They had been HOURS late.
They took two as long since they mentioned.
They’re all out of shape.
They’re unprofessional and burst heavy metal inside the home and have all of the neighbors studying you.
They totally rip off you.
They’lease a truck’. There’s not any paperwork completed. They aren’t a true business. Only a craigslist scam artist. Trust me. Don’t use this men!

I have a lot of things missing from the transfer. It’s been 4 weeks since the transfer, and still no settlement, after several telephone calls. Each time that I contacted the owner, he’d state that the issue would be looked into, and I’ll be reached. Following 3 months of the procedure happening, he eventually responded that they don’t have my things. He said he’d compensate me for the lost/stolen items, but no reply since.

Horrible moving business to say the very least! Movers were all aged 19 to 24 and seemed to be hired straight from a reform school. They repeatedly made primitive and inappropriate remarks and were more interested in ogling my 17 year-old daughter than transferring my possessions. I had been guaranteed wardrobe boxes from the proprietor once I booked my transfer. . .they never came and I had been told that I never asked for them. The owner has been contacted and that he insisted that I never asked for them. He had been a very bold faced liar.  My household’s clothes that has been in the cabinets were heaped into piles from the movers and abandoned on the ground of my kid’s bedroom at the new property. I had my brand new home totally repainted on the inside before moving in and that I made it plain for your movers to be cautious with all the walls after moving furniture Following viewing one of them party a corner of lace to the stairway wall and inducing a gouge from the drywall I whined and again made it very clear that the home was only freshly painted. . .this punk kid who’d induced the wall harm mumbles under breath,”Jesus, I will charge $5 dollars to fix this, what is the big deal?” . . .It was only 1 difficulty after another for this firm. I proceeded to cover them using a check in the conclusion of the nightmare and was advised that they did not accept checks. I was not advised of this when reserving the movement but the mind child inspector insisted that I had been told from the proprietor. . .that’s a lie. The owner was contacted and he insisted that I had been advised that they did not accept checks. . .again a bold faced lie! I had been made to drive to an ATM to draw the money to cover these clowns. As soon as I returned I went to cover them and that I asked to get a receipt because I was paying money. I had been advised by means of a child, which I came to see was that the owners son that they don’t provide receipts and that his dad would email me one at a subsequent date. This was not acceptable to me personally because I was spending money. I eventually had to say this moron I was not likely to cover him unless he gave me a reception. . .he finally uttered a note on the rear of one of the business cards I had paid them in total. They stole a brand-new push broom I had only recently purchased but that I did not find that out before two days following the move once I went to go use it and found that it had been gone. Additionally they dropped the remains of a busted & busted water heaters tank (it did not belong to me personally ) that I had noticed at the back of the trailer once they arrived in my residence, in my own garage when they abandoned. I suppose they thought that was amusing because I whined in their poor and unprofessional behaviour in my home. This is the very UNPROFESSIONAL, UNRELIABLE and sleazy set of so called movers I had ever had the misfortune to employ. Never again could I go over 20 miles of the bunch of thieves and punks.

Movers were on time and very pleasant to use.  They were careful and professional with outside items. I had been called before they came and am very happy to say I saved me money and time.  I’d suggest them to my loved ones members and friends. Mr. Schmitt retained in touch with me because our initial touch and was flexible with my time program.

This is the easiest move for us, ever!   The 3-men were so kind, careful and helpful.   Our move from Begin to finish was stress-free thanks to Donation Movers.   Our movement occurred 2 1/2 hours and we’re Delighted with the maintenance of wrap the furniture.   I loved that they didn’t whine because I changed my thoughts on the furniture organizing.   If you are moving locally there Is Not Any other Business to contact.

You had 3 guys proceed me on 1-16-2013 at 7:00 am from 4225 E. McDowell Rd., Phoenix AZ into a storage device in Phoenix. They were respectful and professional, and hard working men. My spouse and I couldn’t believe how quickly they transferred our two bedroom flat. They transferred me in less than a 1 1/2 hours. I’ve moved a few times, and I can honestly say that this is the 1st time that I haven’t had troubles using movers. I am not saying that simply as they were quick, but it was shocking to realize how effective they functioned. I wish I’d taken more notice of the names, but I want to state they did a fantastic job.

The 3 men that I got were good and they also helped me out by dropping any things at another speech on the best way to my speech.   I trusted them completely and they did their very best to move quickly but safely together with my things.  I enjoyed the simple fact that when there was not a thing I had any more that they might discover a use for this.

That is actually my second time that I used contribution movers. I needed them to proceed into our new home early this season with terrific expeirece. So I tried them again. Yesterday I only had contribution movers to assist me to transfer the entertainment center which I purchased from a different home. Paul gave me an discount/flat speed as returning client. Movers/Cody along with his pal were coming on 4pm eloquent as promised. They’re courteous and professional, and also great communcators. They did great job packing/movng/unpacking/setup, they had been so carefully together with the entermainment centre and I couldn’t ask anything more! Definately use them again or recommend to friends.

