I’ve moved twice in the previous 3 decades. Lately, I moved from Arizona to Ohio. I was extremely happy with select lead by Miguel. There were not any surprises and the price proved just as stated. They were very cautious and nothing has been broken.

Beautiful moving business, they have all my antiques and furniture delivered with no problem. My brother in law recommended them and I am glad I listened. I was very nervous to trust anybody with my items because a number of precious antiques, but they really came out. I can not thank them enough!

I was scared when I discovered that my agent has selected this business for my interstate movement after reading the reviews on the internet. I even called them to determine if another firm might be used. It was last moment, so that I was stuck. But, my experience has been superb. I could not be happier. My delivery driver was particularly amazing and got here immediately once I said I was prepared for my things (in just a couple of days). I’d no reason to dread. Would definitely use them again.

It was a fantastic pleasure of mine to operate with Cobra Van traces that they had been a fantastic organization to use. I transferred out of Ca-Ny plus they did a terrific job. By packaging up my items into carrying my furniture aside to ensuring everything was taken and cleaned and place it the truck into bringing my things to Ny and deliver my couch that was hugh up 3 flights of stairs. Cobra Van Lines did nicely but cust service amount causes themselves unnecessary issues thru bad communications. Broker useless.

Broker, Professional Moving and Storage, (South Daytona, FL) led me to believe I’d replacement he or insurance had been mover. FMCSA states 1st quote must contain it. Mover revealed in leasing truck, April 11, as Cobra Van Lines. Said they did not offer replacement insurance. I whined, & agent supplied $1500. I clearly got the test, but on followup discovered it was not insurance. So I did not provide $1500 cashier’s attention. It could have been a logistical wreck to prevent move. 1st known as Cobra two weeks following 4-11 as I had been advised 21 weeks, & calculated by the 11th. “Driver had not called in.” Repeated each moment. The reviews weren’t great. Got worried.

Ultimately, Lacy, with a clue how to convey, said it is 21 times out of”1st okay shipping date” (17th). So this collection May 8th as with my delivery date. 1 telephone, they appeared my occupation, & stated,”By North Carolina to Indiana”? That indicated she watched a screen telling her something concerning the place. (That might be valuable to clients for preparation.)

May 8th, motorist phoned me. Heavy emphasis. 24 hours off, & he would require money or postal money order. I argued since I had gotten two cashier’s checks, a broker, & my lender’s in CA. Called Cobra, & they said it had been,”base of the contract”. I afterwards discovered it on the trunk nice print. Finally, following a girl yelled she would put it directly to storage, then they stated credit card & emailed me the sort. I filled it out, however, advised them that I’d email it to them whenever the load came. They first said, okay, but then reversed that & said they would need to get it done daily.

All this, and reading FMCSA leaflet got me wondering when I will even find the merchandise. I got money, educated them, educated the motorist.

You stand your own ground to endure. They had taken far better attention of Bekins did 20+ years ago, because of my very last move. A couple of boxes have been dented, but precisely what is expected. We utilized a broker named Cross Country however if the movers eventually revealed it was a firm named COBRA! Our quotation was 4600 and we spent well over 10k for its transfer. We didnt get our possessions until August 16th. We talked to a guy named Charles in COBRA who instantly came unglued and started arguing with my spouse! We simply wanted our things. This man even went as far saying he threatened him! This business is a joke! We finally got our things but god knows if we got everything. Advice, utilize the top movers from the nation. It’s not necessary to pay the additional cash for a broker and should you inquire who the mover is going to be and test them out. COBRA has a great deal of bad reviews, this idiot Charles has a great deal of bad reviews, plus they have a great deal of bad reviews on the BBB! They also need money or postal money order at shipping….think its being reported to the IRS?

