On December 12th I had my things picked up by Seattle Washington. I had been told my things will arrive in my new location at North York Ontario throughout the first week of January.
The movers came for the pickup at around 9:00 am and needed all loaded with 2:00 pm. They were quite polite and productive. They gave me a record of what they cleaned and loaded up after they ended.
On January 4th they called and stated the delivery are the following day at approximately 1:00 pm. At 1:30 they came and unloaded all of my things. They were speedy and had everything transpired until 4:00 pm. They set everything where I needed without a fuss.
During this movement I coped Rob Pierce. He had been polite and very professional. He managed habits and kept me informed on the way. I strongly recommend this business.

I did attempt to phone to talk with someone directly in the overall number listed in your site 416-900-9239 to talk to a supervisor and wasn’t passed on. When I inquired who I was talking with, only behold it was Rob who maintained he had been the supervisor. He was really rude on the telephone and he finished the conversation with”You’re a [EDIT]” following my repeated efforts to talk with his supervisor. I’m unbelievable disheartened by this sort of consumer support.

I’m a moving adviser and you don’t have the advice to place everything onto a 2500 pound foundation; there are several variables and costs vary based on weights. Additionally, there are many different services contained in the many quotes and a few firms have NOT revealed their HIDDEN CHARGES.

Wow…. That is a garbage business, overall they’re rude, unhelpful, and Rob is really a gloomy individual to manage. Rob Pierce, maybe not just lied to me personally and mislead the solutions that they provided but as a
Senior Account Executive he must be fired for how he treats clients.
I invested over 3000$ to maneuver across the nation and I don’t have any clue where my substance is or when it does arrive. They did not appear on time to pick up my things which nearly caused me to miss my trip.

If you’d like a business to screw you over and leave you into the dark. Opt for this provider. If you wish to squander your cash and feel upset and stressed. Opt for this firm.

If you would like somebody who isn’t complete garbage, literally pick anyone else.

This is simply going to be a fast review. F*** this organization and whomever this Rob man is. He had been rude and verbally harassing my wife on the telephone, and if she hung up on him since he was being vulgar and obtuse, he continued by harassing her in an email, which HE started. Company similar to this should tolerated. Don’t do business with this organization. Side note they conceal their speech so that you can’t submit a Google review. Do not use them, EVER!
