Early Bird Moving

Very Unprofessional Firm. I scheduled my transfer together a week beforehand and they confirmed I had been on their own calendar. But I phoned and texted multiple situations that the morning of my movement and nobody showed up. I named the company number recorded here on google and it’s a mobile phone number and nobody ever replies. One moving person texted me an hour late and said multiple explanations as to why nobody was there and kept promising somebody would appear. Obviously , we had a 26ft truck and needed to return it by noon (if our movers were reserved at the daytime ). We were made to offload ourselves. I must have been Leary of the business once I saw they had a full 5 star score on google, as I am sure they’re working to bury or conceal their bad reviews. I’ll also be calling U-haul relocation help to let them know my experience also. Out of 20 decades along with my 15+ moves at the army, I have never dealt with this kind of unprofessional business. Not 1 phone call from the business yesterday and when I asked for the supervisor’s name and amount they wouldn’t offer it to me personally after several texts and voicemails. I don’t recommend.
