Following the wonderful guy returned and came us, our worst nightmare ensued. The quote came in composing and should you use this business make certain to KEEP IT! Additionally, if they provide to”save your belongings” state NO!!! Since the last bill came (even once they forgot to proceed an entirely ENTIRE ROOM) plus it was $1,500 MORE compared to quotation and wouldn’t provide us access to our storage facility unless we paid it. I even sent a test for the maximum quantity of this quotation and they did not money. Their lawyer contacted us next, demanding the complete amount plus legal fees (currently ) and wouldn’t inform us where our stuff was or if they still had it or provide us access. We ended up needing to hire our own lawyer free of answer from the owners and STILL (6 weeks after ) have no fix without accessibility to our storage facility. Our birth certificates along with significant record are al in there (might I add that those items Weren’t supposed to move to storage but they required them there anyways)