I bought a complete door-to-door assembling bundle for the furniture in Cross-country moving plus they utilized Cobra Van traces for transport.
Pickup was smooth without any difficulties. However, on drop-off the man said he’d come late at day since I was the previous one for this afternoon. On coming at 6:30PM, ” he said I’ve an 18-wheeler truck that cannot enter the neighborhood, so I’ll park on the road.
Then, he began measuring all of this space from my flat to road and said according to company policy you’ll have to pay ~$375 additional. Afterwards he said he can provide some reduction to me personally if I am prepared to use him about the deal. He said business won’t understand and I must give money or venmo and he will return to 200$ in maximum. He told him nothing of the kind was billed at pickup but that he stated I need atleast 200$ or I won’t begin the job. I named the organization but because it was already 7PM nobody selected.
He threatened that he will just render all of the things in wherever 75 feet finishes in the truck and also which you can keep it on your flat from that point. I was all alone and that he maintained on hassling together for about 1 hour since I didn’t have money and needed for a fixed bargain that comprised whole package with no extra fees. He requested me to visit ATM at around 8PM to acquire money. I wanted my furniture at flat since I live alone and needed no assistance to take it so, I eventually consented to pay him additional via money (whatever I’d complete ) and remainder by venmo. After accepting money just he and yet another man began keeping furniture. He didn’t provide any receipt to the cash he required (except venmo one that I have) and stated that this is between us just (firm need not understand this!) .
They vanished for a second half hour stating I must shut the truck. Finally, they began working in 9-9:30PM and ended about 11PM at night through which they requested me to begin assisting in unpacking things should I wish to have things done quicker.
They took over 4 hours from that 2.5 hours were simply hassling for additional money and organizing stuff from the vehicle before even starting the task. The person took advantage of my requirement!

Not only did it take 10 days to get a transfer from San Francisco to Seattle (actually!) , their support and attention for my own possessions was non-existent. There were numerous broken things, some packaged as”delicate” by mepersonally, with others such as a status lamp, standing fan, mirror, lampshade, etc.. packaged with these, and all completely ruined. My assert took 4 weeks to solve, and that I had been reimbursed 1/10th of what I maintained! They’re an unreliable moving firm – keep away from them!

Argumentative, bait and switch, disrespectful, untrue. Payment expected for projected unused space on transportation truck. Business is tough and unjust in their business practices.

If you want to go scammed to get a greater estimate and dishonest movers please telephone Long distance movers! Initially my fiance and I already booked a distinct inspector and if Greg from Long Distance telephoned us back we advised him that his quotation was too high and we chose to proceed with a different mover. So Greg made a decision to use scare tactics to notify us that the movers we had been originally using was really in named something different before and they simply rename themselves if their testimonials eventually become subpar. In essence Greg has been defaming a different business. Ignorant into the business, we thought him. We also said to him another movers we had been using can perform a huge item deposal. Where he maintained our movers may also. Forfeited our residue and proceeded with extended distance movers. My advice to anybody and everyone moving would be to search the business about the department of transport site. If your movers aren’t enrolled on your country they outsource your own job to some other corporation. So each of these fantastic reviews here’s really a facade. It’s russian roulette around that which you wind up getting. In my experience I finished up using Cobra Van Lines. He maintained at the early morning of the movement that he received a phone the day prior to thanking our purchase. Um. No. Long distance movers phoned us to affirm and we said”We didn’t say so”. The Agency comes from aggravated and angry as”he only flew in.” Well, it isn’t my problem which his business was cluttered. I provided him coffee only so that he can pump up to our purchase. At the start of the arrangement, I showed him where all the products have been (parked on either side of this kitchen wall and said to him regarding the mattress deposal). He confessed everything and asked us to sign the paperwork. We also paid him extra idea to dispose of the mattress. At the center of the movement, without telling that he was leaving – that he abandoned. He left behind half of the stock. HALF. It wasn’t that tough. Everything was left from the wall. When we called again Long Distance, ” I had been advised by management that they can’t do anything about that. Great, he literally left and I instantly called. I had been told by direction my voice recording could be replayed to determine when Greg ever assured about the mattress deposal in 48hrs. It’s been a couple of month. She also went back and forth with me personally seeing things on the record that wasn’t delivered. At the end I must mention we could go on all day about that explained she said but about the listing my own vacuum cleaner, my poles, my lamp, and a huge picture frame wasn’t loaded and that’s the fact of this circumstance. They sent the things now and also my glassware is all damaged and I am overlooking a box which had my coffee maker, water heater, toaster oven, along with other misc kitchenware. EDIT: I was just contacted by Annie about taking down my post for about $400. If you find some bad reviews that only gets removed it’s either they attempted to document using Google inspection or Yelp to get it eliminated or else they paid off the customer.

