My move from Michiagan to Texas

We utilized East Coast Moving in March to vacate a household member’s apartment after an abrupt departure.   We contacted the workplace right, who managed everything professionally and instantly.  They even came last minute to clean the flat Once the individual scheduled to perform it was inaccessible.   Both men who vacated the flat, loaded and unloaded the leasing truck were also instant, careful and efficient.   In a really stressful period we appreciated how well the transfer was East Coast Moving & Storage managed and would urge for local moving needs.

Can't say enough about this company!

I moved into New Jersey in Florida and East shore made the procedure as simple as it might be. Their quote was quite inexpensive and there wasn’t any openings during. Quite professional the entire time and actually made me feel at ease. They took great care of my possessions, I’d refer this business to anybody I know who’s moving. THANKS EAST COAST! Everything was completed on time that was quite important.

    THIS IS AMAZING!

I adore this shifting service. They’ve arrived punctually with my possessions to my new house and that I would not understand what I could say about it! I was so amazed about how the ceremony was, how fragile they manages my things and they listen to directions very well. I’d advise these to some of the men and women that are moving from state where they’d needa lengthy distant moving business!

    Overall Move Experience

After past issues going by myself I made a decision to search professionals. East Coast Moving & Storage saved me a huge aggravation and gave outstanding support. This movement proved to be a significant one and my wife was concerned about a few of our delicate items and brand new furniture. These men put her worries to rest. Not only did people proceed an outrageous number of things immediately but nothing has been lost or harmed. The movers were courteous and really cared for our items.I believe the best thing about this adventure is your cost. These men give fair rates and go over and beyond what you pay them to perform. If you’re like me and hate moving, do your self a favor and also have these professionals do it for you.

    Wow

I’d never had a very long distance move, therefore I moved to http://www.moveroftheyear.com to have a look at testimonials. I came across East Coast Moving and Storage and contacted them. It had been the best choice I could have created. They decided how big my movement and set up everything instantly. The cost of 2350 that they lent me never changed. They came on time, went on the paperwork with me, and promised me that they would look after everything, which they did. They called to ensure that someone could be home when they came, and they came on time with all of my things undamaged. They carefully chosen my things in the truck, took them into their various chambers, and constructed the items which they promised they’d. They managed the remaining portion of the payment easily, we completed the last paperwork, and they thanked me for the enterprise. I wouldn’t be afraid to utilize East Coast Moving and Storage for any of my shifting needs and would suggest them to anybody for any size move.

Helped take some of the stress out of my move to TX

I’d extensively searched for reviews on the internet, and finally stumbled upon East Coast Moving and Storage that has high compliments on a lot of different sites. As soon as I phoned my brother in law who’s in the army and must go back and forth between army bases from Florida to South Carolina he highly recommended ECM&S. So I went with it and it payed off tremendiously not merely was that the cost aggressive, but they really took a few of the strain from this transfer. The professionalism and courteousness of the team was sudden from a moving business, however, it helped me to handle my items and be certain everything was arranged effectively for your transfer. I’d certainly use them again heaven forbid we must return to FL.

From Bitter to a Sweet Move.

We’d less then 24 hours to choose a go half way throughout the nation. We’re a household of five. This was provided alongside my husband’s large break advertising. I’d just never anticipated to become uprooted so far off so fast. We’re leaving Michigan and led to Louisiana in less then two months after 19 decades. I wouldn’t like anybody helping me with all our items and that I was feeling helpless every time a large East Coast Moving & Storage truck had pulled upward. I understand the blood pressure wasn’t great like my disposition. In the very first moment they’d stepped foot into the home until the moment that they left, I couldn’t stop complimenting all of those men. I had been feeling the expense to proceed was worth twice. They were so far more subsequently furniture movers. Professional, comprehending, and so agreeable. I strongly suggest East Coast Moving & Storage. It revealed that they really cared for my loved ones and our matters. Thank you again.

Smooth Move, No Hiccups, No Bumps!

I began my own interaction with all East Coast Storage and Moving at November 12th, 2015. I needed to transfer a completely furnished 2 bedroom flat plus a 10×15 storage in Illinois all the way down south to Tennessee, so it was no little job. But, East Coast Transferring were exceptionally professional, and provided reasonable moving costs, so I made the decision to go with using these to move me. Everything was scheduled with no hiccup.

On the afternoon of the packaging and moving, East Coast delivered over a group of specialists that were all very hardworking, meticulous, and comprehensive. Everything was packaged with perfection in the moving truck and also nicely shielded. Moreover, the movement was smooth with no objects breaking. In the end, because of East Coast, the 7+ hour transfer went beautifully with no lumps or unanticipated delays. I’m extremely delighted with the simplicity of professionalism and use of both East Coast Moving and Storage. I strongly recommend this business for anybody’s prospective moving needs!

    Moving

Typically I totally dread moving due to my experience with it at the Army but once I needed to move from Michigan to Texas to get work, East Coast going made it nearly effortless. The team were well presented, professional and friendly during the whole procedure and my possessions were in pristine condition if they had been delivered. What I was even more astounded at was that the cost of the ceremony that came out to among the cheapest quotes I’d obtained in the weeks leading up to my own move. Total this experience has left me dread going even less and that I mean in the future to utilize East Coast moving again. With those who care for transferring your possessions as safely and quickly as you can as you can do would be something beyond words.

    Amazing Experience

I’m quite happy to have done business with East Coast Storage and Moving! I recently chose in Ohio to North Carolina, in order for the husband to better pursue his livelihood and also for us to become closer to our families. The total price of my transfer was approximately $2200, that was a terrific bargain in comparison to other offers I’d obtained from additional moving companies. The team has been very professional and easy to use, in relation to what I had to occur in order for this movement to be prosperous. I would strongly suggest this service to anybody, based from this terrific experience I have had!

These guys are wonderful. Helped us proceed our two bedroom apartment into a three bedroom home. Super professional and efficient. Covered all furniture together with protective sheets and tightly wrapped every one. Nothing has been damaged in the procedure. They disassembled and reassembled our furniture. No hidden charges, no surprises. We’ll be keeping them in mind for our next movement and will surely refer our family and friends to them. Highly suggested. The expense of the transfer was roughly $3000 coming from Texas to Long Beach, CA, that required 5 times, which is excellent under these specific conditions.

Excellent carrier if you want to move junk

If you’re interested in finding a moving company to move your possessions to the ditch, then that is the firm for you. Entirely lousy performance, with zero client service and ethics. If you intend on transferring great items then I’d run away as quickly as possible. The BBB score isn’t recognized by this organization.

Man these guys actually bailed me out of a challenging circumstance. I was stuck with no inspector following the company I reserved with only bailed on me and I had been scrambling to locate somebody and they were all quoting me very hi tech prices. Fortunately I discovered Andrew in East Coast who had a truck in the region and managed to come out and pick me up that afternoon to get a excellent price and the men worked their buts off to catch me out in time to the closing on my property. Good job along with the crew pioneer Danny was a true funny personality and that will help take the edge off the procedure.

    Great Movers

East Coast Moving  was professional and prompt, came when they said they would and done exactly as anticipated. They’re friendly, prompt, courteous, and attentive. That having been said, when you’ve got things that can’t be replaced, it is well worth the extra money outlay to prevent unnecessary harms and also have a primary class mover manage your stuff. Can use East Coast back, and would recommend them to some family and friends searching for a moving company that they don’t need to fret about headaches or damages. I discovered East Coast Moving on moveroftheyear.com and I’m happy I did. The transfer went flawlessly and if its time to move again eats Coast Moving would be those that I will use.

    Job Well Done

I’m an Art Director and I had been known to East Coast Storage and Moving with a colleague of mine to get a photo-shoot that we were having weekly. The group was excellent at moving about plenty of bulky and expensive equipment, and place material which our PA’s weren’t comfortable moving around state. East Coast arrived through a pinch. They have been priced quite and now they are definitely going to be my 1st option movers for each of my staging and meeting across state. Transferring has always been a pain for the loved ones. The children don’t ever wish to pack their items. As for me, I do not blame them. Nevertheless, the real moving part will get exhausting. We transferred from Florida to Colorado and East Coast Moving & Storage were a few true life savers. When we finally got into our new house, they had been there waiting for us with all of our possessions intact. Our final invoice was offered at about $3000. Definetley the very best method to go!!!

I’ve really fragile artworks I’ve accumulated through time. I really like how they patiently wrapped and loaded them. They are rather delicate.
They packed my entire residence and had me delivered in a couple of days. I used to not break a sweat going this moment. I loved that they had the best price ( a bit under 3000). Others were quoting a couple of grand more.

    Made my move easy!

To begin with I must thank East Coast Proceed in their best execution, from first scheduling to pickup and shipping, they have been with me each step along the way. My proceed together with East Coast came to short notice, however their quality and experience far exceeded my fantasies and expectations. I’d only gotten a new job at California however just had fourteen days to be there also and hadn’t any idea how I’d have the ability to attain moving my loved ones, myself and household in this kind of little time-frame. My moving planner, John was particularly beneficial in maintaining my stress levels down since he gave me his word that they’d have the ability to achieve this with utmost accuracy, an arrangement which he or even East Coast certainly delivered on. I had been given excellent strategies on the way our furniture and items ought to be packaged, and so what I believed could be completely hard was really quite simple thanks to the amazing moving firm. I discovered staying in touch with John was be an important affair. I had been quoted a far lower cost compared to the 2 businesses I previously contacted and watched some very great reviews with this business so naturally I made a decision to use them since my valuables are quite valuable to mepersonally, a few of which belonged to my grandparents therefore that the nostalgia I purchase out of them (such as grandmother’s old coffee table) were really worth a whole lot longer for me than their real cost. I set down a fairly compact deposit and if going day came John phoned me personally to make sure he relieved any tension I had been feeling (thanks John! ) ) To keep things operating smoothly. When the moving men loaded my items on the vehicle I received my entire family together and then we set off on our trip throughout the state to California. We arrived in our new house in California just before our things got there so that we can make certain all of our items were still in great shape (they were) since they arrived away from the moving truck. Lo and behold, not 1 thing was busted which we can easily tell by how the boxes still looked new and recently packaged since the movers unloaded the vehicle in an expeditious way. I can’t say how happy I was that not one of grandmother and grandpa’s old items had been broken or lost and as for all of the other things, they had been at A+ condition. I’d certainly utilize East Coast Proceed and recommend them for any family or friends that consult with me about which moving business they ought to utilize to be sure everything gets from point A to point B, then attentively. Thanks again John and East Coast Proceed for this a great moving experience. I begin work on Monday, so wish me luck!

    They are the Best

These men are the best hands down!! They were complete pros –they came on time, packed everything neatly so all of my items arrived in on part in precisely the exact same state as I needed them prior to the move! They promised me that the movement would be eloquent, but I was doubtful. Definitely demonstrated me wrong. I couldn’t have asked for a better moving business compared to East Coast Moving & Storage. Additionally, pricewise I’d say this business provides you a deal for just how well their support is! I’d certainly recommend them to friends.

Nice job with my daughter's move.

My kid and her two kids were coming back home to Florida and also had a house-full of furniture, clothing, toys and individual results. I’ve got a buddy who lives close to her who’d lately transferred from Florida to Texas. When I inquired who transferred him, he advocated East Coast Moving and Storage. I am happy I accepted the recommendation. The quoted”quote” was precisely what we paid. Everything was filled with caution, along with the motorist and loaders were good with all the children who wished to”aid”. Everything arrived in 1 piece. They unloaded and put each one of the cartons and furniture in which my daughter requested them to, and they required extra care to defend the walls and doors. They even wiped their feet each time that they entered the home. That can be an experienced moving company which I highly recommend these to anybody.

    Smooth & Easy Move

My wife and I recently transferred from Lake Worth, FL, to Lake Tahoe, CA, also desperately wanted a great moving company. We flew around, but proceeded with our initial locate, East Coast Moving. Although I do not have a great deal of expensive possessions, the transfer cost about a few of grand, therefore it had been worth the expense. I was dismissed how blessed the movers were and that they have been super professional. They even took a small amount of additional time to deal with a number of our delicate things with caution and that meant a great deal. Time means money, but those men were not likely to cut corners by being reckless with all our stuff. In general, an excellent service and I’d gladly hire them again. . .if I needed to move this much again. That I am hoping I do not need to proceed this way again.

