1)The loading and packaging team wasn’t too professional. They filled all of our hanging clothing, suits, coats etc., . boxes, even when we had been advised that they would be carefully kept in specific boxes. They ruined furniture, not taking any maintenance through disassembly. They ruined the wooden staircase while shooting furniture fireplaces.

2)Their spouse in France required a test (over 600 EUR) for vent parking charges. They informed us that they would supply us with all necessary documentation so that we can submit a claim with French habits who we had been accountable to the delay that needed parking. This never occurred. For this day we do not even have a receipt to prove that cost, despite repeated orders.

Overall we’re frustrated with our expertise with Earth Relocation. Their office staff is friendly however the movers that they utilize are bottom of their lineup.

The sum I paid was over the entire amount of my preceding 2 moves along with the amount of things I transferred was exactly the same (maybe less) than that which I transferred the past 2 times. I needed to quit and pay the cash because my great were held hostage together with them. All efforts at trying to negotiate a lesser price were denied. When I offered to let go any of my own things to cut back my price they stated that could wind up costing me more if I attempt to eliminate things that they were holding out of me. Earth Relocation was the US associate of this firm I used to maneuver from Copenhagen to Atlanta. The experience has been so poor I do not even call it weak. They billed me a lot for unique things without supplying any receipts and eventually delivered bunch of broken furniture free of setup and unpacking since they were supposed to. The delivery group had quite poor attitude and so were intentionally damaging the furniture with their cutters. I contacted their supervisor, Samir, to speak to them and handle the circumstance, but he did not are unlike his guarantee to perform. Unfortunately they receive their money prior to the delivery, and therefore you will have no opportunity to have any compensation or refund.
I don’t recommend this business to anybody.