That is my 3rd movement together with Donation movers and the adventure was amazing again, promt, considerate, professional and fast.  I’d suggest them to all and will rely on them for most of my households moves later on. THank you men at present movers. . Alex

I Strongly urge Donation Movers.   They have been quick to estimate and easy to publication.   On Friday afternoon, they predicted when they were in their method and showed up right on time.   My flat has a parking garage where the truck Wouldn’t fit.   The movers were adaptable regarding where they can park. They really parked at a parking lot near my building in my own suggestion.   While 1 plumber has been parking, another two began piling up and piling things. There wasn’t any wasted time.   They packed the truck up very fast and unpacked much faster.  The movers have been great to talk with and very easy to use.   I am one woman and I felt quite comfortable with all the men.   All and all a terrific experience!!

The movers called ancient, came first, walked throughout the job before beginning the clock, worked their fannies through whole load – fell away a Few of the things at another place before sending and unloading the remainder at my new Location.  
There wasn’t any Issues with any of those things, they wrapped all of the furniture, they really disconnected the water line from refrigerator even though I hadn’t given that up front.  

They have been professional, courteous, and finished within 2 hours(total time from loading to unloading).  

Given their cost, I highly recommend you use this business.   My other tip is to Be Sure You tip the men once they finish.   They work hard for their cover and they certainly deserve it.

Speedy and pleasant, these men made my move a nice adventure.  Not only are they quickly employees in the warmth of the Arizona sunlight they have been efficient and a terrific team. They put my furniture and also went out of the way to repair a busted cupboard I’d.  They also hooked up things for me!

We only moved half an hour from 1 home to another.  They men (Jimmy, Charles and Maurier were exceptional.  They were exceptionally well fashion and took good care to wrap all of the furniture.  They moved through the home systematically and with the best of care. No furniture has been missing or damaged.  In addition they took apart tables, beds, etc. and place them back together with no excess charge.  They hooked up the washer and drier, also.  I strongly recommend this business (I took a leap of religion in hiring them because I hadn’t ever heard of these ).  No stressing necessary.

This is a excellent experience straight from the moment these 3 guys began. They’re respectful, tidy, friendly, attentive and quick. They asked alot of questions so they understood exactly what they were carrying and how much they had to move. They took particular attention to load all of our oil paintings attentively in the truck initially and never a one was ruined. They took good care in shrink wrapping our dressers and cupboards & my personal desk. We did not think that it would all fit in the vehicle that they came in, however it did with room to spare. We told them how to visit the new location in order that they’d save us time and also them alot of significant traffic, and they followed the directions and were practically straight behind us once we came in the gate so that we can let them in. It’s been a joy to work with such amazing folks from the office employees on the telephone & calling the e-mails into the moving guys. They ended up at approximately the exact same time we’d guessed it would take with this movement. Furthermore, when you have furniture that you do not desire, they may take it away for you and give it to a needy family or thrift shop. You do not need to be worried about what’s going to do with it. Thats a Large Plus straight there. We’d use them again in a heart beat, in case the demand arose for us to proceed.

I first found this business about 3 decades back online.  I used them to maneuver my two bedroom into a storage facility.  They were exceptional in every way.  Then I used them last month to transfer my furniture from storage, they could not have been improved. Not 1 thing bankrupt, they had been ancient, they ended early and were very professional.  They are charges were very realistic and could use them again when I needed anything to proceed. I would strongly recommend this firm.

Undoubtedly, the very best movers I’ve ever hired! The staff worked on 4th of July, once I could not find anybody who’d actually quote me properly, much less need to perform the task on a vacation. They were ridiculously quick (although not sacrificing good care of my things ), considerate, professional and considerate. The cost quoted was just what I paid without no hidden fees! Happily, they came early because we had been prepared and we did not wish to wait for all day to have this job done. We ended early, much faster than I could even imagine. They had the itinerary complete and reviewed every aspect completely. I would strongly recommend them to anybody because it produced such a chore a simple experience and well worth the little price.

This is our very first time consuming movers, thus we’ve got nothing to compare these to. But we’re really happy with the outcomes. We hired four men. They had been on time, personable, friendly, intermediate, and worked fast. They answered all of my questions, did not take some breaks that I was able to view, and ended in less time than we had expected (3.5 hours)! They match our entire two story home into a truck–just one excursion (local movement ). Some of our items got a tiny ruffed-up, however, I guess that is unavoidable. I adore the additional benefit of these taking things we needed to contribute. That is a huge plus! In addition, I love that they charge from the 1/4 hour and do not round until another hour. I would suggest Donation Movers, LLC to my buddies and would use them again.