    Great Move

I’m quite delighted with my general experience with East Coast. I’ve moved a few times say to state and also have had some bad experience previously. After I watched these men are licensed, I had been sold. This had been such a releif if their truck showed up, observing that East Coast was a real company not a broker. The packaging and wrapping of my furniture has been good. It was pleasant to have the ability to use their own free storage that they provide so that I wasn’t hurried in my new place.

Originally I received a call from several businesses hoping to offer me estimates and a few costs which were great and some were crazy. After careful study I discovered this organization and they had been with me until the finish. Real Movers

East Coast did such a fantastic job. I was very worried after with a transfer go bad a couple of years ago with a broker. My sales representative Jason promised me that it had been a all inclusive quotation, which they had been an actual moving company, that they had been. The means by which the movers wrapped & packaged my furniture far surpassed my expectation. I end up carrying less boxes afterward we anticipated and the cost went down in the initial quotation of $2400 to $2200. Being delivered in 5 times from Florida to New Jersey was a boon.

    Thank God For Real Movers

Thank You Up To East Coast!! From begin to finish the movement went exactly like Jason stated it would. The men packed up my entire home, and crated my china cupboard that’s been in my family for the last 80 decades. The delivery went fast even with all the crazy weather in PA.. When you’ve got a whole lot of delicate items I suggest using their whole pack services. I’ve been ripped off previously, but was reassured when I watched their fairings. Take Advantage of These Men!

This was supposed to be stressful.

Transferring from Texas to Oregon is assumed to become a nightmare. This movement was not. I recieved professional, courteous support in the quote to the shipping. The pricing that I recieved was honest. I had been given guidance about the best way best to package to make the transfer easier. The few exceptional directions I needed to offer were recieved without difficulty and followed to the letter. My pickup was on loading and time was smooth. I had been kept appraised of my shipping, which was instant. Unloading was equally as easy as loading, without any damage or lost items. This was altogether an unexpectedly pleasant moving experience. I have, also certainly will suggest these guys to family and friends.

The Best Moving Company That Hard to Beat!!!

    East Coast Moving and Storage:
    Service: 5 stars-Customer support: 5 stars-Timeliness: 5 stars-Quality of support: 5 stars-Efficiency: 5 stars-OVERALL = 5 STARS!!
It started with the first phone call: They’re simple to comprehend, making certain to spell out the procedure, fees I need to expect (That was 2000$ not a terrible price!) , and anticipated time-line for the transfer.   I believed I had to phone around, and from this number of moving firms, East Coast Moving and Storage stood above the rest as being the very informative over the telephone.   After I was ready I called back and talked to one of there reps.  She did not get from the phone till she affirmed that both folks + trucks could be accessible. They came on time, and prepared to proceed.   They did a Fast review of what we would be moving, and so were both very professional and personable.   Whenever they had been unsure of something they’d inquire, and that I could not think the hustle of those men, actually on a milder day like this. They explained All the paperwork, and the anticipated time to arrive at my new place.   They got there in fantastic moment, and were instantly able to begin because we had the parking areas reserved. They helped build some of my furniture to be certain it would all fit. East Coast Storage and Moving were super useful!  I’d certainly use them again, and I have already recommended them to my friends.

    Professional and Fantastic!!

I had been offered a fantastic job with fantastic pay in Texas, but the one issue was that I’ve got a 3 bedroom house I needed to transfer from Florida to Texas. This alone made me want to turn down the project. I’ve been required to use movers previously and the experience wasn’t great. This time I requested all of my loved ones members and friends to get a referral but nobody needed a business which they’d advise. After waiting until the last moment I decided to google several businesses. The quotes were anywhere from $4000 to $5500 before I talked with a gentleman in East Coast Moving & Storage who listened attentively to what I wanted, gave me an superb shipping period however a quotation of $3,200. The men delivered my whole home scrape free, marginally before assured, and from the large professional team I’ve ever hired. I needed to take the time to write this review as it’s so difficult finding a business such as this. East Coast Moving and Storage is just five star excellent! Now I have a business that I’ll recommend to everybody.

    Customer for LIFE!

What a difference! I have had to move from state before, and after all I have been through with agents lying about cost, the supplies and services they supply, lying about charges that the carrier that they hired employed for my move..Ugh!

Anyhow, I talked with Brian, that had been amazingly informative and he helped me feel at ease. I had been quite near to leasing a truck and doing it myself, but after finally talking to a man who cared for their occupation, and got me a cost that was just really better than the agents, I felt great about reserving.

They came on time, delivered in time, and required great care of my items. I needed to write this review since I really don’t want anyone else to have screwed over by a broker or overpay for Mayflower. Thanks so much to Brian, the team on the vehicle, and whomever else made this happen!

East Coast Moving Hit the mark in service

Everything about my transfer was fairly much as good as it might be due to the experts in East Coast Moving and Storage.  I couldn’t have asked for a much better move. The communication was nicely maintained during my movement. I moved from FL to Reno nv therefore its a very long way off and I still got my items inside my delivery window. The driver kept me informed when anything was quitting him for making it on time or merely upgrading me on where he was on the street. When my items arrived it arrived just as I left it. Nothing was lost and everything seemed like it was not transferred. They really did a fantastic job with my relocation and I love that there’s an organization that cares.

    Worth Every Penny

We chose to relocate along with my brand new family from Texas to Florida since my wife obtained a teaching job there so we decided to pack up and move. I was somewhat nervous because we had a huge house filled with things. I did some surfing online and hurried into Walla. I phoned up and straight off and  that I had a very pleasant talk with the sales man. He was very patient while I proceeded through a lengthy list of stock and obtained a perfect quotation that my spouse and I consented to. We reserved the transfer date and the movers arrived and were quite punctual. They understood exactly what they were doing and they were very attentive and professional with our possessions. They sent the material into our new residence and puts all in every room hurt free. We could not be more happy that it was all over and we had the ability to be located in such a brief moment. I suggest this company since they knew that going can be quite stressful and they exhausted to make it as simple as you can on us from begin to finish. Certainly worth every cent and time! Highly recommended

    Excellent Moving Service Overall

When going from Indianapolis,Indiana into Scottdale,GA.. I had been concerned not just with impacts of these a long distance movement would affect my developing family but exactly how and whom’d proceed everything we ever had to our new house. I’ve transferred more than once since my job requires it of me but at the previous different movers I’ve gone with have been less than satisfactory. This time on the recommendation of my buddy I did a little additional study and boy did I luck out by this particular business. Not only were the movers really on the time, they were courteous and very professional even piling it in a separate sequence when my five year-old son became worried about his tender ( a filled cat) could be hurt. Surely goes with them again together with should I move again anytime soon.

    Great Experience

As soon as I discovered my husband had been moving us from Florida to California I had no clue where to get started. A buddy of mine recomended East Coast Moving & Storage and I am happy she did. I always dread going. Moving to a new home in another area is hard and stressful enough. Moving across the nation is monumental. They were so pleasant and quite professional. They left packaging up a 4 bedroom home nearly seem interesting, and for just a bit over $3000-a lot less cash than I anticipated. They came on time and worked hard doing what they could to make us packed up and moved punctually. Once in California, I could not help wondering what state our”home” will be in after it came. How much harm would there be? To my surprise, however, the only thing damaged in the movement was a vase which my son accidently knocked off a plate. They came on time as promised and we obtained the exact same expert support we obtained in Florida. I’d deffinately recommend East Coast Moving & Storage for everyone and anyone needing a moving company they can expect.

    Fantastic Job

Transferring was trying enough without worrying about whether or not our stuff will make it on the opposite end. The workers and movers left it even less stressful for people by being careful, friendly, and expert in contact to the very end. The stress I experienced in trusting someone with our households most valuable things was put to facilitate once I spoke with workers. Upon arrival they handled out possessions together with the respect and care I had been guaranteed. In the conclusion of this lengthy trip our items were just because they were earlier. Good customer support from 1 end of this excursion to another. Hopefully I do not go again, but when I do I’ll call these men!!!

    Excellent Moving Experience

This was undoubtedly the very best moving experience I’ve ever had. Personally, I have worked with some moving companies through time, and allow me to inform you, that this provider will be the poster child for both professionalism and perfection. I would strongly suggest them to your next transfer. The group has been on time, considerate and attentive with all of my things. They never had a moment once I was concerned that anything could be broken. All of my house was carefully moved to the truck and packaged so and correctly to guarantee maximum security during transport. Should you want to employ a moving agency, look no farther than East Coast Moving & Storage. You will not be let down!

    Well organized and very skilled

My husband proceeded to Richmond this past year and afterwards dwelling individually for 9 weeks, it was time to get me and the children to go from Austin to Richmond to reside together with my husband. He hired East shore storage & moving since he had a friend working in the business. I was not quite certain about the organization but they really came out. I’ve a great deal of items and when it had been up to some inexperienced firm, it might take forever to package and move all of my items. The team delivered from East shore, nevertheless, was quite experienced and skilled. They took just 4 hours to effectively package everything. I saw as they taken everything from my home without resulting in any harm for my valuables. The walls of my previous home did not endure any scratches. These guys were very well structured and organized. I strongly suggest hiring them to your next transfer.

    Great Service

I never used a moving agency earlier, and they made it simple, fast, and professionally performed. They come punctually to my place and got right to work. I didn’t need to let them be mindful or to see it. I trusted them with my fraglie things, and they handled my thongs as though it had been there own items. They where organized and put on how they place all of my items from the truck. They did all of this at a good about of time too. I’m delighted with support, and when I want to move from texas to florida back, I’d call them.  The transfer went well!

    Pleasantly Surprised

So I have heard a few negative reviews about this organization but they looked like they had been thrown far out of proportion. I chose to test them anyway to determine how awful they allegedly were. I sent them an email with my stock record and we consented to the movers coming to your home at 10 am. They showed up at 9:58 along with 3 men. I had been careful to inform them that things were delicate because I did not want them breaking anything. But, I discovered that this was unnecessary since they were really cautious with everything. (This was really evident once I looked within my things once I came; there was just a busted photograph in one of those boxes, but that was definitely because I fell the box while I was compiling some of the things round ) They came in the point that we ordered over email and also were equally attentive unloading since they were still loading. In terms of the price,  we agreed on about $3000, which I discovered to be wholly fair considering the amount that I needed to move along with the support that I received. I have recommended this to a few of my buddies who had been contemplating moving and they have been alike please with this service.

    Great Service

I hired East Coast Moving and Storage to look after my transfer and I could not be happier. After reading all of the horrible things that had happened to folks that I was considering just moving myself. However, once I talked to Kate she put my mind at ease. The movers were courteous and very professional. They kept in contact with me upgraded me across the way. When they delivered everything was in 1 bit and they did a fantastic job. I would recommend this company to anyone searching for a trusted REAL moving firm. Thank you East Coast for taking great care of me and my loved ones. Moving is stressful enough but by far that has been the smoothest experience so far.

    Great adventure

East Coast Moving and Storage has been a very excellent option made by my spouse from reviews that are online.  We were really delighted with them showing up early because we still had some packaging left, which they cordially and politely offered to help us with.  These men were professional and courteous throughout the whole experience.  Upon arrival in our new location, they made fast work of unloading and positioning of our whole household contents.  I was quite happy and would invite everyone to think about them as a step above the restof the I was happy to find that there wasn’t any damage or breakage as care was taken throughout the excursion and also at both ends to guarantee security and attention for our belongings.  thanx guys.

    Outstanding Service!

The provider’s support was great to say the very least. The team was very friendly and professional. They moved quickly and manage all our possessions with caution. They had been punctual with delivery and pick-up, and all our stuff has been delivered without the damages that surprised me because of my prior experiences with moving businesses. They brought our things at a time period and have been out and in before I understood it for an extremely reasonable cost in comparison with the other regional competitors. I was more than pleased with the professionalism and general support that they provided to family and me on this short notice. It had been worth every penny because of their excellent support. I strongly recommend that if you’re trying to find a grade A moving cost for the ideal cost, then search no more. In my experience with them in relation to my previous experiences with moving firms, they EASILY beat out the contest by using their upstanding professionalism, exceptional support, and cost.

Along with this movement, I utilized his storage centers while I was off on holiday and what was secure and that I managed to speak with the staff about any issues. Awesome Job Moving Coast to Coast!

