I phoned them to ask that why should they not performing carpet cleaning? This is their response: Sir currently you’re spending very less and this isn’t our regular speed. BRAVO to him severely!! Can I asked you guys to give me this quotation and supply me worst solutions rather?? That team woman came and did nothing but only washed our carpeting with I guess just water, the spots are still there. I’ve not ever seen such type of carpet cleaning ever in my entire life? Shame on you for supplying such services and also for bluffing innocent clients. 

When I phoned on your workplace that individual said that since we paid less that is the reason they’re not cleaning correctly!! Exactly what the hell is that?? Can you advised me that sooner?? Did you informed me about this that you may offer such worst solutions on this cost?? Trust me if you’d have explained this earlier I’d have hired someone else for more money to secure improved services.

SUGGESTION: Don’t close your bargain at any cost to supply these services. Folks are prepared to pay more to secure improved services. Please don’t cheat/ knock clients. This is obviously a fraud.

This organization is horrible.  Don’t rely on them!  They talk a fantastic game but provide dreadful support.  I utilized this Business from the Arlington, VA office.  To begin with, the initial crew they’d delegated to the work never revealed, and then awaiting 3 1/2 hours a second team came.   I needed to continue to telephone the business many times on the afternoon of my transfer before I obtained any support. The crew had been slow, seemed unporofessional, also constatntly harrassed me regarding their own payment.  Additionally, they beneath estimate you in a bid to double the cost that was initially stated. When I called back the next day to inform them the way dissastified I had been using their services.  Nobody even responded to some telephone call or email. Goodbye Felicia.
