The movers weren’t professional but were day laborers who confessed it was their very first time. They did not use wrap whatsoever and just had 4 pads to get a truck load of furniture. Lots of pieces of furniture have been damaged and broken during the transfer. The actual movement took 18 hours since the truck moved into the wrong state (New Jersey) even though they had the address and zip code for Delaware. Aggressive Relocation consented to fix the ruined furniture and eliminated it out of my ownership. This was 4 weeks ago – now they do not answer their phone or return messages and they haven’t returned my furniture nor given a date when they’ll. Details – The transfer of my home products began on 1/18/13, their truck broke down at the driveway and had to be unloaded along with my household products were loaded another day 1/19/13. Throughout the excursion from Downingtown PA into Bethany Beach Delaware the furniture at the truck changed and have been broken and severly damaged. The driver noted it on his own report. The most peculiar Damaged furniture was: 1.    Patio Table

The movers delivered just as promised.   They came over 3 hours late, did not attract a huge enough truck, billed us for quitting for a lengthy lunch, damaged things, either lost or took a box of fine china, also attracted men who had been nice guys but hadn’t completed a transfer such as this in their lifetime. They did not attract enough protective blankets or even protective substances. We really had to leave any things in the old home because they didn’t have a Large enough truck even though when I contested that the moving expert about this before the transfer, she promised it’d be their greatest truck accessible.   The men that proceeded us only let a UHAUL!!   We were not moving an massive house either. This is a 3 bedroom townhome.   Shouldn’t have been a issue. When I contacted customer support, I purchased ZERO attempt to generate anything directly and they had been disrespectful. They assert that they aren’t agents, but it sure sounds that way, and bad ones at the moment.

Please avoid this provider. They neglected to wrap what they transferred rescue my fortune, and even then they didn’t wrap it all. A lot of my furniture has become damaged and they’re just offering $100 for my own sofa, and naturally that’s much below what I would have to fix my furniture. They now tell us we can’t demonstrate the remaining portion of the harm even though the furniture has been under a year old and in near perfect condition.

We just used this business because we saved around $100 but I couldn’t regret that choice more. I recommend anyone searching for movers to just pay a bit extra so that you aren’t able I find myself to maintain now.
