They came in time. That is it to the positive. The drawback is as follows. A vest was scraped from the wall resulting in paint stripes throughout the dresser. Not a massive deal, but when I pointed out this the team foreman called me liar and explained that paint was already there. I requested him to wrap the furniture prior to taking down stuff and he got angry, began crying and drove a heap of moving blankets in the rear of the truck at me. We both cried and both cussed, he then got right up in my head and threatened to”knock on my fucking teeth at”.

Cool.

Management blamed me for instigating the episode.

Great.

Our story persists. Upon arriving in the new location we’re advised that unless we conjure some excess money at this time, they are leaving together with our stuff. A debate ensues and my arm brushes up against one of their mover’s arm as I walked by him. He begins screaming that I attacked him, all 3 men go to sabotage me with all kinds of not that imaginative bodily injury (ass kicking, ass beating, buttocks stomping, very buttocks oriented). I must have in my car to obstruct the vehicle from leaving and telephone 911. That is correct, the authorities got involved.

After a number of threats of injury, threats of theft, extortion, and a trip from officer Adame in the Arlington P.D. the truck was unloaded without further incident.

If it appears to be a superior transfer then by all means, hire them.

However, you’re warned.

Unprofessional, uncaring, and ruined items without a responsibility. A lot of things went wrong to record here, however they guaranteed three movers, and a single inspector particularly, but just 2 were shipped, and they were not the one I had been told could arrive. They have lost two, which left me assist to move my items, so I would not have the gate into my storage secured until the transfer was complete. They parked the leased Penske truck they’d loaded with my items overnight in their centre and drove to my destination the following morning, about 3 hours away, to find that there were things that were not moist, but WET and that I mean saturated! Oh yeah, did I mention, they then proceeded to inform me that there was actually a hole in the vehicle, which was why items were moist. Then my furniture has been dropped HARD, along with the things I had in their own truck were transported through the rain without being coated. I wiped them off as best I could with my own clothes, because nothing else was available. It was a horrible move, and to top it all off, the battery in their leased truck was dead, so that they asked me to get a leap. I informed them I couldn’t jump them, so they waited until I had been home, and then called my private phone to ask me once again to jump them or to call a relative to leap them. VERY unprofessional, and if I called to talk to the operator or direction, I wasn’t permitted to talk to them. Interesting, because the web site guarantees satisfaction guaranteed! Don’t use this organization. You may regret it!

Our household was transferred for army moves through recent years. Once in awhile we’ll have a busted thing or scraped belonging. However, I swear to goodness EASY MOVERS and whomever their own storage firm is, went out of the way to destroy our possessions! A torso I had for 20 years includes deep gashes and scrapes. Two tables have been horribly scraped and gashed. They lost our refrigerator and now our tv does not get the job done right! Additionally a gorgeous hand made porcelain carousel created for me by a friend a long time ago met its death due to these goons! And they then tried to pay up damages with dumb wax and markers pencils!

Should you ever consider hiring them, then DO NOT DO IT! I’d rate it -10 when I could!

We’d over 1500.00 in damages to our own products.

Easy Moving Company from Fort Worth / Dallas is your worst ever. Starting with the team. They’d 1 grouchy old man who appeared to resent being there. And two children. We weren’t advised that kids are moving our possessions!

They hurried quickly that it was not possible to determine how they stacked anything. But then they moved the refrigerator. Moved out it the incorrect manner and dropped it on a cement rear patio!

I don’t have any idea where they kept our things but where ever it had been, it had been mistreated. My vest was severely dented (dented!) In the very top, other bits completely divided and a great deal of nicks and scrapes everywhere. Just 1 bit went ashore.

I sent photographs and what to produce a claim. They billed us $2700.00 to get an in-state transfer. The damage has been estimated about $1700.00 Plus they provided us a whopping $150.00 although the damage was clearly their obligation.

DO NOT HIRE EASY MOVERS IN DALLAS / FORT WORTH!!!

About 5/5/16 this inappropriately named firm (Easy Movers) showed up hours late, were rude and unconcerned about it and then ruined a wall of my new residence. They’ve refused to bargain with me or the Better Business Bureau regarding this issue. They’re definitely the most unethical company of any kind I’ve ever addressed.

PRESSURES YOU INTO LEAVING A DEPOSIT FOR YOUR MOVE STATING THAT THEY HAVE TO RESERVE TRUCK (S), SO I LEFT $300 DEPOSIT AND CANCELED WITHIN A WEEK AND MY MOVE WAS STILL 3 WEEKS OUT THEY HAD NOT RESERVED ANY TRUCKS FOR ME YET AND STILL WOULD NOT REFUND MY DEPOSIT–SAID IT WAS NON REFUNDABLE– BECAUSE I TOLD THEM I COULD NOT AFFORD THEIR SERVICES. . .THEY STILL HAD 3 WEEKS TO REBOOK SOMEONE ELSE IN MY SLOT IT WAS ON A SUNDAY. . .RHONDA MILLER DID NOT TELL ME IT WAS NON REFUNDABLE WHEN SHE ASKED ME FOR IT!! I SIGNED NOTHING, SO EVERYONE ON THE World Wide Web TO BEWARE!

They were suppose to be in the home between 12-2. Did not arrive till 2:10 because of weather and traffic. Loaded quickly. Headed to the next location to pickup additional items. It took an hour to get there. A little longer than I believed. Took an hour to load up things there that I thought shouldn’t have been that long. Altogether it took nearly 4 hrs. To perform the task, which I believed could be carried out in 2-3 hrs.
I wound up paying twice the cost. The driver said that he had been new to the region and wasn’t comfortable to where he had been moving. He had been using his GPS.

The movers came on time and were very professional during the transfer. They first went through the paperwork and explained everything to me. The movers were very cautious with all of my possessions and they were really quickly. They finished the move much sooner than I expected which was fantastic for me personally. I utilized their packaging service for my 4 bedroom house which was really reasonably priced and saved me the problem. They wrapped all of my furniture in blankets and shrink wrap for security. I haven’t been so happy with a local moving company. These guys are excellent, I would strongly suggest them.
