Long-distance move from North Las Vegas, NV
    Totally unprofessional

Showed up 36hours late first day and 4 hours late 2nd day using a truck too little and just two Packers to get a 4 bedroom house. Wanted paperwork signed before they’d start packaging. Complained always about having to pack everything. Tried to tell me that I have to sell everything and purchase new things in destination. Don’t get everything about the vehicle. Charged twice and stated they loaded 1800 cft but just delivered 1200. Have spoke with them lots of times about overlooking 600cft to incorporate the very top of our China cabinet, base to our rosewood dining table, classic Korean curio cabinet, marble high Bombay torso and about 48 boxes of things collected from all around the world when serving in the Navy for 28 decades. Packing was completely unprofessional with boxes not stuffed, furniture not properly wrapped or crated, and truck packed badly leading to heaps of broken products. I’d 10 transpacific and transatlantic moves at the Navy, transferred myself from Florida to Arkansas and Arkansas into Nevada without a broken or lost items. These people don’t have any company moving anybody’s house and in my view are crooks. I’ve talked to them lots of times and have only been lied to and strung together. The previous discussion, I had been told a part of my things would be here yesterday. Another lie.

    Long-distance move from Lomita, CA
Horrible Service, Theft, Damage, Lies, and More!

    High-level:

Things weren’t picked up OR delivered in the occasions promised/scheduled.

Missing several private boxes which only”went missing”.

No appropriate stock of our possessions was obtained during pick-up or drop-off.

Around $10,000 dollars worth of private and company possessions were stolen out of PACKAGED boxes and containers.

Things NOT delivered at the state they had been picked up.