The next review is of this great experience I had with all the East Coast Moving & Storage. Initially, like most folks I know, I was not too confident about these. I’m just that way with the majority of businesses whom I’ve little to no experience together, and therefore that I will not get into this. So after determining to pursue their solutions, I left THE telephone. This first impression will be the most crucial to me personally. This could make or break down the my choice to go together. I was surprisingly happy and amazed with how quickly I spoke with a real man once I called. Not the typical overloaded menu program everybody appears to be using nowadays. I attached fast to Earl and that he had been so lovely and so useful. I was really pretty impressed with just how simple it had been to create the appointment together with the movers. Earl was super pleasant and also incredibly effective at getting me set up with my movement. He certainly knew what he was doing. I chased him and waited to get moving day. When moving day came I eagerly watched to find out exactly what time the movers could really arrive. To my surprise that the movers were on time! In itself was a massive surprise! They showed such respect and care if loading all of my things and they have been some of the funniest people I’ve ever met. I truly enjoyed talking about them. They were quite effective at getting all of my things ready to go also, I enjoyed that a lot. The cross state drive time has been right to the money for coming at my new house in sunny CA. They created real great moment. When they arrived in my new location they revealed exactly the identical attention and respect to my possessions as though they loaded up it in FL. I managed to to get my things off the truck and also in my new place all before supper. I was glad I had the remainder of the night to repay from the transfer. I actually enjoy the organization and I would certainly use them again in the long run for ANY shifting needs. Thank you guys!

    East Coast Moving and Storage

The ceremony was amazing. Strong five stars. I’ve moved many times previously and this was by far the best experience I’ve had. I transferred an whole family of furniture and other possessions. The transfer was timely, and my things were taken very good care of, nothing broken and nothing stolen. I had been in a small hurry and wanted my things fast and they delivered in time. I strongly recommend this firm. I moved from Texas to Arizona and that I inquired for my possessions to be sent to me in Arizona a mere four days following pick-up when I came in AZ myself and it had been completed! Fantastic men, clean trucks and superb customer services. Much appreciated. I don’t have any complaints. Reasons I’d select East Coast Moving and Storage:  -The cost was great. I phoned on three firms to bid the job and this one provided the best cost at roughly $3000 when done and said. They didn’t try to nickle and I whatsoever. The price they offered me was that the price I paid! A great surprise.  -Expert employees. The team took their jobs seriously and that I felt like my things were in great hands from the beginning, and they had been.  -Timely. The pick-up and delivery equally occured within half an hour of estimated time that was amazing, no waiting around on my part.  -Cleanliness. My things didn’t become dirty or dusty just like other movers I’ve used previously. They had been picked-up and delivered at precisely the exact same state that’s astonishing considering the dirt and dusty in both AZ and Texas. They did a fantastic job protecting my things. Thank you! -Efficiency. The procedure for moving is among the worst. However, East Coast Moving and Storage actually lessened the strain and pressure by consenting to pick-up and send my things in time and also the confidence that they’d be cared for and protected throughout the transfer. I’ve not discovered a single scrape anything, everything was unloaded because it had been loaded and that I the team was really very pleasant and accommodating.

    Good Affordable Chicago Movers

I was amazed by a few of the costs these movers were providing me when I first started getting moving estimates. The costs were all around the area and the mad thing is that the movers using the greatest prices needed the worst prices and testimonials. The supposed large name businesses have a lot of complaints and what they cost is absurd. So I am rather happy with the consequence of my movement with East Coast. That they piggybacked my transfer to LA with a few others and not just gave me a excellent price but also the service was impeccable too. The packaging was good and the men were favorable.

    Stellar customer service

East Coast Moving and Storage is your best moving service around.   My wife called a couple of other moving companies before choosing this one, plus they were all disorganized (i.e never understood their particular schedules, or flat out denied service).   We were so relieved when we predicted East Coast when they stated they can do the movement, and naturally the movement was fast, cheap, and worry free.   When they came they were so kind and professional.   Our boxes have been managed with 100% attention and care, nothing missing or broken.

Couldn't Have Went With A Better Company

To start, I want to say I couldn’t have travelled with a much better company. The efficacy, kindness, and professionalism of the salesmen was incredible. The situation under which I had been working with were not quite negotiable, but they certainly did their very best to move my possessions within a nice time range.
I’m an IT specialist and recently moved my residence and workplace from Florida to California. This usually means transferring a great deal of electronics, file cabinets for storage, chairs, desks, together with my personal possessions. In addition, I have a 7 month old, which meant ensuring that his possessions were not damaged during the transfer. The pick afternoon was on a Wednesday, and that I needed to be in California by that next Monday. I am confident that you could know the amount of pressure I was under; not having faith in my own ability to find all of my items from 1 nation to another. So on this Wednesday my matters were carefully loaded on a massive truck and that I was advised that I could anticipate my possessions to be sent by Sunday.
Thursday my baby and I boarded a plane for California. We came,  settled in, and got acquainted with the region where we now reside. On Saturday my items have been delivered. I could not believe how fast they arrived. Everything was in exactly the exact same condition and I could not have been more grateful for how thoughtful the guys were. This allowed me time to comfortably organize matters.
If you’re moving from 1 nation into another, I highly suggest going for this provider! They’re considerate, kind, and quite trustworthy. Fantastic Customer Support, Ultimate Experience! Thank You!!

I was quite worried to own strangers go my particular items, but they took good care of my things and made sure that they were secure. My main fear of moving companies is getting my own things stolen or broken but this firm didn’t make me stress. I Love East Coast Moving And Storage!!!

My spouse and I had been moving because of his occupation going to New York. As most of us know, moving is this a stressful occasion. I had been sitting home one evening and stumbled upon this site: http://www.moveroftheyear.com. I was instantly interested. I phoned them up and got an estimate of $3,000 plus it was a whole lot more reasonable compared to other firms I’d called. They came on time and that the team was really professional. They cared to our things as though it were you own. After we arrived at New York in Maine, our items were in exactly the identical state as they were if they had been loaded on the truck! My husband was quite happy because he had been anxious about his classic train group. I’m quite happy with the support to this point at which I recommended these to other collegues of mine. That can be an All-Star Excellent business. I’ll be using them again. But maybe not too soon hopefully.

Excellent experience throughout the complete process

I normally do not test or rate any business unless I was very pleased and obtained more than I ever anticipated. East Coast Moving & Storage supplied me with over and beyond support! I have heard horrible stories of moving companies, all from broken things to stolen, and absence of promptness. I was hysterical that the items which hold worth (not just price value but people who maintain memories) would endure at the process of movement because of my job move from Florida into PA.. The sales man listened carefully and promised me that it wouldn’t occur (although all of them say that ) and as promised not 1 thing was ruined or lost from trans-course!!
East Coast came at my house for pickup in the time that they said they’d, I even received a courtesy call I want to know that they were in their way! They picked up my furniture with the identical love I would have treated it. It was incredible. The identical service as it obtained to PA, I got a telephone and fell off with the identical TLC!
As a mom (super more protective with my loved ones and my house ) I would suggest this over and over again! Pick East Coast without any doubts, anxieties or thoughts. I was fairly worried throughout the entire circumstance. If I would have know it’d be this anxiety free I would have appreciated my death from FL considerably more!
East Coast should you get to find this: Thanks you again, You cannot imagine what your exceptional service managed to perform to me and my loved ones.

    Excellent service

I had been nervous about a large cross country move. I was anticipating a large, pricey headche however I was pleasantly surprised! The moving team was punctual, polite, and went over and beyond to make sure that my things were delivered in an timely way. I didn’t expect to not have something negative to say by a transfer in Ohio to Richmond, Virginia but they really delivered! I didn’t need to spend anytime with no things I actually wanted. I’d use this company over and over.

    Moved me from Ohio

The support of the company was tremendously excellent. They were quite professional, handled my furniture softly. . They transferred me in Ohio to Alabama with no Hassale. Please think about these movers since the best of their best. The standard of there service wasn’t bad in any way. . Actually they made me appreciate going. Cutting out all of the Hassale they’d one job they arrived and finished it. Very well done. They’ve qualified trucks to your job making transferring simple and simple. When anyone asks who are several decent movers please consult this business to them. As they help move all round the U.S. With quite flexible prices. They’re great at what they do and nobody does it better. When dealing with such movers it is good to leave a favorable review for these

    Unhappy, no delivery yet!

Salesman great.   Thus Far I still have no ETA on my items.   Each two or three days, they let me two or three times…. Four times today!   Do you know their trucks?   Why not they understand where they are?   Why do I get exactly the Identical story four times today?   I would like my items delivered please!   They picked up my things at storage in Florida, also that I want delivery in Virginia.   Not fun sitting at a vacant property.

    Horrible Experience

After scheduling my transfer together with East Coast movers to the dawn of 1/12 with Carlos, I was disheartened while the firm didn’t arrive.  After several telephone calls, I was eventually advised that the delay was due to a flat tire on the vehicle and that I could anticipate movers first thing the next day, 1/13.  I was once frustrated as no movers revealed as scheduled, and after a few telephone calls for Carlos and Gabrielle, movers at an Enterprise truck came at 6:00pm.   I should have obtained these cases as a hint to make agreements with another firm, however I jumped.   Upon delivery of my furniture on 1/22/15, I discovered that although the count of boxes had been right, I actually was in possession of two boxes which belonged to a different client, and brief two boxes containing irreplaceable wedding photos, baby pictures of my only child as well as other personal products.  Not only am I overlooking boxes, but the boxes which did arrive (that was bought new for the transfer ) were smashed with gaping holes.  Canned goods wrapped throughout the home with abandon since the movers introduced these mistreated boxes in.  Upon discovering the mistake that same day, I contacted the motorist who said he didn’t have some of my boxes staying on his truck and he would contact dispatch concerning the problem.  I contacted this firm a total of 37 times between 1/22 and 2/5 abandoned emails and messages to the shipment”customer service representative” delegated to me personally – Gabriella along with the revenue representative Carlos without a return telephone or acknowledgement of my issue.  On 2/5, Bruce Goodman, a”relocation adviser” contacted me and advised me that the whole office was out ill.  While I assured him that I didn’t feel that his workplace was still unmanned for 14 times, he promised me that when I sent him photos of their lot numbers on the boxes which didn’t belong to mepersonally, he’d start the procedure to find my boxes.  In addition, he promised me he’d return to me the next day that could have been 2/6.  It’s currently 2/10, and I’ve received no return calls concerning this issue.  The boxes which are missing include family pictures and things that can’t be replaced. I’ve clarified this in many messages and have yet to be confessed. I entrusted this business to deliver my things and am sorely disappointed in the service obtained.  I want this business to find my boxes and return to recover the boxes which don’t belong to me personally.

    Long-distance move from Indiana
    HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE!