I originally commissioned another inspector straight back in June 2018, but had been advised that when there was not enough space on the truck, then they’d leave the rest behind. I was quoted a quote of 4110.00. I cancelled and dropped the deposit of $1000.00. That’s when I signed up with American Moving Partners. Since it was now the core of the moving year, I had been quoted $7921 and I would get 1 month storage free then $400 per month later. Little did I know that this was a broker the same as another business. I didn’t understand until two days before they showed up. I attempted to provide them a list and measurements of my furniture. They informed me it was not vital. They explained they were attracting in a 24′ truck. I informed them it wouldn’t be large enough. Following some debate, they stated they’d attract a 26′ truck. I still thought it wouldn’t be large enough. On July 8, 2018, Cobra Van Lines showed up and informed me they were planning to charge by weightreduction. They gave a quote but said they’d need to weigh the truck in a scale following the truck was stuffed. Following some serious debate, I was worried because I needed to leave the home the following day. I’d sold my home and was closing the following day. I had been told we can figure out the purchase price from cu foot. The amended cost was now $12026.00. However, like they told me, the truck still wasn’t big enough. They stuffed the truck but had lots of things still left outside. I didn’t know exactly what to do this that I asked them how much it cost to lease a u-haul and haul the remainder 1000 miles myself. They explained 1 dollar per mile as well as approx. $1500 – $2000.00 with gasoline and packaging. I asked them how much they’d charge and was advised they’d choose the remainder of the material the next morning for $1000 more. This could total $13026. I agreed because I thought this could be my very best choice.
On Aug 13, I phoned Cobra since I wished to understand where to ship the storage price and also to affirm that people get our furniture at Florida on August 28. Cobra advised me to send the test to them but it was now going to be $1200.00 nearly 3 times what I had been initially bought from American Idol. Finally the settled for $1020.00. Everything was inflated. This still was not the end of the nightmare. We moved to Florida and on Monday, Aug 28, Cobra showed up. They had 4 movers. And attracted all of the furniture in the home. They put all of the boxes from the garage but proceeded so quickly, they did not give me some time to rely on all of the boxes. I pointed that some of the furniture has been ruined. They stated to complete a report and that they would manage those. Then after all was presumed sent, I signed the sheet which the movers were still here. Little did I know that boxes and things were lost until we began opening them up and went searching for particular things. There were delicate things that we especially marked which have been smashed. There were boxes which were marked one item but needed something else in them. I had a large screen television in a particular box which was clearly indicated THIS SIDE UP, but the box was on its side and the display was ruined. We had 4 boxes of collectable angels which were marked extremely brittle. The carrier also place decals on them. After we opened the boxes, other things were inside them and we’d parts of a few that did not belong to those we have. We had several different boxes overlooking. My spouse lost a few boxes of clothing. After the foreman left, he also chose the stock list with him. I had to call a few times to the agent before the carrier emailed a cop of this stock list. The cost of the transfer was inflated tremendously, the storage has been tripled. There were lost things, there were many broken things, it seems the carrier started boxes and took things. After phoning the agent many times, I had been led into the carriers so called independent claims adjuster, CSI PROS. I filled out their own complex forms together with images of the damaged items and files of this trade. I registered on 9/10/2018. The website wouldn’t permit me to print duplicates but I took images of the majority of the internet pages. In addition, I have photographs of the damaged items and a few of the boxes which were clearly indicated. I haven’t as yet learned from them.

Do not rely on them! They’ll tell you more as soon as they reach the door and shed stuff. Broke my first 60 inch TV they packaged

Don’t use this business!!! They hurt your items , and wait until they have all packed up and moved and then demand Extra money after they are driving off with All your earthly possessions

They shrink wrapped my classic desk and then wrapped it end over end down the staircase. Many items banged broken up and or scratched. Bad customer support, exceptionally rude owner.

Our possessions remain sitting in Colorado. The Cobra Van line movers showed up at our Colorado house on 7/31 and once they walked at the front doorway said we’re going to be billed more than we had been quoted. They began literally throwing our possessions in boxes, so they”forgot” half of my pots and pans from the kitchen and I gave them all of our canned products. In order to conserve space, since he said we had been finished, we threw out /or gave away to acquaintances all our living space and kitchen furniture and we still have to pay $440 more than exactly what we had been quoted. We sit in North Carolina, 12 days following moving along with Star Light, our moving agent informed us Cobra still has not even left Colorado with our possessions because they’re”trying to obtain a driver”!! Really disappointed! I will be writing another review after we do get our possessions to report the state of our items.