If you like your house don’t employ this business!! They transferred us out of Phoenix to New River and that I thought they did a wonderful job, before I unwrapped my new new $3K fridge and noticed that there were two dings along with a huge crease in front of it. I’ve attempted to telephone Donation Movers many occasions and delivered a couple of e-mails without a reply regarding how they intend on fixing my fridge. They’re also happy to take my 900 bucks, but won’t even give me the courtesy of a return telephone call to explore this matter. Shady firm if you want my opinion. This isn’t the way you care for your clients, I won’t ever recommend this business! EVER!!

PLEASE DONT EVEN THINK OF USING THIS MOVING COMPANY!!!!

I talked with Paul(I believe he is the proprietor ) and obtained a quote for exactly what I wanted and establish a date for your transfer. I had been given the 2-6p slot machine that was fine. The men called on going day to tell me they were in their way, they got there in 3:38 and came in to my location, Paul proceeds to inform me the way they almost did not come as the traffic was thick…. And that he had a bit of a mindset for it like it was my fault. He informs me that the truck had a few other persons things inside that they were assumed to fall off in a contribution place but did not due to the traffic, ” I informed him that he might have phoned me to tell me that they would be late since the needed to drop off the stuff to find out whether I was fine with it. . .then he inquires just how much material I needed to move and that I told him once again, the flat and the things in my own garage, he has bent out of shape and says” well this could be two excursions”, and began to move matters. At the process of transferring my things all of the of those men had to use my toilet which each of these shot approx 15-20 minutes from there…. Really? None of those men hurt his arm on the previous occupation also (I felt awful for him) pretty much remained downstairs moving items that of course took more because he had been hurt. Another man broke among my novel cases and they were not (and still haven’t) likely to fix it like it was nothing, 1 man told me to use black tape to cover the rest in my novel case so that it won’t reveal… We eventually get everything transferred five hours afterwards and Paul would like to get paid…. So I draw up the novel instance and Paul said he will find the item from Ikea and make it repaired…. Its been over a week now and still nothing in Paul and his moving business. I wouldn’t ever recommend this firm to anybody!!!!! I sent him an email talking their support…

I wished to allow you to know I was not real pleased with the support I received from the company to the money I invested. I can realize that you’re angry with all the visitors and getting for my complicated, but there was no justification for you with a mindset and carrying it out to me the client. I believe that you did not actually offer me the support I paid for, that was likely to be three men and a truck to get about $100 an hour and the $75 for petrol and taxation…. The truck was not even vacant and a few of the men was hurt that was not my fault that caused him to not be at full capacity with assisting and certainly factored at the time taking longer. I believe as a company, there should’ve been something decreased financially due to this because I did not make it occur. I also did not get a duplicate of the contract that’s bad because today I have nothing revealing the arrangement that has been created for the services. Throughout the transfer among your men broke my novel case when I had not mentioned anything about, you’d have left and never even attempted to do anything about it, and really it’s still true that you have not done anything that you said you would do. I am positive you likely won’t try to correct this circumstance, but that is alright because believe me everybody I come in contact with will here this narrative and it’ll be posted on each website I will get it on, to let folks know more about the sort of service that you provide.

We’ve used this company twice before & have known them to my sister and a buddy. After the 3 Mexican men did the movement (s) in earlier times they were quite effective, courteous and fast.
The cost I paid them when compared with our movement yesterday, has been hands down completely different.
My mother and I won’t ever recommend them again. They jumped at least three things, didn’t insure they stuff that had it and got my expensive mattress filthy. I needed to shoot off for a couple minutes when they had been loading the things from the location we had been moving, so that I did not get to see what they did.
They switched several things upside down and the material was thrown around in the drawers out of it.
We did not realize just how bad things were before they were gone, so we did not whine like we’d have.
We even paid them a hint. Not as much we’d have if they had not charged us an arm and a leg.
Moreover, why can it require them 1-1/2 – 2 hours to get into the new area as it took us between 30-45 mins. I informed him we had been carrying the Hwy!! It did not take them long for our very first location, which I find strange, that it took so long to the last destination.
One of those men named Mike I’d recommend that he was efficient paid focus, asked for instructions if desired & crimson the box labels which were clearly indicated.
Another two, for example, proprietor Paul & Kyle (not certain when he associated with him). They were not personable, slow and did not listen. Paul had an attitude the entire time and the time that I saw his grin is if he’d paid $600, that ought to have cost between $300-$400.
We’re still discovering this messed up & they simply put all of the boxes at the living/dining place facing the china hutch, which we requested them to not. Fundamentally we had been dismissed.
So to sum up it!! Do not use em if you don’t would like to get abused and used!!!

Were impressed with attention to detail. Staff and owner are extremely friendly and went above and beyond to ensure my shifting experience was pleasurable (we all know how stressful it may be) I highly suggest Donation Movers. Good pricing and good support. They’ve moved me several times!!
