    Successful move to Florida

I hired David and Goliath to support my transfer a month and they had been nothing short of spectacular. From the very first young woman I talked with in their workplace into the movers themselves everyone was very helpful and professional with all our relocation, they left a stressful time a lot easier for me along with my family. If we ever move again I would certainly use this company and would recommend them for anybody who needed a plumber, thank guys.

    My moving experience

Im planning to Begin by First thanking David and Goliath Moving. Instead, they definately Nailed it with this particular move. I needed to return to Oklahoma due to my ailing Mother and also the strain of the and Transferring was so overpowering. So I filled out a online survey on a site and has been bombarded with phone calls and also David and Goliath Transferring was the previous one I talked with. I had been providing the encounter by lots of firms but when I talked with Joseph I felt a kind of relief. He explained that which the others did however he looked alot more confident and more knowledgable of this business. I wanted David and Goliath Transferring to perform all Last minute due to this such short note of going and they did almost flawless. While I say virtually pefect, ideal is a complimentary Proceed. So to sum up it That which they said will Happened and also the cost was retained within my funding as promised. They’re moving my sister too and I know they’ll do a wonderful job also. THANKS AGAIN David and Goliath Transferring

    Horrible Company

Don’t use this company for whatever reason. The estimate that they supplied of $1300 shifted to over $3,000 after the movers came. They did not deliver on the date that they stated they’d. The staff was unbelievably rude *after* they chose my things up. They advised me after pick-up that they can deliver anytime within the next 30 days and meet the contract. This was something which was never told to me on front, and it is at the fine print in the contract. I eventually ended up needing to find an attorney involved. In addition to all this, I needed to cover even more after the items came. There was also hurt and lost items. I even got some things which were definitely someone else, but it all was completely broken. Again, DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. Any favorable testimonials are a complete sham, as you are able to locate different reviewers saying the exact same thing as I’m. Don’t hesitate to email me in wsdnashville@gmail.com should you would like to understand more about this nightmare encounter.

    A+ mover recommend to anyone

Desired a last minute move done a week and began calling around on those online websites. I talked to James who put together the bidding for me and I must say everything went extremely well from begin to finish. I truly could not find anything to complain about. Everything was shielded very well and they allow me to hold my things onto the truck for 2 days since my final was not prepared yet. I suppose that is part of thier providers but none the less it was suitable for me. I will urge them to my hr department so that they can continue to perform moves to the company I work for

    Poor company

Never, ever use this firm. After we called and spoke to James, he had been so professional and sweet. I told him exactly what we were loading out. I called and included a couple of items not to mention the cost went up. I then called and additional bicycles, golf clubs. He advised me to quit worrying about the little things, it’d add possibly 30 bucks. He clarified how HIS men would come and pack everything up and I did not need to think about anything. They were all back ground assessed, etc.. Therefore, day of transfer we’ve got a huge Boy moving van. Wonder if they had been back ground assessed. They began packaging and wrap and then the cost had been 500.00 more then James stated, and I’d sold the bicycles along with other things. I told James I’d have 6 boxes and just had 4. Afterward our packer got a call from”sweetie” and he needed to get going. He refused to load the remainder of our stuff that we had among the listing to proceed. Obviously, we needed to be from our home this day since we offered and were shutting. NEVER did listen from James back, he refused to answer his telephone or return any messages. So, then we’re advised that our stuff would me delivered by March 25. If you call to discover where your stuff is, you receive lie after lie. It was likely to be sent 3 Mondays in a row. When our driver eventually called to send, guess what, He did not do the job for Large boy or David and Goliath. What a horrible experience with this firm. And if you’d get to speak to somebody from this business, they had been so impolite. I’ve attempted to get a grasp of James all this time and that he still won’t return a telephone. Yes, we eventually got our things. Missing a seat, but I won’t blame the motorist that purchased it. He had been the only decent man in this whole move.

    Poor delivery and followup

This kind of continuation of a prior review. I’m absolutely amazed at the total lack of duty at this corporation. Not only did they shoot over a week to return to my lawyer, but post communicating together with no Attorney has gone on for months with yet no reply. They still have (and have confessed ) ownership of my house yet to be sent. I also have advised them of land they delivered that is colour coded, rather than mine, which was intended to be sent to somebody else. They’ve yet to get back to me on that. I’d love to contact that proprietor right, however, have no way of calling them. I am convinced D&G won’t publicly offer that info. I don’t wish to discard the house as it is not mine, but might love to ship it to the appropriate owner. Something D&G seemingly does not wish to perform independently. Recently I’ve asked for advice on where to submit a claim in order that in the very least I’d be liable for my portion of the trade. 4 months after I hear nothing. They haven’t reacted to repetitive mails. . I eventually looked on the rear of the contract and there was also the claim info. Is that so difficult for them to react to. As of now I’ll be submitting a claim for about 30 missing things, embedded scratches to 3 parts of furniture, a broken coffee table leg, Destroyed side table, numerous split permanent containers, two hand sockets, a massive glass table top (that I’d imagine was busted and therefor not sent.) Their lack of communication and responsibility is absurd. I’m now retired and plan on spending a lot of day composing social networking about my expertise. Do not let them move anything of yours. This firm pertaining to my movement was negligent. In terms of my scenario. . .there is going to be lawsuit!!!!

    Never again

They were just two days late picking up my furniture. They did not bring a large enough truck and whined that they did not know about the piano, even though it was definitely listed. The cost of course shifted. When I called about if my things would be delivered that they were rude. I later got a call stating that they would be there the following day. (The movers were in my home delivering my furniture once I got the telephone ). They don’t have any clue where a few of my things are. I got things that aren’t mine. They guaranteed delivery of my lost things and maintained that they were around the truck and could be sent daily. I really don’t have them yet, this was nearly a week past. They weren’t too cautious with all my boxes, they seemed like they’ve been throughout the war even the rubber maid ones. . They broke several things and attempted to say that has been the way that they were, NOT. Never again.

