I recently moved from Minnesota to Arizona. I was initially told by my representative in World Wide Van Lines that they utilize their very own fleet of trucks also that my stuff was likely to be loaded onto one of their enormous semi-trucks. The 2 men ended up placing some of my things to a regional public storage device (at their cost ) and informed me it’d accompany 1 week afterwards. Well I’m writing this review nearly 3 months after I’ve yet to observe the remainder of my own stuff!

When my first load of things did arrive in my new house, there were innumerable cracked plastic bags, smashed boxes, broken things, dinged furniture up, and lost things which they had been advised specifically NOT to place in storage except to bring straight away. To top it off, all the boxes and things had been clearly marked as to what area they move in. They still managed to misplace things in the wrong places.

If you’re wanting to move, I strongly recommend that your DO NOT proceed with World Wide Van Lines or even Dependable Movers. I shopped around before picking them, but was na

Called several businesses to find help with packing up the home. Reputable Packers appeared so friendly and useful.

Received telephone calls to verify the amount of individuals to come and help. Was quoted 8 hours to get $250.00. Not bad.

Three girls came. They did pack nicely but the math is off. I had been billed for 2 hours but they abandoned after 21/2 hours. (A total of 7 1/2 guy hours NOT 8! ) ) . Next I had been charged with TWO excursion fees to a total of nearly $80. SERIOUSLY. Nothing has been mentioned about any excursion fees. (The other sellers were up front with all charges). In addition to that, the 3 women were car pooling. Since when would you pay to drive into another appointment?

THEN I had been requested to trick!!!! So with all of their hidden fees, the $250 for 2 hours was $400 to get 7 1/2 hours.

On Monday, I called to talk with the proprietor. Someone else, that was among my packers, provided to help. When conditions I wished to talk with the proprietor, I had been told she had laryngitis. No issue. I will wait till she can talk to get a return telephone number.

More than a month went by without a reply. I predicted back. This time she called me within a day. She had no excuse of both excursion fees. She had been planning to pull my bill and get back together with me. I guess my bill is currently in Alaska or someplace. STILL no return telephone call.

Buyer beware. They’ve MANY hidden fees.

So eager to have selected this provider. We had the very best teams. The beautiful women who packed and unpacked were so patient and understanding whilst working together with my parents that had been downsizing from 3200 square foot house to a 1200 square foot apartment. My mother has hydrocephalus that causes her problem with memory and time difficulties, but they had been so kind and handled with her distress and stress professionally.
The movers had a fantastic group of guys who actually came back to be sure my parents’ sleep amount adjustable mattress was functioning correctly after my parents had been fighting with it. They also were quite careful to inquire were to place furniture and make alterations.
I can not say enough about how much easier they created -that which was a challenging movement – using their hard labour and friendly characters.
