My adventure with EC Shipping was just one which I wouldn’t wish on anybody else… from begin to complete the encounter was and is still a tragedy. I had a very simple request to quite a frequent destination ( London UK) and they had been totally not able to make it occur. In summary my private belongings were gathered in new york on June 30th with all the knowledge from the business which they’d achieve their intended destination – London – in approximately 8 months possibly 10. In reality I didn’t get my possessions until the next week of November.

I have countless E Mails which have gone forth and back between Daniel at the EC office and me personally following up on easy questions which I never made a direct answer to and which in the end it was clear that he informed barefaced lies.

They had to acknowledge that my possessions had not attained London by the end of September although I were advised ahead that they were around a boat. Finally a few months later and with more lies they broadcast freighted them to me, however at this point the damage has been done concerning prices and anxiety incurred.

The stress and additional costs that the incompetence of the company has generated me that I wouldn’t wish on anybody – shifting is a stressful practice and nothing that this business did conquer that anxiety in any manner actually quite the contrary.

Numerous telephone voice Mails and E Mails into the President of the Business went unanswered and she’s never listened to me for the wreck tension and expense I have had to survive as a consequence of the incompetence.

They agreed to give me a partial refund at the same point and after that never delivered to the promise. .

So I expect that anyone Who’s considering using this Corporation will believe again once They’ve looked at this particular review, They Don’t need to be in company – AVOID

Don’t believe East Coast transportation. This provider isn’t reliable in any way. My loved ones and I needed to move from Florida to Europe and reliable East Coast transport with this particular movement along with all our possessions. All. Our entire family. Two months when they picked up our belongings from our house we had been informed that all our possessions were stolen. A complete container. Everything was gone: furniture, TVs, bicycle, clothing, shoes, household equipment… We had nothing left but those few things we had in our luggage with us. Approximately 9 or 10 other households had been effected and had all stolen. We did not even receive the amount in the insurance however a little volume. Nothing near the damage. It had been horrible and the worst thing that happened in our own life. Family photos, novels, everything went!

East Coast Shipping was not a great deal of responsive or help. Everybody involved in this scenario supposed that this is an inside job!

A couple of months after we were advised that the authorities had discovered the stolen container at a playground in Miami. Not many bits (clothing and approximately 3 Tupperware containers) were discovered. But regrettably East Coast Shipping was not even able to ship us that correctly. We shipped us clothing from some other households and were unable to correct this. Daniel never responded to our emails and nobody else did either.

We’re still suffering from this occasionally. You are able to replace clothing but other items are irreplaceable. Take note! Rather select a different business!

I transferred my home products from miami into london. The communications were weak. I had been granted no timelines. After my things were picked up abruptly I obtained no longer answers apparently because of”deadlines” therefore that my inquiries were dismissed.
My paperwork wasn’t handed over correctly to Euro band – that I needed to re explain my place and newspaper job for re importation into U.K.
In regards into payment I had been sent a statement with no timeline prior to my merchandise arrived.
Additionally when my merchandise were in vent and that I attempted to cover they had been pleased to take card payment when I paid a 4 percent surcharge card processing charge that’s prohibited in the state of Florida. When I questioned this I advised me it had been composed in their bill therefore I needed to cover it � I said no… and also they stated if we remove the choice that you cover with card and may simply pay by transport…
I wouldn’t accept that. The accounts individual refused to request their attorney for credentials nor receive his supervisor involved. My products have been held in port as he’s not solved this – shocking. Levying another incorrect feee (like others I haven’t mentioned was removed which I whined about for example 75 bucks for satisfying in an insurance policy form. .)
They also won’t win as it’s state law about the incorrect card feee after which discrimination by eliminating the right to pay by card since he’s currently asserting my payment is overdue having never stated that until!! And my reply always being exactly the same before It’s onland through habits that I had been paying them to handle that I Wouldn’t pay – so after through I said I’d pay and they then play matches and inflict prohibited charges

I give this business zero celebrity because I don’t suggest that anybody use this business – they don’t care about your cargo whatsoever and isn’t realiable.

I hired this firm to transfer my boxes out of North Carolina into Sydney Australia. My boxes DID NOT arrive in Sydney in the estimated time. We contacted Daniel and he kept telling us one lie after another. Several months later (over six months), my brother who’s in NC began helping people pursue the issue by exploring, reaching and calling out to OTHERS from the warehouse. Eventually another type employee from the warehouse began hunting for our boxes and eventually found our boxes placing at a corner of the warehouse!!! If not for the brother that had been consistent and reached out to other people – my boxes could not have been discovered! We had been awaiting the boxes in Sydney in Anxiety.

The boxes eventually came in Sydey- 1 year after!!! My 6 month old infant is now 1.5 years old!!! Half of the dispatch things containing baby things could no more be utilized! Additionally, I must earn more payment to the Australian business getting my shipment before I could collect my boxes. For some reason, the shipment came in Melbourne first until it made to Sydney further delaying the dispatch. Yes – we received our shipment following ONE YEAR.

They all did was apologise. We obtained NO COMPENSATION regardless of insurance in the corporation. We experienced so much anxiety, frustration and hassle.

We’ve moved a lot of times so that we knew exactly what to expect and the way things are done with specialists. East Coast transport proved completely unprofessional and couldn’t meet one promise they left. This was an worldwide movement so everything needed to be punctually and coordinated with the local delivery container. The movers were also scheduled to be in our home at 8:30am rather after chasing down them they eventually showed up at only past 1pm. The movement demanded at least four people and only 2 showed up. They showed up in a Enterprise leased truck with a few boxes, so we might have hired a few of high school kids to find this kind of service. Definitely being overdue and without adequate funds the packaging took considerably more instead of the day that they promised. This afternoon the container didn’t appear at 9am as maintained therefore the movers afterward told us they needed to depart (leaving us having a home filled with boxes) to visit a different job. We were subsequently lied also & advised this task when 30min off when actually it had been 3hrs away. We predicted East Coast transport in a fear they subsequently needed to monitor these movers since they also had no clue what was happening. They eventually came back stinking of marijuana to load a container which showed around 3hrs late. East Coast Shipping contracted our entire workout, they had no charge or some other grade of support. The movement was totally twisted and unprofessional, when we approached East Coast Transport relating to this they refused any obligation. They obviously took on a project they could not handle only to bill us over $7000 for sub regular service in the slightest. I would advise NEVER applying this business because you can not trust that will appear to perform the task, should they perform or some other warranties they create.

PLEASE DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY – they dropped all of our things (container”vanished” in their land ), and then refused to compensate us for our losses regardless of the fact that we purchased insurance from their spouse company. We lost all of our things – we all got out of them was a”sorry”. .

Daniel along with the teams in the Los Angeles and Auckland were quick, effective, and professional in every facet of our movement. They certainly surpassed expectations in all facets including their versatility around our passing. Our dispatch arrived early, with no breakages and without the hidden prices. I would strongly recommend!!

East Coast Shipping was recommended to me by a friend and I am so glad I phoned them. They’re reliable, friendly and professional. They came on time and went to great lengths to shield my furniture, wrap it with caution and carrying it out carefully.
