Downing Moving and Storage

As soon as I called to schedule my own belongings to be picked up I had been told it’d cost $1400.00. From the time it had been done and said I had been told my entire had been doubled. I’d 62 things it ended one wall at the rear of the moving truck plus a half of a stack alongside it. My stuff has been picked up on April 10th and had been advised it’d be sent April 30th. If they didnt awake on the 30th I attempted for more than a week to get a person to discover about my possessions and then was advised that they legitimately had 21 business days. I eventually got my things on May 10th that will be 5 business days over the lawful time they’d had. I’d no idea it’d take a long time and also be transferred out of a moving truck into some semi. My material was that the only stuff from the semi and also it had been in the center of it just thrown all around the area. The man tried to ensure it is okay by stating yea its fine its own because its the only real substance inside there. The man he called once I had a problem with how things were shifted and managed that he was very impolite kept telling me that I had nothing that he desired and that I had been lying about what had been happening. Because he donned my stuff that I discovered that my TV was busted so now I dont even have a TV that he attempted to tape it back together and explained its alright it still works that occurs occasionally. My boxes were totally shattered open from being chucked up and somehow some of my things got wet inducing my infants blankets and clothes to find moldy and my infants bouncer is cracked inducing it to become dangerous to place him inside and I must replace everything. After telling a few of those men I origionally spoke to about what happened he’d said he could have a woman call me to submit a claim. Now I can not get ahold of anybody there to even discuss the issues that went on. Initially I thought that I found the ideal business and everybody was really wonderful. Now, I would not advocate anyone use this organization. I won’t ever use the again to get whatever.

Beware! This business is a scam. Even the US DOT number recorded in their letterhead doesn’t exist, but the corporate division is currently a trailer park at Chandler, IN.
