I only recently transferred together with Copher Movers and Storage plus they made it all very simple for me. I had been planning to do it myself but I am glad I appreciated professionals. I strongly recommend them and will surely use them again at the future.The movers are extremely professional, courteous and productive. They made certain all of my possessions were well cared for. They had been on time and put up what they way I needed them to. They even gave me greater thoughts on where to place my things. The women at work helped a great deal also. They answered all of my questions without needing to even inquire.

Our movers were wonderful. They had been early which was good. Very favorable. I would advise Copher. Took everything apart and put it back together. Sorry I do not remember there names. Plus it had been worth every cent.

I must applaud Copher Movers they shipped professionals who packaged, loaded and transferred our family possessions into storage. It had been 3 months after we found our house in Florida we predicted and all of our possessions were subsequently transferred to Florida. Everything was fantastic! I would strongly recommend this firm.

We only had the worst going encounter using Copher Movers! We phoned them to inquire about their price and Chuck, the proprietor advised us that it cost $138 per hour for 3 men and there’s two hours minimum. We inquired if there are no additional fees like driving price and he said absolutely not as they’re just few miles away in the location where we had been going in. 3 men arrived at 9.45am and they had been completed with 11.05am, and if it came to charge they said there’s a 3 hours minimum at $138 each hour and also extra driving cost of $138. That is pretty much double the quotation we got. We told the men that there is some type of misunderstanding and known as Chuck who refused everything. Firms like this shouldn’t be in business since he pretty much lied about the cost to receive our enterprise and then overcharged us. So far as support, 3 men moving gradually, wasting time in their mobile phones, carrying a single piece of bag at one time. At some stage I started assisting them since I wanted the support for 2 hours that was presumed to be the minimal. I place myself 3 luggages onto a cart and asked if a lot of those men can take it and he looked at me like I was mad. They were definitely wasting time and that I needed to help since they’d never finish. Anyhow, I only want you to know about the owner of the company lying about costs over the telephone to receive your services. The men will arrive in you place and cause you to sign paper so that they can begin working and then cost will double! The proprietor will deny formerly provided cost! If you have to use them, ask something in writing before they even start the job!

Frankly, if I could give 0 stars I would.
I achieved to Copher Movers (an agent for Wheaton Van Lines) to get a quotation on the transfer from Aruora, IL to Dallas, TX. I delivered in a concise inventory of our possessions and has been given a quote and that I had been told that when I enabled the enterprise to come do an on site survey of our items, they’d send a not-to-exceed quote later. I consented, and Ed Copher came outside to perform the poll. He explained I’d have the quotation either that day or first thing the morning after. 3 days after, I still had not received anything, and so I contacted Copher back searching for my not-to-exceed quote and they shipped it over a couple of hours later. The quote said that we had approximately 2100 pounds of possessions and the cost for loading, transport, and unloading could be $3,630.00 (and an extra $200 for insurance with a $0 deductible). I believed it was a bit high but I saw that the value rather than having to load up, push, and unload a truck myself so 6 weeks after getting the quotation I returned it signed.
A couple of hours after getting my signed arrangement, Jaime Copher emailed me to let me understand that there was a”mistake” in their pc which we really had approximately 4,400 pounds of possessions and the true cost would be $5,369.42. Woahhh, wait a moment! How did the burden of my possessions all of a sudden over twice and I’m being billed $1,739.42 over my initial quote that was likely to be NOT TO EXCEED and that I had already agreed to?! I expressed my frustration to Jaime and explained that I believed it could just be perfect to allow them to honor the first quote seeing as I’d already agreed to this cost. They refused to honor the initial cost and stated there was nothing that they could or might do about it.
Then I reached out to Wheaton Van Lines to determine if they’d be happy to assist since Copher Movers was among the Agents. I talked with Todd Emerick, a Manager at Wheaton and also he explained that he understood my concerns and requested that I give him a opportunity to generate a few calls and see what occurred. I concurred and was grateful that it seemed like somebody would be prepared to assist. Todd called back a few hours later and stated that he was agreeing with Copher and that they wouldn’t be honoring the cost. What?!?! He explained that he believed it was reasonable that Ed Copher had consented to”consume” almost $500 of their revised cost (nobody offered that to me) and said there was nothing he would perform.
These men have horrible customer support and how they refuse to honor a CONTRACT is absurd. I’d strongly urge you to look elsewhere for your moving needs. You will only find disappointment here.

Ed guaranteed to return to my house to days prior to my move to understand how far I needed to proceed. He never revealed and when I phoned him he did not reply…I must have known right there that was not likely to be great.

I’ve not ever proceeded in my own earlier so I had been unaware of a great deal of items, however, Ed promised me on the telephone I would be billed one flat fee of $320 for 2 guys and a truck. Well allow me to inform you, two badly dressed, unprofessional guys which have a little truck and $500 bucks later I had been shown that this provider isn’t all it is hyped up to be.

The short of this is, based on his employees, Ed guarantees all of the opportunity to clients that he will come poll their things and does not show. These men appear with a truck thats too little so a number of my things needed to be left behind and also two extra vehicles needed to be wealthy into the very best.

There was to be no traveling fee…I have billed an hour traveling fee, which has been already included in my period allegedly. Both guys got lost into my house and with no parents directing them to my new home they’d have gotten lost becoming here too.

Hurry, not their slogan. They took their own time , hanging out and talking, carrying one little item at one time in some specific instances.

As soon as I called Ed to wonder how the additional charge he contended with me, shouted, and wrapped on my mom once I was too mad to continue to talk to him.

Short of this, this business is run by a liar and a thief. Do not use them, you will repent it. I understand I am because I am $180 poorer for this.

I urge to NEVER use Copher Movers.

I was clearly told that when I gave them two weeks notice that my things would arrive punctually. I gave Ed Copher two months detect and my items were 13 times late.

What’s worse that after a few days of Copher not returning my phone calls,” he always lied for times about if my items have been picked up out of storage for on the vehicle.

Moreover, the firm did not possess the professionalism to apologize or compensate me personally using any sort of discount.

Copher movers is the reason why people do not like movers.

I WOULD NEVER USE THEM AGAIN AND I WOULD SAY DON’T TRUST THEM.

There are numerous other moving companies out there for a better choice.

I had been quoted 300.00 and billed 380.00 I transferred out of a storage facility at precisely the exact same city I had been moving to it had been about five blocks off if that. And they billed me 80.00 traveling charges and once I have quoted they stated they’d place any furniture I had back together along with the guys told me that they couldnt do this cause they had another job. I explained to them that it had been just a mirror and bed to place together but they could not. I proceeded on februray 19, 2011. Additionally, I got billed for them taking out of what I grabbed two cigarette breaks. I won’t use them again nor refer them to anybody after they did not do as they stated cost wise nor merchandise wise. I, however, can use movers again just must discover the correct and fair firm.

Ed Copher was supposed to appear in my home on 09 July between 11 and 11:30 to supply an estimate for the forthcoming home move.  He had been a no-show with no telephone, no more anything.  I hope he’s OK, I have not called the area physicians to determine if he was not able to get in touch with me and cancel or reschedule the appointment. We’ll be moving with another mover.  Regrettably, we can’t place our confidence in an unreliable mover.