I moved from California to Texas along with also the very first hint of difficulty was that the authorities needed to be called since the motorist was at a racial debate with my previous landlord. On fall off, he had been so mad and hated the warmth and my thick furniture. Long story short, he”missing” 25 boxes that he REFUSED to allow me to inspect prior to signing because it had been midnight. He blatantly cut off my 200 mattress cover and intentionally did not place one screw in my own king size bed frame, that dropped! He masked the screws at a drawer and then pushed my bed cover within my garbage, which I discovered and all the shifting mattress covers I bought which weren’t used. He blatantly smashed a mind board article because he was tired and hot, struck a 500 pound desk by placing it onto its side once I said not to and a lot more items.In the nation, at Texas, in midnight he chased me, threatened to load my things if I didn’t signal, bill em tens of thousands more and said I must be cautious, I do not understand what he can do since he had a mad look in his eyes. The business is creating a ridiculous settlement and REFUSING to substitute the things he INTENTIONALLY broken! He’s no longer using them, and they believe makes it all better. I’m missing tens of thousands of $$ of things, have lots of broken items and has been traumatized! I paid $12k with this movement and that I had been sent a psychopathic offender who CRIMINALLY ruined my home, plagued me and INTENTIONALLY attempted to hurt me by not placing up my framework of the bed properly. You’d believe criminal action would cause them to do the perfect thing and replace everything was intentionally broken and missing, WRONG!!!!!! DO NOT USE THEM!!! THEY ARE DANGEROUS AND deny to get the ideal thing!

When they arrived to pick up my items. I questioned them concerning the needed insurance. He said that the minimal coverage would be sufficient to pay for the products. My 55 inch clever TV was broken up and after completing a claim and awaiting a reply for two months they gave me $31 for your my TV. I wouldn’t suggest them to anybody! They had been negligent. The box was ruined and since they understood they weren’t paying the entire replacement price, they didn’t care.

Please, beware of the business and don’t use them. They’re unprofessional and dreadful. My boxes were destroyed, the clothing in my wardrobe boxes were smashed as well as my hangers were even broken. Things were ruined as they weren’t carefully managed. They had been intense rough handling of all items depending on the status of everything. Unprofessional is putting it mildly. If my delivery driver showed up 10 days after, he had been lonely, 1 person to unpack everything at the center of my living space. It ended up being a tragedy and a transfer from hell!! Monarch Transferring Group LLC of Philadelphia was the agent that did a”binding moving quote of our loved ones. Then they contacted”Cobra Van Lines”, LLC of New Jersey. Please be aware rather than utilize this mover or some other agent. Our family was estimated in 1133 cubic feet by Monarch for 143 bits. When Cobra showed up in a little”Budget” truck, the driver explained that the Monarch binding quote was not legitimate being computer created and they’d do one about the halt for the”authentic” cubic feet? Yes, up they sold/charged to say that it was more like 1700 cubic feet and might require a lot of wrap and packaging by them until they’d transfer anything. There were substance lcharges, a lot of blankets which required up required space, and obviously far more income. . Both helpers weren’t able to lift or carry the heavy furniture so that they slip them down the staircase of their townhouse. They couldn’t speak much english nor were t hey dresse professionally. Previous to them coming, I’d intitated any contact with the motorist over the 3 days that they had been delayed in arriving at our townhouse, very bad customer services. I used to not cover the several tens of thousands of dollars more so they simply took about half of those parts of this”binding moving quote” that we relied upon together with Monarch. I’ve issued a letter to Monarch to discuss with Cobra in regards to the fraud and deceptive”binding moving quotes” , up selling/charges, and absence of excellent customer services. Entirely misleading with shipping of home products picked up pending. Don’t Use Cobra Van Lines LLC. . I depended on Monarch Transferring Group to choose a topnotch mover but’m very frustrated and disappointed!

