Potential clients BEWARE!!! DON’T DO IT!!! M. Dyer & Sons will probably be quite friendly and accommodating up till they take your cash and then everything stops there. They do not follow on dispatch; their transport times are totally unrealistic but they do not care since they have your cash. They maintained our global dispatch in Hawaii for 4 months without ever notifying us; sent the wrong bill of lading; a dispatch that has been to take 6-8 months has obtained 10 months and we still don’t have our products. They do not answer messages nor calls– customer support is non-existent. They do not react to BBB- only completely discount any communication from anybody since they have your cash. I would not want this situation on anybody so MUST send this warning. There’s not any aloha in M. Dyer & Sons just dreadful stress and tens of thousands of dollars spent because of delays and incorrect Bill of Lading. Incidentally, if I could provide a ZERO score I would.
