This organization is terrible. I contracted them for my move out of NJ into Indiana and they broke a lot of my things. I compensated for the complete services, which included packing adding around over 5k, for a 1 bedroom flat. A four years old boy might have done a much better job than those men. CountryWide lent me a price on the telephone.   I understood that this cost would go up if the real packers came to package items but what I got, the cost was a joke. The lead man was just there for about 1-2 hours.   He left two other men there to handle the packaging while he spent 3 hours supposably Hoping to locate more bubble wrap.   I am in a tiny city and 3 hours?   When the my cargo came it was minus a classic foundation for a status lamp.   Funny that I got the shirt that went with it but not the foundation.   (2) two tiered stackers were lost etc..   Smashed has been a glass living room lamp.   They had been improperly wrapped. Would you think they Weren’t wrapped?   Only One piece of paper.   Genuis!   A classic plate of my own grandmothers was busted. I specifically told All of the packers to package these dishes with caution as they Weren’t replaceable.   Can you think they packaged that one plate on the Base of a box and again, didn’t wrap it properly.   Additionally an Aztec statue has been shattered. After the inspector introduced his truck in the loading dock, then they refused to overthrow ANYTHING till I paid the balance.   My daughter-in-law and I both checked each and every bit of paper to discover where that small (?) Detail has been printed/written.   Not even the motorist could detect it and called the dispatcher.   My daughter-in-law along with the dispatcher had a dialogue that ended up in heated words, particularly from the dispatcher.   He refused to deal with dilemma of the lost text and advised her that he’d not change the policy (like put in the info about the contract and be certain that the men and women who reserve the motions TELL the customers ) He was more than just impolite. All looked well until the Sunday prior to the vehicle was to arrive we get a call in the’boss’ Leo that we had to get money or a bank account for half of the sum.   (Alarm #1) Couldn’t be achieved on a Sunday so we must use a charge card and also pay a 5 percent commission to your privelege ($350)!? And when we desired, for $10,000 we can have the truck all to ourselves and sent no later than wednesday.   I dropped. Told we want not box vest pulls with gentle products e.g. clothing so they’knew’ the best way to boat Sleep Number beds we all believed that the need to package whatever could be nominal.   Wrong!   They proceeded to Provide a cost list for packaging of 2x the price of boxes that a minute of $11/per box (determined by size) and 5$/roll of plastic tape.   They utilized copious rolls (50 ) of tape for all – procuring pads, mats and covering the boxes that they created. . .yes they emptied & packaged all of the soft products we did not have to! (I refused to pay a cent more for whatever!) A shouting match ensued via telephone with the boss who drove my spouse to hysterics.   The driver said that he Would Need to depart and that I threatened to call the authorities when he’d (Federal law Doesn’t allow them to maintain your possessions hostage).   I managed to receive money from a buddy and also the unloading went while I did. The guys were adequate enough employees but unloading took eight hours! And could have been more if not to the support of a buddy and myself to do it while the motorist went.