    Terrible company and customer service

This company is awful. Their sales team stinks, customer support is terrible, everybody requires an attitude adjustment. The salesman James is a part of work – what a dreadful individual. Him and everybody in the business are only liars and losers. They’re disrespectful and broke a lot of my great things. Do not ever use this business – that they will screw you over! Do yourself the support and pay the excess to get a grownup respectful service rather than these dreadful men and women. No one in this business will phone you back and if you really can find a hold of somebody they’re either incredibly impolite or else they hang up on you – real adult. They’ll set you through the worst possible situations and do not care about something. And they do not find out how to package anything. They place the bottoms of one of my tables in with my tv – clearly, I finally have a busted tv. They broke my coffee table, lamp, and several other products. They lie to you about when you’re going to receive your stuff. James, the dreadful excuse of a salesman, told us”5-7 times but likely sooner” – which did not happen. Inform us about two weeks to receive our stuff. This organization is terrible and so is that their employees.

The worse! Don't disregard these reviews.

I’ve moved indoors and long distance lots of times. This is the worse movement ever. They’re an awful, dishonest, unprofessional, unreliable firm. Not 1 time did the movers show up with a David and Goliath moving truck. They tried to overcharge me if they picked my furniture up then attempted to make me cover more than was initially agreed to at pick up. They shot over a week to send my furniture to get a 300 mile transfer just 1 country away, for that I had been told could only require 2-3 days, plus they never refunded me for a further fee which shouldn’t have been billed. They’re the worse! Run away from this provider. You’ll be sorry. They Ought to be reported to the BBB along with the Attorneys General.

DO NOT USE DAVID AND GOLIATH

Beware of AAA Storage and Moving! In the start it was a wreck. We proposed to move in Chicago region to San Diego, California. My husband talked to a guy called David to get stuff started. The sales guy he left him feel like moving through them are the ideal move. Worst decision. We packaged and known as AAA a couple of times to correct our stock, we needed to ensure we were true as is to prevent any additional fees. We’ve got a 17 month old and another baby on the road, so concealed prices has been something we didn’t need to manage. After the movers revealed , they filled the truck, and left the call for their manager to finish this up. This is where it begins, the man that loaded it even warned us that his boss will attempt to charge us longer. Sure enough, $700.00 was additional!! And for that which??? My husband got on the telephone with him and he couldn’t explain why there had been added price. Tried hammering it on additional square foot, nope, we’re below. Subsequently tried endangering our bicycles?!? What? Then the man hung up in my husband. Located out AAA contracted these individuals from the firm David and Goliath. The worst customer service ever. We needed to phone Chris a supervisor from AAA to bargain with this firm they hired, as it absolutely didn’t look right to us to achieve that. So eventually they got into some number and my spouse agrees to pay the entire cost then also there. ( from the contract it says pay deposit once they pickup, and last cost when delivered) in order that was already breaking up the contract by making us pay whole cost. They left together with the vehicle and then we left to drive across state. Subsequently David and Goliath began calling and depriving us about a speech that had full of. It had been for the charge card info, and said on the kind to directly a speech IF DIFFERENT. Guess what it is not distinct!!! However, the retained calling and calling us it had full out, even when their employees also advised us to not fill out that. We needed to stop and spend cash to have this form filled out once we’re driving across state. Again that had been David and Goliath hired by AAA. We called AAA to inform them what’s been occurring and they did not seem to worried. We arrive in our new house , we must obtain an ETA of shipping. Found out they did not ship our items till August 5th if they chose it up July 28. They kept it hostage for exactly what? So mad with this we predict AAA AGAIN. They get David and Goliath but nothing is finished. Upon calling more I’m advised 7-10 days. The strain of the made me ill because I am pregnant and how we were being treated was so dreadful. My husband speaks and calls to some man named Julius. He promise us that matters are going to be taken good care of and that it will be delivered, alright, when? So I phone and Julius went to vacation, therefore I talk to some other director named Jason. Who notifies me that my things ought to be there in 2 days, I will find a call from somebody. Fourteen days ahead. Nothing. Phone back, catch Julius, he describes to me that the Jason man was filling in for him but he does not work that section ( formerly when I phoned a woman explained Jason was over him, lies) so that Jason guy was studying notes from something. So quite angry Julius tried his very best to solve the problem. The harm was done. Our stuff eventually came August 16. Many boxes smashed that’d delicate composed on these, scrapes on tables, even missing/stolen water mill for a few mill, and I have not even unlocks my boxes yet I am so worried. AAA Transferring additionally claims that there is a completely free 30 days storage, so they did not inform their builders, when we said it to them that they seemed shocked! When we advised AAA about that they said”oh that is an issue they do not understand”. In general, horrible, worse experience I have ever been through using a company/ies. I wouldn’t ever imply AAA Moving and Storage, they contract folks out that don’t care about your possessions, just cash.

    Great Service

I moved from Michigan to Georgia using AAA andDavid and Goliath Moving and Storage. They were quite professional, and wrapped everything in blankets and packaged all else in boxes. The cost changed since we had more stuff than we informed them initially , we got the cost corrected and what went smooth then. The delivery arrived into Georgia along with the movers place whatever in which my wife needed it that reassembled the beds and other furniture. My wife was really happy as was I. We’d advocate David and Goliath Moving and Storage along with AAA to those who wish to proceed. We’d love to prolong David and Goliath Moving and Storage and AAA to giving a fantastic support

    Military Move

I’d love to thank David and Goliath storage and moving for the excellent job they did transferring me along with my loved ones. I’m a military officer and so I want to move periodically for my own job, among my folks recommended this business to me following his loved ones, I chose to offer them a go and I am contented with my choice. They took great care of their items and were considerate for my loved ones and actually helped out by getting all completed in good time to allow my own children to begin in their new college with all of their items. We’ll definitely be recommending the company to other army families which have to relocate, so they did a excellent job along with also the shifting fees were inside our relocation funding, in spite of the additional we had to cover the excess materials not on our initial stock list we gave them. Should you will need a great moving company devote David and Goliath storage and moving a telephone.

    DO NOT USE THEM!

