We utilized this company in March to get a local movement. We’re quite happy with the service. They moved out of their way to accomodate some specific situation where our new house wasn’t prepared for all of us to proceed by maintaining the things securely stored in their trrucks for many times — in a really reasonable speed. All forecasts wwere returned immediately. Everybody has been very service orientated. Criticially, we had a slight dispute on whether a specific thing should have been transferred. To their credit, they reacted to this matter at a prfessional and dignified mannner. I strongly suggest them.

Don’t Use EDWARD NEUTZ SONS AND DAUGHTERS MOVING AND STORAGE!!! I had them and they had been overdue, ruined my furniture, dropped bits to my own furniture, charged me over quoted, spoke down to me once I phoned to report these issues (the proprietor Edward Neutz did so ) and called me a liar. I am attempting to keep anybody else from going through what I went through. The furniture that I have is out of Haverty’s and isn’t affordable furniture that is the reason why I hired a”inspector” to transfer everything! I’ve set at a BBB complaint and’m likely to continue to locate ways to prevent this from happening to anybody else. Movers beware!!!

Had a Excellent encounter with Edward Neutz Moving. The neighborhood move took three times. In the other reviews on this Website, I can only conclude that complainers like to whine, but satisfied clients simply get on with their lives.   Allow Me to inform you, this really is really a conscientious, professional ensemble.   Each of the packers are girls, and after unpacking over 200 boxes, we did not have so much as a broken light bulb.   However, it does not stop there.   Their quotation was a couple hundred bucks over the different movers we believed, but Neutz and firm brought over the table – much more movers, an Additional truck.   They even had a Exceptional Method of transferring our hanging clothes – with racks that they wheeled to our old garage, we all hung our clothes on them, they shrink-wrapped them, rolled them in the new garage (more suitable, and much Less Costly than these wardrobe boxes).They began loading our delicate items a few hours before our program final to market our house (and buy our new home, less than 4 kilometers away).   When loading, I got a call from our realtor who the final had to be cancelled and rescheduled.   Neutz’s people unloaded the truck – and THEY REFUSED TO CHARGE US FOR LOADING AND UNLOADING, because it was not our fault.   The movement happened two days afterwards.   They showed up on time, unloaded quickly (to a  5-bedroom home on two degrees ), came back twice to pick up newspaper and broken down boxes.   Damage?   Nope.   A very slight surface scratch on one desk, which Mr. Neutz himself came out and mended – differently, maybe not a splinter’s value.   And, to top it off, in spite of complete value replacement policy, the last tab came in tens of thousands of dollars under the first quote.You need an ethical, professional team to move your family – Ed Neutz is the guy to call!

I had two employees which were quick and furious.  Hardly took fractures and it was sexy.  Although our transfer from a significant home into a aparrtment aruond the corner, these men are movers and shakers., In reality, the quote that they gave me was HIGHER than it really was but it was since they moved quickly.  I loved that.  There was a third party employee but he did not do a lot of and could not move that quickly because of his weight down and up the stairs.    I’d suggest them to some person and am considering using them again.

Ed, Drew, Charlie and Matt transferred us locally and we were really delighted with with their work attempt, courtesy and urge to obey our requirements. I’d use them again if needed to get a transfer. The upfront debate and understanding the prices with Jamie was quite critical as there weren’t any surprises at the last move price. They were patient and adapting as we shifted the movement date 3 days. Excellent to use.

We’re having our flooring refinished and were searching for a business which can move a number of our furniture into our lower level, garage and shop the remainder. Finest move in my full lifetime! Zero busted, which is almost impossible. On time. Men are sooo attentive and powerful — and considerate and plain fine. Can not say 1 thing negative. Timmy, Brandon and Ryan were one of the magnificent crew.

We recently moved from a home to a terrace home. I hadn’t ever heard of Nuetz Tools but chose to utilize them since they had been recommended by a friend. Since our house sold so fast and we hadn’t found a terrace home nonetheless , we needed to place our furniture at Nuetz storage for per month. Erin was very valuable and also the transfer to storage moved nicely. The men were on time, really pleasant and proceeded fast. But, I was quite frustrated when my furniture came from storage. There were many damaged bits, the framework for the coffee table was lost along with also the glass top has been broken. My white couch and seat were so soiled because they didn’t shrink wrapping or pay them. These pieces were in my own living room and have been seldom employed. The arms of those bits and the cushions had been piled against the walls of the vehicle and because they weren’t coated, they obtained soiled. Ed Nuetz arrived at my house and did fixes to a number of the damaged bits and substituted the glass broken in my coffee table. He explained that a soft brush could get rid of the dirt that it was just dust from storage. I brushed the bits but it didn’t help. I decided I’d find a new couch and chair and choose the ones that were fine into a consignment shop. On the other hand, the consignment shop wouldn’t take them due to their soiled cushions and arms. So I finally have a $1,200 couch along with an $800 seat in the Cherry House which I want to determine whether they may be cleaned or that I am going to need to substitute them. The cloth on the bits have silk foundation and I am afraid when I try to get them cleaned it will lead to water rings which will look much worse. Due to all of the problems, I wouldn’t suggest Nuetz storage. I’d also highly recommend which Nuetz shrink wrap all of upholstered furniture to prevent this issue later on. I would also urge anybody moving to take extra insurance in case you’ve got good furniture, movers will merely cover .16 pennies per pound which won’t cover any replacements or repairs.

Ryan and Brandon were so fantastic! We moved us from two storage units and into our new home in no time in any respect! They took good care of our furniture and so were really cautious when moving it into our property. No harm to anything, such as our hardwood floors and freshly painted walls! Will use them again should we ever have a need to proceed!

Jamie and BK have been in charge of the packaging. Everything was packaged and labeled very nicely. It’s so significant with a great deal of glass and precious products. Additionally, it makes it a lot easier to discover the important regular things to unpack first.
The moving team (sorry I do not recall all their names) were hard working and very considerate constantly asking if I wanted any help with things. I had several heirlooms which couldn’t be replaced. There were all padded and wrapped very well so there wasn’t damage.

The men and women who work there are quite agreeable and easy going but I did not obtain everything I was suppose to. I paid $18 for a wardrobe box which was suppose to get a pole to move my wrapped up clothing with the movers placing them straight in the cupboard. There wasn’t any rod and my clothes have been left at the base of the box. Furniture was wrapped however they didn’t unwrap all of them. Not all mattresses were placed on the beds. As a senior citizen what that they were suppose to do but did not made it hard for me personally and I needed to pay another individual to do exactly what they didn’t do.