As soon as I signed my lease at my apartment in Austin, in late October I started doing net searches and obtained many emails and telephone calls from moving companies. East Coast Moving and Storage has been one which appeared legitimate-especially after looking in the Better Business Bureau with an A+ rating! This firm had even talked me from being”tricked” by a different firm I had been looking into. How very thoughtful of them! Their site says they aren’t everything and brokers from begin to finish is completed inside their own company. While I really do take blame for not even looking to them more, I regrettably trusted BBB. They’ll also be getting a letter from me and the others who have been wronged by this corporation.
I talked with my very first contact James Long, that appeared very professional and coming. He made everything look simple and dried and cut. I booked together and enabled this business to draw the initial deposit from my bank accounts and has been deposited into their accounts on Nov 2nd. To some business called Elite Relo Service Inc. to a JP Morgan Bank. The contract has been created on 10/20/2017. Additionally, the digital payment was assumed to be 480.00 not 570.00. I had not noticed it until recently when I had been hoping to compile this criticism.
The first quote I got from them was just 1498.20 to get 300cu. As soon as I realized it was not enough distance, I upgraded my stock. When I did so, I worked with Mark. He also sent me a fresh contract. The price went around 3469.78 to get 706cu.
The pickup date has been on November 6th. The white truck using M.A.D. LLC had arrived and loaded my possessions Though the men were very pleasant and handled my items respectfully, the motorist swindled more cash from me stating they had more cu. Feet to match the remainder of my items. (notice that I sent them an itemized listing of exactly what I had been moving and obtained a fresh binding contract out of East Coast Moving and storage on November 2nd) This was once they’d over half loaded. I paid with check #1113 for the following 922.61. The assumed delivery date was November 10th. I did receive a call back to the 10th after I’d called. I wanted to be certain they were not waiting for me personally, as I needed to push down there. I had been told it can take a few weeks in the most. I left a few days after to make sure that I had been there when they had been.
After that time period came and went- with no contact by the business, I called a couple more times. The majority of the time talking to an answering machine or the secretary saying someone would phone me back and upgrade me still no call backs.
I needed to go to Maryland for household business on the 17th for a couple of days and was worried about it arriving when I was not home. I informed them the dates once I’d be out of town. I’d phoned them when I had been there to ensure they got the message since this business hasn’t had great communication with me once I gave them the cash. When I phoned from Maryland, the man I talked to (Anthony) stated it had been sent”today” I informed him I was not in Texas and would not be for a couple more days!
I was getting very frustrated at this time. All I needed was the fact. I had been polite in my discussions and was attempting to work together and gave them every chance to speak with me. I was even hung up on! (Kyle) On November 19th I had been told that the driver was on his way from one of those
dispatch people-either Mark or Kyle. Still no contact or show out of business. On December 4th, I really got two call backs from two distinct people daily. First was Jeremy-supposedly a dispatch man -, though I had been guaranteed to get a call in the owner”Shaun”
. He never called –and when I phoned him I instantly obtained a text saying he could not talk. Never got a text or phone back from him, even though I’d left a message and texts. I again called office, by now I am calling sales office since they aren’t replying the shipment amount. I talk to Mark and he is now allegedly becoming upset with the firm saying he is carrying this”personally” and will request the proprietor”Shaun” what is up with my own things. He says to not worry they’re in a climate controlled storage in Indiana and will be coming between December 12th and the 14th. Still no display.
I’ve had just 5 call backs from this business since November 6th. Every time a different narrative. I had an attorney’s office telephone them and inquire when matters will be coming and Kyle says to not worry…they’re in climate controlled storage and will be coming from December 23rd. Still no display and no call again once I asked what occurred this time. It’s currently 7 months later than initially stated. Means to long for a individual to reside on with just what could fit into a two door Wrangler.
The business advertises they aren’t a broker, then how come you can not stay in touch with your own drivers? I believe they’re fraud, requesting more money than has been in”Binding” contract following matters were loaded, the absence of communication and dreadful customer support only baffles me.
I really don’t know the way the better business bureau can offer them an A+ rating?! Their site has lots of many horrible reviews on this! I am so sorry I thought the Bbb. I wished I would have moved myself or sold everything and bought fresh.

    The reviews are right..STAY AWAY

Only read the 1 star reviews, this business is really a joke. “richard” ensured that my they weren’t agents, and was so polite and professional because he attempted to con me. We agreed upon a price, and he desired a more checking acc#. I wasnt comfy, he consented to waive the 7 percent credit card charge. Gave him the advice, which was the last I heard. Was supposed to obtain a telephone the friday prior to confirm the date, never got the telephone. . I was departing that after friday, therefore mon arrived, zero calls back..needless to mention , I phoned my credit card business, got my cash and never bothered by them again. These liars are still about is remarkable. Only stay away. . I end up using a local plumber, spent an additional $500, and that which made from ny to florida at 10 times without a harm

    HORRIBLE COMPANY - STAY AWAY

Inferior Firm! Pick up in WI was on October 21st. During pickup, I had been asked if they could provide. I informed them the next Friday would be OK. Not a peep out of them before I started placing foot into their butts.

Finest part, I was first told $1690 to get 500 cu. Ft. Then in the time of pickup, $2227.50 to get 600 cu. Ft. My idea, okay fine I’d more then anticipated. I had given them 1660 in the time that I signed together into the day of pickup.
After pickup happended, they kept telling me that my balance is $1717.50.

Now was my delivery day, 6 months later. I got a call from Jeremy and he was still sing the tune of $1717 for the rest. He advised me to send evidence of those 3 deposits I created, and he would have it solved at the conclusion of the day. On the other hand, the motorist who predicted only two hours before he showed up was already at my home. I left work after being there only two hours. I had been missing out on cash whilst attempting to acquire the shipping cared for and the driver could not do anything before I paid $1717.50 or the residue were discovered on the businesses finish. Funny after I could not hold my tongue anymore and sent them copies of files that I maintained, they discovered both deposits and also”accepted them”.

DO NOT BOOK WITH EAST COAST MOVE!! SCAM!!

I reserved my transfer 6 months beforehand and produce a deal together that they’ll refund my deposit if I cancel 5 days prior to my transfer. I predicted a month beforehand and cancelled and requested for refund that they stated they do not refund deposits. I showed him their contract they shipped me that stated they’ll repay my money if cancelled 5 days ahead. Ever since that time, they won’t return my telephone or refund my money. I’ve known each week and still nothing. I assessed their BBB report and they’re AWFUL!!! If you like your money, DO NOT USE THEM!!!!

Stay far away from this company

I’ve had nothing but issues with this company. American Eagle (who afterwards contracted out my move to East Coast Transferring ) picked-up my merchandise on October 19. It’s currently Nov 14 and they’re still sitting in a warehouse. Do not feel the contract once it states they’ll send 21 business days (at the latest). That’s two days from today and it’s not even been placed to a truck. I’ve called many times each week and every time am told that it will be heading out in two or three days. I am always told I’ll get a call back and don’t get them. Then, a week on Thursday, I had been told that it moved out on Tuesday (two weeks ahead: 11/7). When I called today, Tues 11/14 I had been told that it really didn’t head out and was still sitting at precisely the exact same warehouse. I have attached my notes out of my discussions below so that you may view the annoying time that I have had… American Eagle is that I contracted with, East Coast Moving is that they chased it to.

10/19 — Was picked-up. Driver told me it’d go out another day when I predicted tomorrow.
10/20 — Called Lainey in American Eagle and forced the next payment and published the delivery.
10/23 11:50am — Called American Eagle to get a standing, they couldn’t give me one. Sat on hold for 15 minutes and then they wrapped up. Called back and spoke to somebody who said they would need to research and return to me.
10/23 12:28 — East Coast Moving called to affirm that I’m”prepared for my dispatch” — I said yes… there wasn’t any reason to waitfor.
10/24 11:48am — East Coast Moving called and asked about the next payment; advised her that the next payment was created with Lainey on Friday. She stated she’d check on it and call me back if there’s an issue.
10/27 8:40am — Called and talked to Sarah and East Coast Moving… their systems are down, she stated she’d call me back now. (May have predicted back to the 971 amount but I can’t enter vm) No telephone back obtained.
10/30 7:51am — Left a VM (East Coast Moving) as nobody replied.
    10/30 7:54am — Talked into Sasha (American Eagle)… she’ll contact East Coast Moving. (Sasha’s direct number: 844-239-8463 x618)
10/30 — received an email back from Sasha which it’s still in storage and hasn’t yet been delegated to a motorist, yet. Afterward, a later email that it is going to go out in another 2-3 days.
11/3 12:06 — known as American Eagle Moving… nobody available. Called East Coast (Chuck Torrez)… 1879.17 is your equilibrium to cover when they arrive. They’ll call on Monday to tell me exactly what the strategy is. Driver is delegated.
11/6 8:31am — East Coast Transferring, nobody available. American Eagle, no more on accessible. Tried East Coast Moving… (Chuck Torrez replied this time — conducts client support for the two groups). He states they’re telling him that it’ll arrive from the 16th or 17th. Asked for him to have a supervisor call. Chuck stated he or a supervisor would call me back now.
11/6 pm — Chuck called back to say that it would leave on Wed and arrive from the 15th or 16th.
11/9 10am — East Coast moving client serv -> nobody available… East Coast moving shipment -> nobody accessible… American Eagle Moving Dispatch -> Aaron… he strove for 20 minutes to find somebody who might give me a response but it resembles that the dispatcher is out to dinner. He said he would have them contact me directly.
11/9 1pm — East Coast customer support -> Spoke to Chuck… declares he watched it loading on the truck. It left on Tuesday in 1:03pm. Estimated in five times… 3 motorists… coming to me and then on to Hillsboro. He will call me back now or at the morning to provide the projected delivery.
11/14 9:25am — East Coast client serv: nobody available. American Eagle dispatch: spoke to?? … he said that he was planning to call shipment then telephone fell (after waiting on hold for 10 minutes ) Waited 7 minutes, no call again… known again. Talked into Sasha (9:45am)… she said she’d find out and call me back.
114/14 1:23pm abandoning a vm to get Sasha. Subsequently known as American Eagle customer support — talked to Harry who promised to be a supervisor. He explained”7-10 days for shipping”. Said it was departing now and could be 7-10 days. Asked to talk to the general supervisor… Derek. Derek affirmed the above information but flat out refused to supply any monetary fracture or guarantee that it would go out. In addition, he refused to allow me to come take ownership there and send it out. He said that the driver could call me later he’s on his way. He was rather offended that I proposed that they’re in breach. He explained Dept of Transportation says that they have 30 days (which will be Saturday) to find the things to me. I told him it’d be sent outside these 30 times and that he said there was nothing he can perform. He refused to allow me to talk to anybody above him and was just mad.

    HORRIBLE company!!!

Inferior business. Don’t use. We asked delivery 5 days following pick-up date. I noticed from the quotation that there wasn’t a 14-day shipping window clause, however, the sales rep told me that was only a gimmick and that our furniture will be sent to our requested date. It’s currently 9 days following pick-up date, so I called customer support and they explained that”we do not have a truck available to provide your furniture”. How do you not have sufficient trucks when somebody was waiting for a week to get their possessions? I then requested when could I expect it to be sent and the answer was”I can not let you know if by law we’ve got 14 days to send”. I am thinking to myself why did this earnings rep tell me that it might be delivered to my requested date when in fact they provide each time they desire. This is dreadful small business principle. Simply as your contract permits you 14 weeks, it does not mean it is great customer support to anticipate your clients a week to live with their possessions for two weeks. Additionally, the transfer distance is just 800 mph, which is pushed at 12 hours readily. They billed 3000$ for it, and that I would not even call this an agency – it’s a enormous disservice. May be reporting this company to higher government.

Stole my deposit. AVOID AT ALL COST

CUSTOMER SERVICE SUCKS. It’s been 3 months and they haven’t issued a refund for my deposit although telling me it had been in the works because the afternoon I called to cancel. They said it’d not be any difficulty to cancel within 3 days of this order, I called the following day to cancel and they said no matter that my refund must be there in a few days. 3 months later they still possess my $400 deposit and are giving me the run around on the telephone and email.

I guess this only means, should you purchase, be certain that you don’t cancel cuz you aren’t getting that deposit back. Should you talk to Mark Stone or even Paul Turner you’re screwed.

    Long-distance move from Florida
    Where do I start

Enormous promises from the Beginning.   I’m a military guy and had transferred 1 year before from Tampa to Orlando. I moved from a 4 BR home into a 2 BR apartment. The majority of our material was not even unpacked in the prior movement. Whenever the Army sent me into Virginia I contacted a variety of moving companies since this movement wasn’t Army funded.  East Coast Proceed was the cheapest bidder and according to what I’d read was (mainly optimistic ) I picked them.
On move day that they were supposed to appear at 8 AM, at 2:30 PM they eventually revealed. The foreman (I call him this because he didn’t work, and also spent 90 percent of the time on his own mobile phone) came to our flat and said”that is significantly larger move than you mentioned”.  Remember I’d move just a year previously and had employed that paperwork to acquire the quote. We moved out of a 3500 square foot home into a 900 square foot apartment. We hadn’t purchased anything new. In reality the 2nd bedroom of this flat was filled with boxes in the very first move that we never opened.
East shore move predicated their quotation on square footage, and my quotation for 1200 cubic feet abruptly became 2600 cubic feet. The one difference between both moves was my bike. I couldn’t ride my bicycle to VA at March.
So my quote travelled from $4200 to your charge of 12000. What was I to do they already had my things, the employees as well as also my stuff had been gone. I whined but the foreman stated that I was able to call Derrick at the afternoon and work out something.
I’ve talked to Derrick and he’d drop the price to $11000 but desired total payment BEFORE he’d ship my stuff out of Miami for my residence.
Once I did cover it still took 10 days prior to my belongings came, I asked the driver (from how that they sub contract the shipping ) he stated that he had picked up the stuff the afternoon before.
So as we’re unloading we’ve discovered objects broken (my wife’s jewelry box), items lost (the legs into our dining room table), and also what I will call an effort in grand theft. My motorcycle failed to make this trip. Taking a look at the newspapers it’s not even on the packaging list. These men loaded my $10,000 bike (I saw them load it) didn’t account for this, didn’t send it.  The driver of the delivery truck said he watched it (it’s a Harley I have customized, therefore no additional bicycle could be mistaken with it) in the warehouse.