David and Goliath was subcontracted by Finest Taxes of America (another dreadful company) to transfer my little shipment. They arrived over 7 hours late to pick up my dispatch. Everything was wrapped well. I didn’t hear from them again until 13 days after once they scheduled my own delivery. The truck came more than seven hours in relation to the period that they stated they were still coming. They subcontracted my cargo with a different firm (no markers on automobile ). My boxes were crushed, torn open and my possessions were all around the truck. A few of the things from the boxes were lost. The things which were wrapped were no more wrapped and there has been damage to furniture. Pieces of furniture have been lost. The motorist was alone and said he had assistance to overthrow the vehicle. He stood at the vehicle and observed me unload and carry the dispatch in my flat. He asked him to assist me with all the sofa and that he did. He whined the entire time and said he had been losing money with this particular delivery. He said that I was fortunate I did not leave the dispatch on a street corner in the Bronx.

Don’t use this business. They’re unprofessional and also their customer support is rude.

They are screwing me over, but I am fighting back

Update, 9/24 – somebody was”presumed to be arriving now” and had been attempting to bill an extra $200; once I denied vociferously, it had been altered into”tomorrow (9/25) involving 8-11am”, and now I’m to have”money or a money purchase” prepared for the right quantity. That is occurring 17 days late, and I don’t have any clue as to if they’re (1) bringing all of my items, (2) can make my items undamaged, and (3) when they will reveal whatsoever. This post will be updated pending the results of those 3 items.

They had no issue coming to pick up my items early; however , they appear to have difficulty sending them on request.
Moved from MI on to MS on a little short notice to have work. Contacted several bureaus about going, but wanted one with an affordable price. Found a broker, who supplied a jump estimate for many services together with free storage for 30 days. I contracted together on Tuesday 8/9; both David and Goliath showed up (at Michigan) about 8/10 – a day sooner than shared together with the agent. Once they filled and packed all, the”head mover” obtained on the telephone with his supervisor, also proceeded to state things in the essence of”she’s more things than is among the” (that a LIE). I understood movers might be unscrupulous, therefore that I did my homework ahead, which included obtaining a jump quote and being particular when itemizing what that the movers could pick up (right down to size and measurements of things ). The”head mover”, after putting on the phone with his supervisor, went to inform me that I had”gone over by a few hundreds of bucks” in my quote, which had been a lie. Bearing this, I moved”verbally ballistic” about the”head mover”, while his boss was on the telephone. Following a fantastic rant, I moved outdoors; I began my own rant again, since the movers introduced a truck big enough to go a 4 or 3 bedroom home, but I just had a 1-bedroom flat. They tried to state that this also warranted an increase in prices, so that I”dropped it again”. From the time I completed , the”head mover” along with also his boss on the telephone accepted the Bill of Lading that the”head inspector” had with him and proceeded into SCRATCH OUT THE FAKE INCREASES THEY HAD ON THEIR ADULTERATED COPY, AND REPLACED THEM WITH THE NUMBERS Which Were ADDRESSED ON THE BOUND ESTIMATE! I two pictures of the Bill of Lading, to make sure I had a list of it if something happened to the first.

Fast-forward on September; about September 8, I contacted the agent to let them know that the amount they gave me to David and Goliath wasn’t replying, which perhaps they could attempt. I had to receive my possessions removed from storage daily (or no later than the subsequent day) so as to stay inside the 30-day window to get free storage. The agent says that they contacted the company and that the company ought to be in touch with me this afternoon (that was about”2-ish” Central Standard Time, September 8). I never got a telephone; the morning after , I phoned David and Goliath (because they never called me) and informed them about what the agent said and that I had to have my own items pulled from storage and prepared for shipping. The girl on the telephone (Patricia Dube) jumped to quote me a shipping cost of $586, also a storage cost of $186, along with a strategy to send from next Wednesday. I advised her of my (1) jump quote, (2) charge of lading (together with all the”now fixed values” and which she obtained a photograph ), (3) that the storage has been assumed to be free for 30 days; provided I didn’t have a great deal of things to be transferred and saved, it might require a portion of the opportunity to pull it out of storage and set it onto a truck in comparison to the quantity of time that it required them to divide and then put to the truck the first time, and (4) having learned from your agent in my behalf the afternoon ahead , this is the sort of thing that they should have already had in movement. Nicely,”Patricia would like to phone me back in 10-15 minutes”; 45 minutes afterwards, I phone her. She states that the”storage cost will be waived” (since it needs to, because fees were to start that the NEXT DAY) and that they’d”have my items to me by Tuesday”. I didn’t whine, though I thought it strange that they’d no issue driving 10 hours, 54 minutes into Ypsilanti, MI significantly less than 24 hours later I signed this contract with the agent, however Norcross will be 6 months, 15 minutes away from Jackson and at now (Friday, September 16), there’s not any term from David and Goliath as to if I’ll get my possessions. I’ve sent mails to Patricia Dube which go undercover, and the telephone just rings when I phone. They’re of no assistance.

    Consumer’s Desired Resolution:
The resolution that I search is: (1) BRING MY THINGS ASAP; to reiterate, I do not have much and also the quantity of things they picked up was to get a 1-bedroom apartment. (Literally, it had been a bed with matress and headboard, dresser with mirror, higher dresser, night stand, typical couch, loveseat, wooden coffee table, wooden bookshelf, 2 big suitcases full of novels, three little boxes full of books, plus a vinyl utility back with wheels. That is IT. Everything else either (barely) fit in to my vehicle or has been lost. With loading my things from storage, traveling to Jackson MS, unloading, and also installation, the whole situation should not have obtained more 12 hours, max. (2) I anticipate a decrease in prices despite the jump statement, since this sort of support is past shoddy. They ought to lower the delivery and installation by about $220 so if they get here, they will provide and set up the furniture based on my own specifications for no longer than $300. Due to their flaws, I’m missing crucial materials necessary for my new project (I am a scientist, and also these books were to the courses I teach and the study I really do ).So, that is it: (1) fetch my items ASAP (nothing is preventing them from arriving tomorrow – Saturday 9/17 – however they wont reveal ), (2) unload and set up the furniture, and (3) leave using a CHECK or money order for $200-250 less than initially addressed at the jump estimate, due to neglect and a failed effort at defrauding me. (Oh, one additional thing? Be certain that this provider is conscious of this”110% Principle, which in what an attorney told me doesn’t apply to jump quotes, and even when I had an”unbound” quote, the numbers they had been attempting to bill went well concerning the”additional 10 percent” permitted by law.

