I contracted by Continental to move my possessions from Denver, Co into the Florida Keys. After I had questions before signing the contract each query was answered to my satisfaction. After the time for your true movement came it turned out that what I had been told was incorrect. I had been told 1 truck 1 driver and that my things was supposed to keep on the truck which loaded it before it had been off loaded in my new residence. After the driver showed up with as little vehicle I asked if that was the truck which was likely to Florida I had been told no my things was moving into a warehouse and become loaded into a bigger truck that the nest week. I was not pleased but there was not anything that I could da because my home has been closing the following moment. When my things finally came (after being advised that the huge truck couldn’t be pushed to my home and that I would need to pay an extra 500.00 to cover for one more truck and the labour to transport mt stuff into this new truck. That was complete BS because there’s not any reason that a complete size moving van couldn’t make it into my location at the keys – that the motorist only was lying – but again what would I really do )I had been missing a couple of products. When asked about the lost things the driver stated that he left them in his final stop in Orlando which he’d get them to me another weekend. It was April 18,2019. Obviously sat the material never showed up. After a few months of attempting to take care of the inspector I came back in contact Continental and spoke their customer support e commerce none of this did any good before I submitted a bad review such as that one on yelp after which I had been contacted by Ryan. Ryan made a few explanations. But did find the majority of my things in storage in Colorado – he even sent me a photo of my own stuff. It was in July, 2019. Unfortuntaly he abandoned the business shortly after this but he’d provide me the contact information to the owner that I contacted next. He explained that he was conscious of the matter and has been focusing on getting my things to me personally. In August I had been contacted by a few of the customer service representatives who had been planning to use me to solve this problem. I had been asked to get a list of lost items and net links to the things to reveal value. I did this along with the missing things were worth approximately 900.00. In early October that they offered to settle together for 200.00 The things from the picture which the delivered me was near 500.00 value of those missing things. I chased back in 1000.00 to help compensate me to all of my time since it’s now been over 6 weeks since this mess began. I’ve yet to hear back from them. I believe their plan is to dismiss the problem until it moves off. Do your self a favor and DO NOT USE THEM.

Just an upgrade. This is 4 weeks later and This firm hasn’t attempted to rectify not one of the wrong doing this has been performed nor are they accepting some error. Please perform yor research prior to employing any scammers like this firm Continental or their co operative spouses Leadership logistics. They stole all of my valuables while my things have been at their possesion. They get no celebrities in reality all unwanted stars. Sharla, we moved from Colorado into Keystone SD in April. We justgot our belongings – TODAY Sunday June 16th – since my husband (who’s in a wheelchair) drove into a storage center in Aurora CO – later calling the authorities and they spoke to the motorist that gave them the speech – using a uhaul to receive our items. There were irreplaceable things in there.broken boxes and ruined (expensive) gear. Our things were blended in with a different family. We opened each box to be certain that it was our things. The motorist had a”buddy” oversee the moving of our items from storage into the uhaul however we might have obtained all of the other boxes also. But we’re not those sorts of individuals. We’d transferred the majority of the things ourselves at april and were advised that it would be 30 days to the other things to get there and that we’d get”free storage.” The Agency, david was hired by continental moving and we’ve had NO luck with Continental in attempting to get this solved. My husband remained in a hotel for 2 night, leased the uhaul for $750.00 compensated for our buddies gas, lodging and food to help him push back into keystone. It has been happening since april 12th and there was one explanation after another. We had been alerted when the inspector stated he’d be there at 9:30 AM to proceed us, and did not appear until 5pm. That must have been our first clue. My husband needed to drive the 6 hours and had been drained from the time he came. We got nothing but apologies and explanations about the way broke the motorist was and that he did not have the gas money to drive up here because of the truth that his accounts was negative $1100.00 from charge backs from other clients. Two weeks back he said he had been in valentine NE- that is just 3 hours from here – and would attempt to create it our way and kept telling Michelle at continental”for sure, for sure I will create it.” He wasn’t honest, and directed us to think that he was about the road when he definitely was not and had no motive. He’d always indicate he’d be there the next week. Or another weekend. But never revealed and kept apologizing. We believe we had been scammed. Continental would be the brokers.we hired them in good faith thinking that they knew who had been driving for them. And you are correct, at the fine print, that I read after the fact, they clearly say they aren’t responsible for damaged or lost goods and when there’s a claim, we would need to move to county court at Florida and cover half of the courtroom price even when we won the situation. Luckily, the driver failed to extort additional cash from us, but we ended up spending double anyhow, once to allow them to transfer us, and another for us to maneuver ahead. We are expecting at least to regain some of those fees. Trusting chase will see in favour of the disputes. Can it be okay to use your inspection too for our instance? Don’t hesitate to use ours. I am able to tell you more but it is too overwhelming and exhausting. I am so sorry you had to experience this. You’re not alone.

