There are many sites with poor reviews on this provider. All of my research tells me several things; however, the greatest one is that we all have the exact same story to tell. We will need to discuss this info with each other and place our stories together so as to bring closure to our tales. This man robbed me, stole my kid’s individuality, and I am certain that he’s running a scam. I reported him to every one of the individuals I could envision. But he alters his mails speech, rather than ever gives you a work order amount. Oh, he utilizes other company’s DOT amounts because his very own. What I understand is: if you phone out of another number he’ll either reply or phone you back. He’s two DOT amounts that I am aware of: 3048596 for a New Meadows, NY speech and 3048595 for your Corona, NY address. His title”possibly” Joe Yarinnadel. His motorists are largely convicted felons. One attempted to get to my gun safe once he’d seen me take if they revealed. Why? He called me until they came and inquired if I had been on the army base. . .they would not undergo the gate as they were CONVICTED felons. He needed money only, never burden the truck, showed up in a Penski truck, and it all goes down hill from there.

Never use this business! They’re holding my things hostage at the moment! Keep increasing the cost I owe. Can not answer calls from me. Gave me two delivery dates no show no call. I am sick of it!

Like the others who wrote testimonials on this website, we’re also victimized by Immediate Van Lines, also we did not even pick them to function as our movers. They had been subcontracted by New Frontier Van Lines who turned out to be a”broker” because of them. So if you are contemplating New Frontier Van Lines or even Direct Van Lines, DON’T!! In the very beginning when the guys showed up on April 19th in my flat possessions of marijuana, also forcing a Budget rental truck, then I still had a terrible impression. After loading the truck that the driver advised me that the agent underestimated the price, and that the couple things I had were likely to charge more money. My ordeal with Immediate Van Lines was dreadful, but in contrast to some of the testimonials I have read here, I might be among the lucky ones I’ve needed to handle extended flaws and only a number of my things broken or damaged upon receipt. The drivers did attempt to acquire more cash when they sent my possessions, but fortunately they gave up wanting to pursue that if they were awarded the rest in money. I’m in the process of filing formal complaints with the Better Business Bureau and the US Attorney General’s office.

They aren’t movers, they’re a wrecking crew. Without exaggerating they were able to hurt every bit of furniture, split wedding China, harm documents and stolen possessions. Among those morons raised a jar of alcohol and drank it at work. In addition, I guess that stole a bottle of prescription medicine. They whined about the purchase price, pickup and shipping times. Why did they move my stuff from 1 truck to the next? To split more? They don’t return calls and they find a way to put all blame for everything on you. They provided $1000.00 reduction for my rush, with all of the harm it ought to happen to be liberated. I gave them lots of time to fulfill my criticism. Be warned and beware!

They also were not in a full sized moving van, (because we had been told could be arriving ) but instead, two 26′ Penske trucks.

Among those Penske trucks made to go unload someplace along with the team sat around for an hour and half waiting for the truck to go back. Once he returned they filled the initial truck that was there for the length and also when they had it stuffed we had been informed we needed to much stuff to match in equally trucks. After prolonged questioning of this team foreman (who had been quite evasive about the reason why they’d arrive with inadequate space for the comprehensive loading manifest we’d supplied ) we were advised that the initial truck which had abandoned, never prevailed and so there wasn’t enough space, BUT, somehow, we were far within the distance that was calculated by someone to whom I gave our advice 4 times before.

The most important thing, we were being charged another $5,000.00 to pay the overage! And we might not couldn’t even get our deposit back when we cancelled and we’d need to unload the truck!

I had been told the team would go back the following morning at 9 am to load the rest of the items and they’d be in their way. They did arrive until nearly 3 pm the following day and offered no apologizes for there tardiness. After finishing the load, the foreman had the guts to ask me just how much of hint I had been going to provide the team!

The point is, we didn’t get our possessions until 2/28/18, along with also a fantastic amount boxes were ruined, semi-crushed, or even lost. Plus not one of our appliances were wrapped in protective blankets and, thus, had continued harm. Our white mattress, white dining room table and bedside table weren’t wrapped and was fastened with brown tape which either left a residue or dragged the end from the bits when it had been eliminated.