    Worst experience I've EVER HAD

They initially quoted me around $1500 less than I billed me. Launched nickle and diming me to get measures to my own apartment, etc.. Told me that my things would be here during the weekend, and then took a few more times to really show up. When it made it, the majority of it had been busted. Glass out of my tables, even my very large excellent wooden desk (they simply RIPPED the table apart and it couldn’t be fixed ), ripped lights from my headboard and abandoned the cables exposed, shattered my sofa, etc.. To make things worse, the individuals sending my things known as the guy who moved it, and told me he SHOWED ME the broken glass and that I was OK with it. YEAH Perfect! In addition, he stated that I dashed outside the door to give him a hint, but he ASKED me to get a trick. Since I did not understand the dreadful job he’d packing my things the wrong way, I gave him one. He boldface whined and likely still has a project. He must be fired instantly and that I must never have paid over $3500 to possess most of stuff broken. If I could offer them a negative star rating, I’d.

WORST MOVING COMPANY DO NOT USE

Service was so dreadful I wish I could provide negative stars. I had been quoted for pickup August 30th-31st. They did not appear till September 1st therefore my apartment complex charged me an excess moment. Next, since I had 6 more boxes than anticipated that they charged me over $500. I called the customer support supervisor who then told me when I continued with my criticism the firm”would see me as an issue customer and cancel my occupation and let me have somebody else do it” He explained this to me in my day of pickup like I had additional time to program for a different corporation. My delivery date was September 29-30th. Upon pickup I informed them I had been paying the first installation by charge card. Once they left, days after they called stating”their charge system was down and that I had to deposit money into their accounts” How funny is that?? My truck was not delivered before October 17th and if they came THEY LOST MY BED along with also my bedroom mirror stating it was not on an inventory checklist. I called customer support and the girl was so rude she kept interrupting me and wouldn’t allow me to speak. She was supposed to call me back and never did. Dominique another customer service representative was communicating with me through email- stating over email that she’d return to me, and still never did. Eli H has been the LEAST professional”customer service manager” I have ever managed. The entire business is horrible, rude, unprofessional and utilizing them is actually a scam.

If you’re searching for a moving company don’t utilize David and Goliath Movers. They had been the worst nightmare I’ve ever had to encounter. It began with Jennifer and James advertising me about how good the business was and the way they’d look after what (they both lied to me personally ). But that is where it stopped, when they had my residue, from there on it was the very stressful encounter. They came into my home 2 days after then that which was dedicated to transfer my furniture. The truck that they drove up in was just a 26 ft trailer that was not big enough to carry all of my furniture. I had been made to leave 25 percent of it at friends and neighbors before I could return and pick it up at a subsequent date. There were just two helpers to transfer 75 percent of the furniture, and it took them over 14 hours to pack the vehicle. It subsequently took seven days to send my furniture into a destination which has been just 10 hours off. When they finally revealed, I had been made to pay an extra $2,000 until they’d unload the truck since the quotation they supplied me was to get 1,500 cubic feet, and I’d 2,400 cubic feet. ( How can I know just how much cubic feet of furniture that I have, they have been assumed to understand that) If they unloaded the furniture, two things were ruined that I am still battling trying to find reimbursement. Don’t rely on them, even reputable insurance companies don’t have them in their own approved list. I attempted to get extra insurance but 3 firms said they don’t encourage them (I wish I understood that before I had been locked from )

    Never again

We hired David and Goliath movers to get our transfer in Cincinnati to Atlanta. It had been on a reccomendation in our preceding inspector. I regret not having done a little more research about them.
    1. Our boxes have been ruined ( sterile, one has been torn out of all four components )
    2. They charged us extra for stairs that we later came to understand was already included in the arrangement.
    3. 1 bag is still lacking. They keep saying that they are likely to send it but till today I’ve’nt acquired it.

    Very Good Experience

Moving stinks and a great deal of movers make it even worse. These men really do an amazing job and have a fantastic mindset doing it! I used them twice now and have had an excellent experience BOTH times. They appear on time, call you beforehand, the window through which they come is little so that you know when to prepare. They’re also quite reasonably priced. I simply moved again last Friday and they did a fantastic job wrap all of my furniture, shifting my giant sofa which didn’t fit in the elevator up three flights of stairs (!!!) And were a joy to use. I highly recommend this moving company and will use them again anytime:-RRB-

    TERRIBLE - DO NOT USE

DO NOT USE. Stolen TV, broken dishes and lamps everywhere. I transferred out of country out of a 600 sq ft flat. They took almost 6 hours to proceed my tiny 1 bedroom location. They saved my items in storage for 30 weeks, and then shipped it all into my new residence. When my items came, strangely enough, everything but my plasma television was there. This was”likely still at the warehouse.” They also struck both the lamps, along with many dishes. I registered a claim for my own television, and after 4 weeks ago and forth, I had been awarded $64 bucks. Their typical insurance is.6 percent per article, meaning that a 700 television becomes 64. The men who picked up my possessions did a dreadful job, they arrived with no resources and required twice as long as quoted. They pressured to get a hint, and if I did not leave them one, my television went lost. I’m filing a complaint with the BBB too, please save yourself the hassle and seek the services of an honest moving company.

    WORST EXPERIENCE EVER!

They charged us twice the first quote when they’d all of our possessions on their own trucks. They neglected to notify us that just money was determined upon delivery. They loaded items they had been advised to not load and did not load a lot that they need to have. My wife’s jewellery box to get a single (they had been advised to not load). I finally have many thousands of dollars in jewellery missing. My spouse has resources lost. DVD players and surround audio system is currently missing. They firm doesn’t succeed at all on coping together with us on substituting missing things. I’ve actually filed a police record also registered a complaint with the BBB.

    ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE

I transferred across country lines, they didn’t send my possessions in time, they didn’t honor their quotation, wouldn’t send unless you’d money or money order. They stole jewelry, electronics items, tools, and ruined numerous dressers, corner cupboard, gas grill, and metal filing cabinets, and outside patio was overlooking the legs. The worst part was that they re-packaged items that they ruined or stole and place a number of them in new boxes. I will file a police report and get the attorney generals in my nation and Georgia. I could file a stolen and damaged report, but don’t expect any settlement from this corporation. I contracted with Alpine Transferring, their truck broke down and they predicted David & Goliath with no knowledge. I wouldn’t urge or even consider contacting with this business for some of your moving requirements.

    SHADY HORRIBLE COMPANY

I have been coping with Eli Davis a so called director who’s so unprofessional and a bully!!! He threatened me to cover within 30mins and fretting about the driver being in our home and is currently trying to charge us more money than our estimate states. Even after telling the FL FMSCA that all we owed to receive our things was our closing amount of our quote but is still attempting to get us to cover an extra $1000+!!! If we pick up our things he needs MORE MONEY. I won’t ever again use this organization or Ez MovingVan Lines who seemingly picked David & Goliath. Both of these businesses are dreadful and dishonest and burglars… I have never in my life dealt with these jagged people .DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY OR EZ MOVING VAN LINES .THEY ARE WORKING TOGETHER TO RIP PEOPLE OFF!! Eli will not even say he operates for David &Goliath. The quantity of nonesense I have dealt with because EASTER if they picked up my things is crazy. They left half of our things and somehow we magically still came out in our maximum weight. Yet I have never seen evidence of this weight just like I had been advised.

Do Not Use David and Goliath

Worst experience ever. David and Goliath”dropped” (they certainly stole it) one of my things. When they sent everything they weren’t even going to inform me about it. When I asked point blank, they gave me the run around and stated they believed customer support told me. The product was valued at $1,500 and they just gave me $70 to replace it. As soon as I delivered a letter for mediation, which can be legally binding, they totally ignored it and that I moving with small claims court. The customer service is unhelpful and incredibly combined. It looks like each week they’re”on holiday” and I’m never able to get in contact with them.
This procedure has been going on for seven weeks and I feel as though I won’t ever understand the end.

Fraud, scam, steal and break items!!

David and Goliath Transferring / EZ moving Van Line appears to utilize terms and”tips” to scam clients with no reliability or liability. Along with the terms they’re use whenever convenience to them, but what about the breach of the conditions of the arrangement from EZ Moving supplied in contract? Again the movers didn’t use blankets to wrap the majority of the things and in outcomes caused harm. Plus they charged additional fee for labour and wrap (which quote in contract STATED comprised ). Plus they EZ moving have done nothing so far to rectify scenario although I’d contact them because May 26 concerning the grossly mistaken burden and the rest of the unreasonable fees!? They maintained buying time before the inspector was ill held and here my house at HOSTAGE demanding payment before they open truck! Since the truck started I had been shocked to observe that the”items” all cramped and piled on each other just like a garbage truck. Along with the contract recorded that service comprised blanket wrapping of all furniture. However, all of the metallic furniture posts weren’t wrapped and each of them got some amount of harm, dent and bents with scrapes. And of course that a framed art work, all of glass frames and pins are broken using ruined picture!! The sculptured mirror has been also broken! All boxes have been smashed out of shape (although marked”Fragile”)! Additionally, there is missing thing that they still have not responded to my request of this re-delivery date. And I simply found out inspector’s title DAVID AND GOLIATH MOVING they’re contracting with and work together to scam, steal and violate other people’s belongings and bringing the exact same trick once I looked up them. They should not be permitted to be enrolled as valid moving”support” business. These individuals set up company only go after people’s valuables and cash without providing appropriate support. Please look up the moving firm DAVID AND GOLIATH MOVING plus they did exactly the exact same dirty trick to additional clients together with EZ moving.

    Scam!!!!!

I hired Diving Transferring Group/David & Goliath Transferring and has been scammed. The Divine Moving Group frees me into thinking they’re a moving business. Rickey Paige is that reserved the move. Rickey explained Diving Transferring Group will be moving my belongings. Rickey required a deposit of $600.00. Rickey Paige pushed for me to cover in the kind of a test. They do this because. . .they understand the test is going to be cashed until you understand that it was a SCAM. I paid by credit card. I didn’t understand this business is a BROKER along with the $600.00 is a charge for Divine Moving Group. They pocket $600.00 as a charge for locating a moving company. I wasn’t conscious of some of this before the center of this move.

David and Goliath Moving showed up at our door. They came in a Ryder moving truck, had no firm logo shirts along with the paperwork which was plain. All of this brings up a great deal of inquiries and red flags. I’d sent Rickey a thorough list of all of the things they’d have to load and shipped pictures of all of the products. Rickey was completely conscious of the magnitude of the load!!! Divine Moving Group lent me $1650 to my out of state go. I had been told 4 specialist moving men would appear at 8am. I had been told that it might take a while to load the vehicle. I had been told Divine Moving Group was transferring yet another couple to GA which was why they might provide me such a fantastic pace. Lie!!!

