She had to speak with her boss and return to me. I named the driver again and he clarified that he’d have my dispatch however, he had been direct to drop off it at a storage facility. He explained that the Operations Manager made a mistake and attempted to send to the wrong site. Angry now , I called to talk with the Operations Manager. Can you feel that the Operations Manager was the female worker that told me she did not understand exactly what to do?? She refused to come to the telephone and advised the dispatcher that somebody would phone me back. After a number of hours, I followed up and advised to”just be patient”. About 6:00 PM that day, the proprietor, Eli called to inform me that a truck could be creating my delivery the following day at 11:00 AM. You’d think everything will be fine today, right? That is what I thought also. The morning after, I get a call from Eli who informs me because he needed to purchase another truck to provide my possessions that I would be liable for paying for this. Evidently, at this time, I’m LIVID. I actually just needed the settle in my new location and get this over with. I offered to split the difference with him. He laughed and asked me when I had been married. Not really certain where he had been heading with that. Add $300 for my initial $1500 quote. About 1:00 the following day, the shipping truck showed up — you know the one I paid $300 for this was assumed to be there at 11:00? Because they can not move it any closer, I’d be liable for paying the LONG CARRY Fee. He wanted to charge me $600! Not happening! He actually asked me if he can drop my things right from the skillet and somebody else can help ME proceed to my flat. RUK???? Please add $150 to the present rate of 1800. After everything gets indoors, I am visiting. I’ve a smoke burn in my own sofa. Nobody in my house smokes along with the leg in my coffee table seems like it got wet so today it is wobbly. Terrible experience – NEVER AGAIN!

WORST MOVERS EVER, particularly cus the move did not happen.   Not only did they Don’t Appear on time despite time limitations (they said they would be two hours late so I cancelled), they are trying to saddle me with all the reservation fee.   They Don’t answer telephone calls, return calls or return mails, prior to or on the day of the transfer.   And then after their screw up, they call you back to give you despair due to their screw up, and it can be another special treat.   Pick ANY OTHER SERVICE over Eagle.

His behaviour was totally out of line since we were not in the least disagreeable or impolite. He would not unload the truck before we paid an extra $75 for bringing up the truck into the loading dock – we had no option. Afterward , he refused to take out the furniture in the truck before we given him that the payment -that was $400 greater than was at the contract but that he stated was to get extra footage.

In addition to that, 4 boxes came damages and broken, despite the fact that they were marked Fragile.
