I phoned him again on Tuesday, 3/28/13, also got his answering services.  I made a message stating how disappointed I was in him along with the business for making me followup so frequently merely to receive a quote.  I then stated there was nothing much more to say than”forget it”.  I received a call a couple of hours after and Dave did not even admit my message right.   He believed it was all taken care of, so which DE Moving & Storage business’s telephone lines were all down, blah blah blah.   I eventually obtained a quotation for three times that which another firm had quoted.  What a significant disappointment and stressful encounter! I could not expect a company to take care of my relocation after moving through this sort of sales expertise.

I won’t ever advocate delaware moving and storage for anybody!!! Not only was I berated by a few of the movers however they ruined my mattress and my brothers bed, but they were rude because I wasn’t certain where I needed certain things put and they over charged me by one hour at $130 per hour bc they moved someplace for lunch between homes and revealed at 8:30 when they said they’d be there by 8 the project had been finished half [EDIT] by 12:15 and they billed me until 1 as that was how long it would have to return to their own base. DO NOT USE THEM!   The movers didn’t manage furniture with care. They slammed down the furniture and dented hardware flooring. Two boxes have been stolen. A apparel box and plastic bin. The following concessions with DM&S to repair the damaged furniture and /or maintain for broken things was extreemly disappointing.
