re spending just by the summertime. Their goal of a thorough listing of every product would be to confound you, bully you, and also make you flustered, subsequently bill double the estimated cost, which I couldn’t do. The truck was at least 4 hours late and were arriving having a 16-foot truck, that was too tiny. The young guys who did the movement were so excellent in all facets. The issue is the business. Dependent on the way this provider fees, there would not be a way to find an estimate since they’re charging by the hour. My variety of boxes, furniture has been true, however, left behind.

I moved from Ohio to New Jersey at a large truck. Eko Movers showed up on time together with three men who worked fast and attentively to get me rich. Nate the manager on the project was quite professional as were all three of those men. No damages, no difficulty, these men were really wonderful! I’d tell anybody that if you’re searching for a fantastic move (moving stinks!) At least have a fantastic firm! After we unloaded it just took about half the time. They put up our beds and place all exactly where we requested.

Not a fantastic experience! I had been told that the movers would arrive by 9 am, but they came at 11:30 am. I had been told they’d send a 4-person team, but they delivered a 3-person crew. My simple”neighborhood” move didn’t get completed until 1:30 am in the morning!!! The team of movers were very friendly, but they had been shipped out late and under-manned.

This mover exceeded my expectations. Having used a number of long distance movers in the past which were great, I didn’t anticipate any plumber to be greater. Ekomovers was fantastic. The guys were professional, tidy and considerate. Moreover they have been extremely organized and efficient. I strongly recommend this firm.

Certainly THE worst movers on the market. Represented 3-5 hours to move out. It required 13. Undermanned. Nothing shrink wrapped. Extensive damages to almost every bit of furniture. Nice men who do the job, but it had been careless as evidenced by the substantial damages. Too bad. Tried to provide the company to a little firm. It, then refused to honor lawful duties to make good in their gross neglect. They might need to learn the hard way. In court. Hire anybody else.

Terrible. The guys who did the shifting were fine…. Fine, however, showed up late, did not possess some dollys or provides to assist them with large products. BROKE a desk since they had been at such a hurry for some other occupation (quoted). Then the following evening we hadn’t paid they because we wanted to speak with a supervisor. They said I was dismissing them afterward INSISTED on a charge because they’d shown back up. Also got a dreadful call right after the movers left saying we had to cover. Hahahah never again.

Can NEVER use this inspector again. Not only did they harm walls and items but they also DRIVE TRUCK THROUGH MOST OF MY NEIGHBORS’ YARDS!!!! I tried for weeks to make them fix the harm and they won’t even return my calls or emails. Horrible company!!!

Horrible experience! Don’t USE! Their movers stole cash, an iPad, along with also my apartmant’s brand new 2-wheel dolly (I needed to substitute ) and they strove to make me feel accountable – over $900+. I told the movers to not enter my walk in cupboard (handbag – money taken in my wallet, iPad and instance etc were in there) and I’d forgotten that I had some money in my underwear drawer at a zipper change purse, in side a tiny black box, within a divider box beneath my pockets and panties (can not think they moved through my panties ). Additionally, it took them over 12 hours to move us out of a 1 bedroom flat into a little home 20 minutes away. My husband, adult daughter and I ended up helping them unload since it was pitch black outside (I needed to get my car working with ribbons on the vehicle ).

I gave the movers a test, which we did not know they were not supposed to accept and phoned me back to get a credit card; I said no and we stopped payment on the $1200 test, which they attempted to money 4 days, even if they said they wouldn’t money. I called the company that night when detected money was missing out of my handbag; I did not detect iPad or money lost from the drawer until another day once we realized that they went through my husbands drawers too. The drawers were set back in the incorrect areas and everything was thrown together.

The business needed me to still cover them $700+ for transferring us without reimbursing me for that which was stolen! They stated their workers never came backagain. I filed a police report, nothing came out of it; they could not’find’ the workers, you would think Eko Movers could have desired to help the authorities catch these men and provide them advice! Following a week of needing us to cover, I told them I would need to take this up with a lawyer, they left us alone.

That is the worse firm thus far. We picked Eko Movers since they consented to maintain our things in a truck to the week we had been at resort. If the trucks arrive it was obviously another truck. While they saved our stuff each bit of furniture has been ruined. Grease smears about the sofas, scratches and Knicks from pubs and hutches. Broken dresser thighs and broken bunk bed. Then we processed throughout their claim procedure. Following three weeks of completing forms and after that, $67.20. That has been for more than 15K worth of ruined furniture lots of it less than a year old.

Don’t utilize Eco Movers at any price.

There are just two reasons why I’m giving EkoMovers a celebrity, rather than zero stars. The first is that Google testimonials does not allow to get a zero star rating, and the next is since Jeff, the man who did my transfer, went over and beyond expectations. This golden star is Jeff’s golden star.
In terms of the remaining part of the adventure… except for when it came to figuring out just how to secure the agreement and collect the money, Rachel, the EkoMovers client support representative was mostly uncommunicative. I texted many times with questions just to be met with complete silence. After the very severe, quite unacceptable problem appeared I obtained only one text in Rachel to inform me that they had been”looking into it” and then nothing else. No hints for alternative, nothing. Considering that the exact major issue, I have achieved to Rachel to inquire about what’s a really deserved support charge, and has been advised by Rachel that the”operations supervisor will be in contact”. It has now been a week, and again, quiet. No contact in the operations supervisor.
So, what had been the exact major issue, you inquire? Well, things began OK. From 10 am the morning of the transfer, three men were in my flat, and prepared to move my belongings. I was feeling shy. Until one hour and a half in, and 2 of those men informed me that they would need to depart as EkoMovers only subcontracted them to get 2 hours. 2 hours to maneuver a 2 bedroom flat. I have moved several times, and now I understand that two weeks will merely get the greatest furniture, and perhaps a appliance outside the doorway. So… that the two guys quit, I have contacted Rachel, that has got the operations man, who is contacted Jeff. The answer? Jeff could proceed the remainder of the things out by himself. Yes, this is seriously the answer. Thus, Jeff worked to his own from 12:30 pm till 5:30 pm, poking off at transferring out my things. At length, at 5:30 pm, my very best friend and her son came over and spent 1.5 hours assisting Jeff load the remainder. Yes, you read that right, EkoMovers had been compensated $3.5K+ so that my buddies could load the vehicle.
To ice this cake, the very afternoon of my transfer was my final day at Milwaukee, the town in which I lived all of my life. I had been going 800 miles off, and a number of my family members proposed a supper to ship off me and wish me well. This dinner had to be cancelled due to the time that my one guy moving team was completed, and moved from my flat, it had been two hours ago once the dinner had been intended, our booking had to be cancelled, and now that I missed spending time with individuals whom I really love and look after. Obviously, if this event has been clarified to Rachel, through text, then the answer was silent.
Obviously, I wouldn’t advocate EkoMovers. If you don’t flourish from being disregarded, and being stressed out.

The movers came friendly and pleasant. The support was quick and productive. I’ll certainly utilize Ekomovers later on and consult with friends.