In your 1st phone, they will provide you a excellent rate and request your deposit, then, everything goes down hill since they possess your unrefundable deposit. Following the 1st phone, the”caliber” call happens and now the quote goes up 20 percent, and oh by the way, at the 1st telephone, they left off the upright piano at the burden, which left the 1st quote considerably less. The day of the transfer, the quote is 30 percent over the first quotation. Contintental’s answer to me was”you must have known us”, and”you shouldn’t have given us the most appropriate items”. I’d phone them and there wasn’t any response, and that I gave them what we had as a quote. Moving Forward America (in TN), utilized a lowball strategy in collusion with another Agency (in NJ) to transfer me in Maine to Virginia. This mover subsequently kept my possessions hostage and billed $3000 greater than the initial estimate.

Would provide negative 5 when I could. Continental Movers, FL. Came and picked up my possessions on May 10. As of now July 23, I still don’t have my items. 75 days. I’ve been told, even by Michael(Owner), that I had been getting the run around. I’ve been very patient under the conditions. The motorist called me and said that the truck had been 50 miles away from my home, but resigned, I’d get delivery the following moment. After the truck did not arrive I called and they’d obtained back everything into Denver, 500 miles off. Really difficult to think that which I have been advised since the stories do not match. Every time I call, I have advised two or 3 times, it is going to be there. Or undoubtedly by the weekend. I was even told that the truck was reported stolen and had been stopped by authorities. Customer support informs me, that they assert that it is a high priority. I’ve listened to numerous lies, I do not think any of these today. They assured pictures of my items in storage that was secure, I did not get them. I had been told that the owner has FLOWN to Denver two to test the circumstance. I suggested that he might have hired a vehicle and brought my items into KS on his own way back into FL. Frankly, all I need are my possessions. This provider isn’t performing the job they’ve been paid to perform.

This is a broker moving firm that does not understand the principles of the businesses they use. They do not return calls, more than cost and are just searching to the 50 percent up front part to be paid off in total, even taking extra money from your account before your approval. This type of poor moving firm. 2 boxes and one bags were missing. My appliances and furniture were ruined, two heater and two stand enthusiasts were broken and that I needed to throw them. Overall reduction and damage was over $2000.

They provide me 1687 for door to door moving support from KS to VA and caused me to pay $521 advance. After couple of days a person called me and did billed me 193 as alteration ( As I turned into their prey ). Not just that, once the driver arrived to pick up the things they billed me more cash for packaging 2/3 things and carrying several items from upper layer into down stair.
I paid shifting price for 3000 LB however, the burden had been 2489 LB. I was supposed to get settlement of ($0.45*520)=234. But not got back the money.

I phoned them a few occasions but the problem never got solved. I want I never hired a moving company.