The men ( David & Goliath Moving) arrived 3 hours late and there were 3 guys and maybe 4. They began loading instantly and weren’t respectful of our possessions. My husband walked out to find… that our NEW couch which has a wooden rear face down (maybe not on its own thighs ) on bare cement. When my husband pointed out the scrape that David & Goliath Transferring had placed on our NEW sofa. . .the inspector responded that may be mended with a furniture mark. They also did the exact same thing with a brand new wooden dining table.
I’ve included an image. I am going to need to find wood filler and a blot to attempt and repair the chips in my table. Ridiculous moving mistakes big time and this kind of very low class business.
My husband was the person who was coping with David & Goliath Moving. He was not conscious of a few of the facts that Divine Moving Group had given me. Both firms instantly pulled the old”bait and switch” on us after they’d all our stuff from the truck. My husband called me and explained the movers said they had a larger truck and another man. The quote went around $2300.00. I began to get an uncomfortable feeling the moment they showed up. Call it a gut feeling. The numbers nearly doubled, the firm did not seem to be professional or successful and the movers weren’t moving our furniture with any regard. The enormous red flag was once… the movers told my husband that they were planning to load our belongings and send it in a couple of days. I didn’t agree to the with Devine Transferring Group. I had been told my things would be transferred the exact same moment. I appeared David & Goliath Transferring and watched quite bad reviews 2.5 from 5 typical. I found reviews from folks who never recieved their possessions, were advised their possessions got LOST, a few folks received other people’s possessions and a couple of individuals actually obtained things and the majority of it had been highly damaged furniture.

I had a sense if our things left our home we’d NEVER see it again!!! I told my husband (who’d been dealing with those idiots out of 11am-7pm) Remember the majority of the afternoon was spent awaiting another truck. The men sat at the Ryder truck (drinking sodas my husband gave them) and speaking about their phones. After viewing the dreadful testimonials we advised them if they couldn’t send our things TONIGHT we were backing out. Eli ( the supervisor ) and his team demanded $1500.00 money to unload our furniture and held it HOSTAGE.

My husband called the police who examined the crooked contract from the Devine Transferring Group and David & Goliath Moving. The nicely written and jagged contract says that when the furniture is about the truck..for accountability reasons (yeah right) the client couldn’t go on the vehicle for any reason. The authorities said it was a civil court scenario. Karma does reunite when among those movers is arrested for an outstanding warrant. Trust me ELI understands what he can and can not do!!!

We’d already paid a $600.00 deposit and currently ELI is demanding $1500.00 longer (CASH) We negotiated a deal for this criminal firm for $500.00 to unload. Our furniture never left our drive and will charge us a TOTAL of $1100 (deposit- $600.00 and unload $500.00) Eli told his men to dump our furniture at our driveway. My husband heard him say it on a telephone conversation. Eli understands his SCAM and also had the guts to tell my husband to call the cops. That tells me he has been down that road several times and understands his scam quite well. It took the men 1 hour to float in a mean of $250.00 an hour to get x2. The business obtained an F to the BBB and can be a entire scam!!! Don’t conduct business with these folks. Thank god we watched that the undesirable reviews prior to our stuff was removed. They slip stuff and then offer 06 pennies on the dollar to substitute the so callled missing things. . Steer clear of small movers such as this and when the quotation seems too good to be TRUE then… it’s!!!

I hired Diving Transferring Group/ David & Goliath Transferring and was scammed!!! Divine Moving Group from FL tricked me into thinking that they were a moving business. They’re a BROKER and lie to find a deposit/fee and ship a regional crappy firm. Rickey Paige is that I reserved the movement through. Rickey explained Divine Moving Group will be moving my belongings and took a deposit of $600.00. Rickey pushed for me to cover in a test because they understand it’ll be cashed until you realize it is a scam. I paid by credit card that was smart. David and Goliath Moving business (?) Not Divine Moving Group. . .David & Goliath came 3 hours late in a Ryder moving truck, had no firm logo tee tops and the paperwork which was plain. Remember we had no concept that the moving business that came wasn’t Divine and not 1 inspector said a firm name before we began asking questions. Hours after the furniture has been loade. I had been advised by Divine that 4 men would arrive and just got 3. They began loading instantly for reasons you’ll know later. They weren’t respectful of our possessions. My husband walked out to discover our new couch using a wooden back on its surface. . .not on its own thighs on bare concrete. After he pointed out the scrape they’d placed on our new couch. . .the inspector responded that may be mended with a furniture mark. Remember my husband was coping with David & Goliath Transferring and was not conscious of a few of the facts that Divine Transferring had informed me and wasn’t aware we had been shipped yet another moving company. They pulled the old”bait and switch” on us after they’d all our stuff from the truck. My husband called me and said they had a larger truck and another man. The quote today went around $2300.00. I began to get an uncomfortable feeling the moment my husband said they showed up with a RYDER truck. These men might be anyone and surely did not reveal professionalism from the moment the arrived. They told my husband that they were planning to load our things and send it in a couple of days?!?? I didn’t agree with this and got a very bad impression. I hunted up the business and watched quite bad reviews from those who never recieved their possessions, were advised they have lost, individuals who recieved other people’s possessions and or restored highly damaged possessions. I had a sense if our stuff abandoned we’d not see the majority of it again. I told my husband who’d been dealing with these idiots from 11am-7pm ( the majority of the time had been spent searching for another truck) The guys sat at the Ryder truck and did nothing. We inform them if they can not deliver it tonight we’re backing out. They wanted $1500.00 money to unload our furniture and held our possessions for ransom. My husband then called the authorities and may see we’re dealing with offenders. The contract says that when the furniture is around the vehicle. . For accountability reasons we couldn’t go on the vehicle. We couldn’t unload it and they needed a ridiculous amount to unload. The authorities said it was a civil court scenario. Remember we already paid $600.00 which has been presumed to be deducted from the total amount of this transfer. Eli the director of the company is presently demanding we pay $1500.00 to get his men unload furniture which never left our drive. He told his men to dump our furniture at our driveway. We ended up paying $500.00 for the furniture to be unload. It took them 1 hour to float at a mean of $250.00 and hour to get 2 guys.Wow… that they have to be giving us a white glove service in the speed or are a lot of criminals. One of the men needed a warrant and got detained!! KARMA and when I wished to employ these kind of functions I might have gone into the prison. It was a entire nightmare and squander money and time. Thus, we paid $1100.00 for essentially nothing. The business obtained an F to the BBB and is a entire scam. Don’t conduct business with these people today!! Thank god we watched the reviews prior to our substance was removed. They slip (shed ) stuff and then offer you .06 pennies on the dollar to substitute the so callled missing things. Steer clear of small movers such as this and when the quotation seems too good to be true that it is!!!