We’re still unloading the unprofessionally packed boxes (nothing has been wrapped only thrown into a box). We still do not know the level of damage and loss that this business has generated.

This firm is actually unprofessional, this is my very first move and actually fell for their non balling trap. A Disgrace to Moving Professionals

I set down almost $1,000 as a deposit with this business after talking with James Long and”Michael”. The movers were also a”no-show,” I never got another phone call and all of my voicemails and emails went unanswered. I left messages for Long, customer service, claims, shipping and sales and sent emails to Long and corporate and left messages in their other places in Illinois and Florida. They are really a disgrace to the moving business and exist in people’s lives when they’re in need of help and are ready to cover it. Disgusting.

    Horrible, Unprofessional Company

I know you are probably reading these reviews to determine if you need to use East Coast to your relocation, and I am here to warn you against it – avoid this business, at any cost. I understand the cost sounds really good, and they’ll guarantee to provide your items in time, however as somebody who has made the mistake of selecting this business, these are empty promises.  I had a business for my daughter’s transfer in the Chicago region to New York City. I initially hired another firm, and that I then spoke with Jason, a senior move pro, and he had been very adamant that they’d send on June 1st. He seemed so confident, and managed to convince me to change for their business, which I’d later learn was a massive mistake.  I reserved them feeling confident that they had been true to their word. I obtained a quotation for $1766. As soon as they came for pickup on May 24th, I needed to pay an extra $260 to get 80 sq feet of space which I travelled over. I discovered this questionable since I actually ended up sending LESS things than in the first quote, but it was too late to back out, so I paid and they had been on the road.  I talked again with Jason on May 27th to verify the June 1st delivery, and he explained the truck was on its way to New York. I afterwards found out of the driver, that he did not even leave the centers in Illinois before May 29th, therefore Jason had previously lied to me.Upon my birth at New York on Monday, June 1st at 10:00 AM (that’s when I was told that the truck could arrive) I tried to call Jason to tell him that I had been in the drop-off place, anticipating the truck’s birth. He did not respond, and that I had been placed on hold for 20 minutes, which I eventually wrapped up and tried calling back but could not get through to anybody. Now, I started to panic, as my spouse, daughter, her boyfriend and two cats were all relying on their things coming on time, and it was particularly significant due to the cats. When I eventually got through to somebody, I had been advised that the truck was still on its way to New York. This totally took me by surprise, as I had been told it’d abandoned on May 27th.  Now, I was told that the truck MAY arrive on Tuesday, however, the girl I talked to”was not convinced.” She said to call back tomorrow. In a panic, as we’d cats and a vacant flat, we called around to get the most affordable, pre-assembled area resort we can find.  On Tuesday morning, I called to get an upgrade, and I found out that the truck would not be coming for at least 1-2 more days. It required several telephone calls, once more, to find any advice from anybody. My spouse and I came out especially to assist with the movement, and we just had a couple more nights to remain out there. Now , we realized we’d been cared for, and we were all completely stressed out and disappointed with the unprofessionalism of the company.Later the exact same day, I managed to find the truck driver’s information. I talked with John (the driver) and told him my situation which we absolutely wanted the things to be there  on Wednesday. He explained it might cost an additional $350 to find an expedited shuttle, and that I stated that I’d cover the $350 when it meant the things could be sent on Wednesday morning. The following morning once I called to confirm the coming time, John advised me that they won’t have enough time to get it done, and that we would need to keep on waiting till they could return to our shipping. We did not wind up getting our things until noon on Friday, June 5th. This is nearly a week following the original date we agreed on.  Upon entrance, John also ended up charging us an additional $150 to get a step-fee, & in addition, he billed us $350 to its expedited shuttle which we did not even use. Here’s a breakdown of fees for my move:Initial estimate $1766Additional 80 sq.ft $260 Measure $150 (should’ve been $140 however John miscalculated)Shuttle cost $350 (never ended up with )Hotel price $787 Total transfer cost $2526 ($3,313 with extra resort price )A transfer that will have cost me $1766, ended up costing $3,313, on account of the deceptive practices of the business and the falsified contract. It’s currently July 19th, and I’ve since made several telephone calls, and sent a couple mails and nobody will talk to me personally, since they do not wish to issue a refund. Jason has vanished entirely. I also have registered a case with the BBB, and have still come to no settlement with the business. The previous market was from East Coast stating that they would be in touch with mepersonally, so we could talk with them directly concerning the refund, and of course nobody has contacted mepersonally. I’ve completed my study & I understand my rights throughout the FMCSA. Overall, I’m owed a refund of over $1100, and I won’t give up till I have received what’s owed to me. This adventure was a nightmare for the loved ones and I, and that I expect we can warn other people to avoid this company in any way costs. Please save yourself the hassle (and the cash ) and proceed with another moving company!

My daughter is moving to Jax from north Miami. She had been advised. . .Chinese same or following day delivery within… 9… days past! I’m a physician and prefer the fact in addition to a regard for the youth of America. I talked with a wonderful woman who told me that the delivery could be early day Saturday, she stated the truck was in route and their were delays due to South Florida T-Storms. Megan tells me that they called now to describe that the truck was actually up north, at a snow storm. They now estimate delivery following week. That is unacceptable as a business practice. I had been nothing but respectful. There appears to exist, a pattern of misinformation and outright deceit. This is exactly why America is falling behind other nations economically. ****DO NOT BELIEVE THE 5 STAR REVIEW USING MY NAME**** At least receive the most towns right, wow. I’ve got my attorney on this one. Little do they realize they’re attempting to defraud the wrong men and women. Lucky for my spouse and I, we’re well linked with South Florida law authorities who’ve taken an aggressive strategy to guarantee people won’t be cheated farther. By BSO sheriffs along with Sargents, Broward County Detectives, Hallandale PD, FDLE, Inspector General, Lawyer and lawyer friends, an extremely high powered Judge from South Florida, along with the kicker that makes them extra dumb, my wife’s dad is at the Secret Service Miami Branch from the fraud and fake division. How can you believe will end for you? Honestly. There’s absolutely not any requirement to write anymore since the identical thing which has happened to each of the 1 star reviews is happening to people today. Do not do like me and fall for the bogus BBB score page at which they gave themselves an A+ evaluations, scroll farther down the page. Read all reviews websites on these, also facebook page remarks. Do your own homework and keep away. I am at the logistics industry, I understand when jobs similar to this are brokered out that they claim not to do.
I received the old lure of a 6-7 day transit and it’s currently day 24 and it’s still sitting at South Florida – Pembroke Park to be accurate, with each explanation from, it will be there in the start of next week, even for it is in course however, the truck broke down and has to be repaired, but it’ll be an additional 3 times after it’s repaired but we also don’t understand when it’ll be repaired tothe motorist we had moving there had a family tragedy and understand we are seeking a brand new driver. So wait, were is our things? It is in a storage device in Hallandale, FL. So it’s never abandoned FL this entire time? No it is secure at our storage. Man, excellent luck to them when some one of our things is damaged or stolen, it will get real nasty.

NEVER SHOWED UP - KEPT DEPOSIT!

    DO NOT HIRE THIS COMPANY!!!
I hired East Coast Moving and Storage to assist me go from Ohio to North Carolina. To finish my booking with East Coast Moving and Storage, I needed to put down a $705 deposit.
On the moving date (Saturday 9/19/15), THE MOVERS NEVER SHOWED UP!!! Customer support doesn’t operate on the weekends, so I couldn’t reach anybody to let me understand why the movers didn’t show.
I requested for a refund of my deposit early the next week. They apologized, said they’d send a test, but THE REFUND NEVER CAME!
I followed up on 10/9/15. They said they’d send another test. THE REFUND NEVER CAME!
I followed up again on 10/16/15. They said no test was mailed out along with a check would be sent by the conclusion of business. I asked for a tracking number and they denied. THE REFUND NEVER CAME!

    DISGUSTED!!! BROKERS!!!

I’m extremely disgusted with all the support of the business. I coped with this business nearly half and 2 MONTHS ago and I am still coping with this business with the BBB. They had been unprofessional the whole time when they obtained my deposit and that I wish I’d have backed out afterward. I moved from being lent 1440 to over 2100 when one of those”helpers” walked through. He did not actually look at whatever simply walked through my house and said”hello I notice right off that you’ll be taking up more space than chosen for”. I attempted to speak with my sales rep several occasions and they wouldn’t permit me. The identical girl and man kept answering the telephone. My sales rep, Mark, eventually answered my mails a couple of days after about my things. I had been told I’d be given a shipping date right after they chose up my things and that I did not receive a date until 14 DAYS afterwards!!! Who does this?! Certainly not a expert firm. How can you anticipate a household to be with their family things for 15 times?! And never understand anything whatsoever until 14 days after?! They had been so RUDE to me personally when I’d phone asking about MY items. Like badly?! I paid cash for all those items. Obviously I’ve got the right to understand where they can be and if they’d be sent. Particularly after paying longer. If you wish to get cheated select this business!! If you’d like your items delivered two weeks after after moving for your house, pick this firm!! If you exactly what your valuables to be kept into a NON East Coast moving truck along with things BROKEN, pick this firm!! If you’d like rude customer service representatives speaking to you like you are an idiot, then select this firm. I attempted to negotiate with this particular business telling them whether our initial quote may be approved essentially we’d be fine but no they’re money hungry and did not agree. We would like the money to cover our broken items that they won’t cover. I mean 120 times to complete a promise? What a joke. This business should not even be permitted to service anyone!! Bunch of agents!!

    Terrible Experience

We’ve had difficulties with them because they knew they’d our services. They shifted the date on us two days before pickup and guaranteed a reduction. When asked about the reduction, the agent didn’t recall giving us one. They quoted us at one price and then after the truck was loaded, the price jumped $600. And not every thing was loaded. We’ve had horrible customer support and also given the run around several times. I wouldn’t recommend these men.

    Canceled Contract Waiting Refund

I haven’t rated a company but MUST discuss the dreadful experience and followup customer support we’ve received. East Coast Moving and Storage business has left me with no recourse at this stage except to discuss my expertise, which I advised Julian would happen whether the refund was not obtained per contract signed and outside past conversation one week past. I would not want the Identical experience to some other household Searching for trusted movers.   My Expertise: East Coast struck the contracted pickup time (by 9hrs) and delivery date (from Sat to Mon), significantly less than 2hrs before the contracted enabled cancellation date/time. My son was beginning a new job on the subsequent Mon and also to alter move shipping date in the last minute wasn’t a choice for him nor family members helping him to repay over the weekend. We canceled East Coast and scurried to fortunately locate a UHaul truck and movers that the day before in the last moment. STRESSFUL!! We hired and did three guys in Atl and 3 guys in Little Rock and drove the significant UHaul ourselves, via flood rain. It worked out since we saved a fantastic bit of cash, even more than the great contracted speed (multi-family transfer delivery) we had been awarded from East Coast. It sounded great since we were told we’re”the past pick-up and original delivery”, but that I expect other clients do not fall for this line That Are considering they are getting a Fantastic deal.   The fantastic speed was not worth the hassle and danger we had been put through! The driveway of a huge UHaul was harmful for people inexperienced, under inclement weather conditions, and inadequate customer support to just not obtained the contracted settlement of deposit created 3 months past. It took more than 1 mo until East Coast allegedly cut (they said) the paycheck, and now another 1- 1/2 mo has elapsed and the test has still not been obtained. The last telephone conversation 7-days past was with customer support (Julian), who stated they’d canceled the 1st test and was re-issuing that a 2nd check in 2 days.   I told them I’d permit a 5 day delivery period, in the day the test was to be cut and Julian agreed this could be adequate. I informed him I did not Want to escalate my complaint and require Additional steps.   Guess what? Still no test and no section will answer my telephone call to the office today (Weds).   I called for more than two hrs (1-3pm EST), to -LRB-855-RRB- 844-6194 several occasions to only obtain a recording. We have been advised on 4 different events the refund check was mailed. STILL NO CHECK and what’s become evident as a significant run around. I spoke with Derek and Julian because the contract has been canceled. Daniel is your salesman that advised and sold us the contract. I think Dispatch support (Michael) is where all moved BAD originally with postponing the shipping. Do not get me wrong, telephone conversations have overall been polite and seem to be good business practice, but just to get no trace through on goals. My advice to prospective clients is to KEEP searching for a different business and do not get trapped in a terrible encounter. How a + BBB score can be placed on your email correspondence is beyond my comprehension.   The East Coast Moving and Storage business I used from Hallandale, FL was anything but A+ score.   I’ve given sufficient opportunities for your company to honor the authorized conditions of arrangement and will continue to provide bad review evaluations Depending on the customer support that I received.   It is a matter of good business practice and treating your customers directly.   Highly Discouraged Client who wants deposit reimbursed!