My movement with Direction Logistics who had been contracted by Continental Storage and Moving (contrary to my understanding ) was a nightmare.
In my prior reviews I had been booked since they still had my possessions hostage (please see the last opinions ). Since day one (May 17) it has been one thing after another. Them exorting currencies out of me. They’re SCAMMERS please heed this warning avoid these. I only got my possessions June 12th. And that I was still charged needed to rent a U HAUL to regain my things because the motorist says he couldnt push my road. I told the motorist Alexander,that there was just another road to get to my residence, he refused to make use of it. He was saying it is an additional $595 to allow those to”shuttle” the things to the home, once I told him no that I’ll find a uhaul, he subsequently stated is its own $150 an hour to me personally awaiting. I denied that too. As soon as I got there he said I cant discharge your things before you pay me $250 up front (Scammers). After moving back and forth with him, Diana and Fernando for 2 hours that I went ahead and paid him $150. After unpacking and unloading some things I found They had broken up my furniture, glassware things was missing
They ramble through my boxes and crates stole all of my jewelry, classic coin collections material I cant substitute that kept sentimental value from my parents who passed off. Things which were engraved with titles on these, my designer sunglasses also went through my record cabinet stole my and my kids passports, tests only our identities (Yes I have photos that I will place ). I’m out of tens of thousands of dollars coping with them. I had been advised to submit a claim and that I am but I am aware there’ll be a sort of nice lineup print and I won’t be repaid. This movement was designed to be pressure and Hassel free less cost effective afterward doing it your self however it turned into a LIVING HELL. My daughter hired this firm to move from Idaho to S. Carolina and paid them $1500. They called her the day that they were supposed to come and told me that the truck broke down. She put a bad review on this website and they called her the exact same afternoon and threatened her that they wouldn’t offer her money back if she doesn’t take down that review. This is a lousy business and all the scammers work with this corporation. They’ll call you regular before payment and as soon as they receive the cash, you wouldn’t hear from them. They’ll begin with very low cost and dash you to register and then the cost will appear. My daughter needed to buy brand new airline ticket and discover another firm which place her two weeks behind the schedule. I wouldn’t hire this organization and I wouldn’t do the job for this business too.

I paid this business to assist me go from GA to CO.. Somehow this provider operates with Supreme Vanlines- therefore beware!! I had been told during my appointment that when I sent off my stuff on Jan 21, my furniture could arrive in the date I wanted it to. On Feb 1, I contacted Continental concerning where my stuff was. I had been given another coming date, Feb 9th. On this date my things STILL hadn’t arrived. I didn’t have any clue where my stuff was. I was then provided ANOTHER shipping date- Feb 15 or 16th, and it still did not appear. Legally, this business had 6-21 times to get me my things. This wasn’t said once I pad the business $1400 to transfer my furniture, nor was that in my newspaper work. The driver of eventual van lines was very rude when I contacted him about my arrival date. This led to me moving to the authorities to submit a police report, and that I even considered hiring a lawyer due to the dreadful and sketchy service I’d received. On Feb 25, my things FINALLY came – I am surprised that they even showed up frankly. They would not get my things from their truck before I paid them a residual equilibrium – which they did not deserve because they had been 3 weeks behind on my own delivery. The driver said he was not”attempting to struggle with me” when I informed him I was not paying more than what was in my newspaper work. I’m missing a mattress topper, a seat, and a few of my tables has been broken and set in a box. Don’t use this company if you don’t want missing possessions and [EDIT] consumer services. Im so thankful to be achieved coping with those terrible men and women. This is a nightmare. And Never was I offered some compensation for those things that was broken and lost. You’d be much better off carrying your possessions on your luggage than to utilize this firm.

I hired Continental to get a transfer from CA to TX. Got a excellent low cost to transfer my household products and 3 automobiles. April/May 2019 Continental Moving & Storage hired to transfer my son in Michigan to Texas for clinical profession:
-Jim Miller has been representative/Continental Moving & Storage. Sounded nice, pleasant, educated during booking procedure. Afterwards heard Jim Miller was deceitful, filled with misrepresentations, not in any way fair. Continental Moving & Storage offered our transfer into American Home Relocation. Both firms disregarded federal law Many times during proceeding procedure:
-Jim Miller never said working for transferring agent. He even provided cell telephone number to”Assure availability
During our movement.” We had been informed Continental Moving & Storage offered our transfer into American Home Relocation from the motorist in pickup. I immediately attempted to get Jim Miller and of course that he was no longer offered.
-year-old brand new moving company told us toilet was nearly full and there might not be sufficient space for the son’s merchandise. Arrangements with Continental Moving & Storage has been 15 ft truck, perhaps not shared by Jim Miller. Revenue pitch;”The bigger 15 foot truck will help remove a number of those pricey tariffs.”

-Movers placed holes in the walls, broken 2 dressers and a decoration. They crumbled the rock mailbox by using their truck.
-They stole $5,000+ in items like my kid’s gun case and gun.
-We picked middle bidding of 3 movers. Binding quote was $3,000 for its transfer. Forced to cover $5,200+ to get shipping. Total cost of this transfer, missing things, damages = $15,000+ at the conclusion. We registered claim and have been provided a slap at the facearea, $70 complete with no justification.

Once being taken advantage of by these businesses,