This provider is an entire SCAM. I wish I can quit zero stars

We signed up a contract for some cost. After the shipping driver came, there have been hand written notes about the aspect of a contract using another cost. The driver refused to remove the things in the van with no charge $1,000 greater than the initial contract cost – in money.

I called the police department and they have been well aware of the firm.

This is the WORST company I have ever done business with - DO NOT HIRE

PLEASE READ THIS FEEDBACK THOUROUGHLY AND Avoid EZ MOVING VAN LINES AND DAVID & GOLIATH MOVING!!! THEY are equally Scam artists and will lie and misrepresent what they tell you to receive your company and then scam you out of more money afterwards. Here is my horrible adventure so read carefully so that you understand just what they do and hopefully you can prevent the exact same gloomy error I’d. In your very first call, you may talk together what posts you need to establish the number of bits are being transferred. THEIR pc will assign their particular WEIGHTS to every one of those posts, which in nearly every case, my true weight (because I weighed every thing myself) has been MUCH less compared to their OVER INFLATED weights. Then they offer you your very first quote, depending on the burden THEY compute in a cost per LB. In my situation I had a quote based on around 2000 LBs (that was a minimal movement ) and cost of $.58 each LB. I asked the logical question, what should I go on the weight and has been advised at a really deceptive manner which you just pay the cost a LB for any fat within your own estimate. Since my quote was around for 2000 LBS, I requested several times to become apparent if I moved over 100 LBS afterward at $.58 each LB my additional fee could be 58 more bucks…right? They’ll say YES and inform you NOTHING on whatever else. At this stage if I forgot or missed any posts OR might have a couple of additional boxes which I did not give at the first count because I was not entirely done packaging, it is not a huge deal since they specifically tell it it’s based on WEIGHT rather than #of bits. So long as I remain UNDER that the 2000 LBS, my initial estimate ought to be helpful. This is the point where the SCAM comes from and they’ll CHEAT you from additional cash. As soon as you’re inside a couple of days for your real moving business to pick up what (that by how EZ is a broker I think and utilize different OTHER moving businesses to perform the job ) a quality assurance person will phone you to discuss your final collection of posts. Pay careful attention here. In my situation , I began with 44 posts and altered it into 46 total posts…so just 2 more bits. Now the essence of the posts transformed, so for instance, I eliminated a few wall décor bits (such as 10 pcs I initially gave) down to 0 because they were little and that I could enter a box. They initially calculated that these 10 pcs to become 210 LBS if they really weighed 28 LBS complete…that is the way far EZ overinflates things oftentimes. Then I added more sticks, a sofa, and a couple more things but again my complete personal count was just two pcs more from quote and they let you know it is strictly based on fat reduction. There’s not any WAY for you to be aware of just what you need till all is packaged so that they operate their scam to set you at ease at saying only give me everything you understand up front, so we provide you first quote, and should you go more than we just look in your weight. Boy is that far away from the reality. After the high quality assurance man goes over your closing list, you finally especially tell him everything you’ve have and they will subsequently RECALCULATE your quote according to their own OVER INFLATED WEIGHTS and begin hitting you to get more cash….up front. In my instance, I just added two more posts BUT since the essence of those objects changed, they now recalculated my complete burden to 2622….an additional 622 LBS…. .are you kidding me??? So then you are thinking, okay for an additional 622 pounds if legit which needs to be an additional $360.76 (622 x $.58 per pound ) I will need to pay although I still believe I’m UNDER the first 2000 LBS along with my very first quote. Guess what….here’s their bad scam….because THEY now compute an overinflated second quote….they ask that you spend more upfront cash on the deposit although they don’t have any clue what the true weight is and will be currently highlighting it upon THEIR overinflated NEW calculations. And here is the kicker….if I really did move on the 622 pounds, my thinking would be I’ll have an additional $360.76 to cover was not accurate. They scam you using all these additional administrative fees and fuel surcharge charges that my real second quote went up with $693.23 and that was together giving me 200 off for whining so much. Therefore that the cost per LB is misleading since they don’t inform you that they will scam you from additional fees in addition to the…. .very deceptive and poor business approaches. Now I have already given my very first deposit 589 in my very first quote and now they need an additional $360.76 for your next quote and that I request them specifically and repeatedly, if I’m still under the initial 2000 pounds…will my initial contract be legitimate and that I receive the $360.76 additional deposit again….they let me yes. I am made to cover the excess deposit if I wish to move. Another issue is you must cover the moving business 1/2 of their rest of the balance at select up with another 1/2 in the time of shipping. Now that you get a NEW minute quote, you’ve got a bigger balance left (even though this is purely depending on the overinflated quote ) and will ask that you pay additional to the movers till they consider the vehicle. Again using reassurances from EZ excellent assurance man I will find the additional money reimbursed back to me when I am under 2000 pounds. Well movers are and low and behold, they never weighed the truck until they arrived SO I forced them return to weigh channel to find the licensed weight to begin. Are they likely to understand what my burden is with this? Very dishonest and currently giving me all sorts of red flags that this isn’t perfect. Once fully loaded I trace the shifting truck back into the weigh station to receive my closing certified weight along with my whole dispatch was 1940 pounds and 60 LBS beneath the first 2000 LB quote. The fun starts as I predict EZ to inform them and to attempt to receive my refund. Guess what, it took several calls to first get a CS individual (that did nothing to assist me) before eventually becoming a so called manager that stated she wants 3 times to check into everything and return to me. The fun continues as she never calls me back and it took 4-5 additional calls to receive her online, inquire what is happening, and she proceeds to inform me that my refund was refused by bookkeeping!!! What??? I inform her how awful of company this was…etc., and she needs me to ship her the certified weights tickets, which I did along with different files, and I don’t receive a verification from her which needs 3 more calls to receive her back to the telephone. After I really do she informs me she could reimburse me just like $60, that can be 10 percent of the overall additional cash from the next quote they needed me to cover EVEN although I was still under 2000 LBS. She offers me the normal talking points that this can be actually in the contract under part 11 good printing or something although I specifically inquired the superior assurance man MULTIPLE occasions that when I am under 2000 pounds. Is my initial contract that which I’m billed and he replied multiple occasions….YES with no reference of just getting 10 percent of it back. I advised them to pull on their telephone records to listen to the phone I had with all the high quality assurance man that he said my very first quote could be legit should beneath 2000 pounds. Weight, which they stated they would, not to mention NEVER called me back, and now once I then called them that they simply continued to deny that the payoff. It is ridiculous that they sell you something, change it for you using fraudulent strategies, and today as soon as they have your additional cash even though the weight stayed inside the very first quote…they’ve so called loopholes/fine publish to wish to keep 90 percent of it. This also does not take into consideration not merely the various calls I have had to create to CS/Supervisor to even get to this stage…. I left a minimum of 8 efforts between calls/email to first man that gave the very first quote where he never responded back to me once when all of the difficulties began because he understood what they perform in my own opinion. I then phoned the 24 hr lineup and left messages where they never returned any calls which then led to me eventually getting 3 unique managers that do NOTHING to help. I have seen very few favorable reviews on the two businesses and all I could say is these aren’t legit and all these are FAKE testimonials in my personal opinion. Should you seek out reviews from several sources, then you will understand most the testimonials are HORRIBLE and no strategy can a business that has numerous poor reviews all the sudden have a haphazard 5 star inspection from the blue. If both of those companies treated and cared for their clients, there would not be so many bad reviews and therefore don’t think those few who state they had a fantastic experience….you will discover the hard way should you employ these individuals. Once they whined to me and explained my stuff was likely to be sent 3 distinct days, and NEVER failed, I eventually got the drivers mobile quantity and had to beg him to send my things. 4 times after that very first contact with the motorist, they eventually appear at a rundown truck that they even told me that the police pulled them over for review that has been a three hour delay. As soon as they came, boxes were smashed and trashed, furniture had been subjected with different things scratching and rubbing them against, delicate boxes were upside down with the noise of broken glass indoors the moment they transferred them, and other peoples things that had been around precisely the exact same truck proved simply thrown apart with no respect to managing it lightly. I literally watched throw floor lamps at which the heads have been exposed and all broken. You simply reach the point you need what you may salvage straight back and get whatever connected with both of those firms behind you and from your life. Well today that we had a few things broken, so I answered back into this email Daivd and Goliath delivered me with images and comprehensive description of these damages since they told twice….and figure what, no answer to affirm they received my email since I requested and today for 2 consecutive weeks NOBODY is picking up the telephone since it says everybody is outside of office??? I don’t have any confidence I could possibly get this solved but I shall continue to test to attempt to be certain this business is exposed for as many individuals as you can so other do not get tricked and abused like I’ve got. It is a complete shame that a business in america could be in company such as that and continue to function to make the most of so lots of folks. That is 1 instance the Government should intervene and place much better regulation on this business and place companies in this way from business since they’re not fit to function. Very frustrated and incredibly frustrated. YOU’VE BEEN WARNED!!!!

