Scheduled this ceremony through UHaul.com and supported 1 week before that they obtained the info. Called 3 times before the scheduled transferring time and verified we had been scheduled, I had been advised that an ETA of 10:00 AM the day asked.
Moving Day: Called amount they texted me that the affirmation on at 10:15 to make certain they did not need directions, I had been requested to call back in 15 minutes. Called back at 10:30 and was advised they’d call me back in 15 minutes since they were now on another occupation. I waited until 11:15 and called back them where they informed me that they didn’t have me scheduled but said he was likely to call the manager and phone me back. Waited another 45 minutes and called him back, he informed they were booked up and couldn’t make it to my scheduled occupation and had no list of said occupation. Asked about the cleaning service bought too and he said that he can send a friend to help move me and clean out the apartment. (Not what I paid for! A Buddy, who does this?) . I cancelled the occupation via the mobile phone program and now working together with my bank and retailer solutions on coming payment.
Quite disappointed at the support (or lack thereof) their client support, and total disregard to the client who’s already paid for said service.
Someone in this organization should concentrate on the values which support businesses are predicated on. Supplying a service to your client! Try locating a replacement moving firm on a Saturday without a notice is hopeless, I tried! My back is killing me and though I know I am not a spring chicken I also understand that is why I hired a moving agency. My pain is the fault and that is the way I feel…. Change my Head!