Trinity Relocation Group gave me a binding quotation for moving from Indiana to Florida. After Cobra Van Lines revealed up to load our things they maintained the first quote was incorrect, that I had far more stuff, were pushy, rude, and overbearing. They held my movement within my mind which day demanding more cash that I eventually consented to. Quite stressful. Upon signing the paper work I guided me to signal the section saying I’d take 60 cents per pound. When I inquired about it they clarified it covered the whole weight and not more. Indicating that the whole burden of all of the possessions. Figuring I’d never assert anything which has been close to the price of 60 cents a pound x the burden of all my possessions I signed up it. Trinity Relocation Group advised me that I had 30 days free storage in the opposite end. Five days following Cobra Van Lines picked up our things I get a call saying that my possessions will arrive the following day. Since I’d given them a speech in the other end they said I couldn’t get storage free and that I need to take delivery or they’d put my items in storage in my price. Again, holding my possessions hostage I consented. When they showed up to send they had been unprofessional, rude, and respectful. My 3 year old 50″ smart TV was blasted when I unpacked it. Since I’d been coerced into signing the 60 cents per pound clause I’m just getting reimbursed $23.04 fir the TV, even after submitting a grievance. Beware of dishonest, abusive movers, notably Trinity Relocation Group and Cobra Van Lines.

Highway Robbery!! Cobra Van lines has been known to up from the agent firm Long Distance Movers!! Another firm to remain clear of. Our rental within our apt at MN was upward 9/10/18 along with the movers were all suppose to appear at seven am 9/5/18. 7:45 am I named the mover and I’d only awakened him, he said he’d be right over. Within an hr after today after 9 am he showed up along with his other two men. The truck had been guaranteed many times by Kaitlin in Long Distance movers that it would be vacant that is wasn’t! It was half filled with different folks things. They stated they had lots of space to put our possessions in yet ever that wasn’t the situation! Jose the motorist said he can weigh the vehicle but sq footage could be more economical”Pls expect me, I understand this company!” He said it’d charge $10 to find the vehicle weighed. A Which he gave him. I still wanted it to have weighed. That was never achieved with all the commotion of proceeding. Rather he came over to mepersonally, I had been worried as it had been saying that there were greater than he believed and that the price was likely to be $11,365 from our initial estimate of $7537 to transfer everything. I had a bank account to the 1st half and had to compose a check for the rest I/2 for the update fee. They grab you in a vulnerable time, even whenever you’ve got a time limitation to be transferred out. They loaded our flat out of the POD we had from the parking lot in the apts. We’d asked Kaitlin before the movement which we had a little storage space and also how much does it cost to get the 2nd stop. She explained if 10 kilometers or less nothing. WELL Cobra has to was advised of the since they billed us an additional $600 and the price of some other UHaul because the 1st truck arrived 1/2 filled with the land. Cobra understood we were not likely to be those on the opposite end at Florida accepting our house because if we had a family reunion in Branson. Our buddies dad was there to its delivery. NEVER were we offered a leaflet or how this movement functions. They also admitted our lender check but wouldn’t accept it to the shipping end. I’d sent the last payment on our buddies daddy a bank account. Charlie that the proprietor has been very rude and stated it was a postal check or money PERIOD!!! In Branson the previous day of the trip with family we’re running around Branson head you later 3pm searching for post office to instantly cash to Florida for your day shipping. Charlie said he’d wait to get everything sent in 1pm to provide time to its new check to get there. The motorist phone late 9/21 and stated”Oh,no. . ! We provide at 7am and everywhere over that to wait will probably be 100 per hr. My buddy, his brother and also his realtor developed the money to get it from the 7am moment. 1 man showed up to float as well as another two came later 9:30 am. I phoned Charlie VERY mad and he said”Everything you anxious about!! It is being delivered.” We’ve got 38 boxes overlooking, and lots of items ruined! Different coloured tags on many boxes from those we had. Boxes that said Fragile Handle with caution up this side” Crushed with materials ruined. And two boxes have been dried up to Charlie and Kaitlin for this difficulty Many occasions Charlie wouldn’t answer the telephone. 1 time he advised the workplace woman to hang up. Today CSI did their item and together with all the boxes overlooking we got NOTHING to the lost boxes. In Spite of all the tags on the boxes using the contents. Additionally a fresh in its own box that an Xmas present gone without the monies to this too. Closing CSI evaluation obtained last week was 216, $150 of that was to get a great religion from Cobra. Dispute registered however I do not think that it does amount to anything. We’re totally sick about it. Irreplaceable glassware etc ruined by the managing of our property.We proved quite worried about the movement and Kaitlin reassured us over and over that each goes easily. Well I’m telling you that this was a complete Nightmare and has been!! DO NOT USE THEM OR LONG DISTANCE MOVERS!!! GO WITH A Respectable COMPANY WHO CARES ABOUT YOUR PROPERTY!!!