    Terrible service

Avoid this company in any way costs. After loading all of your items they (a supervisor called Eli) will attempt to charge you more based off of a thing which you didn’t consent to along with your contract (I moved via APT proceeding ). There also appears to be a lack of communication between management and the movers. I had been told select up could be on a single day and they came at the next. Delivery information was reprinted afternoon of the movers & showed up at 1 am. I am also still waiting for the bike to be repaired even after repeatedly calling.

    Scam artists, liars, thieves

If I could give zero stars I would. My things have been picked up on July 30, a day late, and we had been charged an extra $150 because of stairs ( contract breach #1). We weren’t provided weight tickets (national law breach ) My things were delivered 3 times late and we had been charged an extra $387.87 saying that we were obese (contract breach #2). 27 of those items were lost, including many brand new things and lots of irreplaceable products. On September 15 another shipment was sent later we paid an additonal $200 (contract breach #3) Just 13 of those lost items were delivered daily, and many were broken. 1 box wasn’t a box which we packaged, but our possessions were indoors so that they seemingly went through our possessions. We’re still awaiting 14 items, copies of fat tickets which have not been supplied despite repeated orders, along with a refund for the additional that we were billed in breach of the contract. They now refuse to answer the telephone once I call. I’ve left several messages or get a return telephone number. The only real time I am ready to get through is when I call from another phone and then I’m placed on hold for a lifetime, until the telephone is disconnected.

    Stolen money and items

These folks are crooks!!!! They stole anything of worth from me. Kept demanding an increasing number of money. I’m have filed criminal charges and will be handling all the through my house owners insurance and lawyer. I won’t quit till I’m completely reimbursed because of my losses. They shot well over 25,000.00 in things out of my property. The boxes were taped so intensely it was obvious they’d opened and re-taped them. Furniture damaged. Broken tv displays. It is unreal what they did. I believed I had been hiring shore to shore. Had no idea they had been a broker. That is okay though Eli:-RRB- stripes will probably look good on you. These fees will be felony. And I am not quitting until you cover what you have done to me.

    Highly Suspicious Business

David and Goliath were subcontractors of all Pan American movers. I would need to write a novel to disclose each of the issues and potential unlawful action that happened during my expertise. Obviously , if you value your sanity, cash, time, and personal possessions and belongings take each negative review as gospel. Coercion, hostage of land, and careless respect for what’s standard. My troubles were only solved by calling a US lawyer with a national agency. Home was sent damaged, moldy, moist, and infested with rodents, and a few products were not delivered. The pickup motorist attempted to sell me utilized boxes by telling me that he had been giving me a discount when I made it off the bill. STAY AWAY!!

    Damage/lost property

Damaged/lost $935 of our home. Pick up/packing individuals did a fantastic job. The personality who delivered the land has been independently. We had been told two people were to provide our property. Truck was old and beat. Cable talked limited English (maybe Iraqi). He was most interested in receiving the house and receiving his cash. Luckily, they are currently out of business.
