This firm was assume to Del our brand new washer and drier we purchased. They’ve had our merchandise since 7/7/2017. We’ve not been contacted by these we have needed to phone them that they do not answer phones or return calls. It’s currently 7/25 and still haven’t discovered anything

My Nordictrack bicycle arrived in their centre in Omaha on July 13th, 2020. There was no contact attempted with me personally to get it delivered so that I phoned them about the 21st and got through to Lacey who stated that she’d see if she would get it to the truck that afternoon and could return to me. She never got me back, I called 8 times and abandoned 5 voicemails and never once did she call me back. I discovered where they were located at 8006 J St, Omaha and chose to just go and pick it up myself. Surprise, surprise, Lacey was there and offered no apology. I advised her that I wished to simply take it home myself because this was totally ridiculous and she cried. I took the bike home myself. The customer support here is abysmal, do not expect to see anything that you purchase coming at your home because they don’t seem bothered about scheduling a shipping. Do exactly what I did, go in there and get it done all yourself. If I could give 0 stars, I really would.