    Crooked broker company

All of the advice that I’m reading about this provider is precisely perfect. This really is a crooked business and dishonest. They increased the cost in the time of pickup by $3000.00 for extra boxes. We arrived into additional agreeable terms and they came straight again and again raised the cost by 3000$ again saying we added 20 more sticks into the stock. We weren’t even in our house because we’d already moved. We requested for the depsoit straight back and the proprietor advised my husband to”F” away and hung him up. We’re being told that they wil not repay the deposit beause out them. Everytime you call they all wish to do is struggle with you. They supply no resolutions and just ask for more cash. After reading all of the testimonials I rather pack up my things and call it a day. The men showed up all they did was whine about the business and the way in which they do business. The forman provided to transfer us in a uhaul in a greater cost. This firm is a total joke. They don’t have any trucks as well as the folks moving up do not work for them either. East Coast Movers are the Worst

Please DO NOT USE EAST COAST MOVERS! They offered me a price of a single item and if they finished loading things on the truck that the quotation went up by $600.00. They shot my things out of Florida to Texas it took them 15 days and they explained that it would be three times. . .NOT! When they eventually came to send my things they desired into the cash order upfront without going through my stock with me. They then wanted an additional $140.00 bucks! Once I refuse to pay them they left my things from the roads. While I was carrying my things in it took off with just two unsigned money orders and a number of my things!

Very bad experience with East Coast Moving and Storage

East Coast Moving and Storage is a rogue company. They gave us a binding quote then as soon as they loaded all of our stuff, today the cost is twice without even talking with us first. Now they’re holding our items hostage and also our rep won’t return our calls, voicemails, or mails. DON'T DO IT

    1) Initial estimate comprised all the very same things as pickup (289 cubic feet projected ), I am not a moving specialist nor do I claim to understand how many cubic feet my own things occupy. This may all depend on the way the movers packaged the things in the vehicle, so since the products were same in pickup as explained in the quote I don’t feel accountable for this extra cost of 111 cubic feet.

    2) During pickup the movers maintained my things inhabited 400 cubic feet nevertheless wouldn’t enable us to confirm. They have been”anxious to come back home” and informed”disputes must be made out of corporate”.

    3) The cubic footage speed billed on closing estimates was handwritten at $4.15 rather than $3.50 recorded on the quote contract. This subsequently improved fuel cost by 70.

    4) searching for mattress covering $80 not recorded in contract or cited by sales partner when asked whether there weren’t any extra fees not covered in quote.

    5) Charged extra charge because of paying for credit card, never counseled by sales partner and disagrees in your contract. I paid first 30% using the American Express which contractually they don’t accept (inconsistent). The movers proposed charge cards are a 3 percent growth, the office said 3.5% growth and also the forms state around 7 percent growth (inconsistent). My credit card has been billed $373.77 rather than $359 recorded on the quote (that isn’t consistent with some of the gains ).

    6) Revenue partner proposed I need to be given a telephone 24/48 hours before proceed to fasten date/time. I was not called from the firm prior to the 5/25/15 in 7pm EST.. I emailed the sales partner that afternoon to ask an upgrade. This was the afternoon I’d asked to proceed along with the inspector requested if he would come pick up my things at 10:30 pm EST, he then advised to dismiss another voicemail I received saying 8-10am pickup and they’d arrive at 7am EST.. They didn’t arrive before 9am EST on 5/26/15.

    7) The movers were unprofessional, the foreman was on the telephone with his significant additional saying that he’d be home shortly. He complained the entire time that he had been on site saying he hadn’t been home in a few month. In addition, he said they are contracted out to a wide range of moving companies, nevertheless East Coast says they’re workers not contractors. The foreman stored acting like he had been doing me favors or that most people at the firm keep matters out of the client, insinuating there have been many more”hidden” prices compared to that which I was being billed.

    8) The foreman was a large 350 pound 6’4 guy who requested me to complete customer satisfaction kind while he observed. I had been decided to dispute the fees before he abandoned however he said that he had been in a rush to purchase home and that I would want to”touch HQ”.

    9) Advised on 5/28/15 which there’s a minimum of $1,200 moving nonetheless it isn’t about the quote forms or any place in the paperwork.

This is a twisted brokerage firm! They don’t own trucks. Please don’t fall for their trap. As soon as they have your possessions on a truck that they charge an additional $800 or over the quotation. They charge for every excess stair step following the initial floor (Their”FIRST FLOOR” IS 4 STEPS!) They charge a”Long haul” fee. But moreover, four of my boxes were lost, flat screen TV was crushed. After the four boxes had been discovered and for 2 weeks I phoned weekly about them sending them to me. Finally, each time I called I put me on hold until I hung up and called back, then they’d put me on hold again. The very first claim kind I sent for the TV was”never received”, I shipped it again and left them sign for this. They never shipped my boxes!   I had my parents push 5 hrs for their own warehouse and pick up my own boxes. They gave my parents that the run around about their real address and location. (2625 Park Lane Hallandale BEACH, FL 33009) The workplace is extremely dumpy and trashy and the workers were VERY RUDE and disrespectful liars! We have a lowball quote that comprised a bike, a 14 foot diameter trampoline, two full sized mattress places 6 dressers, a sofa, a love seat and 2 arm chairs, plus a 12 seat dinning room place, among a number of other items. The quotation was for significantly less the 4,000. The day that they showed up that they said that the quote was incorrect and it’d 10,000 although we no longer desired them to select the bike, or living room place and a number of different items. They were assumed to incorporate a year of storage its own at the quotation (but ended up attempting to bill us for two months of storage). We ended up spending over 13,000 to receive our things back. They kept it hostage until we compensated. When it was eventually delivered, half of our things was broken or missing, such as the children bikes, our conclusion tables, barstools, several bowls and plates and glassware. We had been advised to submit an insurance claim with the firm, its been 4 weeks and nothing. We also recieved two boxes of children toys That Aren’t ours, We’ve attempted to get the company and even have united a Facebook page contrary to those scammers ( East Coast Movers Are Scammers!! ) Searching for the rightful owners of those things which were delivered by error. DONT DO IT

East Coast Moving has treated me terribly at each step along the procedure. My things have been picked up late. The men and women who showed up weren’t aware my quotation comprised them packaging my 1-bedroom apartment to boxes. After the products were put on the vehicle (in 9 PM) I was told that I owed over double the binding quote. It took 6 months for my items to arrive, regardless of my binding quote stating they’d be delivered within 10-14 days. At one stage, I was told my things were in course. I called a week after, and was advised that they were still in my nation of source – my packing slip was delivered with somebody else’s merchandise. They cashed among my tests double, and I got an angry phone call once I cancelled one of those trades through my lender. 9 of my 69 things were lost when they came. Two pieces of furniture have been broken, one beyond repair. I filed an insurance claim. 150 days after (well after the 120 times that the movers are legally permitted to finish the claim) I got an email from your insurer stating my claim has been called back to the moving business. I predicted East Coast Transferring to ascertain why my claim hasn’t yet been solved. They state the claim isn’t their duty, since my goods were transferred by their own subsidiary business. This is in spite of the fact that I obtained a quotation from East Coast Moving right, and it had been their workers with whom I cried at each step. I can’t imagine a much worse experience with a moving company. Please save yourself the hassle and use somebody else.

I will say first that the actual movement was outstanding…a subcontracted company”Large Box Movers” were so fantastic. My”celebrity” ratings (except for promptness) don’t apply to the guys who managed and hauled our stuff. On the other hand, the selling was an entire con job. We’d completed the East Coast on the internet stock and obtained 1400 cu. Ft., however, another firm visited the home and projected 1900 cu. Ft. because of prices we had made a decision to proceed, however, Daniel in East Coast called back stating that he could fall our commission in over $8K to $4700. I clarified that the cost has been tempting but we now believed we’d 1900 cu. Ft. of”material”. . .Daniel stated”no difficulty”. . .we’ll perform 1900 cu. Ft. for about $4700, and he set that explicitly within an email along with a binding quotation. After the movers arrived the afternoon before our property final they said”no way. . .we will not do it for this price. Thus, find someone else or sign this new arrangement.” And, obviously my frantic calls for Daniel Sanders while the movers were not allowed to depart went undercover (and so are still unanswered). Ending result, $7754.98…$3054.98 greater than guaranteed. I have filed a complaint, but many enter I get indicates that the whole procedure is repaired and I will never find any reaction. If that is true that is par for the class….the best I could expect is to steer clear away from the Provider.

And a number of these lesser known firms, I picked ECM, since they had the best price and they appeared to be on the up and up (no complaints with the DOT, ” A rating with the BBB, and that I just found 1 poor review on Yelp).   The sales staff will contact you relentlessly until they own your own stuff.   They emailed me that the contract because of my critique, calculated comprehensive quotes and reviewed their DOT status, etc..   They handed me a buck quote and really told me that the transfer would likely only have a week to get your vehicle to get there. .   The movers came late, and then packaging my whole home in truck, moved across the cubic feet calculation, was was nearly $1,000 MORE compared to the quote (for example charging me to get tape, plastic wrap, etc.,.)   I felt like that there was nothing that I could do – I needed to be outside of the Home, they just spent two hours packing my things to the vehicle, and it had been too late to Discover another Provider.   They then hurriedly provided me a contract which has been DIFFERENT in the quote contract which was emailed to me personally.   This arrangement said they Weren’t responsible for ANY lost or damaged (stolen) things, which they’d 30 BUSINESS days in the 1st AVAILABLE period of shipping.   Input the nightmare. . The sales staff understands nothing about where your belongings is, they simply get your cash, which means you’ve got to begin speaking into this transportation office.   All these dbags gave me the run around for WEEKS!!   Oh, your material will be en route.   Oh, it is in storage on your destination country.   Lies, lies, lies.   I thought they’d only taken my cash and were planning to store my things.   Ultimately, after 3 months, they informed me (for the 3rd time), that my stuff was being loaded in the warehouse at ILLINOIS, also could be in its way.   My materials sat at a warehouse for a couple months.   The driver eventually arrived almost A Complete MONTH later pickup, and it is an absolute wonder that all was here and just a few glasses were broken.   Every truck needed another firm’s name on it – Moving On Up Van Lines was among of them, but in the event you truly need to find out who is behind this – Google Platinum Van Lines, who I found is running the series.

Abuse, misuse abuse… They’ll abuse you in the event that you say you’ll take some time in deciding. They’ll abuse actual bad. If you would like to keep the decorum, don’t even entertain coz they misuse and ask you to not call them. This occurred within 5 minutes of requesting a quotation.

Did not pick up on date as scheduled

These men are super nice to work together when establishing date for pick-up shipping. I’d scheduled 6 weeks ahead of time for a specific day pickup, so scheduling my final date and traveling to new place by atmosphere round the pickup date. The afternoon before the business was supposed to pick up my things, they call to tell me they’re running behind schedule and won’t have the ability to pick up my things till the day after pickup. This has drastically thrown a wrench to my scheduled plan, and it has made me re-book my trip for an extra price. East Coast Moving & Storage won’t provide me dismiss for the transfer due to their lack of skill to correctly program. I don’t really understand what other wrench they’ll throw in before my transfer is complete. I am quite reluctant to discover. I wouldn’t advise using these men since they are undependable!

