Customer support was great at the start and both guys who showed up were terrific.  They were swift, personable and did whatever they told them.  No harm to whatever and they remained as long as you wanted them.  I paid the deposit and then paid the men in money which was my error.  There have already been more than 35 mails back and forth with Mark only to acquire a receipt that I have still yet to get.  He keeps saying he’ll do it but never does.

I found their ad on craiglist, markers replied the telephone and asked a $100 deposit, the afternoon of this transfer nobody showed up, kept telling me wait they’re coming, Mark is quite a mentally ill person and also a scammer who likes torturing individuals by squandering their time and cash, I reported him to Internet Crime Complaint Center (IC3) however he’s still conducting his small business, I trust that he will get caught one day by FBI, he never returned my $100 deposit and never showed up. Massive scam!!!

I completely agree with all the reviews posted before mine, Mark is still only a sick person, emotionally ill, also loves to kiss people throughout the day that they want help in their own lives, moving day, I snapped the $100, and also on the afternoon of the transfer, nobody actually showed up, and I phoned him 12 days he replied 6 calls,  simply to kiss me by telling wait they’re coming, and squander my day, not got my cash back anything I did, I noted him to IC3 however he’s still conducting his, and I wonder why does the IC3 not catch him and put him into jail! I believe that the ideal way to punish him would be the way to sentence him to prison for a decade, and through those years each hour someone will phone him and tell him”Only wait Mark, you may leaving the prison shortly” just like everything he did for his victims. Thank you.

Tried to cancel the transfer for this business, Bad communication and because they require you to make a deposit on the internet they didn’t refund my deposit also Wouldn’t answer their telephones, messages had been left unanswered.   Beware of the business. Tried calling Mark, I figure that the main man there but when he knows it is me he’d hang up.   He says he’ll return the deposit however it’s been three weeks without the communication and wouldn’t answer the telephone.
