This firm is a subsidiary of Wheaton World Wide. They transferred me on August 1, 2018, from Fresno to Vallejo, CA. I bought Full Value Protection insurance. . I’ve substantial harm to a lot of parts of furniture. I’ve sent photographs and asked their claim type. I got a response from the owner of February 21, 2019, telling me that he’d talk with the movers, who’d pointed out a number of this harm for me, and return to me in two weeks. I’ve yet to hear from him. I sent a reminder email in late March and had no answer. About April 1, 2019, I registered a complaint with the BBB, that has given the firm a + rating. The proprietor advised the BBB he’d call me by April 8. I discovered nothing. I’m pursuing more measures together with the BBB and will seek legal action if I don’t get satisfaction.