Instead, they qoute low, subsequently bill 2000 in pickup. They believe that the in a rush and will cover. Then once you say no solution, they will not refund you. The rest of the Vanlines say it is 4000. They let you know that the truthup front. This provider wishes to acquire the company up front to if your enterprise. Plus they do not accept charge cards, which means that you can not cxl them on and receive a refund. Call me for information if you like..Cynthia 480 208 6139

    I won´t repeat

I sent all of the information (phone and email ) about all of my furniture and stuff to proceed. I advised them that the pickup flat was at a 3rd floor with no lift and that the shipping flat was likewise a 3rd floor with no lift. I advised them that I also wanted someone to return to my flat to have an extremely accurate quote (they explained that they weren’t likely to come along with that I didn’t need to be concerned because with all the info provided was sufficient to not have some surprises that the pick up day). I desired my furniture 3 days after and this was clearly one of our arrangements. . .they have been commited to attain this objective. They sent me a quote and also make clear that I was able to cover the pick up day together with my charge card, so that which seemed like it was going to be fine and smooth. This was the reasons why I contracted them. Well, everything was totally different. In the pickup date that the firm that arrived was a sub conscious of East Coas Moving (so they offered the occupation, too at delivery using a 3rd firm and that is the reason they are agents ). They simply accepted the charge in money so that I had to run into the lender, they raised the bidding due to the stair and extended hauling (therefore , they lied when they left the quote to have the job), then, at shipping (and getting payed everything in total ) they came 5 days later than our arrangement so that I had to devote a fantastic quantity of money in resorts and meal. During weekends no one is in their workplace so that you can’t talk together and they don´t care as what they desired is your money and the occupation. At shipping additionally they wanted to charge me again for the staircase (I advised them that I wasn’t going to cover any more), and final thing. . .they shed my TV I don´t understand where along with a lamp. They also ruined my desk and a number of boxes. With this experience I won´t contract this provider never again and I needed to discuss this with people who want a moving business. My advise is stay far from East Coast Moving and Storage.

    Less than average movers

I’d recently transferred with east shore moving from IL into NJ. When they began the movement they billed me for over cubic feet, even though I’d provided almost precise items for my own stock. That frees up my costs to nearly $900 dollars (that contain hidden costs like flight of staircase ) Once I spoke to sales representative I advised him that I dwell on 3rd floor also he must think about fees for flight staircase. He didn’t believe well enough for this and this jacked the prices up. The actual problem isn’t pricing, this might very well can occur. But jacking around $900 is a thing. To me actual problem was shipping. They sent my things with compensation. My queen mattress is completly shattered (though frames are undamaged, but all framework connector screws as well as other components are missing, which make my mattress completly unfuctional) Delivery men were at actual rush, they didn’t even fix my TV and abandoned it to allow me to repair it.  After studying couple of testimonials, I thought my experience could be adequate with those movers, however on contras it was exaclty reverse

    Horrible experience

Do not believe 1 word that comes from his mouth. Once they obtained your deposit they wouldn’t answer telephone calls.  Left one to take care of motorist that was just following orders.  But every time I phoned the motorist to learn why they were overdue, where they had been he kept changing his story.  Failed to arrive when they stated they’d, had been a day late that made delivery every day late.  After the driver got into the pickup location, he stated that I had far more things than the quote was for and desired $1500 longer to move all of it.  Mark knew precisely what I needed because I moved through the stock list from the transfer.  They’d onlyl take 1/3 of everything was in my order form.   The 2 men that did all of the moving were fine, felt sorry for them.

NEVER USE EAST COAST MOVING AND STORAGE

Quoted an amount and ended up paying twice.

Pickup date has been altered without my knowledge.

90 percent of my furniture has been ruined when delivered.

Filed claim kind for compensation, did all that was demanded by business for refund and I am still awaiting the paycheck after 10 weeks.

Customer support is rude, obnoxious and degrading. . .when they really answer the telephone.

Nobody records anything that you tell them on your document, so they’re all reluctant and unable to assist you.

Lies, passing the buck, hidden fees and damaged products are this organization’s claim to fame.

    Terrible Company

This firm assured me that they weren’t agents and that they would be bringing my daughters products in Long Beach Ca between the 21st and 23rd of May. On Tuesday the 18th of May they called to say that they can send afterward. Since we were not coming until the 20th. That would not be possible. Then they introduced her furniture into Las Vegas chucked it into a trailer and then abandoned it. Another firm was now bringing it. Would not have been an issue except that on Sat the 22nd another moving firm told me that I owed an additional $1229.62 as a check for this sum payable. It didn’t but East Coast Movers donot get calls on the weekends. The new firm said if I did not cover the sum again they wouldn’t send and they’d place it in storage. They ensured me the East Coast Movers could create great. Nope. Additionally furnitur was busted along with a vest overlooking. Now they won’t return my calls. My bank gave me all of the evidence that my test was consistently great.

Failure to supply movers & contact me

    I just give 1 star because I can’t afford 0.

They neglected to supply movers and didn’t contact me to let me understand. They had been not possible to get on the telephone, didn’t once call back about my impending questions and were lively rude and aggressive. Up before the transfer date, I felt confident at the business and representatives I’d spoken with.

I reserved my transfer 1 month before moving along with also the day of the transfer, they neglected to offer a mover and didn’t even contact me to notify me. If they failed to offer a mover, I had been told it’s since their movers DO NOT GO NORTH OF NEW JERSEY along with also my transfer was outside of New Hampshire.

The week before the move, I contacted the firm, and after several efforts through the telephone and email, I got through with client function. I had been told I would find a telephone call from dispatch 1-2 days ahead of the move to notify me of this moment. The 1st potential day of my movement, I hadn’t heard anything and contacted the company again. I had been told I would get a telephone between 3-5 PM from dispatch telling me if the movers would arrive- I did not get a call. On the 2nd possible move afternoon it took two hours to get through to a person on the telephone. I finally spoke with someone who stated they’d follow up with dispatch to come across the matter, he didn’t call me back, and that I wasn’t able to get through to him that the rest of the afternoon (the operator wouldn’t put me through to him).

Eventually , I talked with customer support who subsequently told me that they couldn’t locate any drivers to consent to perform the move since I’m in New Hampshire and their drivers don’t go farther north than New Jersey. My source of transfer was constantly New Hampshire, and they consented to perform the movement under these pretenses so that I told them they had to locate me a driver to finish the movement that weekend, so they stated they’d. Dispatch said they’d call back in a particular time to upgrade me and they didn’t. I had been in charge of calling back every two hours to obtain an upgrade (whenever it required about 10 calls to get through to somebody ).

The final phone call was at 3:30, and I asked what time they closed and has been advised 5:30. I predicted back at 4:30 and the workplace had already been closed. After many closing calls, I got though to the shipment individual on call, ” he stated she had two possible drivers and she had been awaiting a confirmation and that she would call back. She didn’t call back and that I was not able to make it through the rest of the weekend.

Monday, I called & talked with customer service representative, who said he’d locate the matter and call me back. He didn’t. He had been passive aggressive and rude on the telephone and like all of the other workers, didn’t place any priority in my issue. I never once received a telephone or explanation of the matter. I had been told I’d be given a refund of my deposit, but I haven’t yet.

Please consider this seriously if you’re considering using this support – they had been not able to get through with, and meticulous numerous motions they seemed to simply fall ones that they didn’t wish to perform. It was infuriating, stressful, and left me at a really hard position before moving. Finally, they didn’t care whatsoever that they neglected to supply the support. It had been awful.

    Beware!

This should’ve been a narrative of a few of innumerable moves that occur without a hitch. Our adventures together with East Coast Moving and Storage, aka Moving up Van Lines (US DOT No. 2166539, ICC/MC No. 757778), nevertheless, is a completely different story. My spouse and I had been going out of North Carolina to Arkansas, and afterwards we had been advised by many individuals to perform our study and heed various political warnings concerning moving firms, we discovered East Coast Moving. They’d favorable reviews, they’d tests at all the ideal boxes, along with a friendly sales agent who answered every pointed question we can ask. We paid our deposit and also scheduled our shift. Whenever we got closer and we have been amazed by the hopeless amounts of things that we possessed, we predicted East Coast Storage and Moving to upgrade our estimate. This was shown to be a near impossible job for East Coast Storage and Moving to achieve, and then 5 days, they could upgrade the quotation. Later we’d find that our friendly sales agent was terminated. While they did not disclose details regarding why, we could suppose that it was since he was a liar. He whined and stated East Coast Moving and Storage was not a broker and that all of their movers could appear at East Coast Moving and Storage trucks. He cried and said that we would pay no charges for stairs. He whined and stated our things could be sent within two weeks. He whined and said that the folks who picked up our items could have a last shipping date. He whined and gave a warranty regarding a max of just how long our movement will take. The afternoon of the pickup left and came. The next day of the pickup left and came. Late the next night of the pickup free of contact with anybody, the movers called and stated they’d be there at 6 AM in the afternoon the next day. At 7:30AM the next day (May 20th, 2015) the movement started with the standard school justification of oversleeping. The builders, if asked about a shipping date, stated they did not have one (Recall the useful, fair sales rep? ) ) And suggested that we predict East Coast Moving and Storage for this advice since the builders were not sick of working on East Coast Moving and Storage themselves and also could probably quit contracting with them completely. Fast forward to August 4th, 2015, a Penske truck includes a listing of builders to unload our items. I doubt that in my entire life I could possibly see Rubbermaid plastic bags torn down the sides again. In addition, I doubt that I will ever hear from anybody else that the term,”Fragile,” really doesn’t mean anything. Ultimately, I doubt we will ever find the missing shelves out of our movement, or view the clothing and wall mount wrongly offered to us returned for their real owners. Let us finish our small story with a few numbers. It took 76 times to finish the move. East Coast Moving and Storage came at just 0 of the scheduled dates and occasions, such as alternates. We predicted East Coast Moving and Storage begging for some info about the place of our items or a shipping date 26 occasions. They returned our calls just 0 of these times. We dropped 1 laptop unit, 6 dishes, also 8 antiques out of my grandma (they came because shards of glass). There has been a reduction of about $600 given. There’s not any question in our heads that we’d never utilize East Coast Moving and Storage back again. As of writing this, the only explanation that’s been granted is that Arkansas is from the geographical region (that wasn’t said when we booked). I do not actually have a specific reaction to the, since they market as a federal inspector, also while Arkansas is not the most populous nation it has not yet successfully seceded in the united states. I guess this could be just like visiting a steakhouse, ordering a beef, and receiving poultry as they aren’t utilized to cooking beans.

When the contract has been signed along with my deposit has been obtained I stopped getting any sort of customer support or service. They came in the transfer and asserted it had been more than that which was recorded on the contract (it wasn’t ). Presented a sterile form for the 89 year old house owner to register. Don’t arrive with sufficient individuals to maneuver the baby grand piano. Later asserted”we might have gotten them there.” Essentially a shake down to more income. Fraudulent and dishonest. BEWARE

To summarize, this firm provided me with a”binding quote” to get a complete service transfer, then after loading the vehicle, raised the last amount by more than 50 percent, subsequently threatened and coerced me into consenting to the new volume. As soon as I tried to complain about this”customer support” representative, I had been disrespected, ignored, and jeopardized. My products were finally delivered 20 days following the first guaranteed date, and lots of my posts were ruined. The business also claims not to be a broker, but that is untrue. They hired a distinct representative to provide my products, which brought me an extra charge for”Shuttle Service”.
I wound up paying nearly double the initial estimate, my products had been held hostage for 20 times, and lots of my posts were broken or damaged upon delivery.
CONSUMER BEWARE: The”East Coast Storage and Moving” known in my critique is dangerous and deceptive. Please proceed with care.

    Don't be fooled!

This is definitely the very unprofessional company I’ve ever worked with! Their communication was dreadful.   It began with the movers being 3 days late picking up the furniture. We altered the initial date for pickup due to rain then it succeeds on the true date and they stated that everything will be OK. When we arrived to cover the gap, they requested for $4k longer that was crazy because we supplied a listing of each and every box and thing when they offered us. They equates to $2k more. We asked them how much time it might take for shipping and they stated they’d keep us advised. After choose the furniture, then they went quiet. We called daily after 14 days inquiring where the motorist. They promised they’d call us back and never did. From nowhere the motorist called my dad and threatened him stating we needed to pay $2.5k much more because he had been fired and it was the fault.   I eventually was planning to hire a lawyer when they got frightened and told me why they’d send everything in two days.   The driver showed up at 7:30 pm and forgot his own gear so they did not construct anything. 90 percent of the furniture has been ruined. They transferred everything in rain that caused they gloomy blankets that they had to emphasise on their own furniture. It all was scuffed. We’d suitcases Which Were saturated in water and therefore are still wet trigger that which in them (bags, clothing, shoes) to be all damaged.   I called the company and they said someone will call back us again. Shocker, but nobody has. We’ve got boxes, furniture and a bicycle missing. So a number of our crystal vases, glasses, plates were brokenup. We’ve got other people’s boxes which we predicted to notify the business and they have not responded.   I had my grandma’s and uncle who passed out things damaged by the water That Is irreplaceable.   I’m so beyond angry and they all keep saying is please file a claim using an external firm.   This is the very unprofessional company I’ve ever handled. Do not make the mistake we all did. Opt for another firm! I wish I can place all of the images of everything which has been ruined!

