    Long-distance move from Colorado
    Poor service no delivery

Scheduled to move 1 room of furniture to the 94 year-old mother’s go into Assisted LIving.  Scheduled to arrive between 1-3 pm no call no show once I began calling at 2:30 no response on mobile phone7202267255 abandoned messasge.  Before 2:45 pm among these movers called and stated he Wasn’t actually 1/2 manner done with all the dawn delivery and Couldn’t make it.   Afterwards his manager called and said they had a truck break down and they couldn’t make it.  She needed to vacate her location that afternoon.  Left us high and dry and may have cared less.  Don’t be dumb like me and expect excellent service just like their internet site boasts!

    Long-distance move from Colorado
    A really excellent company

Colorado Moving Company transferred me on Friday, 1/9.  I can not imagine giving them less than 5 stars.  They took really good care of my possessions, plus they were quite serious in their job.  They were also very pleasant to me.  I received calls during the day I want to know exactly what the condition of the movement was and they showed up on the first side of this window period I had been given.  I won’t just recommend them to anybody who’s moving but I’ll use them again should I proceed.  I’ll be submitting my review in which I could because the business is nothing short of amazing!

DO NOT use Colorado Moving Company!!!

Horrible moving encounter. In their site they claim to utilize: Protective Blankets, Plastic Wrap, Tie Downs, and Professional Straps for Delicate, Big & Heavy Furniture — they didn’t!! Two young guys showed up, the cab of the vehicle stinks like they just smoked a joint (really ). We advised them of those fragile and fragile things and supplied directions. They place items all around the truck, without a real plan or maintenance. I have a grandfather clock that’s made almost completely of glass. I gave them very specific instructions about the best way best to manage it and how to set it in truck. They did the EXACT OPPOSITE of what I asked. I feel really lucky that it wasn’t damaged. The majority of our wood furniture obtained multiple scrapes out of them, which are extremely visible and difficult to conceal. They also ruined walls at our new house when they have been moving the furniture in. Terrible experience. I would strongly advise that you consider different movers!!!!

    Long-distance move from Colorado
    Worst moving experience possible!

    • We contracted with Colorado Moving Company to move both bedroom flat on Friday, June 28th. They advised us that they’d be there between 8:30 and 9:00AM daily.
    • On Thursday, June 27th at 4:17PM we received a text stating that they would currently be there between 9:30AM and 1:00PM the following day.
    • We’re waiting and prepared. They didn’t reveal. In 2:18PM (an hour following their external estimate of birth ) we texted to discover if they were still coming. We had been told then that They’d arrive approximately 3:00PM
    • The movers eventually arrived after 5:00PM, a whole 8 hours beyond their earliest arrival quote.
    • These weak young guys were operating for 10 hours at the point. They were tired and famished. And we found very soon that the truck that they attracted was over two times too tiny.
    • They filled up the truck and we needed to earn a visit to unload it. The owner wanted to charge us an extra trip charge since their truck has been too little to bring all of our items in 1 load! The initial load was unloaded, and we eventually led back to load again after 8:00PM
    • At this stage these young guys were so exhausted! The next load was eventually prepared to really go about 10:30PM. The only difficulty was that they had been nowhere near to being completed. There was at least one more load sitting at the flat!
    • The next load was unloaded at a random hurried manner. Now it was after midnight. These youthful were operating for over 17 hours. One broke his eyeglasses when struck in the face with a piece of furniture. One hurt his knee raising the sofa. We’re so thankful for their hard work and commitment to do what they can.
    • We made arrangements for them to return the next day to finish the move along with the movers moved to their automobile. Seconds later we receive a fraud alert telling us the Colorado Moving Company had attempted to bill $679.00 on our credit card. The owner had attempted to control the sum twice too. We hadn’t consented to the cost nor approved the fee….especially after midnight once the job wasn’t finished yet!
    • At the stage on of those young guys came into the doorway along with his boss on the telephone. We tried a second card that was refused because of fraudulent charge. We spoke with the proprietor our disappointment at the outcomes of the movement and that we’d make a partial payment by check. We agreed that we’d cover the remainder the following day upon conclusion. A test was written and the child took it together with the arrangement which they would go back the following moment. Meanwhile, unbeknownst to us before our lender contacted us, the person who owns the firm attempted to bill the next card double for the decrease amount…although he’d check-in!!
    • The subsequent day Colorado Moving Company had been designed to phone us sometime after noon to come full the movement. They never called. We ended up shifting the remainder of our possessions ourselves in several excursions. I WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND USING COMPANY THIS TO ANYONE. This was among the worst experiences we have ever had using a service firm…and now I am sure among the worst due to their lousy employees.

    Long-distance move from Aurora, CO
    TERRIBLE!!!

If I could provide negative stars I would. We had a transfer scheduled now. We had been told that the movers are here between 830-930. At approximately 10, we phoned and spoke to Tony, who stated the movers were still on a little project and our window was really 1130-330. In 215 Tony phoned and stated that they did not believe that they could have time now and were outside of trucks and wished to reschedule for Tuesday. He advised us to”assess Craigslist” to get a mover because his program was”awakened”. We asked him when we could receive a truck can they’ve movers come and that he explained he did not have anybody. This is totally unsuitable for a inspector to no-show, particularly on a holiday weekend in the close of the month. I wouldn’t ever recommend this kind of unprofessional business!!!
