Very poor experience. I had a quotation, when they arrived to pickup, they stated things were not prepared, greater commission. After delivered, they were suppose to help transport things into house, refused unless compensated more. First pickup date kept shifting, and it took 19 days for things to be sent. Don’t recommend.

Don’t Use Eden’s Moving.   I moved from Denver into the Bay Area.   I’ve lost boxes and Several of my shifting furnishing came ruined.   Moreover, they dismiss you in the Event That You claim compensation.   You Need to keep calling and calling.   I told my buddies who were going after I didn’t steer clear of this provider.

– We had been billed for Carrier Pack substances which were either never used or were packaged so badly that the things arrived broken. The best instance is packaging our 55″ TV at a photo box with two pieces of paper (no blankets, bubble wrap – nothing). We paid extra for the Carrier Pack stuff anticipating an expert mover to understand how to package these products. It was almost as though they did it on purpose because we would not pay off them. Overall incompetence on the part of the foreman (Miguel) and his group.

I can’t feel that the BBB can provide Eden’s Moving Services an A+ rating. This firm is the worst run business that I’ve ever encounter. The movers are not trained, the foreman and estimators are dishonest, client support is dreadful, and the owners do not take responsibility for their institution’s mistakes/bad behaviour.

The movers were very disrespectful to her and her possessions. Heavy items were put in addition to things labeled as delicate. My experience with this firm could have had a happy ending, but after getting my boxes…. Things worth over $1300 were obtained from several boxes within the course of 16 days. We received a telephone call in the driver, MIKE ROSENFELD from Eden’s Movers, telling us that he’d be coming at Boston to provide our property the following day between 8am and 12pm. The following at 11am, we received a call in the driver telling us that he had been running late and might be unable to arrive before 2pm. By 3pm, we still had not heard from him, so we called his mobile phone, at that stage he stated he would be unable to make it into our flat until 4pm. He finally arrived at 4:30pm. The driver (Mike Rosenfeld) had promised us several occasions that he could have four movers arriving to help unload everything, but just two ever showed up. The next mover did not arrive before 5:30pm, and that’s when they began to move things in.

Both movers which did show up didn’t appear to have any previous relationship with the motorist and appeared to have been professionally hired cheap labour. They seemed to have little to no shifting encounter (among them said”I have moved myself so that I understand what to do”), and so were extremely unprofessional. They were also painfully slow. They took much more time to move our possessions than they ought to possess, and on several events were just carrying one little object at a time and usually being quite inefficient. From the time they left, it was 10:30pm, and they had not even fully finished their duties. As it came time to sign up for transferring files, I brought up the fact that two boxes were unaccounted for on the files, however he explained it did not matter and he wanted that I sign the files anyway. Now , I was fearful that he would quit moving our furniture to the apartment when I did not sign the files and that I had no option but to give into his demands.

6) Professional racing bicycle (I saw that the mover tear off the speedometer when loading the bicycle. The bicycle was not wrapped, and the gears have been bent in throughout the move, essentially making it unrideable)
7) Framed Mirror (the framework was shattered in Many areas )
8) Antique Lane Cedar torso (the finish/siding was ripped off)
9) Antique authors’ desk (just two of those wooden legs have been ripped clean off)
10) Antique spotlight (metal bent and warped in from being badly wrapped with other things and being destroyed throughout the transfer )
11) Metal apparel rack (the alloy tubing was smashed and flexed )
12) Bed framework (wheels into the bedframe overlooking )
13) Brand new Dryer (dryer knob overlooking )
There was a good deal more things which were broken in boxes (ceramic vases, glass cups/bowls, etc) but that I just included items which were wrapped by Eden’s and ruined either because of inadequate wrap, being crushed because of improper loading or simply being thrown out of the vehicle when transferring the things into storage.
On delivery, the movers stated that this was the next worse move they have experienced (which can be particularly about considering this was an easy one-bedroom flat proceed…). First I was PROMISED my transfer quote wouldn’t increase. When they arrived to perform my in home quote that they mentioned over the telephone that they could not do until 3 months earlier but if the assessor came he told me it might happen to be booked two months before. So I must be pleased that their support is not worse. Oh blessed me.

I’m then frustrated by this encounter and that I leave a review on the internet that only talks about my frustration however, does not even say they’re a terrible company to use.

Wouldn’t push our street, needed to cover to get a drag truck and move load. Despite the fact that big water trucks such as fracking have zero issue. Plenty of hidden charges. Charge such as tape, bulk products, charge card charge, transport fee of $400. It has been 6 weeks after, still no attention from insurer on missing things. It might have been cheaper when I left it all behind and purchased it all new.

I saw them throw my boxes onto a truck along with thoughtlessly heap box on box crushing the base boxes. I stated to them that says delicate and inquired why they piled big boxes on small ones but he behaved like he did not know English.