They were assumed to be more economical but later adding a lot of different expenses, it had been too much… They stated they might have my items in California with a particular day but once I scheduled together they said they had time to get their truck to float in California, return to Texas, catch my things from storage (should haven’t been there!) , and then deliver to California.

Never showed, never called, won't refund

My experience with East Coast Moving & Storage was deceptively good, right up until the stage I paid a non refundable residue. Following that, the business ceased making any type of attempt to serve me and that I had to keep calling them with questions such as,”Exactly when will my movers arrive?” I was eventually told to anticipate movers”either Saturday or Sunday, we will call you 24 hours beforehand to allow you to know.”

On Sunday I got a call from a dispatcher stating the movers had been postponed until Monday morning since the first drivers had only had their licenses revoked by the Department of Transportation. How do you trust a business who admits their motorists were caught breaking the law?! I then literally never heard in East Coast again before I called 5 times after to inform them I’d already rented my own truck and pushed the 1000 miles myself. At this stage East Coast maintained that the group delegated my move had seemingly gone AWOL and never completed some of the scheduled job for the last week. Weirdly, nobody from East Coast felt the necessity to get me at any stage to allow me know about it or to attempt to make alternative arrangements for my own move. They required a deposit of over $600 to get a quotation of approximately $2000 for the transfer that they never really did, and because they won’t accept charge card payments that I needed to pay by direct debit and I don’t have any means of disputing this fee for zero services left. I’ve, naturally, never heard from them again. I don’t have any doubt that this business (that claims not to be a broker, but undoubtedly is a broker) occasionally works with reliable drivers that really do their jobs, but that didn’t happen in my situation. I’d have quite lit $600 on flame. AVOID.

    DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!

I had a dreadful experience with East Cost Moving, which resulted in the conclusion of my movement on moving day.   I talked with Rich about the telephone twice for approximately 30 minutes each time since I had a Good Deal of questions.   He seemed really real.   I had been given a estimate of $1200, and really that was the minimal, Although I’d LESS than the minimal load by a long time.   Everything I possessed was already boxed up and piled OCD-style from the garage, which that I had a very clear concept of how much distance I had and what things I had.   I inquired if my belongings would be hauled from truck to back and storage to truck, and that I was told NO, it had been moving straight to a truck in part of a”piggyback move” and goes back to my destination. Additionally, I made sure that they took American Express and has been apparent that that was the only card that I had with any cash on it and my own only accessible type of payment.   Afterward –surprise, surprise! –they appear and inform me that they Will bill me $1800 rather than $1200, stating my piano–that they understood about–wanted special handling.   They attempted to perform as though they had been giving me a Great bargain, stating that they were going to cut off this charge and that fee, however all the time attempting to twist me.   They have already got men loading my stuff on the truck.   They then need me to sign a contract stating that I’ll pay money or money order–that I do not have.   The foreman–Wade– has been rude, pushy, and bullying.   His employees, Apart from looking like a set of displaced men –were handsome.   They attempt and screw you if your belongings is half in their truck and You Need to get transferred daily and you have no other choices, however that I refused to be cared for and that I advised them to Receive my items from the truck and get out from there.   I used a few more alternative words than this, but you could imagine how frustrating that this case is.   In the Long Run, they throughout my boxes haphazardly into the garage and abandoned.   My 72-year-old mum is flying down on the Exact Same day to push my own car back 1500 kilometers and that I picked up a UHaul truck rather.   Massive HASSLE.   They tell you what you need to listen to get the purchase and then screw you on going day once you’re choices are limited.   THIS IS THE WORST THING YOU CAN DO TO SOMEONE AT AN ALREADY STRESSFUL TIME.   DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY.

    WORSE EVER, DO NOT USE!!!

The worse ever experience: that they arrive the day after the requested pickup date, so it ended up costing me DOUBLE the estimated cost (even tough I phoned them together with upgraded step and specifics of the things I had been moving), they forgot things in the home so they needed to return ; the WORSE was that the shipping date: they arrived 10 days following my requested date, since from the arrangement that they offer you after they’ve all of your stuff from the vehicle and there’s absolutely not any opportunity to see it, it states there’s a 2 to 4 week window to get shipping! This is mad! CUSTOMER SERVICE was awful, rude, folks that don’t care about their tasks; honestly, you can find several subcontracted firms, and there’s a whole confusion about who you need to contact, and each of this you merely learn it after they already have all your stuffs at the vehicle. WASTE OF MONEY, HUGE STRESS, TERRIBLE Company, ABUSE BILLING. I don’t understand how they’re able to legally still maintain support.

Had to call the cops and kept increasing the price

This isn’t a legitimate business and that I had been verbally attacked to the point of calling the cops. We were given one quotation of 2400 and they then quoted 3200 if they came. They had been confrontational and they then said that the 3200 was with no first deposit we created of 700. This essentially doubled the cost. They simply said that if the truck was nearly completely packed. They also told me that when we didn’t invest in money, it might require 14 days to reach our new house. The contact man I’d advised me an estimated 3-6 business times rather than stated it needed to be money. This wasn’t on some of the paperwork. The sales person said it’d be nice to include our washer and drier. When I asked about if they were going to load it, the inspector dropped it and began screaming in my head. I advised him to take off our stuff and he denied unless I paid him a million bucks. He lasted getting in my head and yelling. I told him when he didn’t quit yelling at me I’d call the cops so that I did. Mangers in the firm stepped in and had him maintain 100 feet away from us. As opposed to locating another inspector and also to prevent the cost of unpacking the vehicle, we allow them continue. As soon as they finished packing and left the supervisors ignored any additional contact from us anyhow through text to affirm drop off. When they arrived they had been reluctant to choose furniture upstairs or place it together. The mattresses were painted black. The shelves in the bookcase weren’t removed so that they dropped and got scuffed. They never inventoried our dining room seats so that they are now gone. They still still not react to and phone calls. Fundamentally they threatened me, held our possessions hostage unless we paid money, and dedicated theft by maintaining our seats. I’ve reported them to numerous bureaus

    East Coast rip off

Had a terrible time with this corporation. They…

    1. Did not appear on the scheduled day, costing my spouse another day from work.
    2. Arrived with paperwork along with also a”revised” quote, raising the initial by $300. If this growth was pointed them out, they reversed the complete. If we hadn’t caught it, then we’d have paid more.
    3. Brought an 18 wheeler for my house with a long narrow driveway, wouldn’t drive it back into the house, and billed us $700 in extra”long haul” fees. They told me that they might have attracted a more compact truck, but just as soon as they arrived.

In summary, they provide low estimates up front, and then nickel and dime you to death. There are stairs charges, shuttle charges, etc.. I would never recommend this company to anybody. They’re a part inspector, part scam artist. Pay no attention to the Better Business Bureau reviews. They openly say that their favorable reviews aren’t from private moving expertise, but by the firm to become”easy to use,” presumably concerning complaints. So allow the buyer beware!

    Beware of this company

I’ve over the past ten years transferred 5 times. Long distance goes with minimal hassle. This movement was undoubtedly the worst experience I’ve had.

This is the way they scam you. When we spoke to the organization and gave them a comprehensive list of stock they offered a fantastic price. After loading they stated we utilized double the distance and stated they’d charge us twice the amount. Remember that we didn’t add one thing beyond that which was at the stock and we actually had to give some king sized mattress, 4 bikes, dining chairs and a table to match our stuff to the little truck that they got. When we asked them they said the distance was only an estimate.
They never return some telephone calls when they take your things. I made a huge number of calls at which I couldn’t reach anyone to speak and allow me to know when my things could arrive. I had been on hold for hours sometimes and I guess that was being done intentionally.
Verbally I had been told I would get everything in 3-5 times even though the contract says 14 days maximum. I eventually got everything in18 days. For 14 days that I couldn’t find a response as to where my truck was.
The movement itself ruined the fridge. I was only glad that I received my things.
Take care not to use this organization.

    They suck period

They didnt offer me all of my things and then attempted to set the blame for me saying I must have moved through all of the things before they abandoned, well how are you able to do that if they’re im a rush. . .they unloaded at one hour and they had been gone..and the man I talked to Wade was impolite, non judgmental at all and proceeded to take the attribute, but place the blame on me..they billed us 4600 dollars to transfer us from Texas into New York, they believe we’re done together after the task would be over..wrong,we compensated insurance and they’ll pay..already talked to a Lawyer. . .save your money folks.

    Conned out of $450

This business reached me out personally for my transfer from PA to SC. I had been naive along with also the quote they gave me was that the lowest so I went together. I spoke with Mark by the business and he promised me that my things is going to probably be picked up on a Saturday and delivered another Sunday. He said I needed to cover an improvement of $450. I paid the progress and the digital receipt was delivered to me through a hyperlink. On the afternoon of this move I attempted to phone Mark. Initially he picked up and kept on saying that they were nearly there. I requested them if will the delivery be created if they’re yet to pick up my stuff and they then called me a liar and didn’t offer any obligations. Now I was quite skeptical but still didn’t cancel as I couldn’t afford to squander the $450 deposit. They finally never showed up. I attempted to confirm the bill link at this time and the entire statement had disappeared from the webpage. Thank God I’d taken screenshots of the webpage. When my father-in-law who’s a lawyer named Mark and his manager John, they place the blame on us saying we did not pick up the call that was a clear lie. We’re planning to sue the provider. If anybody has more episodes of the business duping them please email me in satinee.m@gmail.com.

    Worst moving experience.

I moved from Chicago to Los Angeles CA and I do not recommend this business for long distance transfer. The sales representative first quote for transferring a 1 bedroom unit was $2,095 and after everything got picked up and delivered. . .my closing moving cost ended up to be at $3,325. This firm charge you on what along with the broker offers false information particularly when I inquired how much time it will take to my items for to LA.. He explained 8-10 times… Well it was be 23 days! Transferring is currently a massive undertaking and a dependable and honest movers could have been fine. . Unfortunately that was not true for me. It is my hope that this review will serve its function for all those other individuals searching for a dependable moving company.

This isn’t a legit business. I’ve filled a complaint with the Better Business Bureau. I haven’t got a reply back yet but up to now I’ve lost $568 in my deposit.

    1) I got a quotation from them and also paid a deposit, but nobody showed up about the day we agreed upon. I phoned and talked with them about this, I was told someone was in their way and still no one showed up. Then they wouldn’t answer the telephone. I’ve been calling for 2 weeks now and still no call backagain. I phoned from various amounts and will find a hold of somebody but when they discovered it was me they’d hang up rather than respond when I phoned back from that amount again. I’ve called out of 5 different phone numbers all with the identical outcome.

    2) Once I obtained, signed up and paid a deposit on a quotation a person out of their”sister” company phoned to inform me when I did not need to leave a few of my things behind I would require more space and it’d be an extra $1000. I’d also have to pay more about the deposit. When I told them I’d rather purchase a new sofa than give them the additional $1000 I had been told that they were going to cancel my transfer.

    DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY.

    Traumatic

These people are criminals, however you don’t have any recourse against them. They threatened to sell all of my worldly possessions in auction when I didn’t consent to pay an extra $2,634, and that is the start. When my dispatch finally came, I was amazed to observe how they’d jammed everything from ceiling to floor. Nearly all of my boxes (brand new) were all crushed. The piano had been wrapped into a few of my blankets, so that they needed to go through my boxes to even find it. Each and every bit of furniture had scrapes on it. The burn is that I paid extra to allow them to wrap all. RUN AWAY FROM THESE PEOPLE!

    Worst movers beware!!!!

This moving business has got the worst service I ever met.
They state they aren’t agents but this really is a complete lie. Never think in them. They obtained the worst customer support that never permitted me to speak with all the moving department. They proved quite unprofessional who didn’t maintain their own timings for pickup and drop off time Infact, they arrived a day later than the scheduled date because of pickup. They didn’t even have the courtesy to tell me that they aren’t coming to pickup.I waited to get the entire day thinking they’ll come. They raised my quotation cost once they seen my position and then charged me extra for the stuffs that was really given throughout the quotation.

I won’t ever suggest this mover to some one. Ranked movers!!!!
Very lousy experience for this particular movers. Agree men!!
